When Bae's a Boss Page 9

by Lucinda John

  Tiny,

That name fit your small thick ass very well. I ain’t no formal type of nigga so imma get right to it. The last time we talked I said something that you took the wrong way, if a nigga hurt ya feelings I’m sorry, I ain’t try you. Imma apologize for coming at you wrong and fucking up your car, but I won’t apologize for putting hands on that square ass nigga that thought it was ok to hit you. By the way, if you still fucking with that nigga we gon’ have some real big problems. Use this temporary car for now until I can get your car fixed I see you handles the window, but the body work is still messed up. Get use to this shit, it could all be yours because when you’re fucking with a boss nigga we have the tendency to boss ya life up. See ya soon pretty lady.

(PS just push the start button to start the whip, the keys are in the glove compartment)

  Big Daddy.

For some odd reason I was waiting for Ashton to jump out and tell me I was on a hood episode of Punk’d but when he didn’t I decided to enjoy the sexy interior of my temporary car. I knew Mayhem was that nigga, but I didn’t know he was the wine and dine type. I judge niggas like Mayhem as the type that had a variety of women around that they picked depending on how they were feeling that day. For him to go out of his way for me not once but twice proved there was some hope for the male species. Playing with the radio, I found Kevin Gates song “Kno One” and blasted that shit all the way to the club.

When I pulled up to the scene all eyes were on me. I spotted Neesha walking towards the employees’ entrance so I honked her ass waving her over. The look on her face when she saw me riding in this bad motherfucker was priceless.

“I see Cash done upgraded you after that ass whooping I see.” she smirked.

“Actually it wasn’t him.” I replied grabbing my bag and hitting the locks.

“Damn a new sponsor being generous please do tell.” she said waiting for me to fill her cup up with this “T.”

“You wouldn’t believe me if I told you.”

  “Try me.” she challenged.

  “It was Mayhem.”

“What Mayhem? My Mayhem?” she asked looking at me with wide eyes.

“I don’t know your Mayhem, but I do know Mayhem Godfrey and he dropped this off this morning.”

“You fucking my nigga?” she accused me.

“I wasn’t aware he was his nigga none- the- less I ain’t fucking him. He fucked up my car while he was beating the shit out of Cash then I wake up, and I see this car in my driveway with a note attached instructing me to drive this car until he fix mine.”

“Well, I hope you know them niggas ain’t shit. They will fuck you, and pass you to the next brother.” she replied sounding real salty.

“Girl, I don’t even care. I ain’t looking for love. I’m too busy catching the mighty dollar.”

“I hear you.” she mumbled rolling her eyes on the low.

I wanted to call her out on the rude shit she was on but decided not to waste time. I could be getting money on her. When we walked in the club, we didn’t speak a word to each other as we got dressed. I knew she was still feeling a type of way, but I couldn’t understand why. She fucked with one of the brothers and if she thought another one was going to wife her up after that then she was stupider than I thought.

In my line of profession, I gave up on every hope of getting wifed up just to spare my feelings from getting hurt. I knew a nigga wouldn’t love me and my fucked up ways, and I didn’t mind. The money being left on the counter was all that mattered.

Since I had some time before my set started, I decided to kill time by walking the floor and giving out lap dances. I skimmed the crowd looking past the niggas that were only there to watch ass and focused on the ones who were actually breaking bread. When I found a group of niggas that looked like they can start my night off with a bang I strolled my voluptuous thong eating ass over there.

“Hey daddy you want a private dance.” I whispered in the heavy set guy ears. He may have been on the big size, but the diamonds that he was decorated in screamed that his pockets matched his size.

“Lead the way lil mama.” he smiled showing off his diamond grill before swiping his thick pink tongue across his lips.

I brought him upstairs to one of the boom boom rooms, making sure he was comfortable on the royal purple colored microfiber love seat. DJ Play a Love song by Jamie Foxx started playing, and I removed my top and climbed on the poll. When I was done doing all my flips and tricks on the pole, I climbed over to him and straddled his lap.

“What the fuck?” I yelled feeling my body being yanked off my client’s lap.

“You gotta wait your turn partna.” The dude I was dancing for said causing me to look up into the eyes of the man who interrupted my money.

“Do you know who the fuck you talking to?” Mayhem asked making himself visible underneath the florescent lights.

“Oh my bad Mayhem, bruh I ain’t know that was you.” Dude nervously said.

“Pay her and then disappear.” he said with so much authority that my pussy went to soaking.

Reaching in his pocket dude handed me a knot without counting it. Leaving behind his fitted cap and shades, he rushed out of the private room as if the building was on fire. It was crazy how a grown man had the ability to place fear inside another grown man’s heart.

“How you gonna come up in here and mess up my money?” I asked with a hand propped on my hip.

