Stephen’s smile was beautiful, open and holding none of the wicked lust from earlier that night, but full of pure happiness.
“I’m glad.” He reached out and slid his fingers through her hair, gently combing through the tangles. She had no idea where the lacquered sticks she’d been wearing had ended up. Hopefully some diligent staffer had picked them up and left them by her locker. Tucking a strand behind her ear, he then stroked the line of her cheekbone before drifting his fingers down to trace the curve of her lower lip.
There was a sense of ownership in his touch that thrilled her, but what melted her into a puddle of throbbing goo on the bed was the tenderness. This was a Dom she could give herself to entirely, a Master she could take joy in serving.
When he spoke again, it was as if he’d read her mind.
“I’d like to do this again.” She didn’t realize she’d slid her eyes shut until the faint edge of uncertainty in his voice startled them open. “We work well together,” he added, running his hand through her hair again.
“We do,” she agreed softly, tilting her head and pressing into his touch. “And I’d like that as well.”
He smiled again, that happy, open grin that washed over her like sunshine, and Ginger smiled back. This? Could be the start of something wonderful.

Sierra Summers lives in the Metro-Detroit area in Michigan. She is a married mother of two wonderful boys and one precious girl. She also cares for two spoiled dogs.
She still has the first book she ever wrote in first grade, Skeleton Rock, which started off her love for writing and she’s written ever since.The majority of her books take place in Michigan and she’s proud to live so close to Detroit, a city poised on the brink of a comeback. The revitalized downtown and surrounding area provides wonderful inspiration for her writing.
Finding her writing partner, VJ Summers, was the answer to her lifelong dream. Together the duo had written several books before Sierra also began venturing out on her own.
