“Sorry I'm late.” Davidson gave him a small smile. Glad that they had been introduced to Allen.
“That's fine. Where are you parked?” Tom noticed that his car wasn't out there. He didn't see any car besides his and Mark's.
“Around the other side. Its a brown four door car. I have two cars but I thought that if I brought the mustang then it would stick out like a sore thumb.” Davidson explained to him, glad that Charles wasn't with him.
“Where is your partner?” Mark asked.
“He had a different assignment right before the call came in. Have to be thankful for that.” Davidson grinned at him.
“Yeah, less pressure.” Mark nodded his head.
Davidson looked over at Jamie and saw that she was busy on the computer. He walked over to her to see what she was doing.
“I thought maybe you would like to see the pictures of Kellie that had been sent through.” Jamie told him, turning the laptop towards him.
Davidson looked at them and shook his head. He could tell in the pictures that Kellie was still alive.
“Nothing yet on a message back. All that I got was that I am to come alone. I wasn't even suppose to contact you guys. Like I was telling Tom before Allen got here we have to go by one of the things that he wants us to do. I already told them this morning, then we called you guys which I wasn't suppose to do.” Jamie told him.
“I know, its tough when something like this happens. If you didn't tell us and went at this alone no one knows how it would turn out. All of you could be dead.” Davidson felt bad for her and wanted her to know that she had done the right thing.
“I know that.” She muttered, wishing that a message would come through so that she could find out what to do next.
A few seconds later she refreshed her page and saw that a message was on her screen. Turning the laptop back to her she opened up the message.
Tomorrow morning at seven. I want you to meet me at the trailer. No cops and no one is to come with you. That is if you want Kellie to stay alive. If you come with anyone I will know. This has been coming for a long time.
Jamie had read the message out loud and looked over at Tom. She knew that he didn't like the idea of her going by herself and it seemed final that she was going to.
“Good. At least we have a meeting place.” Davidson sighed, wishing that it was earlier then that but there was nothing he could do about it. It was out of his control.
Jamie hit the reply button and left wrote a message herself. It wasn't very long but she hoped that she got through to them.
I will meet you there at seven. I might be a little early. If I find out that you had killed her you are going to wish that you didn't meet up with me.
Jamie didn't tell them that she had written back. She was furious and she knew that pissing off the killer wasn't the way to go about it but she was sure that when she met up with whoever it was she was going to fight if she had to.
“So what we go about our day and see what happens?” Mark asked, shaking his head. He looked at the clock and saw that it wasn't even noon time. Anything could happen between then and seven the next morning.
“That's the only thing we can do. There's nothing more. We have to go by what they want.” Davidson didn't want to wait either.
“If we push them then we might make them mad. If they feel rushed they are going to feel trapped and god only knows what they are going to do.” Allen explained to them.
“So are you guys staying here or are you going to go do whatever you guys do?” Mark asked, not wanting to be alone but not wanting them up their asses either.
“Since we are going to have wait until morning I am going to rent a room for me and Davidson. I don't think that its a good idea that you kids are here on your own. I don't know how you guys have done it so far.” Allen shook his head, he didn't want to take the risk of one of them getting killed.
“Okay.” Mark nodded his head.
He watched as Davidson and Allen left the room knowing they were checking in. Mark was hungry but he didn't want to eat left over pizza and he didn't have much money left. Hoping that maybe Allen and Davidson would pay for their room because he wasn't sure how much money Tom had left.
“Waiting it out is the hardest.” Tom muttered. He wasn't impressed that the killer was making them wait.
“I agree. I think that it should be done today. Should I say something along those lines?” Jamie asked, getting ready to message the killer if Tom said to.
“No, we have to make sure that Kellie is as safe as possible. Like they said, if we push then we have no idea what's going to happen.” Tom shook his head firmly. He didn't want to go against the cops and FBI on this. Not since they were here. Now they had to listen to higher authority.
That day they weren't able to go get clothes from Tom or Mark's place. Instead Davidson got their sizes and went out to get them clothes. Being in a place where there were a lot of people he was sure that nothing was going to happen.
When Tom explained that they were short on money Davidson paid for the hotel room for another night. He also went grocery shopping so that they had some food in the hotel room. Not wanting to waste money on fast food.
He came back a little after one to drop off bags of clothing. Tom liked the clothes that he had picked out. The blue jeans fit perfectly and when he got out of the shower he felt better then he had in the past few days.
“That was really nice of them.” Mark told him when it was his turn to take a shower. He grabbed a pair of jean shorts and a white tank-top that was bought for him and went into the bathroom himself to get washed up. Feeling the hot water on his skin glad that Tom had left the water running for him knowing that he was getting in next.
“I don't like all this waiting around business.” Jamie grumbled, she hadn't been on her computer since she found out the location and time.
“There's nothing else we can do about it Jamie. Nothing. We have to wait it out.” Tom muttered, wanting to watch the news but knowing that there wouldn't be anything on there when it came to information on Kellie.
