Wicked Sunshine
Page 14
And suddenly she’s on me, tearing my shirt off, buttons flying everywhere. She’s jumping on me, again, like an animal in heat. It’s fucking fantastic!
I sit on one of the loungers with Maya straddling me, my cock straining against my shorts.
I’m kissing her fervently, my hands are gripping her buttocks, clasping her hair. It’s not enough. She can’t help but move against me, and it’s like the limo all over again, but I’m adamant about one thing. I won’t be coming in my shorts.
“I want to fuck you. No clothes. No onlookers. Just you and me,” I say, urging her to stand.
She nods, her pupils dilated like giant saucers. “I’m so horny, Grayson.”
I grab her hand and pull her with me, trying not to burst from that statement alone. I take the stairs down to the bedrooms, rushing as if my life depends on it.
The second I open the door to our room, Maya’s pushing me inside until I hit the bed. She’s yanking my shorts off, followed by my boxers, letting the greatness of my dick spring free.
Her enthusiasm matches a hungry lioness stalking her prey. She licks the tip of my cock, and I’m in heaven. Literally crossing my toes to stop from blowing my wad at the small sensation.
She takes me in, sliding that gorgeous tongue of hers along my length. She’s driving me wild with her skills, not to mention her eyes haven’t left mine. Watching her fuck me with her mouth is goddamn electrifying.
She’s pumping me with her hand, playing with my balls, all the while coating my sausage with her saliva. I can’t hold back anymore. She’s too fucking phenomenal.
“Maya,” I warn, she responds by sucking me harder, faster. And I’m losing it. Hitting the back of her throat with my sperm. And she takes it all, swallowing every last drop.
Fuck, that’s sexy.
She stands, pulling the strings of her bikini, and like magic the fabric falls off with little coaxing. She lets me stare, appreciating the view of her nakedness. And would you look at that. My beaver basher is resurfacing already.
“Get over here,” I growl, looping my arm around her waist and throwing her to the bed playfully. Her tits bounce gloriously, and I’m overcome with the desire to taste. I take her nipple in my mouth while I lower my hand across her stomach, tantalising her skin until I meet her pussy. She’s forcing my digits to her clit, desperate for me to touch her. I push my finger inside, and I’m met with satisfaction. She’s soaked, dripping for me while she moans. It’s such a turn on.
I sit up, taking my finger and licking it clean so that Maya can watch. Her mouth’s agape, eyes clouded with lust. And she tastes fantastic. I dip my head to her sweet juices, licking and sucking her clit until she’s coming, creaming the finger I have inside her.
It’s all so incredibly arousing that I’m close to coming myself. Again. Hands free. This is what she does to me.
I take a condom from the pocket of my shorts lying on the floor, roll it on my ever-ready stick, and fill Maya up. We’re both groaning with the encompassing pleasure of our bodies fusing together, but I’m overwhelmed with feeling home.
I’m momentarily stunned by the sensation, and in my cloudy distraction Maya whirls me on my back, and takes charge. Riding my dick like a goddamn champion. Harder. Faster. I’m hitting her deeper, her fun bags are swaying in my face. It’s fucking happy hour up in here.
I’m stroking her clit again, pushing her over the edge as her snatch squeezes around my cock. She explodes, calling my name, and I come to her moans, my cock pulsing with white goodness.
She falls to the bed beside me, and our heavy breathing is the only sound in the room. In the haze of our lovemaking I’m taken by the blissful slumber of sleep. And there I remain for a few hours with Maya in my arms. Happy. Content. Satiated.

When I wake up and find Maya’s gone, I’m not too ashamed to admit I feel panicky until I find her on the deck, sunning it up on one of the loungers. I’m not entirely sure why my reaction is so intense other than the fact I’m working my way up to tell her how I feel.
“Looking good, sunshine,” I say, bending to kiss her in greeting. “How long have you been out here?”
“Half an hour or so. I didn’t want to wake you, it must be exhausting keeping up with my sexual needs,” she winks.
I laugh, bending over at the waist. “Are you trying to find out if my batteries are fully charged? Because, sunshine, I can go all night for you.”
