A Kiss Before Lying 2 (A BWWM Romance)

As her hand still worked on him, he could tell she had gotten over her fear and was ready to have him inside her. “Please...” she whispered, kissing his lips, making him tremble.
“Don’t beg me, baby. You don’t have to ever beg. Just tell me how you want it.”
“Deep,” she hissed against his lips. “Go deep.”
“I can handle that.”
“Oh, Liam,” she screamed, propelling his body into a deep set of thrusts. Pushing himself inside her, he felt her body take him all in and paused before taking her legs up around his waist. Kissing her neck, snatching her head to the side, he worked on her, making her wetter with each delicious kiss.
Holding her head, he could hear her rambling something and bent down to hear more. “What, baby?”
“Pull my hair.” Gripping a handful, he pulled and pushed himself deeper only to feel her walls clench around him. “Uhh, yes,” she whispered in a deep raspy voice that had him spinning. “Please make me cum. I... uh, please.”
Listening to her sexy begging, he sped up, making her burst around him. Feeling the immense wetness between them, he knew she had climaxed. Thinking of giving her a minute to recover, he pulled back, and her wrist caught him. “No, keep going.”
Rocking his hips against her core, he swiveled to the side and slipped in all the way, gripping her hair tighter as he stretched her body with his swollen shaft. “You want me deeper?”
“Yes,” she hissed. “Make me cum again.”
His temples were pulsing as he moved, making her walls moisten more and more with each stroke. Pushing in just to pull out, he let her moans float around the beach as he stroked her velvet walls, making her cream all over him. If he loved nothing more about being with her, he loved how she always soaked him in her juices, letting them flow freely.
Pushing his body harder that he ever had, he enjoyed the throaty moans of his name, well a few different variations of his name. He was stroking her so hard, she was having a hard time coming up with anything coherent, but he knew what she meant. She was in heaven, savoring every tantalizing moment. Biting down on her ear, he called her name, and she shivered a little as his hot breath tickled her.
“I love it when you move with me. Move your hips with me, baby.” Shifting a little, she took more of him, and he had to close his eyes to keep from exploding; looking at her would have only ended things way too soon. She felt so good and with each stroke, he felt himself driving closer to his ultimate release.
The heat of the night was still present and cool water brushing against them only heightened the passion surrounding the moment. “Liam, uh, deeper, harder,” she moaned and he bit down on her neck, making her breath catch.
“Tell me again, louder.” Thrusting his hips harder against her, he felt her squirting. Planting his hands on her head, he smacked against her thighs, rolling his hips against her. “You want more?”
“Yes. Give me more.” Lacing their fingers, he rolled deeper, making her gasp. Hiking her legs higher, she gave him better access and he slid back, just to smash back into her. Digging her nails into his hand, she bit down so hard on her lip he thought she would break the skin.
Moving harder and faster, Liam kept pushing until they were dancing together. Moving against her slick body, he bent down, taking her mouth. Moving his lips against hers, stroking her body, he realized he was completely out of control. He was losing the battle between wanting to go slow and totally dominating her. He had wanted this to be her chance to feel free to let go, but it was him who had done just that. Here he was swimming inside her endless pool and he never wanted it to end. He was hooked, he knew that now.
Wrestling with her tongue, he gave in to her sweet, addictive kisses and slowed down, pushing himself deeper inside her. Gripping both sides of her head, he held her still and continued to roll into her. Stroking her again, he closed his eyes, letting the moment soak in.
“Oh, damn, baby,” he yelled, causing her eyes to fly open. “Tell me what you want next.” Watching the sweat prickling on her skin, he thought he had never seen her look more beautiful. She was absolutely perfect and her glistening skin called to him. Kissing her neck again, he knew he was going to leave a mark, but he couldn’t say that he cared. He felt like maybe it was time he left his mark on her. He needed it to be known who she belonged to.
“I’m so close,” she said loud enough for him to hear and he kept moving.
“Not yet,” he slid his hands under her ass, holding her closer. Spreading her legs wider, he threw himself against her, holding her so close he swore he could feel her pulsing. Stroking her a few more times, he felt himself finally catching up to her and brought her off the wet sand. “Have you ever climaxed on a beach under the stars?”
Shaking her head, she struggled to come up with any word to answer him. “No... I’ve never... shit,” she screamed as he took her legs into the air, burying himself so deep her eyes rolled backward. He had walked them over and they were in shoulder high water as he threw his final thrusts. Collapsing in his arms as she rode out the enthralling waves of pleasure, Draya wrapped her legs tighter and Liam shook with his release, screaming her name into the air.
Pushing her wet hair back from her face, he lowered her feet and she slid down his body, holding on to his arms. Capturing her intense gaze, he placed his palm on her cheek and she studied him. Letting the water soothe them, he noticed how intense her gaze was as she opened her mouth to speak. “How are you so perfect for me? I keep waiting for something to happen, but when it doesn’t I just get so much closer to you. I want to be close, I do, but I’m...”
