Three Times the Charm
Page 4
Delightful warmth spread over her body. “Sure,” Carisa replied.
Her stomach might be sated with food, but her body craved sex. Maybe Alex wanted conversation or some music, she mused, and if so, fine––but she hoped for something with heat. This guy turned her on like no one else ever had, and yet she savored the quiet close times just as much as the erotic ones. Their like-mindedness pleased her so Carisa wasn’t surprised that when she joined him, Alex pulled her onto his lap. She lay across his thighs in a perfect position for him to kiss her, which he did with thoroughness.
His mouth tickled hers at first then consumed it, the temperature rising between their lips with molten heat. Carisa snuggled against his chest as her body relaxed, her spine limp. If Alex’s arms weren’t supporting her, she would’ve melted into a puddle in the floor. Instead, he fired her with fever until she burned. Her lips gave back the heat they took and she unbuttoned the dress shirt he wore with nimble fingers. Carisa reached past the fabric to fondle his nipple with her hand, her thumb repeating the same gesture until it hardened. She used her other hand to unzip his jeans. Alex returned the favor by slipping his fingers beneath her satin gown. He caressed her breast, held it in his hand and then tweaked her nipple hard enough it almost hurt––but it was more pleasure than pain.
Alex slid down the shoulder straps of the nightie to bare her shoulders first, then her breasts. He pulled his mouth away from hers and left her wanting but when his lips impacted her nipple, Carisa burned. A delighted moan escaped from her mouth as he repeated the gesture on her other breast and nipple. Alex suckled her, his lips tight around her tender bud and then used his tongue to lick between her breasts. His hands cupped her buttocks as she clung to him.
With one graceful motion, he stood up with her in his arms. Carisa tightened her grip around his neck but he carried her with ease. Alex strode toward the bedroom with her and once there, he put her down on the bed. She watched as he stripped away his garments. Before she could say anything Alex lowered himself above her on the bed and kissed her, deep and full.
Without warning, he ripped his mouth from hers and came down on her cunt. His warm breath sent her into dizzy delight as pleasure radiated from her pussy outward and upward. When he inserted his tongue, Carisa spasmed with sheer pleasure beneath him and cried out her joy. His concentrated efforts reached her clit and when Alex tongued it, Carisa screamed aloud.
Before she caught her breath, he lifted up on his elbows to take her mouth, his lips tasting of her sex. Fired by the taste of her own cum on his burning lips, Carisa’s body became charged with erotic power.
Everything in her body responded to the kiss and to him, bird to the nest, hammer to a nail. Alex pushed up her skirt and she grasped it to pull it higher, out of the way. Carisa spread her legs wide as he descended to stab into her body. Her pussy welcomed him, closed around him, sheath for his sword as his cock sank deep. She locked her legs around his back to pull him nearer. As he pulled his dick back and forth to bring extreme pleasure through the friction, Carisa clenched the walls of her twat so they caressed his cock with every stroke he made.
The sounds their bodies made as they strained together, the slap of flesh against bare skin, the moist noises of their connected sex parts, their strained breath and the scattered groans were music to Carisa, more tuneful than any symphony or hit single.
They moved in hectic tandem, as they stretched and searched for release. And as the tension built, Carisa shut her eyes with the intensity of it and the powerful need. She reached out with blind desire and clawed his back with her nails, the action evoking hoarse cries of pleasure from Alex. For Carisa, her wild instincts dictated her actions, beyond conscious thought.
Alex withdrew until no more than the tip of his dick remained within her, then rammed hard and fast in a powerful thrust she thought would impale her, body and soul. In the rush of feeling, the rowdy crazy explosion of erotic pleasure propelling them both into somewhere beyond reality Carisa cried out, her scream lost in the other sounds of their coming. At the very end, he silenced her with his mouth against hers.
When cognitive thought returned Carisa realized they’d wrecked the bed, stripped the sheets to the mattress and scattered the covers to the floor. Satisfaction mingled with potent contentment and neither cared. They slept in a tangle, skin against skin, half the night until Alex roused enough to pluck the comforter from the floor to cover them both.