“Luckily for me, I’m aware of that knowledge.”
I’m wearing my ‘oh yeah’ smile, it comes with an obnoxious head nod. “Are you up for some fun?”
“What kind of fun?” She stands, hands on her hips.
“This way, m’lady.” I hold out my arm in direction and, as she passes, I swat her juicy cheeks, unable to restrain myself.
“Cheap shot, Grayson.”
“But rewarding all the same. Your arse bounces as good as your tits do,” I appraise.
“You can thank the gym for that. Where am I going, Grayson?”
“Keep moving forward until you get to the back of the yacht. Acosta should be there.”
“I see the nutty Captain,” she whispers.
“Mr. Rush, Miss Kennedy, you have good morning?”
I nod, noticing the blush creep into Maya’s cheeks. “Is everything ready?”
“Sí. Sí. We stay here. You have fun. It’s time for la siesta,” he says, sashaying back inside the boat. Don’t you just love the Europeans attitude towards work? Oh, it’s afternoon, let’s close up shop and take a nap. It’s too hot to work inside the air conditioning anyway. Can you imagine trying to pass off something like that in the UK? They’d think we’re barmy.
But an excellent excuse to bunk off work for afternoon sex, right?
“Are we going jet skiing, Grayson?” Maya twirls, her eyes bright with excitement as she spots the two mobiles bobbing in the water.
“Have you done it before?” I ask, grabbing a lifejacket, and clipping her in.
“Yes.”
I put my own lifejacket on. “Do you remember what to do?”
“Stop fretting, Grayson. This isn’t my first time.” She climbs on top, and clips the emergency cut off switch to her vest. And before I know it she’s eased away from the yacht and zooming ahead without me. Bollocks.
I’m catching up as quick as I can, wanting to marvel in the fun she’s having. The sea is crashing beneath my weight, splashing my body and face in the process. The breeze I’m creating is cooling my skin under the rays of the hot sun, and I feel like a child learning the benefits of cycling all over again. The weightless feel of flying down a hill matches the euphoria of zooming across water.
That motherfucker Jesus ain’t got nothing on me. He’s not as precious as he likes to think he is, walking on water as if he owns the place. Megalomaniac.
Maya’s zipping around everywhere, her laugh’s carrying on the water as she’s clearly enjoying herself. And before I know it my heart is leaping in my mouth for a brief second as she does the unthinkable.
She flips the jet ski, in the air, like a fucking pro. You know in the second Tomb Raider film when Lara Croft’s on her way to meet the Greeks in the boat and she can’t help but show off a little with some tricks on a ski? Because she’s, you know, the badass Tomb Raider? Well, that’s exactly what Maya’s doing, and I’m fucking amazed, if not swallowing my heart, too. Hey, the film might’ve sucked, but the boobage action did not. I still remember when the game first released. Those pointy triangles of womanhood were to blame for every greasy boy’s erections.
Back to Maya. I’m feeling inadequate here. I thought I’d be spending this time teaching her how to do this, her body in front of mine on the same mobile. A little learning, a lot of seduction. But no. My bag of tricks goes as far as being able to turn the fucking thing without dumping in to the water. Lame-O.
I hit the kill-switch, letting the motion of the waves carry me as I watch her. She’s flipping from side to side, and f
orwards. Not once does she falter, which, obviously, I’m very grateful about.
But when she notices I’ve stopped, she comes to join me, a frown on her face. “Aren’t you having fun, Grayson?”
“Are you kidding me? I’m having the best time of my life! Where the hell did you learn to do that?” Does it sound like I’m in awe? Because I am. Completely. And only a little jealous. Just a smidgeon. Promise.
“I have my secrets,” she laughs, and zooms off again.
I follow her, pushing the throttle faster to get beside her, but she slows. I reduce my own speed as she stops altogether.
“What’s wrong, sunshine?”
She shakes her head. “Look.” She points ahead to the vast expanse of the sea. I hit my jet ski off again as a pod of dolphins swim ahead. I watch with admiration, grabbing Maya’s hand to be connected together in this moment.
