She didn’t say anything. It wasn’t necessary. All she had to do was lie here and experience the pain and pleasure they were able to give her. Everything she’d read about and fantasized about had only scratched the surface of what it was really like to live a BDSM lifestyle. And she knew that what they were doing in this club tonight was, in turn, only a small part of it as well.
She had so much to learn, but now she understood that in a way she hadn’t before. And they had plenty of time to teach her. The rest of their lives, if that’s what they wanted. And Loreen sincerely hoped it was, because she craved that. She couldn’t imagine walking away from either of them now. Not after everything they’d shared. No way. She was so in love with both of them, and there was no turning back.
Chapter Fifteen
The first sensation on her breasts tickled, like a feather might. She giggled, hoping it was all right to do so. The tickling moved down to her pussy lips, and she smiled and wiggled, but there wasn’t much play on her bonds. She didn’t mind. She liked it that way.
Hands caressed her body, and she sighed out loud. These two had the power to take her to heights she’d never achieved, over and over. How did they do that? Was it the fact there were two of them, or were they simply that skilled? And did it even matter? It was exquisite, and each time they touched her, she only wanted to melt into them and give over to it.
Soon the caresses turned into light slaps on her breasts and pussy, and then they were using toys. She recognized several floggers, and finally the riding crop. In between swats they whispered how well she was doing, and occasionally stopped to lick her or tease her nipples and clit with their fingers.
Sweat pooled under her blindfold, and her climax poised right there on the edge, never quite cresting. When the vibrator roared to life, Loreen cried out in pleasure even before they touched her clit with it. When it passed over her clit, she screamed as a crazy orgasm rocked her to the core. Even when the contractions had long since died out, the guys kept it up.
She was becoming uncomfortable now, and her limbs were stiff. Just when she thought she was going to have to safeword, they stopped the vibrator, and their touch on her body turned soothing and gentle. They took off her blindfold and kissed her in turn, gently, before removing her bonds and helping her sit.
They helped her walk to one of the alcoves set into the walls around the perimeter of the room, and took turns holding her on their laps, cuddling her. She relaxed into their warm bodies, as damp with sweat as her own now, and let their soothing voices and encouraging words fill her senses. She’d never get enough of this—their aftercare—no matter how many times they played. This grounded her again and helped calm her frayed, raw emotions. It was as necessary as breathing.
“Whose condo are we going to?” asked Travis. She didn’t answer because she didn’t think he was addressing her. She didn’t care where they went, as long as she was with them.
“We have to do something about this,” said Adam. “Living in three places is silly.”
“Let’s look at houses the next time we all have a day off.”
That got her attention. She pulled out of Travis’s embrace so she could look at each of them in turn. “Are you serious, Sir?”
“Why not? We spend all our time together. Our condos are in high demand right now. The new ones being built are too expensive and aren’t selling well, and the complex on Turbine Trail is too old and run-down. Ours are right in between those two in price, and they aren’t that old. They’d sell fast.”
“There are several homes on Dogwood for rent right now,” said Adam. “We could talk to the owners and see if any of them would be willing to rent one to us with an option to purchase it once all three of our condos sold. Those homes aren’t exactly flying off the market right now. I’m betting someone would jump at a chance like that.”
Travis smiled at her. “And don’t worry if you don’t have as much money to put down as us. We know you don’t make what we do. We just want you with us.”
She didn’t know what to say. Her brain was still a bit foggy from the intense play session. “That’s a huge step, Sir.”
“I guess we did sort of spring it on you. Would you rather talk about it tomorrow?”
“Maybe we should, Sir. I’m still a bit shell-shocked by what we just did.” She hoped they believed her. It wasn’t that she didn’t want to live with them, but she hadn’t expected them to talk about entering into a legal agreement on a house together quite so soon, if at all.
“Let’s go back to my place,” said Adam. “And we still need to talk about your punishment tonight.”
She wasn’t sure what he meant by that, but didn’t ask. Instead she let them put her corset and panties back on, and then followed them out to Adam’s car. The warm June night was alive with the sounds of insects and the smell of rain. She loved summer nights. They had a song all their own, and they brought back happy memories of when she and her sister played outside in their backyard until well after dark.
Now, as they made their way across town to Adam’s condo, Loreen leaned back against the soft leather seat and closed her eyes, trying to imagine what it would be like to live with both men. Was she ready for that? Yes. She was. She knew it as suddenly as she knew her life had completely changed for the better because these two were in it now. Yes, it was a huge step, but these two didn’t do anything irrational or impulsive. They wouldn’t have suggested it if they weren’t certain they wanted to go through with it.
Once they were back at Adam’s condo, they allowed Loreen to get into more comfortable clothing, and then ate sandwiches in the kitchen while they talked. Adam asked her what had been going through her head during her punishment.
“I don’t remember much of it, Sir. After the first ten or so swats, I slipped away.”
“Were you angry about having to take it?”
That surprised her. “No. Should I have been? I mean, did I seem angry? Your question confuses me.”
“We’ve never given you an unspecified number of swats before,” said Travis. “I realize you told me to choose, but we were worried it might have been too much, especially since this was your first time at the club.”