“Scared,” he finished for her. With the day’s perfection, he had conveniently forgotten the cause of her fear, but it all came screeching back with her statement. Holding her gaze for a second longer, he pulled her to him. “I’m a lot of things, but I’m not perfect. I don’t always do and say the right things, but I’m trying to get better at it.” Looking around the beach, gazing at the stars, Draya crossed her arms and he pulled her against him. “Let’s get you out of this water.”
Reaching down to grab the blanket, her panties and his clothes, he slipped his boxers on and began to walk them towards the beach house, wrapping the blanket to cover her wet body. She still had her clothes on except her panties, but they were soaked; he wanted to get her dry. The walk was silent as he thought about everything that had happened today. The trip had been a success and pushed them further, but now, he was wondering if he was making a mistake. He was crazy about her. He could never deny that, but what if he was only bringing her down? All of this stuff started happening to her after she met him, and no matter what she thought, it was somehow his fault. Even if it was Damien or Deena messing with her, it started because she got involved with him. For as much as he cared, he didn’t want to be the cause of her life falling apart.
Opening the door to the pool house, he let her walk inside while he took the blanket from her leaving it at the door. Watching her strip off her remaining clothing as she got inside, he had to shake the dirty thoughts racing through his mind. He had just taken her on the beach, something he had never done with anyone else, and he already wanted her again. He was starting to believe his need for her was more like an obsession. It seemed like his every waking thought was consumed with her.
Turning to face him, she cocked her head to the side as he stood in the doorway in his trance. “Are you coming in or am I showering alone?”
Coming in and shutting the door, he shook his head, trying to rid all the questioning thoughts. “I think I’m going to let you start it off. I need to make a phone call and if you’re still in when I get out, I’ll join you.” Giving him a disappointed nod, she walked towards the bathroom while he walked over, pulling his phone out. He had Rose send their stuff down before heading out to the beach in anticipation of them spending the night. He already knew once she saw the beach she wouldn’t want to leave.
Sitting down on the bed, waiting until he heard the wate
r start, he looked up the number he needed and hit the talk button. After a few rings, he got the person he was aiming for and sighed into the phone. “Look, I’m done with all this; I’m out. I can’t keep up this front, I care about her.”
“You will do whatever it takes to see this through. I don’t care about feelings.”
“No, you don’t get to do this anymore. You can’t control me. I’ll find a way to end this.”
“Good luck with that.”
Listening to the phone click, Liam slammed it down on the bed and let out a loud yell. He knew he was mixed up in a big mess and despite what he said, he had no idea how he was getting out of it. Before when it was just him, he handled it his own way, but now that he had Draya. He couldn’t operate like he normally would. There was too much at stake now.
After a few minutes of wallowing, he heard her call out to him and decided not to keep her waiting. In all his drama, he knew she was the only thing keeping him together. No matter what, he wanted to make her happy because once the chips fell, he wanted to be able to keep her in his life, he just hoped she would be able to understand everything he had done.
Stripping his clothes, he stepped into the steamy shower and as soon as he was in front of her, his arms went around her waist. “You finish your call?”
“Yeah,” he sighed, kissing her neck. “I’m surprised there is any hot water left. You’ve been in here for a while.”
“Yeah, I waited until you called out to turn on the hot. I figured you would be joining me, so I saved it up for you.”
“That was nice of you,” he smiled. “I guess I should be thanking you then.”
“I think you should,” she cocked her head to the side.
Laughing, he pulled her hips closer and looked into her dazzling eyes. “You’re such a crazy woman. I swear, I love you.” Watching her eyes buck, he realized what he uttered and took a step back. “I mean I—”
“It’s okay. No, it’s okay that you said it,” she interrupted, running her fingers down his lips. Looking at her, he knew he meant it, but before saying it, he hadn’t been sure. He had tossed it around in his head and he had suspected it was why he was so eager to please her, but hearing it out loud made things real. Now, he knew he had to find a way around his situation before it cost him the woman he loved. Losing her was not an option.
Chapter Three: Intentions
“Draya, dammit, where are you? I’ve been calling everywhere and... I just need you to call me back. Stop acting like a child and call me; it’s important.”
Clicking the phone off, Draya turned back to Brenda and sat her orange juice cup down. Offering her a slight smile, Draya tried to act like the phone call hadn’t bothered her. She knew Ashton was just reacting to the fact that she had been ignoring all of them since the night of the party. Since then she had only spoken to Rico, Brittney, and Liam. She planned to talk to her family at some point, but she just wanted the peace to be with Liam and his mother without all the added stress.
Reaching for her hand, Brenda patted it, giving her brief smile. “Long night?”
Looking up to see her smile, Draya nodded her head and tried not to be sitting with this woman, imagining her son naked. The beach was great, it was something she had never done before, but the shower was much better. He had told her that he loved her and then took her again. By the time she hit the bed, her legs were shaky and trembling, but she would never tell his mother that.
“My son adores you,” she broke Draya’s thoughts. “I’m not just saying this as his mother, but he is quite a catch. He is always looking out for other people and I think he’s chosen you.”
“Chosen me?”
