The Quest of Finding the End

“I will teach you not to come here, and your death will be a message to all those that want to attempt the same thing.” Michael could see that there was really nowhere to go, and despite his good intentions, he was going to have to pick up the sword…metaphorically speaking.
The dragon had very little room to maneuver, not able to use his wings, and had to be content with burning the earth and anybody that stood on it. Michael had no choice, taking a deep breath of resignation, lifting the axe and the knife, running headlong at the dragon that was doing everything in its power to kill him where he stood.
The knife punctured his hide, but only the tip of the blade was able to penetrate into his scaly skin. The axe on the other hand, sliced across his stomach, spilling blood and guts all over the ground and Michael. The dragon was unprepared for the diamond tipped blade, and Michael pressed with the attack with the blood of his victim staining his skin. He didn’t stop, until the dragon toppled to the ground, with its eyes wide open and no life to be seen.
Suddenly, a man emerged, walking over to Michael and tapping him on the shoulder in a disturbing and comforting way. “So, you figured out that he didn’t have anything to do with your brother’s disappearance, but I can’t say that I don’t like the end results. I am the Ender man, and this dragon has been a bane in my existence. I should feel sorry about using you in this way, but now I am in control of the end world and all those that dwell within will now bow to me in subservience. Now, I have no time for you, so be gone, and never darken my doorstep again.”
There was a flash of light, and suddenly Michael was back standing exactly where he was a few days ago.
Unbeknownst to either Michael or the Enderman, there was a witness to the Ender dragons’ demise, and a small dragon spawned from the Ender dragon watched as his father was killed in front of him. He vowed to make both of them suffer, and he went back through a series of tunnels, until he saw the army that he would use to bring the fight to them. Scattered all over the floor were eggs that were cracking and beginning to show life. That doesn’t even begin to explain what happened to Lotus, but alas it appeared that the threads of fate had plans for Michael and Lotus that went beyond this one adventure.