“It still sucks.” She pointed out to him. Wondering if Kellie was being tortured until she got there to see her.
“I know it does.” Tom whispered, seeing that she was hurt and upset. She showed her emotions quicker then anyone he knew.
“So we are just suppose to sit here bored out of our minds and watch the clock tick by. We have no cards, no newspaper or books.” She shook her head, wishing that she could take a nap but knowing if she did there was no way she was going to be able to sleep.
“So more or less you are bored and your mind is running wild with what could be happening to her.” Tom looked at her closely.
Jamie didn't answer him but she didn't have to. He could see the answer on her face when her eyes widened a little and her cheeks flushed.
“I know you more then you think I do.” Tom grinned at her. Seeing a small smile creep across her face he prayed that it wasn't going to be one of the last times that he was able to see it.
Tom closed his eyes and prayed to god that everything was going to work out the way it should. That Kellie would be saved and nothing bad was going to happen to Jamie. Not knowing what was going through the killers mind except that they thought they would have Jamie. That she was willing to sacrifice her life for her friends. He knew that the killer was waiting in anticipation for the next day.
“I really think that there's a list of people. Women obviously but I don't know why there is a list. I wonder what he does to them before he kills them.” Jamie shook a little, thinking that she really didn't want to go through with it anymore but she wasn't going to say it out loud. She knew that Tom would stop the whole thing if he knew that she was having second thoughts.
“I don't know. What do you think happens?” Tom asked her, wanting to hear what she had to say.
“Maybe he likes having sex and then kills them. Why would he only choose women?” Jamie asked him.
“That could be a good guess but there hasn't been anything on the news about Alice and her cousin being sexually touched either.” Tom pointed out to her, thanking god that there was no news about that.
“We didn't know that they were beheaded either until we saw the album. If we never found it then we wouldn't think anything like that.” Jamie grumbled. Wishing the police wouldn't have kept information from them.
“Guess we are going to have to ask Davidson about that. He would know more since he had been there.” Tom shrugged his shoulders.
“Ask me what?” Davidson opened the door with a key and walked into the room when he heard his name.
“Were the girls sexually attacked before they died or even after they were dead?” Jamie asked him quickly.
“No, that is something that we were hoping to keep from the public but the way I see it you aren't the public anymore. You are a soon to be victim. Well at least the killer is going to think that.” Davidson corrected himself quickly.
“Good, I hope that Kellie is alright. I really do.” Jamie whispered, letting a tear slip down her her cheek. She didn't bother wiping it away.
“You two must be really close for you do this.” Davidson stated, sitting down at the square table. Tired of standing.
“We are. She's my best friend. Anyway that I can help her I will.” Jamie had new confidence in herself when Davidson began talking about Kellie.
“That's good. It means you're brave.” Davidson gave her a small smile.
“Either that or stupid. I mean not to be mean but thinking about it if it were one of my close friends I would do it too. There's really no choice with your back against the wall like this.” Tom got into the conversation. Seeing that Jamie was giving him a dirty look.
“That's understandable in a way.” Davidson nodded his head. Seeing the dirty look himself.
“Right, well I do have a choice but I'm doing it anyways. I think that I would do it even if I knew who it was and we weren't friends. I wouldn't want someone to die. I could never hate people that I know enough to let them die.” She pointed a finger at him.
“We shouldn't be fighting among ourselves. That would completely drive us all crazy and that's what the killer probably wants too.” Mark explained, coming out of the bathroom and putting on the cologne that Davidson and bought him.
“He's right about that. Lets try to stay calm.” Davidson knew that was hard to do for them. It was something that he had to do in the line of work he was in.
“Do you have kids?” Jamie asked, changing the subject. She didn't want to think anymore. She just wanted to talk about anything and everything except what was going on.
“I have one. A little boy.” Davidson smiled.
“That's nice, you must miss him a lot during times like these.” She whispered.
“I do. Thank god I have an understanding family. I have always wanted to be a police officer since I was a little kid. Never have I come across something like this though.” Davidson shook his head sadly.
“I know that you said that Chad Porter died in a car crash but how do you explain his initials being on the messages?” She asked, though she had tried to stay away from the topic at hand it was hard to do.
“I don't know how but I know that I saw his body. I saw them put him in a body bag when they got him out of the car.” Davidson shook his head.
“Someone who is trying to impersonate him could be a good answer. This person is crazy. They will do anything they can to make us crazy too.” Mark took the remote to the television and turned it on. Flipping through the channels he found the three stooges. Something that he hadn't seen since he was a kid and kept it there. The remote laying beside him on the bed.
“I use to love this show.” Tom smiled as he looked at the screen.
They were quiet for a while no one really knowing what to say. They could talk all day and night but it wouldn't change what was going to happen the next morning. Not knowing if they were going to see each other again or if it was the last night that they had with Jamie.