“Chosen you to be the one he gives his heart to.” Leaning closer, she took her voice down a fraction and began again. “My son, I love him to the moon and back, but he’s a bit complex. He never gives anything over too freely because he’s been hurt, a lot. I haven’t seen him take up with a woman like this in a long time and I know it’s something he isn’t used to. Feelings aren’t his strongest point, but bringing you here was a huge step. He has only done it once before you.”
“You met his ex?”
“We’ve met,” she snapped, and Draya knew she had hit a nerve. “If I ever see that girl again it will be too soon. She was never going to marry my son.”
“You knew about that?”
“Of course I did. Liam was never able to keep things from me, he was my little confidant. Will was able to get away from my influence and got under one way worse; his father’s. I’m not saying I’ve always been the best example, but even I wouldn’t do the things Liam Senior did. He had something wrong inside him. I’m just glad my Liam got away.”
“And Will, right? He’s dead now. Will is free too.”
“Will is Will. He doesn’t need any influence to be crazy. He’s a character.”
“He’s hilarious.”
“Yeah, hilarious,” she sighed. “But never mind my family woes, how are you doing? That call didn’t look happy.”
Shifting in her seat, Draya crossed her arms over her chest and took a deep breath. “It was my sister, we do not see eye to eye on some things. She just doesn’t seem to realize that I can’t be like her. I’m not the dutiful daughter that jumps anytime our father says. I have my own life.”
“As you should,” she nodded. “Men have been controlling us since the beginning of time. Whether it’s our fathers or husbands, they all want to call the shots. Don’t bend to anyone’s will but your own; not even my son’s. If he steps out of line, you get him right back in.”
Laughing, Draya took a sip of her drink and sat it back down. “He doesn’t strike me as the type that I will have that problem with. He’s so wonderful and is always pushing me to make the decisions I want. He is so encouraging to me.”
“So this is serious?” She leaned back in her seat.
“Why... how did you figure that out?”
“We’re talking about fathers and husbands, dear. You said you won’t have that problem with my son. You don’t worry about long-term problems unless you have a long term relationship. Tell me, how many months are you?”
Spitting out her juice, Draya wiped her chin and tried to catch her breath. “Months? I’m not pregnant. Why would you think that? I don’t have to trap him.”
Laughing, Brenda patted Draya’s hand once more and shook her head. “Just checking. You can imagine how many girls have come to me with pregnancy lies after figuring out just how much my son is worth. I wanted to cut right to the chase because I don’t believe in wasting my time getting to know someone who is only out for a selfish agenda.”
“I have my own money. I’m not doing as well as you…” She looked around the beautiful grounds and then back to Brenda. “But when I met him, I had no clue he came with all this.”
“Great answer,” Brenda chuckled. “You know what? I like you, Draya. I like your honesty and I think my son sees it, among other things.”
“Other things?”
“You’re gorgeous. He probably took one look at that innocent face and those doe eyes and fell all in. I like you, I really do. But you must understand that as his mother, I have to know that you’re here for the right reasons. He has opened himself up to you and I have to protect his interests.”
“You don’t have to worry about me. I’m not out for anything but him. He’s who I want to be with because he’s the most beautiful person I’ve ever met, inside and out.”
“Good,” she sipped her drink. Crossing her arms over her chest, she gave Draya a dubious grin and sat up. “Interrogation over. I’m convinced.”
“This was all a test?”
“Yes,” she laughed. “One that you passed. Someone has to look out for our boy. This is a dog eat dog world.” Looking around the yard for Liam, Draya saw that he wasn’t coming and sighed. “Don’t be nervous, dear. I’m done with my direct questioning. I just needed to get that out of the way. He would never have let me ask the necessary q
uestions had he been around. If you were a mother, you would understand. My son means everything to me.”
Relaxing back into her seat, Draya tried to restore the once light mood. “I understand. I had no idea he was this wealthy, but it doesn’t matter. I was crazy about him when I thought he just worked at the gym. I mean I knew his father or, now stepmother, owned it, but he is modest about his money. It never mattered. I just enjoy him.”
“I can tell. Now, tell me about this sister of yours. Why is she so insistent?”
Letting her guard down, Draya began her story. “My family and I don’t have the best track record. She was always our parent’s favorite because she doesn’t defy my father the way I do. A few weeks ago, we had a big blow up at one of my events and Liam just wanted us to get away for a little while. It’s been stressful.”
“I can imagine. He’s fiercely protective when he feels like someone he cares about is in trouble. It’s a quality to be admired, but he tends to get overzealous at times.”
“You sound like you speak from experience.”
“He always used to step in when his father would hit me. I never wanted my children to have to do witness anything like that, but their father was out of control.”
Dropping her head, Draya knew the feeling. She didn’t have kids, but she knew what it was like to feel helpless. It was probably why Liam went so hard for her; he had been there before. “How did you get out?”
“How did you?” Brenda sat her glass down.
“Me?”
“Dear, I know the signs. Every time I bring up being abused, you drop your head. You get nervous when you think someone is upset with you and you keep fiddling with your hands. I used to be you. I know what being afraid looks like.”
“I’m not... not anymore. I got out because I was tired of feeling like I wasn’t good enough. He made me feel lower than low, but I’m getting better. I finally feel like I can trust myself with someone.”
