I’m incredibly humbled by the support from all of my friends and family. Many thanks to Casie Vogel for taking a chance on me, and to Ellen Freeman for sparking the manifestation of a legit writing career in cannabis. To Maya Elisabeth, for bridging the gap between herb and my freelance career and all the opportunities and ancient cannabis knowledge you’ve passed on to me. To Karilily, the original connect who encouraged me to move to Humboldt County to start a new life. Thank you, James Oseland, for being my lightweight mentor. To Xiomara, Joy, and all of my sisters from another mister who’ve been in the weed game from day one and continue to carve an authentic future for women in weed. Thank you, David Lida, for your unwavering support and love. To my little sisters, Dinee and Lloa, and my stepmother, Geraldine, for keeping me connected to my West African roots. To my big brother, Fred, and my niece, Gabby. A special thanks to Cathy and Shannon for your generosity. To Sandra, my Virgo sis, and Jake, for your photography. A huge shout out to Anja and the entire Broccoli Mag crew for your support. Last but not least, thank you to those reading this: may you have a lifetime of health from cannabis.
