"Shut up, asshole. I just helped Jeremy carry in all the closet shit he built. Why the fuck does Aly need compartments for fifty pairs of shoes and some fancy purse organizer anyways?"

I just laugh, knowing too well about my fiancée's addiction.

"There're only a few more things left. Let's get this done before Aly gets home tonight.” For the past month we've worked hard to get the house done.

It takes another two hours to get the furniture in place. We all sit on the deck to have a beer after the hard work.

"This is the life." I proclaim, reclining in the Adirondack chair Aly picked out for the deck. “The only thing missing is Aly. She is going to love this house.”

As if on cue, Aly shows up. “Bentley, I’m home. Holy crap, you guys finished already.” She jumps up in my arms, peppering my face with kisses. I walk her to each room to see if she likes the furniture placement.

“I love it, Bents. It’s our house now.”

The boys take that as their cue to leave. I thank them with a simple nod of my head.

  “It’s always been ours, Angel.”

She hops off me, taking in all the changes we made today. “I know, but now we can actually live here. Really live here.” She runs from room to room, inspecting every inch of them.

When she’s satisfied she’s seen enough, she comes back to me. I kiss the top of her head as I pull her back against my front. “Welcome home, Angel.”

She looks up, her eyes full of love. “I like the sound of that. Home.”

I lean down, brushing my lips to hers. I pull her bottom lip between my lips. “You ready to start christening every room?”

“We already did that, Bentley.” She gives me a knowing smile.

“Well, then you ready to christen the new furniture?”

“But most of it is from the old place, and that’s been done too.”

I give her a tap on the ass for giving me lip.

“Then I will just have to fuck you on the new dining table first.” I scoop her up in my arms, grip under her thighs and carry her to the solid oak table. I lay her across the table like she's my buffet for the night, and I intend on devouring every goddamn inch of her delicious body.

I watch her skin react to the cool night air as I unbutton her blouse and remove both her shirt and bra. Bringing her finger tips to my mouth, I nip the tip of each one. I kiss up her wrists, up her arm and across her perky tits, paying attention to each hard nipple. I lightly grip each bud gently with my teeth, circling my tongue until Aly is making the noises that drive me crazy. I make my way down her other arm, repeating my earlier movements.

My next destination is her ear. Then, the tender spot just below. Whenever I make contact with that spot, her fingers dig into my back and I want to plow into her. Just not yet.

My lips continue down her neck, between her breasts to her belly button. I pause there, swirling my tongue, until Aly raises her hips, pushing my head further down her beautiful body. She moans her frustration when I don't give her what she wants. Instead, I raise her foot to my mouth, kissing the arch then the ankle. I torture her a while longer. Grazing my tongue up her calf and thigh, skipping the spot she wants me to touch the most, I work my way down her other leg and foot.

"Dammit, Bentley. Just fuck me already."

I turn my mouth up in a half smile as I strip out of my clothes. She doesn’t swear often, but when she does it’s sexy as fuck. I grip my cock in my hands and slowly begin to stroke myself. "You don't want my mouth, Angel?"

"No." Aly's eyes are fixed to my hands, watching my every movement.

  "What do you want?"

She smiles, knowing I love when she talks dirty.

  "Your cock." She purrs softly.

  "Where do you want it?"

"In my pussy." She says even softer.

Pulling her to the edge of the table, I test her with my fingers, knowing she's more than ready. With her legs spread wide, she gives me the best view as I enter her inch by inch.

  "You are so beautiful."

I touch where our bodies are connected, and she raises to hug our bodies.

"And you’re all mine, Angel.” I pull her as close as I can, wanting to feel the connection between us.

She starts to grind her hips against me.

"Please, Bentley,” she all but begs me. Finally, I give her what she wants. I begin to move at a pace that I know will bring her over the edge quickly.

  "Yes, Bentley."

Her pussy starts to tighten around me, as her first orgasm breaks free. I slow my pace, much to Aly’s disappointment. She’s desperate for more.