“It wasn’t. I was a bit freaked out at first when I realized I’d set myself up, but then once you two started, I was fine.”
They both smiled. “Good girl,” said Adam. “The amount of trust you showed us tonight went above and beyond anything you’ve given us before. Don’t think we didn’t notice that.”
She hadn’t really thought about it that way, and said so.
“Loreen, I’m still not sure you understand just how significant your trust is,” said Travis. “Without it, this is nothing more than abuse, plain and simple. When you slip into subspace, you aren’t even aware what’s going on. Yet you trust us to recognize that, and to stop the scene when we know you’ve had enough.”
She swallowed hard, unsure how to respond.
“Do you realize you’ve only safeworded five times in two weeks?” asked Adam.
“Is that unusual, Sir?”
Both men nodded. “Yes,” said Travis. “Very unusual. You’re a natural at this, and that means we constantly have to remind ourselves to be careful.”
“But we’re not upset about that,” said Adam. “Quite the opposite. You make us feel like we can do anything when you place this must trust in us each and every time we play.”
She stared into their eyes, wishing she had the courage to just blurt it out right now. Tell them that she loved them. But all she could do was watch them, and try to believe this was real. Not even her fantasies had taken these turns. These two were more than anything she’d been able to imagine. Every day she discovered something new about one of them. And to think they’d both been there, all those years, working side by side with her. If she’d never gone to Luke’s Bar that night, this might not have happened.
She glanced around at the dirty dishes. Normally, she would start to clean up, but ri
ght now her only thought was to be with them again. The dishes weren’t going anywhere. She rose and kissed Adam first, since he was the closest, taking off his vest as she shoved her tongue into his mouth. His surprised grunt was followed by him pulling off her tank top.
Travis was behind her then, pulling down her shorts. She released Adam’s mouth and turned to face Travis, kissing him like she never would again as she removed his vest as well. She heard Adam shedding his pants and boots, and then Travis pulled away to do the same.
She took their hands and led them upstairs to Adam’s bed, where they fell on it together. Her body was theirs tonight, as it was every night. Hands tangled in her hair and tugged on it, never hard enough to hurt, but just enough that she knew they’d done it. She heard them put on condoms and was aware Adam had retrieved a small bottle of lube from his dresser, but these actions were so much a part of their routine now that she barely paid attention to them.
Travis’s dick was in her pussy, and Adam filled her asshole with first a lubed finger, and then his cock. They switched places, changing condoms in between, and Loreen simply let go and allowed it to happen. She loved being lost in their arms and their bodies this way.
She melted into them, and they into her, until it no longer mattered who was where, or doing what. Her climaxes were intense and nonstop. How her body could still orgasm was beyond her comprehension, but she didn’t question it. She merely gave into it.
When they both shed their condoms and asked her to sit on the edge of the bed, she did so without question. They grasped her head with strong hands and took turns fucking her in the mouth, until each man had come inside it. She swallowed their cum as she always tried to do, and marveled again at their strength and stamina.
When they were finally spent, she fell asleep on her side, one man behind her and the other in front of her, breathing softly. She’d never been this happy. She knew that now. No man could ever take their place. She’d live with them if that’s what they wanted, because to be without them was inconceivable now.

As Tuesday grew closer, Adam became quieter. He wished there was a way to avoid the anniversary of Lissa’s death but knew there wasn’t. The guilt overwhelmed him at times. Telling himself she’d want him to be this happy didn’t help.
On Monday afternoon he bowed out of work early to see Julie, whom he hadn’t had a session with in close to a month. He’d cancelled their last appointment because he hadn’t wanted to tell Loreen and Travis where he needed to go for an hour.
He didn’t tell Loreen or Travis where he was going on this day either, and as he drove toward her office, he realized they still didn’t know he was seeing Julie professionally. He’d have to change that. He couldn’t very well ask Loreen for her total trust when he’d failed to give it back to her.
“That’s the first thing you have to do,” said Julie, after he relayed his sudden epiphany to her. “You know that.”
“I know. I should have done it already.” He’d told Julie that he and Travis were now Loreen’s Doms, and he told her the way he and Travis had both recently lectured Loreen on exactly what trust meant.
“It doesn’t sound to me as though you lectured her. It sounds more like you were trying to help her understand how much hers means to each of you.”
“Yeah, I guess that’s a better description of what we said that night. I’ll tell her. I’ll tell both of them tonight.” He also told Julie that they’d asked Loreen to buy a house with them.
“How do you feel about taking that step?”
“I thought I was ready for it, but now as the anniversary of Lissa’s death draws closer I’m not so sure.”
“Tell me more about why you feel that way.”
He shrugged. “I’m racked with guilt. Why was I all right two weeks ago but now I’m not?”
“You may never be. Have you considered that possibility? And what I mean is you may never completely reach the point where you’re not conflicted about this, at least a little. It’s common when someone loses a spouse or a lover. You and Lissa had made a very deep, long-lasting commitment.”
“Where does that leave Travis and Loreen?”
