Joshua turned his head back. “Nowhere in particular.”
The single headlight illuminated their way. Christopher enjoyed the night air as they cruised through the darkness. They didn't speak to one another, There was no need. Joshua could sense the excitement oozing off of Christopher.
Christopher realized they were about to pass his old high school. The one-story building was just how he remembered. He assumed they would've expanded by now but the school was exactly the same. Even the signboard still said: “Go Tigers!”. It's like they weren't able to come up with anything else to say in the last decade.
Joshua came to a straightaway and revved the engine before speeding up. Christopher could feel the bike gaining speed. His heart pounded faster.
The scenery flew by them. Christopher had no idea how fast they were going to but he knew it was way over the speed limit. Normally he'd be freaking out, screaming for Joshua to slow down. But he felt completely safe. Holding onto him made him feel safer than he had felt in years.
Christopher held on and enjoyed the ride.
Joshua stopped the bike in the middle of the desert. Not a sign of civilization for miles. It was the perfect place to bury a body if you needed to.
“What are we doing out here?” Christopher asked, watching Joshua kick the kickstand out and get off the bike.
Joshua held his hand out to Christopher and helped him dismount. “Just listen for a moment.”
Christopher didn't say a word and listened. “I don't hear anything.”
Joshua put his finger on his lips. “Shhh.”
Christopher listened again. “All I can hear is the wind.”
Joshua smiled and unhooked his helmet. “Exactly.”
Christopher finally understood. “It's so peaceful.”
“I come out here sometimes to hear myself think.” Joshua took off a blanket that was strapped to the back of his bike. He unfolded it and laid it down on the desert floor. Joshua sat down and patted the spot next to him.
Christopher was hesitant for a moment. He knew where this was heading. But it was too late for him. He had already become entranced by Joshua. He could've pulled up to a bank with ski masks and Christopher would've been ready to rob it.
He sat down next to him and joined Joshua, laying down on the blanket. Christopher looked up at the night stars. They beamed brightly and he was amazed at how clear they were.
“I'd forgotten what the sky looked like here. Don't really get this back in Washington D.C.”
“What's it like?” Joshua asked, his hands resting behind his head.
“What's what like?”
“Being an FBI agent.”
Christopher didn't know how to respond. What did Joshua expect him to say. It's like if he asked what's it like being an ex-con. “I don't know,” he began, “It can be difficult sometimes. I have to work extra hard.”
“You must be pretty good though to be investigating a serial murderer all by yourself.”
“Well I don't know if I'm that good. To be honest, I don't think the bureau really cares about this killer from a small town. They just hope I can solve this before it gets any bigger. And if it does, you better believe they'll send someone to replace me.”
Joshua turned to him. “I'm going to help you solve this.”
Christopher locked eyes with him and believed his every word. He couldn't hold back any longer. His lips locked onto Joshua's, savoring his taste. Joshua moaned into Christopher's mouth, his hand slipping behind Christopher's back and holding him close.
This wasn't like the last kiss outside the Eight of Spades. It wasn't sloppy and drunk. It didn't taste like cigarettes and booze.
No, this kiss was passionate.
Christopher was lost in Joshua's embrace. His tongue lightly danced on Joshua's and he shivered to the core. This was unlike any kiss he'd ever experienced. His every fiber was aroused. He couldn't even think except for the need for more.
Christopher was running on instinct now. If he thought too much about it, he might stop himself. And he didn't want to stop.
Joshua broke away and Christopher's lips tried to follow him. Christopher opened his eyes and watched as Joshua took off his white baggy t-shirt. He was unprepared for the sight that unfolded before his eyes.
Christopher had felt Joshua's muscles over his clothes and knew they were hard and developed. But he never imagined a man could look like this.
There didn't seem to be an inch of fat anywhere on his body. Every bit of him was chiseled to perfection. Like he was cut from stone by a sculptor.
This wasn't real life. Men like this only existed on photoshopped covers of men's magazines.
Christopher wanted to return the favor and take off his clothes but doubt set in. He didn't look as good as Joshua. He wasn't a model or even close to it.
Joshua sensed his hesitation. “What's wrong?” he asked, sidling up next to him.
Christopher flushed. He was too embarrassed to tell him that he was self-conscious.
But he didn't need to say anything. Joshua knew exactly what was wrong. “You don't know how handsome you are, do you?”
Christopher's face was a tomato now. He couldn't even keep eye contact with him. “You don't have to say that.”
Joshua put his hands on Christopher's hips and ran them along the sides of his abs and pecs. “You have the perfect figure.”
“Don't lie.” Christopher never knew how to take a compliment.
Joshua smirked. “You have no idea.” He pulled Christopher's shirt over his head. Joshua took a step back and admired him. “Sexy.”
Sexy? Christopher had never heard someone call him that before. It was so foreign. And couldn't possibly be true. He stood there and uncomfortably tried to cover the naked parts of his body.
Joshua tore Christopher's arms away until they rested at his sides. Joshua's hand went to Christopher's erection.