Mark was thinking about Kellie. He missed her so much, glad that she was still alive. Glad that she even though she was in pain she could still feel and as long as she knew she was alive he was going to keep the hope that nothing could be as bad as being dead.
Kellie woke up, looking around the room she had duct tape on her mouth. Tears running down her face that stung the cuts on her face. She saw that she was in a room, the sun was shining. Looking around the room she saw that it had to be a basement because even though she could see out the window she could only see the sky.
She was on a bed, a comfortable bed at that with clean, white, sheet and a pillow behind her. Her hands were tied in the front of her, though her feet weren't tied she couldn't get out of the room. She had already tried that, it had to be locked from the outside. She couldn't hear anything, wondering if the man had gone out for a little while.
Kellie knew that Jamie was coming for her, knew that they were all somewhere waiting for the time to be right to get her. What she didn't know was that Jamie was going there for an exchange. Kellie's life for her own.
Looking down at herself she saw that she was in a pair of white panties and matching bra. Wondering how she had gotten undressed and knowing that she was too weak to move. She felt something poke her while she slept, not knowing what it was but she tried moving her feet and realized that she couldn't. They were numb like they had fallen asleep.
She heard the doorknob rattle and her eyes grew wide, a few seconds later a man came into the room. He was wearing a pair of blue boxers and his blue eyes were warm and kind for a killer. Not a sign of anger on his face at all.
“I see that you're awake. Do you want something to eat?” He asked her softly.
Kellie shook her head no and glared at him. She tried fighting the thick rope that was holding her hands tightly together.
“You have to eat if we are going to have company I want you to have some strength.” He whispered to her, walking over to the bed and sitting down on it.
Kellie gave him a confused look. Shaking her head again. She didn't know what he was talking about.
“Oh that's right, I didn't tell you. Well your friend Jamie has agreed that if she shows up here then she is willing to take your place. That's nice of her huh?” He chuckled and saw her eyes grow wider then what they were.
“I will make a deal with you though.” He told her hurriedly.
Kellie narrowed her eyes at him, thinking that he was playing a game with her. She didn't want Kellie coming to save her if it meant that she was the one who was going to be killed.
“I will let you both live if you let me have you.” He looked down at her bra and saw the cleavage that was teasing him.
Kellie looked down at his boxers and saw that his cock was slowly growing inside of them. She knew what he wanted.
“I will let you both go if you give me what I want right now.” He whispered and brought his hand to her bra, touching and groping at her tit through the thin fabric.
Kellie glared at him and then closed her eyes. She wished that none of it was happening. Wished that she had never gone into the woods, everyone knew that they had to keep their eyes open and none of them did. They were just focused on that black bag.
“Are you going to answer me, or am I just going to take it?” The man was trying to keep his voice calm as he looked into her eyes.
Kellie nodded her head slightly. Even if she had told him no he was going to do whatever he wanted to her. Surprised that he had kept her alive after all the things that he had told her about his other victims. The man had never given her his name. She knew that he didn't have a partner. She would have found that out when he had captured her.
The man looked around the room and saw a pair of scissors on a small stand. Getting up he grabbed the quickly and went back to the bed.
He turned her just enough so that he cut the straps of her bra and the back of it so that it fell away in pieces.r />
“You're so beautiful.” He moaned when he saw her tits bounce out. Watching them bounce and putting the scissors down on the floor.
Kellie moaned, just by the way he was looking at her she knew that he wanted her. Knew that he had to have her.
“There. See, its nice to get a compliment once in a while.” He kissed her neck slowly and Kellie moved away from him slightly.
“You are doing this for you and your friend Kellie.” He moaned in her ear. Feeling her relax a little when he reminded her why she was doing it.
He put his hand on her leg and saw that she didn't fight him when he began rubbing her pussy through the panties he had picked out for her.
Kellie tried not to make a sound, as she breathed through her nose. Though she begged her pussy to be turned off she knew that it was wet. She knew that he could feel the dampness through the panties.
“Mmm. I can't wait to push my cock into your pussy.” He grunted as he licked her ear slowly. Moaning when his fingers touched the wet spot.
He slowly pushed her panties down her legs and took them off her feet. When he spread her legs he saw that she wasn't fighting him.
He took his boxers off and Kellie saw how thick his cock was. Saw it standing at attention as he came closer to her with it.
“I am going to love this.” He moaned as he pushed his cock against her pussy. Feeling his cock slide into her.
He heard her whine and whimper, keeping her eyes turned from him. Feeling ashamed that noises would escape her.
“Its okay to lay there and enjoy it. Some women really like to be touched and well others, you saw the pictures of Alice. She wouldn't even let me stick it in.” He giggled a little and then grunted as his cock felt the wetness inside her pussy.
As he got on top of her he brought his hands to her face and made sure that she looked at him. Getting upset with her that she was trying to close her eyes.
“Keep them open. I want to see your beautiful eyes as I'm fucking you.” He told her harshly, getting the urge to want to slap her because she wanted to keep them closed.