“I made sure you still got paid didn’t I?” His sexy rude ass asked before taking a seat.

“Thank you for taking care of my car.”

“I’m a man of my word. How you enjoying the one you driving now?” he asked.

“That shit the truth.” I excitedly replied.

“Good. That’s how a real boss nigga treats his girl that old ass car he had your ass riding in wasn’t shit.” he replied throwing mad shade Cash’s way.

“You still fucking with that nigga?” he asked me

“Nah, I’m good on him. I’ve been meaning to stop fucking with him for a minute you just so happened to make it that much easier.” I replied.

“Cash is a pimp so are you a-”

“No, I am not working a corner.” I replied cutting him off.

“Then why were you with him?”

“I was more like his bottom bitch.” I shrugged.

“I see.” he said running his massive hand over his waves.

“You are getting a lap dance or what?” I asked

  “Nah, I’m good.” he replied.

“Then why are you here?” I asked.

  “To fire you.” he smirked.

  “Fire me?”

“Yup, I’m now part owner of Tasty’s, and I don’t want you working here.” he replied looking down at his ringing phone.

Before I could respond he held his finger up to hush me while he accepted his phone call. There was urgency in his voice so I knew the call must have been a serious one. When he hung up the phone I was about to speak, but he cut me off again.

“You’re done for tonight head home.” he said.

“The fuck you mean I’m done for the night.” I asked looking at him as if he grew two heads. This nigga had me all the way fucked up if he thought I was about to miss out on my money for him.

“Like I said you have ten minutes to exit the premises or you’ll be removed.”

  “Removed?”

“I ain’t stutter baby girl.” he said before walking off and leaving me their braless and jobless.

Waving his dumb ass off, I decided to go back to the dressing room to prepare for my set which was after Neesha who was now on the stage. I was dressed in a revealing referee costume that left little to the imagination as I prepared to put on my show. I stood in the mirror fixing my hair when four of the security guards barged in as if I was Osama Bin Laden.

“Tiny, we have to ask you to pack your things and vacate the premises.” Big Red said.

“What the fuck you mean vacate the premises? My set is
up next.” I sucked my teeth.

“Tiny, we would hate to forcefully remove you, but if you refuse to leave we are under strict orders by our boss to escort you out.” he replied.

“Y’all foolish, and I ain’t got time for the games.” I snapped getting ready to walk passed them until I was grabbed from behind.

“Put me the fuck down.” I yelled kicking and screaming.

“Fred go grab her stuff and clear out her locker I’m going to bring her to the car.” Big Red said as he carried me in a bear hug out the club.

I didn’t care that I was making a fool of myself as I kicked and screamed yelling out all types of curse words. All the girls were looking at me whispering as Big Red carried me out as if I was last night’s trash. When I made it to the car he handed me my keys shortly after Fred returned with my bags.

  “Dumb motherfuckers!” I yelled out.

“Sorry Tiny, we were under strict orders.” Big Red tried to apologize.

“Fuck you and your strict orders!” I snapped reaching in my bag and pulling out my can of mace. Closing my eyes, I wildly sprayed all those motherfuckers before grabbing my shit, jumping in the car and burning rubber.

I wanted to pick up the phone and call Mayhem giving his ass a piece of my mind, but I didn’t have it. I knew nothing about this fool. This creep knew where I stay, broke into my car and all, but I ain’t have shit on his ass. I thought about calling Neesha to see if she had any inside information on how I could get in contact with him, but I didn’t want to have to explain myself about what took place. I knew she was going to come for the ‘T’ sooner or later, but tonight Tasty’s was thick with all the money getting niggas so I knew for a fact she wasn’t going to miss out on money for my drama.

The more I thought of how much money I was going to be missing out on tonight the more upset I got. Yeah, I had a contact full of niggas I could call to top off for some bread, but I wasn’t trying to go that route. The good thing about me dancing was that I didn’t have to fuck for my cash. I was down for doing whatever for the money, but every time I opened my legs for a different man it felt like I was losing a piece of my soul.

I was so upset that I found myself driving in circles for an hour straight. I thought about visiting Elijah, but I knew he was tucked soundly in bed. Feeling my loneliness consume me, I decided to head home and pop two Xanax with some Henney, those two combined was a real mind easer.

I was sitting on the floor in a daze when I felt my front door open and close. If I wasn’t zooted, I would have been scared, but because the drugs had me floating I didn’t give a fuck. When I heard footsteps heading towards my bedroom I didn’t move or give it a second thought that I had an intruder in my house.

“The fuck is you doing?” A deep voice said causing me to slowly turn my head in the direction it was coming from.

I didn’t know if it was actually Mayhem, or if I was hallucinating but he standing there with his jaw clenched had me waiting to jump on his ass.

“What the fuck are you doing man?” he said walking over to me.

