The Lair of Jack: Long Shot Love Duet (Book Two)
Page 21
“Female Jack,” Quinn says in my ear.
“A total female version of Jack,” I agree.
“Go on, get down there and start orgasming.” She pushes his chest until he moves back and pulls out, once again guiding his face to her pussy.
“You sure I can’t fuck your mouth first?” he asks.
“No.”
“Can we kiss?”
“No. You smell like French fries.”
“Can we—”
“No.” She points to her pussy. “Do it.”
“How ‘bout you sit on my face and move around so I don’t have to do much of anything?”
“How ‘bout you try being romantic?”
He clears his throat. “Sit on my face and move around so I don’t have to do anything,” he repeats, this time in a loving voice.
“Jack!”
“Okay, okay, let me think of something.” He strokes her stomach, contemplating his words with a twist of his lips. “Baby... I fall in love with you every time I look into your stellar... pussy.”
“Gah, forget it.” She closes her legs and sits up.
“No, wait.”
“You’re only doing this to impress your friends. I want my lovey-dovey Jack back.”
“No.”
Quinn chuckles and rolls on top of me, delicately swiping his nose with mine. “Sorry this was another rotten day. Doesn’t seem to be getting much better now that we’re here, either.”
“It was wonderful.”
“Honestly?”
“Yes, I love the way you care about me... plus the news about my mom. I’m still shocked that the shots you fired saved that woman and may have helped to catch my mom’s killer. I hope they can connect that attack to her case.”
“I’m sure they will.”
“I’m amazed. Amazed and in love.”
We gaze into one another’s eyes, intent on shutting out Jack and Emma’s conversation.
Quinn turns up the volume on the television, but we can still hear Jack demanding sex, not oral, but that they fuck.
It takes him awhile to figure out he’s not getting any, so he changes his behavior—speaking to her with care, doting over her beauty and strength, and using fond and loving words.
His time is dedicated to an apology, and he sounds truly sincere, indeed showing another side of himself. After repeating “I love you” multiple times—telling her she’s stunning and deserves better—the bed creaks and they start to fuck.
Be submissive, baby. Give me everything I want.
Quinn takes a glimpse at them and says in secret, “I want to leave; it’s time we separate from him.”
“I know.”
“But I also want us to get as far west as we can.”
“Me too, at least to Denver. A free ride shouldn’t be something we pass up.”
“No, it shouldn’t. It would be great if... I guess if... fuck.” He drops his head to my shoulder and sighs.
“What is it?” I whisper.
“Life. I want to be pure again.”
“Like what? A virgin?”
“No.” He laughs into my neck, his warm breath traveling down my chest. “That’s quite a ways off from what I meant.”
“Push it deeper in... yes... yes Jack! Fuck me. Fuck me!”
I wonder if Quinn and I sound that vulgar when we fuck. I suppose we do, I would think most people do, particularly when they’re at that point...
“Yes! Yes! Oh God, yes!”
“Let their words go in one ear and out the other,” Quinn says.
“Easier said than done when a woman’s having an orgasm six feet away.”
“I’m with you on that, but we have a few minutes to ourselves that I don’t want to pass up.” His fingertips graze my cheek and I allow myself to get lost in his kisses. He stays on top of me with the stiff bulk under his jeans snug against my leg, releasing unhurried humping movements, and trying not to be too obvious about it.
“If I slide over you too much, I might cum in my pants... is this enough for you?” he says in my ear.
“It’s enough just being this close to you.”
His warm hand slips under my tee and slinks to my tit, cupping and circling it in slow motion.
“This is comfy.”
“Good.”
“Tell me what you meant when you said you wanted to be pure again.”
“It’s a feeling that I miss.”
“Like not being wanted by the cops? Being safe?”
“It’s like that. Walking the streets of Albany without a dime and being hungry can turn you numb to the world, emotionless in a sense. That loss of everything can be dangerous. It’s when your heart turns cold and committing crimes or getting into fights becomes the norm. You’ve reached a point where nothing matters.”
“How’d you get through it?”
“By reminding myself that what I just said is exactly what does matter. Sitting around Washington Park in the cold, rubbing my hands together and looking at the holes in my sneakers were some of the times I’d think of giving in and stealing money from someone. Then I’d remember a guy I saw getting cuffed by the cops for doing just that. That memory was a good reminder that you can have something, even when you have nothing. Like honesty or respect. So, I miss that feeling of being pure. Maybe someone who’s poor and moral is better than a rich asshole who’s corrupt.”
“I’d hope so.”
We have a look at the other bed, observing Emma’s tits bouncing over Jack as she fucks him fast and hard.
“And Jack’s life, how he gets away with everything...” He hesitates and reaches higher under my shirt, up to my neck with a light touch. “Being trapped like this makes me daydream about taking his car, or his gun to steal some cash from someone. Seeing him and how he lives, it’s just...”
“He’s the rich corrupt one who seems to have it easy.”
“I suppose. I want to take his gun and rob a bank and take off with you. Only I’m not stupid and life doesn’t work that way for everyone.”
