Almost Wrong

  I seeded in advance, making you ready. I like to stay in the same “world,” and that means that in a way, every story is connected. I showed you Hunter. Then I showed him to you some more. He got a decent scene in Gagged, and a bigger part in Hotel Indigo. By the time constant readers hit Almost Wrong, I figured they’d really be ready to hear about Hunter … and the girl he left behind so long ago.

  (Side note: In the original version of Almost Wrong, Hunter’s first name was “Parker.” I changed it after realizing I’d included another Parker in Trevor’s Harem — a Parker that already had history in a series you probably don’t even know exists, and hence couldn’t get a new name. Email me if you somehow figure it out, by the way — my email address is email@aubreyparker.net. Please don’t declare it publicly. I’ll announce all of what’s currently Top Secret fairly soon, so you can also just hang out and find out then. I won’t keep you hanging for long.)

  I made one other change to Almost Wrong to fully incorporate it into my world. It was the addition of the epilogue, where a stranger named Nathan Turner follows Hunter to a coffee shop and sort of mind-fucks him about a secret society called The Trillionaire Boys’ Club.

  That last bit wasn’t a retroactive change. It was a proactive change. That’s not me altering an older manuscript to fit it into my existing world … it’s me altering an older manuscript to fit it into a whole NEW world I’m about to lay on you.

  Dear Reader, I’m so, so, SO excited to introduce you to the Trillionaire Boys’ Club — the first book of which launches in November of 2016. If we hang out on Facebook together, this is the series I’ve been teasing you about for months. It’s the super-secret series I couldn’t quite divulge until now.

  But now I finally get to. HOORAY!

  I’ll tell you all about the genesis of the idea in the author’s note for the first book in that series, but for now I can tell you this much about it:

  The Trillionaire Boys’ Club is a secret group of young, hot billionaire bad boys, all of whom the media is infatuated with and the world can’t stop talking about. (Probably because they’re young, hot, billionaires, and bad boys.) Once the Club gets big enough — they’ve already got Nathan (who you’ll meet in the first TBC book), Hunter Altman, Caspian White from Gagged, and more — they’ll be able to attract the Old Guard billionaires. And once enough billionaires join the cabal, they’ll comprise a Syndicate with a net worth totaling over one trillion dollars.

  What will they do with all that money? Well, they’ll change the world, of course.

  I’ve got a whole 12-part series about that world-changing coming this summer … but you’ll have to wait until after book six of the Trillionaire Boys’ Club to read it. That’s right — I already have several months of fantastic Aubrey Parker reading laid out and ready for you. :)
