“And why not?” She bit her lip.
“I sense a spark, no not one but two sparks of life, ignite deep within you.” He smiled and lovingly caressed her flushed face.
“You mean I’m knocked up?” She squeaked in disbelief. “Shi… but how can you possibly tell?”
“I am a Martian.”
Story Two
“Madeline, can you get your fat butt out here already?” Derek sounded aggravated.
“I’m not fat, you retard.” The young woman replied indignantly as she stepped out to the back of the shop. “Just a little too well built.”
“Yeah, tell that to the people in Ethiopia whose GDP is lower than your annual lunch allowance.” Johnny snickered.
The nineteen year old woman glared at the two Farley boys. It was the same thing every day, she had to put up with their stupid malicious comments just because she was a little overweight and was working at their parents’ medical store.
“What is it you want?” She sighed, putting away her favorite book.
“These new arrivals need to be catalogued and put on display.” Derek flashed a smile at her and she almost swooned. She knew she didn’t have a shot at these two handsome twins and was content just to hang around with them at work, even if they were a little obnoxious at times.
“You got that, Derek.” She smiled back.
“Hey, take it easy there… Princess Fiona.” Johnny sneered. “Derek and I have girlfriends, you know... real hot babes that could sizzle on the covers of Sports Illustrated.”
“Come on, you guys.” Madeline sounded exasperated. “I know I’m out of your league… but you don’t have to rub it in everyday.”
“Ha, yeah we do. We’ve seen the way you keep looking at each of us,” Derek grinned and grabbed his crotch. “…you want this so bad, don’t you?”
“But the only way you’re going to get some…” Johnny grabbed his own crotch too and winked at her. “Is if you lose a hundred pounds and gain a personality.”
Madeline gasped in shock. That was the last straw; she had never been so insulted before. She had put up with their teasing long enough, and that too just because the Farleys were her neighbors for as long as she could remember.
“Well, I never!” She screamed and yanked off her apron. “I’m not taking this kind of juvenile crap anymore. I quit.”
She heard the boys snickering as she stormed out of the shop, never looking back. Fighting back her tears, she flipped out her phone and called her best friend.
“Jen,” Madeline tried to keep her voice calm. “What’s up, babe, got any plans this weekend?”
“Hey, Madi.” Jennifer Baron, her best friend since kindergarten, sounded excited. “We can go camping; Paul’s out of town and I thought I’d miss the camp trip this month. But now you can come with me… if you like.”
Madeline hated camping; in fact she hated everything outdoors. She usually avoided public places like the beach, the mall, the clubs, almost everything that girls her age enjoyed. She sighed and thought of how opposite she and Jen were. Maybe it was time to live life like Jen did. Enough with her secret world of books and fantasies already.
“Um, let me sleep on it, Jen.” Madeline replied thoughtfully. “I was hoping for more of a sleepover thing. I’ll call you back.”
“Aw, come on, Bestie.” Jen laughed. “It’ll be fun. Call me latest by Friday night if you decide to go.”
Madeline hung up and opened the front door to her parent’s house. She wanted to move out, but she was yet to get a good enough job to do that. Maybe someday, she sighed. She was thankful that her folks were out for the week, attending a friend’s wedding halfway across the state.
All alone, the way she preferred it, Madeline walked into her room, shut the door and began to undress. She eyed her three foot tall stuffed teddy bear propped up against the mirror. Berry had seen her naked for years with his black beady eyes, forever unblinking, forever staring. He never had anything bad to say to her. She loved Berry.
With a deep sigh she stood before the full length mirror and looked at her naked self. Her round, chubby cheeked face was beautiful, in a jolly care-bear kind of way and her soft brown hair framed her face rather well, cascading down to her round shoulders. Bright blue eyes and a cute button nose over full lush lips could have pleased any man who looked at her. Then why was she so forlorn all the time. Maybe she was looking at the wrong places for love, if she was looking at all.
She sighed and her eyes moved down her body. She was a big girl. Almost five foot nine and nearly a hundred sixty pounds. Madeline admired her huge breasts; full, round and on the heavy side. Thirty Six Double Ds and she was proud of them as they rested on her rather generous belly. The fullness of her wide ass was pleasant too and she didn’t mind the thickness of her hips and her soft silky thighs. She had no problem with her body as it was so why should she care what others would think.
“Damn it, but I do care.” She swore. “Hot guys like Derek and Johnny will never want to be with me, ever. And I don’t want to be with any fat smelly guys.”
She decided to cool off with a shower, tomorrow would be another day. She had to come up with a good reason for old Mrs. Farley why she wanted to quit the pharmacy job after all this time. Telling her about her mean sons wouldn’t go down well with the woman.
“But that can wait till tomorrow.” She addressed Berry, her stuffed teddy bear. “Tonight I’m going to soak up in a warm bath and get some sleep.”