“I’ve felt that way, too. Everyone in a bad situation probably does at some point. Stuck. Wanting to escape. Imagining the easy way out is to cheat and steal, join the masses who lie and swindle their way to the top.”
“Yeah,” he says in a quiet voice.
“Don’t sound depressed, that’s not the man I fell for or the man I want to be with.”
“Good.”
“I know, right?” I smile. “Thank God you’re not a guy who’d leave me in a motel room for days. You’re far more desirable being kind and protective than a... what did you call Jack earlier? A chode? Much better than a chode.”
“Keep going; I’m enjoying this.” He grins.
“Okay.” I relax with my hands behind my head, getting comfortable as his fingers return to my tit with a gentle squeeze. “So Quinn...”
“Yes, Addie.” He kicks off his sneakers and helps me with mine, our feet rubbing and cuddling as we talk.
“I fell for a guy who was generously feeding the homeless, bringing them food when he had none for himself... that guy. And I didn’t stay with the people who thought you were a lowlife just because you weren’t rich like them. I fell for a guy who fought to keep me alive in the river, who pulled me to shore. Not the guy who pushed me in or stood along the bank and watched.”
“Give it to me, baby. Keep going... ride me hard... harder.”
“I love how big your cock gets when I’m on top. Fuck, that feels good.”
“Take me in... take me deep inside your pussy.”
I stick out my tongue and pretend to gag, cracking him up as he says in my ear, “And I fell for the girl who was terrified to remove her top in the massage room, not the one who left nothing to the imagination five minutes after we first met.”
I snuggle closer to him.
“And the girl who makes me feel important, has a great sense of humor, and isn’t a total door
mat. She’s kind and goes all-out to help people.”
I offer my best toothy smile while keeping this going... “My man appeared on the trail, ran to my side, and embraced me with love, offering safety and security from a chode. A chode who gets a thrill out of playing mind games and scaring the crap out of me.”
“I’m definitely not a mind-game bastard.”
“Nope.”
“I also love it that you’re looking right at me when you’re saying all these things.”
“You too. I think that being giving and supportive, having hope, and being kind, devoted, and loving are all qualities of—”
“Jesus Christ!”
I lift my head, seeing Jack’s now on top, pumping his muscular ass into Emma.
“Cum, Jack. Do it.”
“No, I’m gonna hold out... I’m killin’ it with you tonight. We’re gonna fuck for hours.”
“Like I was saying... those are all qualities of a man I’d want to spend my life with.”
He blushes an even deeper shade of red than what’s already on our aroused faces.
“Seriously?” he asks.
“Gee, I don’t know, lying here with a guy who’s taking the time to talk to me when he’s hard as a rock instead of demanding that we fuck... yes, seriously.”
Our feet dance and our legs entwine while our lips are hidden by sweet kisses.
“Fuck it. I’ll get it up a second time... here it comes, baby. Open wide so I can load it in your mouth.”
And with those words, the panting, moans, and gagging sounds, our beautiful moment is stolen away.
There’re two very different couples in this room—like night and day, we’re poles apart—and as far as I’m concerned, that’s a damn good thing.
“Marry me.”
“That’s such bad timing. No.”
“Why? Just marry me.”
“You’re gonna ask me that when I’ve got cum dripping out of my mouth?”
“Prettiest sight I’ve ever seen. Marry me.”
“Jack.”
“I want to have lots of babies with you.”
“What?”
“Let’s pump out an army of Jamesons. Ten kids.”
“You want to have ten mini Jacks?”
“Yeah. What do you say?”
“Never.”
“Is that a yes?”
“No.”
“Awesome. Glad you agree.”
“Jack.”
“Huh?”
“Love you.”
“Love you, too, baby... and Em?”
“What?”
“I don’t want kids.”
“Too late, I’m holding you to ten.”
Chapter Eleven
WHAT DEFINES US
“WAKE UP, PRETTY FACE,” Quinn says with a light rub to my cheek.
I roll onto my back and stretch my arms high above my head, letting out a monstrous yawn followed by a full-body twist left, then right, slowly beginning to feel refreshed.
“What time is it?” I ask.
“I’m checking your cell right now.”
I raise my head, looking around the room for Jack and Emma.
“It’s eight. Did you hear those two leave when I was in the shower?”
“What?” I sit up, seeing a towel around Quinn’s waist and noticing Jack’s suitcase, the gun, and all of Emma’s things are gone. “They left? You think they went to get breakfast or went to put gas in the car?”
He moves the curtain and peeks out the window as I straighten my tee and slip into my sneakers.
“Maybe they ran out of cigarettes?”
“Doubt it. I think this is it,” he says.
“This is what?” I join him next to the window and take a look outside.
“It. The end of the road, or maybe the start for us, however you want to look at it.”
“He wouldn’t just leave us here. That makes no sense. He didn’t even say goodbye.”
“Alright, if they did go to breakfast, then why’d they take all their stuff?”
He surveys the room, looking for any sign that they’re coming back. Just my duffle bag and his backpack remain.
