Three For All

“Good morning sweet thing.” Lothan dragged up enough energy to roll to where Eislinn sat and take one of her hard pink nipples in his mouth.

Not wanting to feel left out, Callum shifted as well and slid two fingers up inside her dripping channel. “Looks like someone is happy to see us this morning.” He nudged her fingers aside and pressed his thumb down hard on her swollen clit.

That was all it took. With a scream, she came, warm gushes of cream coating Callum’s hand. Her walls gripped him tightly and her hand fisted in his hair.

After they took turns kissing her and petting each other as they all settled down, the three of them adjourned to Lothan’s marble-tiled shower. It was easily big enough to hold a whole football team and Eislinn had fond memories of frolicking in here with Lothan. Last night had been fun with all three of them, but there were so many more positions and possibilities to explore.

Lothan lounged against the wall of his stone-tiled shower, rubbing shampoo through Eislinn’s long tangled hair. Callum was tenderly soaping her body with his hands, lingering on her breasts and hips, the curve at the small of her back. She relaxed into the pleasure of their attentions but her hands were moving continuously too. She couldn’t seem to get enough of either of them.

“So I know how Lothan knew there was trouble last night,” Eislinn mentioned. “But Callum, what brought you there in time?”

Callum laughed. “I was actually on my way home when one of the neighbors reported a disturbance. My old partner and his wife had a baby last week and the squad threw a little barbecue party for them yesterday afternoon that ended up lasting well into the night.”

  “Logan?” Lothan asked.

“Bram and Twyla?” Eislinn queried at the same time. She had met most of the members of Philadelphia Paranormal police unit at one time or another, including Callum’s partner the half-dragon. His wife, a pretty blonde pixie, was a member of the mayor’s paranormal relations task force.

“Yeah,” Callum confirmed. He finished washing Eislinn’s skin and moved around to soap Lothan’s back.

“I met them both at one of the mayor’s parties,” Eislinn mentioned. “I tend to be the reporter his staff requests when he’s got his task forces involved.”

“Gee, I wonder why?” Lothan snorted a laugh. “Maybe because he’s sure you’re not going to mention that his educational consultant has wings? Or that his special police team includes an elf and a half-dragon?”

“And a gargoyle and a ghost,” Callum added. “For starters. I’m surprised you never got recruited for the team,” he told Lothan, his hands lingering on Lothan’s ass.

“He tried. About five years ago when he first formed the unit. But I’m not much of a team player and we agreed to disagree.” Lothan turned and took Callum’s hand. “So when did you join the team?”

“I moved to Philly about a year ago,” Callum said. “Joined the force a few weeks later.”

  “Were you following me?”

With that, the two men turned back to Eislinn, who stood under the spray rinsing off and watching them intently. She shrugged. “Just asking.”

“Yeah.” Callum made a face and reached out a hand to Eislinn. Lothan opened his arms as well and Eislinn moved closer, until they were all in one big hug. This felt so good, so right being wrapped in both sets of big strong arms.

“You know, when my partner met his wife and got married right away, I thought he was crazy,” Callum noted. There was an expression in his green eyes that sent butterflies dancing through Eislinn’s stomach. “But maybe sometimes it does happen that quickly.”

Lothan nodded thoughtfully and the heat in his silver gaze touched something deep in Eislinn’s soul. “And maybe sometimes it doesn’t work out at first, because there’s something missing. And it can’t ever be right until you find that missing piece.”

Callum squeezed Eislinn’s hand and met Lothan’s eyes. “And when that missing piece falls into place?” he asked.

“It can be the beginning of something—beautiful.”

“I agree,” Callum leaned over and pressed a brief but firm kiss on Lothan’s lips. Lothan returned the gesture and they both turned to Eislinn.

  “Well, Eislinn,” Lothan began.

“You said last night you’d grow up when your life got interesting,” Callum added.

“Would being with us…” Lothan inserted.

“Be interesting enough?” Callum finished the other male’s sentence as if they’d been lovers for years.

Eislinn felt her heart about to burst. She opened her mouth to speak but the men weren’t done.

“The three of us,” Lothan clarified, though she hadn’t needed the explanation. “Together—exclusively.”

“I love you, Eislinn. And you, Lothan.” Callum added. “I know it’s sudden but when it’s right, it’s right. I’m sure this is what I want.”

“And I know that you two are what I’ve been searching for all these centuries,” Lothan growled. “The other two thirds of my soul.”

They both turned back to Eislinn and as one said, “Well?”

Tears streamed down Eislinn’s cheeks, mingling with the spray from the shower. Those two faces, both so dear, regarded her steadily, both etched with hope and fear—and love.

She squeezed both of their hands. “I love you,” she said, making sure to meet each set of eyes in turn. “I’ve always loved you both. I can’t think of anything I’d like more than to be with both of you, be your lover, your partner, your mate. Each of you was always the missing piece of my heart.”

  “Together forever.”

She wasn’t sure which one said it first, as they all huddled together, holding each other close. She only knew they all echoed the words. “Together. Forever.”