She slept peacefully, her arms wrapped tightly around Berry’s warm and furry softness.

“We’re all set, baby.” Jen laughed as she gunned the ignition and the old Jeep rolled forward.
“All set?” Madeline looked around the vehicle. “All I see is a small knapsack with a change of clothes.”
“Rest easy, Mads.” Her best friend laughed. “We’ve got everything we need in the log cabin down at the campsite.”
“How?”
“Paul and I do this every other month and we have the cabin stocked with supplies, there’s still a great deal there for a three day outing.”
“Sounds cool.” Madeline nodded and watched her friend with admiration and a hint of envy.
Though Jennifer Baron was not a classic Greek beauty, she had a body like one. Being a certified fitness and yoga instructor had something to do with it, and besides Jen was always a tomboy, since the time she had known her, more than fifteen years ago. She looked stunning in her khaki shorts and snug flannel shirt, all ready to rough it in the wild.
Madeline had just thrown on her cutaway jeans and an over sized beach shirt. Her backpack had a few more shirts and some candy bars. She wasn’t really looking to rough it on a camping trip, just needed a little get away from all the stress in the city. Mrs. Farley hadn’t taken kindly to her leaving the job and gave her an earful. Madeline didn’t really need any of that, especially after putting up with her beastly sons for two whole years.
“And here we are.” Jennifer beamed as she pulled up in front of an old log cabin that looked right out of an adventure storybook.
“Looks really rough.” Madeline pursed her lips.
“Yeah, great place.” Jen nodded. “And there’s a cool lake a few meters from here, we can do some fishing... and skinny dipping.”
“Wow, it’s so Huckleberry Finn.” Madeline said with fake enthusiasm. She just wanted to get into the cabin and have a bite to eat. The drive was a five hour one and breakfast had long since been digested and assimilated.
“Yeah, and this is the best time of year.” Jen added. “Bears and other furry animals are moving up the mountains, so we won’t have any surprise National Geographic moments.”
“You sure about that?” Madeline asked as she stepped up to the cabin door and pointed to a set of claw marks raked into the toughened wood.
“Hmm, that’s got to be a few months old.” Jen mused as she fished out a large iron key. “Though I don’t recall seeing it the last time w
e were here.”
Madeline just shrugged as the door opened with a protesting creak.
“Got to get some oil on those hinges again.” Her friend laughed and stepped into the cabin. She dropped the key and froze.
“What’s wrong?” Madeline pushed her way in. “Holy Shi…”

“What the hell happened here?” Jen finally found her voice. “Everything’s messed up and the food’s all gone. What…”
“Now I know how the three bears felt when they came home after Goldie…”
“Shut up, Madi.” Jen was pissed. “This isn’t funny.”
“What do you think did this?”
“I’m betting on those pesky Raccoons.”
“Yeah, those rotten little robbers already have the burglar masks on.” Madeline laughed, making her generous body shake.
“Madi, laugh all you like… and when you get hungry, laugh some more.”
“I am hungry now, Jen.” Madeline looked annoyed. She didn’t really want to do this anyway. “So what are we going to do, drive back five hours to get some food?”
“No way. “ Jen raised her hands. “There’s a little supply shack about seven miles down the trail. It won’t take a half hour to get there and back. They take MasterCard.”
“Well, you go on ahead.” Madeline sighed. “I’ll clean up this place.”
“Are you sure?” Jen raised an eyebrow.
“Yeah, drive safe.”

Ten minutes later, Madeline’s phone rang. It was Jennifer. He voice was barely audible over the weak network signal.
“Say that again… can barely hear you.” Madeline yelled into the phone.
“I said… I hit a tree stump and the Jeep’s blown something. I’m a mile away from the shack. I’m going to walk it down, get the stuff and someone to fix the Jeep. Might be a while before...”
“Yeah, perfect.” Madeline smirked as the network went completely dead. “So now what, I wait here till hunger kills me?”
She lied down on the wooden bed, it creaked in protest and she laughed. “Yeah, yeah… I’m doing a hundred sixty this week.”
The classic eighties rock music she had on her iPod took her mind off food as she moved her body to the rhythm of the pumping music. She was a good dancer, her heavy set body moving to the beat completely in her control. Soon she began to sweat and feel breathless.
“Man, it’s getting hot all of a sudden.” She exhaled deeply. “And since I all by myself again, I can do this.”
She peeled of her jeans and took off her large shirt. In her panties and a tank top, Madeline sat down and sipped water from her canteen. Her mind began to drift, she should have brought along at least one book. Jen had told her that the fun of camping was to explore new things and not read a book; that she could do at home. She began to think about boys. Hot and handsome hunks with their tanned muscular bodies, tousled hair and rugged smiles. Her hand instinctively went down between her thick thighs, and as her fingers pushed past the flab to reach her plump pussy she noticed she was wet already.