She awoke to sunshine, the golden rays puddled on the floor. For a few moments, Carisa didn’t recognize her surroundings then recollection rushed over her. She stirred and touched Alex, still asleep beside her. His arm draped over her and as she moved, he turned his face toward her without opening his eyes. When Alex woke several drowsy moments later, he grinned at her.
“I like waking up with you,” he said.
Carisa wondered how many women he’d told the same, and who the last overnight guest might’ve been. Curious if it’d been a few weeks or months or even a year, she touched his face, her fingers light against his cheek. If she asked outright, he might get angry, but if she said nothing, she would wonder forever. The intimate, happy moment wouldn’t last if she didn’t inquire so she said, tone light and almost festive, “I bet you tell all the girls the same thing.”
His eyes darkened with emotion and his expression turned solemn. Alex shook his head. “No, I don’t. In fact, I’ve never been one to have anyone sleep over. I can’t lie and say I haven’t enjoyed other women, but you’re the first I ever asked to stay, here, in my home. You’re special, Carisa, and I can’t begin to explain how I feel.”
Gratified and humbled by his honest response, one she believed, Carisa met his unblinking gaze. “I’m glad,” she said when she could summon words around the knot of emotion in her throat. “Alex, I’m not the kind of girl who’s into casual sex. I think…”
He interrupted her with a kiss or she would’ve said she thought she could fall in love with him, something Carisa always swore she didn’t think possible. But then she’d never experienced the camaraderie she did with Alex, the shared tastes and interests, the meshing of two minds and two bodies. Carisa never imagined anyone as compatible with her eclectic make-up or just how mind-blowing sex with the right guy could become.
Alex robbed her breath and lit the fuses to all her senses. Her somnolence turned into sensual heat, sweet and slow. Without any foreplay besides his kiss, Alex entered her, slipped into her depths and brought her to ecstasy with skill. He moved with tenderness, with gentle care perfect for a morning-after idyll. Carisa soared high like a butterfly floating among the clouds.
After, she curled against him. Saturday stretched out before them, filled with promise. Carisa inhaled the aroma of coffee and poked Alex.
“When did you make coffee?”
He grinned. “Last night. I set it up with the timer.”
“Oh,” she laughed. “Alex, can I ask you something?”
“Anything.”
“What did we just do?”
His warm lips trailed down her neck, kissing and nibbling. “We made love.”
Carisa giggled. “I know that but why?”
Alex lifted his head. “It feels good, baby.”
A delicious ripple traveled down her spine. “Yeah,” she sighed. “It does.”
“And I like having you around,” he said. “I wanted to ask you something, too.”
Anticipation, sweet and full, filled her. “Ask.”
“Do you like me?”
“What kind of question is that?” Carisa said with mock outrage. “I like you very much, Alex.”
“And I know you love my house.”
“It’s enchanting,” she said. “It reminds me of something out of a fairy tale.”
“And I like you,” Alex told her. “I want to get to know you more, Carisa, and I’d like to give whatever this is a chance to grow if it can.”
Deep in her chest her heart trembled, paused in its rhythm and then started again
, slow and tentative. “I’d like to do the same thing.”
“But I’d like more than just a date or two every week.”
“Meaning what?”
“Would you like to move in here with me, Carisa? Be my lady, girlfriend, significant other, whatever you want to call it?”
Carisa considered his question, weighed it, and decided without a lot of fretting or worry.
“Yes, Alex, I would,” she told him. “I love this place and I adore you.”
His eyes riveted to hers. “I might be falling in love with you.”
She scraped the whisper up from the bottom of her belly. “I feel the same way.”
“So let’s try, okay?”
“Yes.”
They sealed the agreement with a kiss, long and lingering. Then, without bothering to dress Carisa walked through the house she could now call home, barefoot and naked. As she poured coffee for both of them, she stared outside at the rioting beauty in his backyard and realized she’d come home, maybe even to stay.
Maybe three times really is the charm, she thought. Three intimate nights of lovemaking––and now, the chance for a lasting love . . . what could be any better than this?
She knew the answer: Alex Milton, forever.
For now though, a chance was good enough.