“My bladder’s about to burst, I’ll think about it while I pee,” I say.
“You have to hold the handle down to get it to flush.”
“Okay... hey, you showered in that yucky tub? It was plugged last night and had pieces of Emma’s black hair floating on top of the standing water. Bleh.”
I leave the door open a crack so we can talk.
“It was empty when I got in. The drain must be super slow.”
“Yep.” I look at the standing water from his shower as I hover over the seat. “Keep talking, don’t listen to me pee.”
“Oh, not again. Close the door if you don’t want me to hear.”
“No, I like talking to you. Besides, what if the door gets stuck and I can’t get out? I don’t want to get locked—”
“Go.”
“I’m only kidding about the door.”
“Go.”
“Fine, I’ll do the talking... so who do you think’s more abusive? Jack or Emma?” I ask as I start to go.
“Both. I can’t believe she nailed him in the nuts after they fucked.”
“I can. She said she wanted an orgasm before he got his real punishment. Sex first, then a kick in the nuts. And the blow was hard enough that he curled into a fetal position and barfed up his McDonald’s dinner... it’s possible he vomited on purpose though. Bet he wanted her to feel sorry for him. That’s something he’d do.”
“I wouldn’t put it past him. He got her to kiss his nutsack to make it all better. I could tell he was playing that whole thing up.”
“I think he’s coming back. He wouldn’t take off like this.” I can hear his backpack being unzipped just before I flush.
“I’m glad we decided not to try to fuck in this room last night,” I call out, turning the water on in the sink to wash my hands. “I wouldn’t want to stand barefoot in here. There’s mold growing out of the shag carpet... and did you see the mushroom in the corner next to the tub? A freakin’ mushroom growing out of the carpet.”
I splash water on my face to freshen up. Keeping my hands wet, I fix my bedhead, shaping the long brown strands into place.
“By the way, hanging out last night until we fell asleep in one another’s arms was great. It made me feel like we were the grownups in the room. You were such a gentleman.”
I check the corners of my eyes for eye-boogers. Is he even listening? I feel like I’m talking to myself.
“Quinn, can you believe Jack’s only twenty? And now that I think about it, it does make sense he’d leave us here since he did the same to Emma.”
I pinch my pasty cheeks, bringing a touch of red out in them, still waiting for a response.
“Have any idea what city we’re in?” I ask. “I didn’t see any signs when we got off the exit. But from all the lights I saw last night, I’d say there’s a big downtown area a mile or two from here... you think this motel has breakfast? Toast maybe? I hope we can at least get a free coffee before we leave.”
“Addie.”
“What are we gonna do today? Keep heading west? Or should we try this city out? See what it’s like? I’m kind of scared now that we’re entirely on our own.”
“Addie.”
“Huh?” I step out and see him on the bed, flipping through some papers. “What’s that?”
“Check your bag.”
“Why? Oh, you know what? I forgot to ask for my license back. Damn it. You think he put it in here?”
I grab an envelope that’s sticking out of the front pocket of my bag and crawl onto the bed next to him.
“This is thick. What did he leave us with, a novel?”
I tear open the envelope, pulling out a wad of cash.
Quinn’s speechless, raising a brow at the money. He runs his fingers ov
er the items spread in front of him, shaking his head in awe. “Is this real?”
“He gave me thousands of dollars,” I say.
“Me too.”
I dig further inside the envelope, finding a note from Jack.
Vanish into the unknown. Leave your past behind. It’s the only way you and Quinn will ever be free.
“What the hell did he do?” I hold up a California license with my photo on it. My photo on it.
I read the name over and over, in disbelief of what’s in my hands.
I examine all the items... a birth certificate... social security card... a list of past employers and references. “What the... what the fuck?”
“Who are you?” he asks, holding a license and staring at it with an enormous smile. “What’s your name on the license?”
“No, you first. What’s your name?”
“Ellis Anthony Moore.”
“No shit?” I grab it out of his hand and gawk. “How cool, you have my last name. I love that. Ellis Moore. And your last name is your first name. How’d he get this stuff? You think that’s the money he’s been talking about? The forty grand? He spent it on this? How could he spend so much on us?”
“It’s probably chump change to him.”
“True.”
“Must be what he stopped in Philly for on our way out.”
“I don’t remember that.”
“You were passed out and he was quick about it, in and out of someone’s house. I thought he was picking up more dope.”
I look at the licenses again, running my finger over the names. “These are our photos from the retreat. You look as good as always, I’m smirking and my hair’s flat from the pool.”
“You were also wasted and upset with Roxanne... so what’s your new name? Tell me.” He reaches for the card, but I twist away, sprawling along the width of the bed with him stretching by my side. I glance at the license, then hold it next to my heart with a short laugh.
“Come on, I want to know.” He tries to take it, but I won’t let go.
“Wait, let me look at it one more time.” I peek at the license, fascinated by Jack’s cleverness. “I’m a Jameson.”
“What?” He snatches the license and checks out the name. “Amber Linnet Jameson. That’s beautiful. Not the Jameson part, the rest of it.”