Christopher closed his eyes and moaned to his touch. He was an expert at this and Christopher didn't care if he had been with a million men before him. Because now he was the one benefiting from it all.
Joshua unbuttoned Christopher's pants and let them drop to the ground. The only thing left guarding Christopher's purity was a pair of black boxer briefs. Joshua did the same with his jeans but took off his underwear along with them.
Christopher looked away immediately. It was almost embarrassing how big he was. And how scary it was.
Joshua came up to Christopher and held him close. He took him by the chin and forced him to look him in his eyes. That ocean told him so much in just one glance. Christopher was his property for the night and nothing was going to change that.
His hands came around and cupped Christopher's tight ass. Christopher could feel Joshua's thick member throbbing against his stomach. Christopher was ready for him and if the hardness between his legs was any indication, then he was ready for him.
Joshua began an assault of kisses. Starting at the crook of Christopher's neck and working his way down. Each kiss was a combination of tickling and pleasure.
“It feels so good,” Christopher said.
Joshua left a trail of kisses down his stomach until he made it Christopher's boxers. He took them by the waist and lowered them down until they rested around his knees. He looked up at Christopher with a devilish smile.
He knew what he wanted and there was no way of stopping him now.
Joshua slammed his face into Christopher's cock, his tongue running along his shaft. Joshua was no longer gentle. He put Christopher in his mouth and sucked hard. The sudden injection of ecstasy was too much to handle. Christopher could only open his mouth and let out a whimper.
He held Joshua's head as Joshua tasted him over and over again. Christopher ran his fingers along his closely shaved head. He pushed his hips forward to meet his mouth.
“I'm so close,” Christopher said.
Joshua doubled his efforts. His hands reached around and grabbed his ass, using it as leverage to force his c
ock deeper into his mouth.
He whipped his head back and let out a howl as he came hard. His legs locked into place and lightning ran through his body. Joshua didn't stop until the ripples and aftershocks of the orgasm finally faded.
Christopher was so lightheaded that he fell flat on his butt. “What did you do to me?”
Joshua wiped Christopher's cum from his mouth with the back of his hand. “I couldn't help myself. You just tasted so good.”
Christopher was a pool of goo. Everything he touched was heightened. The dirt between his fingernails felt like the freshest soil. Just the slightest kiss would bring another orgasm.
Joshua stood before him in all his glory. The moon barely lit his naked body. His cock looked almost like a third leg to Christopher. Sudden fear tore through Christopher. Joshua ripping him apart was a possibility.
Christopher bent over for Joshua. “Finish what you started,” he ordered.
Joshua didn't need to be asked again. He mounted Christopher, shoving his manliness deep into his eager ass. Christopher backed up against Joshua and pushed him further inside.
“I need you,” Christopher whispered over and over again.
Joshua thrust in and out, sliding his cock into Christopher. “You're so tight,” he replied.
Christopher could barely think. The pleasure flooded his head and there was nothing else. Only the two of them. He never wanted it to end.
Joshua had been with a lot of men before but this was completely different. He felt like he was spiritually connected to Christopher. Every thrust brought them closer together.
“Come with me, Joshua. Come with me,” Christopher said.
Joshua couldn't hold on any longer. It was all too much for him. “I'm close, Christopher.”
“Come inside me!”
Joshua unloaded, fucking Christopher harder and harder, releasing his seed inside him. At the same moment, Christopher felt a surge of ecstasy wash over him as his second orgasm hit. They both basked in the glory of the moment and screamed until their lungs burned.
Chapter Fourteen
Christopher rolled over in bed and felt something dig into his back. His eyes shot open and the blindingly bright sun and clear sky reminded him that he wasn't at home in bed. He pulled the rock from underneath him and lay back down. The blanket next to him was empty.
“Good morning, beautiful.”
Christopher sat up to see Joshua crouched next to a small fire. Christopher raked his fingers through his knotty hair. It was a poor excuse for a comb but it would have to do. He wasn't used to having men seeing him in this kind of state. Especially men that he had slept with.
“What are you cooking? It smells divine.”
“Eggs and bacon,” Joshua replied, using a spatula to flip the bacon.
“I didn't even know you brought food out here. So you knew you were going to get lucky last night?”
Joshua smiled. “I had an idea...”
“You're so unbelievably cocky,” Christopher replied.
Joshua put down the spatula and jumped on top of Christopher, trapping him in between his legs. “I think you like that about me.”
Christopher knew it was true but he didn't want to say it. “I have no idea what you're talking about.”
Joshua let out a hearty laugh. “Oh really. We'll see about that.” He bent over and planted a kiss on Christopher's lips.
“But our breakfast is going to burn,” he said into his mouth.
“Fuck it,” he replied, biting on Christopher's bottom lip.
He was lost again. Lost in the passion. Lost in Joshua. He wouldn't be able to communicate anymore.
Joshua nibbled on his neck and Christopher could feel Joshua's cock grow rock hard against him.
–
Christopher lost count of how many orgasms he had. All he knew was that he wished his new job could be fucking Joshua all day.