As they swim in tandem, heads, fins, and tails always arc out of the water with synchronicity. It’s sensational. A few leap in the air, much like Maya had earlier, as they continue on their path.
Neither of us says anything for a moment even after we lose sight of the dolphins in the distance.
“What a magical day,” she says, staring at me with longing in her eyes. “Thank you.”
I laugh. “There’s no way I could’ve predicted this,” I say, pointing in the direction the dolphins had taken. “But I’m glad I got to share this moment with you.” I lean over to kiss her, but I’m interrupted by the growling of my stomach.
She pulls away. “Let’s go back, before your hunger explodes.”
I do as I’m told, listening to the bossy madam as she chases away again. I’ve figured it out, you know, why she does this. She likes that I pursue. A good old fashioned game of cat and mouse, except the hunger is for sex.
And God knows I’m ready for some more of that. What? You think after this morning’s round I should be done for the day? Never. That’s practically sacrilege. A man’s tool is always ready for the job.
It’s like a light switch. One mention of anything sex-related and it’ll flicker on.
After a satisfying meal during the early evening, I take Maya back out to the deck, where a large cushion lay in the place of the loungers.
“What’s this for?” She asks, cocking her head to the side.
“I thought we could end the night gazing at the stars.” Now tell me that isn’t romantic? I’ve exceeded expectations on today’s level of boyfriend material, right? I’ve done well, yes?
“As cheesy as that may be, I will do so anyway.” She steps onto the cushion, lying down on her back.
“Uh, cheesy? I put a lot of effort into thinking this up,” I say, laying down beside her.
She cuddles into me. “Grayson, you’re better at this than you think you are. You need to stop overthinking it.”
I sigh. This is it. I’m going to tell her I love her, explain why I’m trying too hard, that I don’t want to lose her because somehow I’m afraid of neglecting her without realising. I’m finding my courage in the stars, seeing the beauty she claims belongs in the darkness.
All I see is her. When I wake, when I sleep, when I dream, her image is embedded in everything I do.
“Maya, I. . .” I’m cut off by the sound of a phone. It’s unusual, it doesn’t belong in the universe we’ve created here. I ignore it, like I have done since we arrived. “Maya, there’s something I’ve been wanting to tell you all day. . .” The sound starts up again, only this time I can’t ignore it. Haven’t I said I’d only take calls if it were an emergency? Olivia has made good on her promise. She hasn’t sent me anything.
I stride to the bag containing our essentials, and ruffle through it until I find my phone. “Layla?” I answer, seeing the caller I.D.
“Grayson!” Her voice is shaky, my body is tingling with awareness. This can’t be good.
“Layla, what’s wrong?”
“It’s mum. She’s in hospital, she’s been attacked,” Layla cries out on the phone. My mind slips into gear.
“What do you mean? What happened?”
The line is silent.
“Layla, tell me what happened? What hospital?”
I hear Maya’s gasp, she comes to stand beside me.
“Layla!” Have you ever felt so helpless on a phone call before? Because I haven’t, not like this, and it’s driving me insane. Layla won’t respond to me, but I can hear her crying. And there’s absolutely nothing I can do from here.
“Grayson, dude, you still there?” Cam’s voice comes on the line.
“Yeah, what the fuck’s going on?”
“Clara’s been beaten, I don’t know why, Grayson. The Doc says she’s stable, but Christ. She looks bad, Rush. Whoever it was did a real number on her.”
It’s just what I want to hear when I’m thousands of miles away. I’m pacing the deck, unable to stay still. “Is Layla okay? Was she with her?”
“She’s fine, just upset. And no she wasn’t. She got a call from the hospital, and then she called me.”
I nod into the phone as if he can see me. You ever do that? Fucking irritating, isn’t it? “Good. I’m glad. Listen, I’ll get the jet ready and be back as soon as I can. I’ll send Anderson and a small team to you. Will you stay there with Layla until I arrive?”
“Of course, Grayson. I’m not going anywhere.”
“Update me if anything changes.”
“You got it.”
I click off the line, and run to Acosta up in his tower. “We need to get back to the harbour now!”
“But gate will be closed.”