"Don’t worry, Angel. We’re not done yet."

I pick her up and her legs wrap around me so I don’t have to leave her warmth. Laying her down on the coffee table, I lift her legs over my shoulders. My movements this time are slow and deep, driving us both fucking insane.

  "Fuck, Aly. You feel phenomenal."

Her hands grip the edge of the table as I pick up speed, my body searching for the release it wants. Already feeling that familiar pull in the base of my spine, I lower Aly's one leg giving me access to her center. Reaching my hand down, I slowly circle her clit with my thumb.

"Bentley, I'm going to come again."

As soon as the words leave her mouth, my balls tighten, and I know I only have a second. I work her clit faster. I feel her tighten around me as her eyes meet mine, sending me over the edge. "Fuck, Angel."

After a long, quiet moment, I lock her legs around my waist and her arms around my neck and carry her up the stairs.

  "I need a moment, Bentley."

I lower her to the bed, leaving her warmth.

"I'm going to run us a bath."

She closes her eyes sleepily. "That's good because we bought too much furniture to break it all in tonight."

I laugh at her comment as I head into the bathroom.

She walks in just as I turn off the tap. I step inside the tub, giving her room between my legs to sit in front of me.

I grab her pink, fluffy sponge and begin washing her shoulders and arms. She takes this moment to begin a conversation.

"What type of wedding do you want, Bentley?"

It really doesn't matter to me what we have as long as it ends with a wedding band on her finger.

"The kind where you and I say ‘I do’ in front of friends and family."

She gives me that look before continuing. "When I was little, I wanted a fairytale wedding. Lots of people. Princess dress. A grand ballroom.”

  “What do you want now?”

“Something small. Just immediate family and our close friends."

Exactly what I want, too. "Where do you want to get married?"

  "On the beach. Nothing fancy."

This is why she’s my perfect match. It’s exactly what I picture: barefoot in the sand. Nothing fancy, just the two of us and our vows. “Sounds perfect, Angel.”

  Alyssa

ALTHOUGH WE HAVE been living here for a few months, life has been crazy for everyone. It feels like we haven’t stopped. First we had Kat and Caleb’s wedding. Which was crazy fun. Then it was Dani and Logan’s engagement party. That was legendary. Then, Lexi moved into a new place…. but I’m going to let her tell that story.

Today is the craziest and most important day of all. It seems that everything has finally settled for all of us.

Both mine and Bentley’s family are here, along with our close friends and family. Kat came by early to help me get dressed and to decorate the outside. Bentley didn’t want me to stress and hired a catering service. They arrived about an hour ago to set up the tables and food.

My hair and makeup are done. The braids and twists in my hair are artfully placed, giving me a casual half up, half down hairdo. My eyes are lined in three different shades of purple, making my blue irises pop. The rest of my face is light with a light shimmer on my lips. My mom and Kat went shopping with me. Together we found a dress perfect for today. It’s much s
exier than I ever thought I would wear. The long, white, flowing fabric feels wonderful against my skin. Thin straps cover my shoulders, but the neck line dips low, with a thick satin band around the waist. Ironically, for a girl who loves shoes, I won’t be wearing any today. I will be getting married barefoot. That’s right, today is our wedding day.

“I can’t believe you two managed to keep this a secret from everyone.” Kat says as she zips up my dress. My mom is grabbing tissues from the convenient box Kat brought in.

“It wasn’t easy, but since you and Caleb were the only friends who knew, it made it better that I could talk to you.”

“Alyssa, you look so beautiful,” my mom says as she dabs her eyes, trying not to smear her makeup. I finally look in the mirror and get to see the complete look. Instead of crying, I smile.

Kat looks at me, practically buzzing with excitement. “You are stunning. Bentley is going to flip when he sees you. I’m surprised he hasn’t broken down the door yet.”

“Caleb promised he would keep him away. Besides, I’m sure they are busy directing the caterers.”