“Oh shit, what am I doing?” She thought. “Jen might get here at any time.”
Suddenly she heard some rustling outside. Was that Jen? She reached for her shirt, hurriedly putting it on. Her jeans had slipped off the bed. She had to get down to find it. The rustling outside grew louder, followed by a few inhuman grunts. That was definitely not Jen. A chill ran down her spine. It’s probably raccoons or rabbits, she assured herself.
After a few minutes of silence, her curiosity got the better of her. She gingerly stepped out of the cabin. The sun was setting and the mysterious pall of twilight was in the air. Madeline looked around cautiously, forgetting about her jeans. She walked around the moss covered ground looking left and right, up and down. Then she heard the sound again, much louder. Her heart doubled its pace. She turned around to get back to the cabin and froze in fear.
A huge dark shape crouched between her and the cabin. Its immense bulk almost obscured the cabin form her sight. She took a step back, not knowing what to expect. It the dimming light she could make out it was a bear of some kind. As huge as a Kodiak, probably even bigger, it seemed to stare at her with pale glasslike likes. She got reminded of her Berry, but he was just a stuffed toy. This was a living breathing monster that could tear her apart in seconds.
The creature snorted softly, its breath forming a white mist around its dark maw. She noted its eyes begin to glow. From a pale brown, the eyes turned yellow. A kind of feral intelligence burned in them, as if it knew she was at its mercy.
“Nice doggie,” Madeline managed to whisper. “I... I... I mean nice teddy.”
The bear like thing cocked its head and grunted. Its large wet nose twitched and its great tongue lolled out waving in the air, as if it could taste her fear.
Madeline felt like her heart had come up to her throat. Her head felt dizzy, she expected to be mauled and eaten at any time. She slowly reached down to get her phone out of her jeans pocket, only to caress her own bare thigh. Realizing she stood there outside without her pants on in front of a huge animal seemed really funny to her, but she suppressed her laughter.
With a sudden jerk, the bear thing reared up. It towered almost twice as high as her. Its massive claws beat against its chest and a mighty roar rumbled up from its chest and out its enormous maw. Madeline shivered as fear gripped her heart, she felt her knees give in and she fell to the ground. Was this the end for her?
She lay there for a while cowering in fright, her hands over her head, her heart pounding louder than it ever did. Her body tensed for the killing blow. She prayed hard, prayed that she be killed before being eaten. She couldn’t imagine how horrible it would be to beaten alive by a savage beast. She waited, minutes passed, nothing happened. She waited on.
“Who are you?” A deep voice, with a gravelly edge broke into her thoughts.
***
Madeline thought she was dreaming, but her inquisitive nature made her look up. The bear thing was not there anymore. Instead, standing before her was a man. A young, dark haired, heavily muscled man with golden eyes and a bemused smile on his handsome face.
“I am Braun.” His lips moved, emitting the deep gravelly voice as before. “Who are you?”
Madeline couldn’t find her voice. She continued to stare at the near naked man with her mouth open. He took a step toward her and Madeleine jerked back by reflex.
“Do not be afraid.” He said softly. “I mean you no harm.”
Madeline felt her senses returning but she kept staring at him, still in disbelief. What was going on? Could this be some kind of trick or dream? It had to be a dream, she decided, she must have fallen asleep on that bed in the cabin. She looked behind the young man and could see the cabin now. Everything was the same as she remembered a while ago, except for the bear thing.
“What’s going on?” She managed to utter.
“I am Braun.” He reiterated with a smile and waved around him. “This is my home.”
“Oh, God.” Madeline held her head in her hands. “I know I’m dead. That bear thing ate me and now I’m in heaven. This guy must be my angel host or something.”
“You are not dead.” He offered, reaching out to touch her cheek. “You are of the living as I am.”
Madeline flinched at his touch. She felt a strange sensation ripple though her. She moved back as fast as she could, holding up her arms in self defense.
“Have no fear.” He said again. “You are a guest here... in my domain.”
“Please tell me I’m dreaming.” Madeline almost sobbed.
“No, this is real.” Braun replied and extended his hand. “I am as real as you are. Touch my hand and you will know.”
Madeline looked at his hand. It was large and looked strong. Her eyes moved up the rest of his arm. His forearm was thick and corded, with veins bulging all over and his upper arm was densely muscled, biceps and triceps molded into thick deltoids that joined to a very m
uscular and thick neck. She took a sharp breath, guys like this she had only seen in magazines like GQ or Muscle & Fitness. He was too good to be true.
“If this is a dream…” She thought. “Why the hell should I be resisting him?”
She reached out gingerly and touched his fingers. A strange tingling sensation rippled down her arm all the way to her shoulders. She moved her hand closer until her whole palm was in his. His hand closed over her hand, his strong grip tightening. She felt sudden fear as he pulled her off the ground and up to him with the same ease as she would with Berry.
