Dirty Love

  “I…this isn’t what I’d planned for tonight.”

His deep voice pierced through the fog, and she blinked. They couldn’t leave so soon, not with Davis still MIA. She batted her lashes and plastered on her best smile. “Adventure is good for the soul. Why don’t we take a seat, have a drink, and see if anything piques your interest.”

She pulled him toward a table and shoved him onto a stool before he could protest. She took one next to him and ordered a couple of shots from a waitress with small perky breasts, wearing only a black lace thong. Kat admired her cute backside when she walked away then focused on a trio near them. A man lay on the floor with a woman sitting on his face, another riding his cock. Morgan and Monica—both she knew well. She’d managed a friendship with Monica, not an easy task for a newbie. She’d taken Kat under her wing, helping with the transition.

Morgan proved a different story. The other peered in her direction, and their gazes clashed. She rose and started toward their table, leaving the remaining duo to finish. Kat jumped up and met her halfway, wanting her well away from Jared.

Morgan leaned close to her ear. “Who have you brought us tonight, pussycat?”

She frowned at the nickname—one she didn’t care for. “My date. He’s tasty don’t you think?”

The other woman lifted her arms in a languid stretch and licked her full crimson lips. Jared’s gaze drifted down her nude body before focusing on his untouched drink. After his cursory appraisal, a rush of jealousy surprised her. Tall and model-esque, few resisted Morgan’s charms. Kat had certainly indulged a time or two.

“I have to say he is delectable. Bring him over to play,” Morgan purred, her hooded gaze never leaving Jared.

Kat ground her teeth, not liking the surging green streak. “He’s all mine. You’ll have to settle for the usual crowd tonight. Where’s Davis?”

Morgan’s mouth formed a picture-perfect pout, and she dragged her attention away from the new blood in the room. She cupped Kat’s breast, flicking her nipple through her halter top, sending out a rush of expectation. She leaned close. “Why would you want Davis when there are so many here who’d prefer your company?” The tip of her tongue stroked the column of her neck.

“We have business.” She couldn’t catch her breath, hating the effect Morgan had on everyone, including her.

The seductress nipped the sensitive flesh beneath her ear, slipping her hand from her breast to the juncture of her thighs. She tickled the satin crotch of her G-string. “You’re soaked; let me lick you dry. Your man can watch.”

Such a nice idea…. Kat stepped back, regaining control of her rampant hormones.

“Relax, pussycat. I know what you like. Look, he’s enjoying this.”

Jared sat with a hand tucked between his knees, his restless gaze darting around the room and back to them. He appeared more the part of cornered animal searching for escape.

“And I’m here to enjoy him alone.” Kat lifted her chin. “You’re welcome to play observer.”

Morgan licked the finger she’d used to tease, her hot gaze unrelenting. “Who says we won’t come over and enjoy him ourselves, in every way we wish? We outnumber you.”

Her confidence wavered. Morgan leaned in, brushing her lips over hers. “You know you want his taste on your tongue. Admit to the need. You’re young, still a virgin in so many ways. Perhaps he becomes a statistic in a dangerous city? An unsolved missing person case?”

She traced the curve of her lower back, sending tingles through her system. Kat ran her tongue over her teeth, letting ideas dance in the corner of her mind. Daydreams never fulfilled, because times had changed. Dense populations with split-second news reporting didn’t allow one to indulge in the old ways. At least from what she’d heard. She hadn’t been in the life long.

Her date had tempted her, and beyond what she imagined his cock could do. Since stepping into this new world, she’d had to learn how to deal with the drive. The Banks offered relief, but she’d heard stories about the good old days when one could indulge in Fresh without fear of retribution.

Regardless, she couldn’t murder a human being. Hell, she’d been a vegetarian in her past life. “Davis would have your hide if you drew attention to him. To us. Now back off.”

Kat spun on a heel and strode back to Jared, determined to see her plans through. Refusing to admit she’d perhaps made a huge mistake.

“Who was that?” he asked, his frightened expression straining the corners of his mouth.