Just as the words “people should be arriving” are coming out of my mouth, there is a knock on the door.

  “Open up, it’s Lexi.”

Kat opens the door when I tell her she can. The cat will be out of the bag soon anyway. I want my friends here with me. Both Lexi and Jade walk through the door with their mouths open. I don’t think I have ever seen Lexi speechless.

“Hi, girls.” The smile still hasn’t left my face. No tears have been shed. In fact, I’m eerily calm.

“Holy shit! Is that a wedding dress? Oh my God, you’re getting married?” Lexi says as she sprints towards me. “You didn’t tell me.”

“Nope, we didn’t tell anyone. Surprise!”

“Are you pregnant?” Lexi blurts out. And my mom gasps.

“No! I’m not pregnant. We just didn’t want to wait any longer.” Which is the truth. Originally this was going to be an engagement slash house warming party, but I suggested to Bentley that we just get married instead. He was thrilled. He said he was done waiting.

Jade comes over to hug me. “Is it okay to hug you? I don’t want to wrinkle you.”

I extend my arms and the door opens again. Dani sneaks in. “Bentley told me everyone was in here. No group hug without me!”

Giggling, the five of us form a hug circle. Caleb breaks the moment when he knocks.

“Sorry to interrupt, ladies. Everything is set and you have an anxious groom downstairs greeting people. They still don’t have a clue. You have twenty minutes. We are going to start ushering them to the beach and then you are getting married.”

  Just then it hits me.

  Holy crap, I’m getting married.

Not only am I getting married to the love of my life, but to my best friend. How did I get so lucky to find the kind of love women dream of? Kat nudges my arm and with a hushed voice reminds me.

  “No tears.”

I nudge her back. “No tears. I’m fine.”

The girls head out to the party. My mom stays with me. She hands me my bouquet of white and purple lilies. The flowers are wrapped with lace and adorned with an anchor charm in remembrance of my father and his love for sailing.

“I’m so proud of you. Your father would be so proud of you and the woman you have become.”

I hold back the tear that wants to escape.

“I love you, mom. Now, let’s get me married!”

The house is quiet as we make our way out the door. We reach the path to the beach, and I hear our song start. We chose The Police for my wedding march, since it was first song that Bentley ever sang to me. Bentley comes into view as I reach the end of the walkway. He looks as handsome as ever in his tan linen pants and white dress shirt. It’s only a few short feet to reach him. As much as I want to run into his arms, I take my time.

I reach Bentley and the ceremony begins.

“Who gives away this bride to her awaiting groom?”

“I do.” Mom kisses me and gives my hand over to Bentley. I hand my bouquet to Kat, my Matron of Honor.

We recite the traditional vows, but then we each take turns telling each other the personal words we wrote to one another.

“They say there is a calm before the storm. My life, however, was the complete opposite. When the storm hit, it came full force, like a hurricane. Bentley, you were there for me from the beginning. With you, I found the definition of peace. You offered me shelter, dirt cheap too. Quickly, you became a friend. I looked forward to my time with you. Our morning coffee time, our dinners and our Wednesday outings. You brought something to my life that was missing for a long time. Love. I can’t imagine a life without you in it.”

When Bentley speaks, I shed my first tear.

“Alyssa, when I first saw you, I was taken aback by your beauty. When I got a second chance and got to actually meet you again, I thought I was the luckiest man. Then, I got to know the real you, and I knew you were my Angel sent from heaven. You gave my days meaning and my nights became less lonely. I will do my best to protect, love and cherish every minute with you for the rest of our lives. Forever.”

Kat stands and recites the same poem that my grandparents read at their wedding. When she finishes, we exchange our rings. Instead of the traditional ‘I do’, we say the words my grandparents said long ago. “You are mine and I am yours.”

The minister declares, “You may now kiss the bride.”

Bentley dips me back slightly, one hand on my back, the other bracing my neck. His thumb grazes my cheek.

“I’m never letting you go, Angel.”