“Mayhem get the fuck out of my dreams you fucking bastard.”

  *****

When I woke up I had a terrible headache and a dry throat. I was usually good with my pill intake so I had no idea why I was feeling this way. I thought my ears were playing a trick on me when I heard snoring but when I sat up I saw Mayhem posted in a chair at the foot of my bed sleeping.

My dry throat was really fucking with me so I got out of bed in attempt to grab me something to drink, but Mayhem eyes shot open, and he shot me a nasty glare that froze me in place. My heart started beating fast as I tried to think of an excuse to why I was taking Xanax. I wasn’t prescribed them or anything; it was just something I was able to cop from my connect. Instead of initiating conversation I decided to stand there frozen in place on mute.

“You getting high and shit?” he asked looking at me as if I was scum of the earth.

“I have anxiety problems.” I lied.

“Your name ain’t on the fucking prescription tell another fucking lie if you want to!” he yelled causing his deep voice to bounce off the walls.

“I take them to ease my mind while I dance.”

“You wasn’t dancing when I came in this bitch, and ya ass was on the floor rolling.” he snapped.

“I needed it because your bitch ass took my fucking job away. How else am I supposed to eat?! How the fuck imma pay these fucking bills!” I replied jumping in his face.

“One thing you will not open your mouth and address me as is a bitch, imma let your strung out ass get this one pass cuz you may still be gone off them shits you popped. As for you working, I know a lot of women out here getting it without bouncing their asses all over the damn place.”

“How many drop out bitches with no type of education do you know out here getting some gwap? Oh and please don’t tell ‘em about no fast food joint because that ain’t paying enough money to cover a quarter of my bills.” I snapped.

“You one dumb ass broad I swear. Dumb ass taking Xanax with fucking liquor, strong liquor at that passing the fuck out and shit all because she can’t pop her pussy for money. Sad ass bitch.” he vented

“You can leave if you think you gon’ walk up in this bitch judging me!”

“I ain’t judging you. I just see more for you than being a strung out stripper on fucking drugs. That shit was sad seeing your ass like that. Had me Googling shit just to make sure your ass ain’t die and shit. You’re one messed up broad and; yet, I still want to be here for your ass.” he said causing me to look at him with a surprised expression on my face.

“You gotta pay to play.” I replied.

  “Is that all you know?”

“That’s how I was fucking raised. Niggas don’t want shit but pussy and since I got it imma need you to come up off some of that money for it. Shit that’s the least you can do since you’re the reason I lost my fucking job!” I yelled.

I thought about Elijah and started tearing up. He was all I could think about when I lost my job. I had no type of educational background that would land me a good enough job to take care of the both of us. It was bad that I didn’t have custody of him but it would be real fucked up on my part if I couldn’t provide for him as well.

“You so fucked up in the head that you can’t even see when someone is trying to help you.” he said biting his lower lip.

“No motherfucker offered to help me then so why now. Why should I trust that you’re different from all these other niggas I dealt with?”

“Because I ain’t tryna make you a bottom bitch or have you shake your ass for a dollar. I have the ability to boss your motherfucking life up. That bullshit ass car I got you driving ain’t even a tenth of what I got the ability to do for you.”

“Same tune different nigga.” I waved him up.

I must have struck a nerve because he jumped at me pinning me against the wall.

“I oughtta fuck your smart mouth ass up.” his voice tickled my skin causing me to let out an involuntary moan.

This nigga had the nerve to smirk like he just knew he was that nigga. This big motherfucker screamed boss, and it wasn’t because of the big medallion he wore around his neck that had the work BOSS spelled out on it in diamonds. His demeanor was so demanding. He had the aura that would make your ass stop and salute him every time he walked by. This nigga was only standing in my face, but he had me on the verge of starting a river on my bedroom floor.

“Calculate your damn bills, and we’ll work out your payout when you start your new job.” he said still in my face.

“My new job?” I asked looking at him like he was crazy.

“Yes at my nightclub, you won’t be stripping you’ll be my new bartender.”

“Bartender?” I asked in a disgusted voice as if he just told me he had AIDS or some shit.

“Yes bartender, you’ll get paid trust me. You just won’t have to shake your ass in different niggas face. Here.” he said han
ding me a knot of money.

“What is this for?” I asked ready to fuck him. At this point it wasn’t for the money it was because the way this nigga was just laying down the law in my life had me all hot and bothered.

“This to make sure you clean yourself up. You’re sexy as fuck, but you need to lose this loud ass hair, bull horn, and all this extra shit you got going on. My club is more on a laid back type vibe level so I don’t want you walking in my shit looking like you about to climb the damn pole.” he replied causing me to roll my eyes.

“You should really watch how you talk to people, I ain’t ya child.” I snapped.