I shake my head. Does he not understand what I’m saying? There’s no either/or about this. It’s a demand. “I don’t care what it takes, make it happen. I’ll pay whatever.”
I leave the tower to find Maya, realising I’ve left her without explaining. “I’m sorry, sunshine. Holiday’s over for now.”
“Grayson, what’s going on? Is Layla okay? Is she in the hospital?”
I see the worry on her face, and I’m amazed at how much she cares for my family already. “Layla’s okay. It’s my mother. They’re saying she’s been attacked.”
Maya gasps, holding her mouth. “We need to get home,” she says, and I’m overwhelmed with her inclusion into that equation. “How did it happen?”
“They don’t know yet. Listen, I gotta make some phone calls, set things in motion. I packed some of your clothes in that bag if you want to change.”
I’m busy punching in numbers on my phone when she hugs me hard. “She’ll be okay, right?”
A tear slips from her eye, coating her cheek. I kiss it away.
“They say she’s stable.” And it’s all the reassurance I can give because I don’t know. And for someone like me that needs to take control, it’s already driving me insane with the fact we’re so far away, and I’m limited in what I can achieve. How can I protect my family?
You see what happens when you finally take a trip away? When you’re fucking happy? It’s all about that shitty balance beam again. Here it comes, turning my world around, spinning on its axis. Do I sound pissed?
Give me back my afternoon of dolphin watching.
Or sandstorm madness.
And bedroom antics.
As I watch Maya disappear inside, I know one thing’s for sure. No one hurts my family and gets away with it.
“Mr. Rush?”
“Captain,” I say as he answers his phone. “Have the jet ready. We leave in an hour.”
Chapter Twenty
~ £ ~
“Captain! How much longer?”
“Roughly half an hour.”
I’m shaking my head at the intercom, my temper’s rising. “Not good enough. This is a bloody jet. By nature they’re fast. Push it or I’ll give you an incentive!” By which I mean my foot up his arse. “Fuck’s sake!” I throw my phone to the couch. “What does it take to get a bit of information around here?”
“Grayson?”
“W
HAT?”
Maya cowers back afraid and in a split second her shoulders are rising, her spine straightening. “I get that you’re having a rough time right now, Grayson, but I’m here to support you, to help you. But if you shout at me again, I’ll leave. This isn’t my fault.”
Well, didn’t I deserve that kick in the pants? She’s right, too. I know that. Her threat diffuses my rage like a soothing balm, coaxing out my logic.
“I’m sorry.” I sigh, regretting my actions as I pull her into my arms. “I’m so frustrated right now, I didn’t mean to take it out on you.”
“Look, no news is good news, right?”
“It means she isn’t any better,” I say, my shoulders sag under the heavy weight of my worry.
“It also means she isn’t any worse.” She trails her thumbs under my eyes, smoothing the skin I’ve no doubt encouraged to droop over the last few hours. If ever I’m in need of referencing a journey from hell, this is it. Trapped in a steel cage for hours without comms.
The fasten seatbelt sign pings overhead, and I’m immediately filled with animation. I urge Maya to sit, controlling my desire to buckle her in, as if the quicker she’s in the sooner we’ll land. I know that isn’t how it goes.
We’re descending, getting closer to homeland, and I’m buzzing with energy. I’ll be at the cougar’s beside in no time, finding answers. It’s all I can think about.
The second we’ve stopped I’m up and out of my seat, practically dragging Maya whilst her body’s still strapped in. Have you noticed how one dimensional my thoughts can become when I’m focused? Nothing else matters. This is the mindset I’ve built my legacy on. It’s what will face the fuckers who attacked my family.
“Grayson, my arm’s going to pop out of its socket if you keep pulling.”
I loosen my hold, but I don’t apologise. I’m in a rush. “Logan? What are you doing here? I’m expecting Anderson,” I say, seeing the head of my security team waiting at my Range Rover.
“He’s with your mother. I wanted to be here for you.”
As nice and loyal as that is, I can’t help but feel like I’ve ruined his holiday, too. “How are you back so soon?” He still has two more days booked as far as I’m aware.