She straddled his lap and pulled him in for a kiss, denying a reply. His strong male musk filled her head, fueling her need. Their tongues tangled. She stroked up his chest, settling her palm at the base of his throat. The steady thud of his pulse tempted another desire—one Morgan had dangled before her like a juicy peach.

She dragged away from his mouth, sucking down air in an effort to redirect attention to her southern parts. “Damn you, Morgan.”

She peered over her shoulder to the woman who’d ruined her night. Morgan leaned against the wall, twirling a fingertip around a dark budded nipple. She’d taken her at her word and settled in for a show.

Jared cupped her cheek, drawing her attention back to him. She yanked his lips to hers again. One lust would trump the other, and by God it’d be her sex drive. She rocked against his cock, and he grabbed her ass, pulling their bodies closer. He groaned; a wonderful, guttural sound sending hot shivers over her skin.

She whimpered, needing skin to skin contact, blessed horniness stealing her other notion’s thunder. He leaned back enough to help get his shirt over his head, and she stroked his cool, smooth chest. His pecs were well developed and the rippled plains of his abs irresistible. She traced the muscles, enjoying how they tightened with the feather-light touch.

He jerked the tie of her halter top, and her breasts fell free. Cupping each mound, he squeezed, his thumbs stroking their tips. His teeth took a sensitive bud, testing it between them, driving desire into ever-mounting spirals. She cried out, nearing orgasm, wondrous, sinful pleasure rocketing through her. She ground harder into the ridge of his cock, seeking out the promised release.

Jared let Kat’s delicious nipple fall from his lips. She gasped, tugging his head back to her breast, but he sought the hollow of her throat instead. If he lost his load now, the embarrassment would cut the evening short. Usually his stamina withstood what women threw his way, but she proved an exception. And he doubted she’d have the tact to ignore premature ejaculation.

The mystery woman watched from across the room. She met his gaze, her fingers slipping between her thighs, massaging her clean-shaven pussy. A man whispered in her ear, before stepping behind her. He took her from behind, pounding into her, the slap of bodies filling his ears. The live sex show teased him, but his sexy date had no comparison in the room.

Kat worked his zipper and slid her hand inside his fly, diverting his attention by taking his cock. She stroked base to tip and down again, then pinned it between her palm and soft inner thigh. Being so near her slit tortured him, and he wanted nothing more than to bury his cock deep within her. Make her scream louder than any woman in the room.

He’d stepped into most men’s fantasy, but something didn’t set right about the people surrounding him. He searched for what put him on edge, studying each cluster performing acts he’d only seen in pornos. Beneath the odor of incense and sex lingered the same cinnamon sweet perfume Kat wore. On her it enticed, but having it mingled with so many strangers cooled his libido.

“I want you now, sugar,” she whispered in his ear. The silk of her panties stroked the tip of his dick.

His balls tightened, but his brain couldn’t let go of unease. “Not yet.”

She pursed her mouth into a pout and slid from his lap. Her lips found his glans and she sucked it, deep-throating him. He resisted the urge to buck, gripping the sides of the barstool, transfixed by her complete lack of gag reflex. She slipped back to the head and his skin glistened from her wet mouth. The
firm tip of her tongue traced the groove there, before twirling around its circumference. Pleasure built, shooting through him, leaving him shaking. He’d never had such an amazing blow job, his date’s talent the stuff of legends. He focused on another couple, two brunette women in sixty-nine on the floor a few feet away. He probably viewed porn less than most men, and wasn’t sure if he’d dream about this night or suffer nightmares. He feared the latter.

Orgasm approached fast, and he gritted his teeth. Her tongue stroked the underside of his cock, before she grasped him, her thumb milking the vein beneath, the other hand cupping his balls. The pressure for release lessened when she gave them a gentle tug, though when she took him down her throat once more, he almost lost it.

He growled, frustrated with waning control, and weaved his fingers through her silky hair, guiding her up. She met his kiss with urgency, the act sloppy and desperate. When they parted for breath, the mystery woman stood near. She gawked, slacked jawed, her delicate nostrils flaring. She spun around and made for a door at the back of the room.