Julie smiled, and Adam actually smacked his own forehead. “Duh. She went through the same thing. If anyone can understand this, she can. You were waiting for me to reach that obvious conclusion on my own, weren’t you?”
“Of course I was. And you did. So, what do you think is the next logical step?”
“Talk to Loreen about this.”
“I’d say you should probably include Travis as well, since you two have made this commitment together.”
“Absolutely.”
“If they want to join you in a session, I’m all right with that. I’ve counseled triads together before.”
Adam raised his brows. “Oh yeah? Like who?”
Julie laughed softly and stood. “Nice try. Shall we keep your appointment for two weeks from today on the books?”
He stood as well. “Yes. And this time I’ll probably be bringing two guests along.”
When he got to his condo, Travis and Loreen were home from work. “Let’s sit down. I have a confession to make.” Once they were all seated, he told them he’d been seeing Julie professionally for nearly the entire two years he’d been back in Racy, and then he told them about their conversation that afternoon.
“I never thought about seeing a psychologist,” said Loreen. “I should have. That would have helped.”
“Dude, of course we’ll go with you. We do everything together now. Agreed?”
Adam nodded, wondering how he ever could have doubted these two. “I’m sorry I didn’t tell you. We’ve been lecturing Loreen on trust and I didn’t show either of you any.”
“Don’t say that, Sir. Tomorrow is the anniversary of her death. Or, did you think I didn’t know? I would expect you to be a bit distracted right now. I’m sure I’ll be a wreck during the second week of September.”
Travis put an arm around her, and Adam nearly blurted out the words. They were right there, on the top of his tongue. Why couldn’t he say them? But it didn’t seem right to do so now, and he’d have to talk to Travis first, at any rate. Travis had summed it up just now. Whatever they did, they did together from this point on. And that included declaring love for Loreen.
“I have an idea,” she said. “And please say no way if you don’t want to.”
“What is it?”
“The next time we have a few days off together, let’s drive to Wisconsin. That’s where she’s buried, right? I heard her family was from there.”
“How did you know?” asked Adam.
“Where her family was from, or the date?”
“Both.”
She shrugged. “ER gossip. You know how it is.”
He nodded. Yes, he certainly did know how it was. “She’s from a town called Pleasant Prairie which is close to Kenosha. That’s where she’s buried. It’s only about two hours from here.”
“Then let’s go and visit her grave. No one does that anymore, do they?”
“You do,” said Travis quietly. “Pete’s grave, that is. I listen to the gossip, too.”
She nodded slowly. “Twice a year. Once on the date of his death, and once on his birthday in March.”
Travis glanced from Loreen to Adam. “There’s no shame in honoring their memory. It doesn’t mean what we’re doing with each other dishonors it, either. You both know that, right?”
“I know. Pete would want me to be happy.”
Travis cut his gaze toward Adam. “And Lissa would want you to be happy as well. You know that’s true.”
Adam nodded, wishing he felt more certain of that tonight. He had for a while, but today seemed off for some reason, and he had no idea why. It was the same feeling the air had when a bad storm was coming, only there was nothing in the forecast except rain. He didn’t like feeling so unsettled. It wasn’t like him. And it wasn’t fair to Travis or Loreen.
They’d both shown amazing understanding and empathy just now. More than he’d expected, considering what he’d withheld from them. He owed them nothing less than complete trust and attention, but he couldn’t seem to shake this uncertainty.
Chapter Sixteen
Loreen knew something was wrong the moment she walked into the ER Tuesday morning with Adam and Travis. Both their cell phones rang at the same time. She kissed each quickly and headed for the locker room to put away her bag. As soon as she got near the nurses’ station, she overheard Karen on the phone with EMS, and whatever was coming in didn’t sound good.
Karen disconnected the call and glanced toward Loreen. “I have extra staff coming in, but can you clock in now? We have three twenty-somethings coming in from Fowler. Bad burns to their faces and torsos. We’re going to fly them to Indy or Chicago, but right now we have to try and get them stabilized. The local responders there say they won’t last long enough to wait for choppers at the scene.”
“I’m already clocked in. What happened to them? House fire?”
Karen shook her head. “No. Some kind of explosion. Probably a meth lab. They were in a car parked outside the house and it caught fire and went up, along with the home. The houses on each side were heavily involved as well.”
Loreen’s blood ran cold. Lissa had been killed by an explosion. Not the same situation as this one, but it was still close enough to trigger bad memories for Adam. “So we’re the closest place and they want them to wait here for transport to a burn center.”
“Exactly. I’ve notified IU and Loyola. I’m just waiting to hear who is coming with two choppers and who is coming with one.”
“All right. Let’s get the beds set up then.” Loreen sprinted to the trauma bays and helped Karen and four other nurses set up three beds. When EMS arrived, it was both buses from Racy and one from Fowler. Loreen caught a glimpse of the two young men that paramedics from Racy had transported. They looked barely legal, and both were intubated.
She and Karen took the third, a young woman with dark hair, also tubed and being manually bagged. If she was twenty yet, Loreen was the Queen of England. What the hell had these three kids been doing that close to a meth lab on a Tuesday morning?