Joshua took the hot pan off the fire. “I think we'll have to do something else for breakfast.”
Christopher's stomach grumbled. He had barely eaten anything the night before and now the idea of not eating for awhile was a scary thought.
Joshua picked up on it immediately. “I know a diner not far from here.” It's like he knew exactly what Christopher was thinking. Or he was just extremely hungry himself.
They packed their stuff up into the compartments on his motorcycle and strapped the blanket down. Christopher took one last look at their camp and smiled. “What a wonderful night,”he said quietly to herself.
Joshua started the bike and threw a helmet to Christopher. “You ready?”
Christopher was surprised he caught the helmet and strapped it on. “Let's go.”
They rode the empty streets in the early morning and Christopher enjoyed the cold wind through his hair. He desperately needed a shower and a change of clothes but that would mean ending his date with Joshua. And he didn't want it to stop.
Joshua pulled into the parking lot of Harry's diner and switched off the ignition.
“I didn't know this place still existed. I used to come here for milkshakes with my friends.”
“Harry's still here and still serving milkshakes.”
Christopher followed Joshua inside and the smell of coffee and pancakes filled the place. Christopher was tempted to steal food off of the plates he passed by. Joshua took the booth in the back and Christopher sat across from him.
He didn't need to even look at the menu to know what he wanted. “Scrambled eggs and bacon,” he told the impatient waitress.
Joshua glanced at the menu and closed it. “I'll have the same.”
“Where are we going to find this Fallon so that we can question him?”
“I wasn't expecting talk about serial killers so early in the morning,” Joshua replied. “You're going to ruin my appetite.”
“After the morning we had, I don't think anything or anyone can stop me from devouring this food.”
Joshua remembered making Christopher come over and over again. He looked around for the bathroom. They had just enough time before the food came for another round.
Christopher shook his head. “No way, Joshua.”
Joshua put his hands up. “What?”
“Oh I can see it in your eyes. Like I said before, nobody is going to stop me from eating this meal.”
Joshua slumped in his seat, defeated and silent.
Christopher tried to ask again about Fallon but their food was brought out. A plate of scrambled eggs and bacon was set before him. He didn't even wait for Joshua to start eating before he dug in.
Joshua watched Christopher with a fascination. He shoveled bite after bite into his mouth and didn't even take a second to breathe. “You certainly didn't eat like this at dinner last night.”
Christopher realized he was eating like a slob. His mother would have slapped the fork right out of his hand. It was not how a gentleman behaves. He wiped his mouth with the corner of a white napkin. “Can you tell me about Fallon?”
Joshua took a bite of his eggs. “You're not going to be able to question him,” he said with a mouthful of chewed food.
Christopher tried to ignore the gross scene and focused on his own food. “And why not?”
“He won't talk to cops. None of the clubs will.”
“But you talked to me?”
“That was different,” Joshua said.
“How?”
Joshua set down his fork. “I didn't know you were FBI the night we kissed outside the bar.”
“But you still talked to me after you found out.”
Joshua reached across the table and touched his hand. A tingle flowed up Christopher's arm. “You have your ways of convincing,” he said.
Christopher ate the last piece of bacon on his plate. “And my charms won't work on him?”
“The whole town knows about you investigating the murders. If Fallon is our killer, then he is going to stay away from you.”
“So what do you propose we do then?”
/>
Joshua rubbed his hands together. “Old-fashioned stakeout.”
Chapter Fifteen
“You have any more chips?” Joshua asked.
Christopher threw the open bag across to the passenger seat. The two of them had been parked in front of the the Devil Hearts clubhouse for two days straight now. They had taken turns going to the bathroom and taking showers. Fallon hadn't left the building since they first tracked him here.
“When I said stakeout, I didn't really think that I would be sitting in a rental car for days at a time. Especially with a beautiful man that I can't even touch.” His hand wandered over to Christopher's thigh and he brushed him away.
“I want it just as bad as you but we need to stay focused. We can't be fooling around in the backseat when Fallon makes a move.”
Joshua knocked his head onto the window. “I know. I know.”
“I'm really trusting you on this one, Joshua. We could be wasting a lot of time if this isn't our man.”
“I'd bet my life on it,” he replied.
And Christopher believed him.
A man with red hair walked out of the clubhouse and into the night. “That's our man isn't it?”
Joshua nodded. They both watched him mount his bike and drive off. Christopher started the car and kept the headlights off. They followed him slowly and far enough away not to be noticed. Fallon visited a pizza parlor for a quick bite and ended up at the Eight of Spades.
“This is your bar right?” Christopher asked.
“Not mine but the club's.”
Christopher rolled his eyes. “Well if he's from a rival MC, then why is he drinking at your place?”
“Like I said before, Fallon has always been different. He doesn't care about rivalries or loyalty. He'd kill his own man if he had the chance.”
“But your club allows him in?”
“Look around, the place is packed. I doubt they're looking at each and every person that enters to make sure they're not from a rival MC.”
Christopher saw that the parking lot was almost full which was pretty good considering it was a weeknight.