Kat watched, seeming puzzled, too. She snorted. “That’s Morgan for you, I think she’s off balance or something. My guess, too many drugs in her past life.”

The hairs on his body rose; his muscles tensed, instinct on alert. A couple more people disappeared through the same door. They’re up to no good. Thankful for the disruption, he nudged her from his lap, stood, zipped up, and grabbed his shirt. He’d lost his damned mind to this place.

He searched for excuses, anything to flee the dim space. “I can’t make love to a woman like this. I’m sorry, I’m not that kind of guy. Come morning, I’d regret it.”

  She blew out a breath.

“I was afraid of that. Let’s get out of here.” She laced her fingers with his, and they headed out the red door.

  Chapter Three

Kat looped her arms around Jared’s waist, staring into his handsome features. The fact he’d wanted to leave the Orgy Room pleased her, even if she hadn’t had the chance to rub Davis’s face into her little disobedience. At least now, her date wasn’t in danger of being rushed by a mob of hungry orgy goers.

She smoothed a strand of hair behind her ear. “Where would you like to go?”

He smiled, revealing an adorable dimple in his chin. How had she missed that before? Of course, she’d been focused on getting him to the club. Another surge of guilt, this time stronger, made her skin heat and she couldn’t meet his warm gaze.

He tilted her face up, placing a kiss on her forehead. “I booked a hotel room for the evening. It’s a nice place.” He kissed the tip of her nose, before he found her lips. “And I bet we’ll have a lot of fun in the huge soft bed. In the morning, we’ll order waffles and orange juice.”

A fancy hotel room. Of course he’d go that route. Jared’s a really good guy. Sweet, gentle, any woman would be happy to have him as a doting boyfriend. “So why the hell did you sign up for 1Night Stand?”

He blinked, seeming taken aback by the question, and she regretted her bad habit of frankness.

“Well, I guess I wanted someone to have fun with, no strings. I have a very close group of friends and family, and they’ve been pressuring me to settle down.”

She stroked his taut abdomen, which fluttered beneath her touch. “And why haven’t you settled down?”

He shrugged. “I guess I haven’t found the right girl.”

Their gazes held while a moment passed between them. Sweet yearning, something different from lust, passed through her. Men always viewed her as she them, a good time to be had and left behind. Except for Davis, but she’d become a part of his collection, fucking like wild animals in the Orgy Room. As they did most nights—pretty much the substantial part of this new life. All other needs were met by Davis. No need to work, no need to shop, no need to do anything for herself. In her past life, she’d had a full time job she’d hated, paid for a tiny apartment crawling with roaches, and spent her evenings with a half-assed boyfriend who moonlighted as a small time ganja dealer. And she’d only learned that after she’d gotten arrested right along with him.

But it had been her life.

Jared twirled a lock of her hair. “How about you, sweetheart? Why haven’t you settled down?”

She’d heard the question in the past. “I’m not the settling down type.” The automatic answer, though now it left a hollow place inside her.

  “That’s a shame.”

Will I ever deserve a guy like this, at least beyond a casual fling? His knuckles brushed her cheek, and she closed her eyes, waiting for his lips. Tonight she’d enjoy him, imagine he was all hers. Live a fantasy brand new to her. Wonderful warmth bloomed within her core.

“What’s wrong with you, Kat? Dirty Love is forbidden!”

The shout sliced through their intimacy. She squealed in surprise and the two of them whirled and faced Davis standing several yards away.

She shook her head, regaining her equilibrium. “Dirty Love? What are you talking about?”

She looked to Jared. His jaw muscle worked, his gaze traveling from her to Davis and back again. The icy intensity in his gaze sent a chill through her bones. Davis stared back with fire flashing in his gray eyes.

“Dirty Love is liaisons between our kind and theirs,” Davis spat.

She swallowed. “You mean humans? I don’t understand. What’s the big deal? They do it all the time in the movies.”

