Wendingo

He locked gazes with Neil before moving. Neil nodded.

“Yes. Do it. I want you in me.”

Del nodded, knelt between Neil’s legs, and pushed down on Neil’s entrance. Neil’s entire body quaked. His lover stared between his spread legs as if transfixed. Del bore down again, a little harder this time. He did it a third time as Neil rocked up.

They both gasped as Neil’s ass flexed, and Del sank deep inside. He slid right to the root, not stopping until his balls slapped against the furred cheeks of Neil’s ass.

Neil groaned, and murmured, “Yes, yes. Oh, God, yes, Del.”

“Relax, Neil.” Del thrust. He grunted on each deep inward stroke in after pulling almost all the way out. “You’re so tight, so hot.”

Neil keened softly, and angled his hips up to meet Del’s penetration. A delighted gasp spilled from his lips. “It’s perfect. So good. I’m not fighting the beast, Del. I can’t feel it at all.”

Elation coursed through Del’s veins. He moved Neil’s legs around his waist and slid his hands up Neil’s thighs, slightly altering his angle of penetration. He grinned as Neil’s eyes widened, before rolling back as Del nailed his lover’s prostate.

“I love you.” Neil said. “I can’t hold the words inside, I don’t want to. The curse forcing me to hold back my emotions, my passion, is broken. I’m free.” He lifted his hips to follow Del’s cock as Del pulled back.

“You’re so beautiful. I love you so much.” Del grunted the words and tried to piston even faster in Neil’s welcoming body.

  “Kiss me, Del. Please.”

Del balanced on his weight on his hands, swooped down and took Neil’s mouth in a grinding, possessive kiss. He rubbed his tongue along the length of Neil’s, to merge their bodies in that way, too. The kiss slowed the powerful thrusts in Neil’s channel, and settled Del down.

Neil ran his hands over Del’s face, his shoulders, across his chest to pinch and tug at the fleshy nipples. Del shuddered above him and drove his cock deep into Neil. He shifted his centre of balance onto his left hand, grasped Neil’s cock with his right, and stroked hard and fast.

He didn’t know if the resurgent flesh was due to his constant pounding against Neil’s gland or not, and he didn’t care. All that mattered was the possibility of making Neil come a second time, when he was inside him, when Neil was free of his curse.

Del’s back arched as he pushed as deep as he could get. His sight fractured into a kaleidoscope of colour, his blood roared in his ears, and he gasped Neil’s name as a familiar sensation washed over him.

He came hard, his body shaking with the force of his climax. He couldn’t see or hear, but he could feel. Neil’s ass contracted around him, wet heat pulsed over his hand, and his release rushed from his cock to fill Neil’s trembling body. Mine. Mine. Mine.

After long minutes of continuing to brace himself with one arm, Del finally dropped onto Neil’s body. He tucked his face into junction of Neil’s neck and shoulder, avoiding the injured arm.

“It wasn’t even like that the first time we made love, and that was an experience like I’d never had before,” he murmured, his voice still a little breathless.

“For me either. The beast’s truly gone. I can hardly believe it. Maybe Vidar’s passing—”

“Or maybe because you fought Vidar to protect me,” Del whispered. “You weren’t greedy, selfish, taking. You were willing to sacrifice your life for mine. That’s not in the nature of a wendingo. I think that’s what broke the curse. Selflessness.”

“I never thought of that. When I was fighting Vidar, I did it for you, to protect you. My love for you kept me going.”

“Now I want you to lie here, wrapped under the bedding, and rest,” Del said, and kissed Neil tenderly. “The boat won’t navigate itself safely along this river.” He kept Neil in his arms, kissing him repeatedly until Neil fully relaxed, and fell asleep.

Del eased from the bed, and back onto the deck. He dressed quickly. He could tolerate the cold, but didn’t like it. He stepped into the cockpit, and started the boat up. He glanced around, even using his echo sounding, but there was nothing.

They would report the events as soon as they were safe. Del believed that Neil’s love, and willingness to sacrifice himself had broken the wendingo curse. He couldn’t be sure whether Vidar’s death would have broken the curse for the rest of the lumberjacks. But if not, the cops could follow up on the rest of his pack. He hoped when she heard what happened to Lauren, Carol would speak up, and that others would, too. Then the whole town could be free.

He eased the boat forward, and gradually increased speed. A sound behind him made him turn, and he gave Neil a wry smile. His lover had a couple of blankets wrapped around him, and had a pleading look in his eyes.

“I didn’t want to sleep alone.”

Del patted his knee, and somehow managed to balance Neil, blankets and all, on his thighs and still pilot the boat. If he was honest, he liked the feel of Neil being so close, being able to touch him.

He grinned as Neil relaxed against him. He can sit there for the whole damn journey if needs be. He dropped a kiss to Neil’s brow, and then focused on the wide, fast-flowing river ahead that would lead him and Neil to their bright, curse-free shared future.