  “Neither am I, Bentley.”

His lips touch mine in a tender kiss, leaving me wanting more.

“I now present Mr. and Mrs. Bentley Chase Jacobs.”

The congregation cheers as we make our way through them. We take a few minutes to ourselves upstairs, knowing that we won’t get much time alone for the rest of the evening. Bentley carries me over the threshold up to our bedroom.

He finishes the kiss he started at the altar.

“Dammit, can’t we just stay here for the rest of the night?”

“I think our family and friends would be disappointed. Besides, I am dressed for a party.” I do a little spin.

“You took my breath away when I saw you.” He runs his finger between my exposed cleavage. I sigh contentedly. He replaces his finger with his tongue and I’m ready to give in, but I stay strong and back away.

Begrudgingly, Bentley agrees to stop. He does his best to adjust himself and I offer to help him with his problem.

  “That’s not helping, Aly.”

My girls knock on the door, ending the moment. Bentley kisses me softly, and heads out of the room.

“Aly, the wedding was beautiful. I can’t wait to see what the future has in store for us,” Kat says with a smile on her face.

“It’s a whole new kind of fun. We are officially adults, wives. Oh my gosh, I’m a wife.”

Kat laughs at my realization. I look at down at the rings on my finger. I’m actually married.

“While you three are tied down,” Lexi says pointing between Kat, Dani and I. “I will be having the time of my life. Single.”

The conversation changes to figuring out how to detach the train from my dress. I found one that has a special layer that removes and becomes a shorter party version. Four girls get underneath my skirt, undoing a million little buttons, while the boys celebrate in the living room waiting for us.

  Bentley

“CONGRATULATIONS, MAN.” Caleb pats me on the back, handing me a beer in celebration. Hunter, Jeremy, and Josh join in, raising their bottles to my new life.

“Saluti. Life is changing.” Hunter says, glancing to where Lexi is standing. Their story is a work in progress.

  “For the better, brother.”

Aly makes her way down the stairs. I’m blown away once again. She was stunning walking down the aisle; she is breatht
aking right now. My Angel, a vision in white. I’m momentarily tongue tied.

She breaks the spell. “Did you miss me, Mr. Jacobs?”

“Always, Mrs. Jacobs. You look so beautiful.” I wrap her in my arms, never wanting her to leave them. It’s not possible though, there are people waiting to celebrate with us. “Are you ready to go have some fun? I think there may be some people waiting for us to make an entrance.”

  “I’m ready. Let’s go party!”

I take her hand in mine, leading her to the party down below. We rented an air-conditioned tent with tables and chairs. Lexi had shown up expecting a party, so she was already prepared to DJ. We were counting on that, actually. It’s good to see everyone dancing and having a good time, agreeing with her choice of music.

After dinner, Caleb stands to give his toast.

“Bentley, we’ve known each other half of our lives, and I’ve never seen you so, what’s the word I’m looking for, babe?” He turns to Kat for help.

Kat laughs loudly and replies, “In love.”

“I was going to say whipped.”

Our friends and family chuckle and Caleb continues.

Kat sighs. “What I think Caleb means to say is you are perfect for each other. We have had the privilege of watching your relationship from the beginning. I knew that you would be amazing as a couple, and I’m usually right.”

Caleb chimes in. “You are always right. Bentley, you found a terrific girl in Aly. And, Aly, my best friend couldn’t have picked a better woman to be whipped by.”

“Oh my gosh, Caleb, you are terrible at this. Just sit down.”

Kat clears her throat. “For as long as I can remember, Aly and I have been best friends. I’ve watched her grow into a beautiful woman. We’ve laughed together, argued and cried together. Now I’m handing over the role to you, Bentley. Promise to be there for her. Be not only her husband, but her best friend. Hold her when she cries. Make her laugh often. And love her with your whole heart, because I know she loves you with every piece of hers.”

Everyone raises their glass and drinks to her heartfelt words.