Davis pulled back his lips. “Jared? I have to say, you’re more than I expected.”

Things were spinning out of control fast, and the implications for Jared terrified her. Placing herself between the two men, she squared her shoulders and faced off with the elder vampire, showing her own deadly smile. Several others filed out behind him, and she grew sick to her stomach. She’d planned for malicious gossip, for Davis being furious with her, but nothing to this extreme. Vamps had stopped feeding on humans a century ago, preferring donor blood to keep peace with the outside population, but now they looked ready to devour her hapless date.

A snarl shocked her from her panic. Whipping around, she peered into Jared’s face. Her heart stopped. He flashed double sets of sharp canines, more menacing than her vampire kin’s. His facial features had distorted, making room for the dangerous grin, and his wild appearance warned her several steps back.

“Wha…what are you?” she asked. He ignored the question, remaining fixated on the vampire group.

  Davis snorted. “He’s a werewolf. I can’t believe you didn’t know.”

Her mouth worked for several moments, unable to accept what stood right in front of her.

  “A what? A werewolf? You’re insane. They don’t exist.”

“No one’s ever taught you the facts of life, pussycat,” a re-dressed Morgan said from behind Davis, a smirk on her face. Kat’s fingers itched to slap the smirk off. “Davis let his dick get the best of him when it came to you.”

“Be quiet,” Davis snapped, lifting a hand in threat. Morgan shrank back, though her smug smile remained.

Jared sized up the situation. Five vampires lined up ready for a fight, and he knew little of combat outside of school-days scuffles. Fight or flight triggered the transition to the beast within him. Coupled with a full moon—he was in trouble.

He forced it down with what control he had left. “I thought your kind had gone back to Europe, where they were born.”

Davis squared his shoulders; he was easily Jared’s height. “The last I heard, your breed had fled Montana to the wilds of Canada. How about you run back to your den and let us deal with Kat’s indiscretion?”

Kat. Wide eyes mirrored fear. He shoved her behind him. She protested, but he held firm, stronger than the struggling woman.

“She’s with me,” he growled. His mind raced. She’s a vampire. Werewolves can’t breed with vampires. It’s Dirty Love. The lessons he’d learned early in life had seemed silly, and he’d half-disbelieved in vampires. Now, faced with an angry mob, he wished he’d paid more
attention.

Surely she knew how dangerous it could be for me here. Even if she believed me human.

Snarls erupted from the vampires. In beast form, he could take them and perhaps win, but he’d also be a danger to Kat if she remained close. Not to mention any humans he might run across while the animal madness ran its course. One option left. He turned on his date and she staggered back from him. He scooped her into his arms and ran toward the open ledge of the parking garage. Footfalls came fast behind him. He sprang to the ledge, then out into the empty night air.

  Chapter Four

Jared’s joints took their combined weight after the two-story free fall. He’d be feeling it in the morning but had no time to worry about that now. He took off at a dead run down the street. After putting several blocks between them and the other vampires, he placed Kat on her feet. The beast skulked beneath the surface, wanting to get loose, the tightness in his chest constricting his breath. He dragged her down a dark alleyway between two abandoned buildings. “What the fuck were you thinking?”

  “I…I….”

He grasped her shoulders, shaking her. “Is this some sort of twisted game?”

She punched him in the gut, and he stumbled back from the blow. The wolf roared, clawing his resolve.

“Yes, goddamn it. It was a game. I’d planned it from the start, but you were supposed to be a human, you dumb ass. Not a damn mythical monster.”

“You’re a vampire, Kat, what’s so unbelievable about a werewolf? And were you going to feed me to your friends when you were done fucking me?”

“We don’t feed on fresh blood. We get our food from donor banks. You wouldn’t have been hurt.”

She stood her ground and his fury refused to give way. The wolf would surface, tearing her to pieces before hunting down more victims. Most likely the vampire mob back at the Orgy Room, a suicide hit. His skin crawled, muscles bunching, a sharp pain settling deep in his bones warning of the transition.
