Both women burst out laughing. It felt good. Lauren felt the week’s tension, anger and angst leaving her body. It felt so good to laugh.

“Are you dating anyone?” Cindy asked.

Lauren smiled and shook her head.

“How about we get together after the game on Sunday? Lauren asked.

  *****

The big game had finally arrived. The Meadowlands. New York. The stadium was the biggest and loudest that Lauren had ever been in. The Giants were one of the best teams in the league. For threequarters, the teams went back and forth, trading the lead. It was probably going to come down to the last play of the game. Tensions were high on the sidelines. Everyone knew the importance of this game. If they wanted to keep their chances of making the playoffs, then they would have to win this game.

In the middle of the fourth quarter, it looked as if they were going to take a decisive ten-point lead. It was third down and seven yards to go. They didn’t really need the first down. They were already within field goal range. It would be a chip shot for Lauren. She couldn’t wait to run out on the field and knock the ball through the uprights, straight through. She would be the hero. They would hoist her on their shoulders and carry her off the field.

She closed her eyes, smiled, and took several deep breaths. A loud roar from the crowd startled her. She opened her eyes. Oh shit!

Cody had thrown an interception in the end zone and the Giants were about to run it for a TOUCHDOWN!

The game was tied. Cody had blown it. He stormed back to the sideline and threw his helmet down.

Cara watched him out of the corner of her eye. She could see him comingtoward her, his face red with rage.

She moved out of the way to let him pass. Then she felt something pulling on her arm, jerking her to the side. Cody’s muscular hand was wrapped around her arm.

“What are you doing?” She said. “Let go of me.”

She tried to jerk free but he only held her tighter.

He glared at her, eyes boring into her skull. “If you fuck up today,” he said. “I swear to God you’ll never play another game in this league again. You understand that?”

Lauren’s lips quivered with rage. She didn't lower her eyes. Didn't back down. She wasn't afraid of him.

“Cody, stop that,” Cara yelled, dropping her pom-poms and rushing towards them, her breasts bouncing up and down. She had a desperate, worried look on her face. She tried to put herself in between Cody and Lauren.

“Get the hell away from here,” Cody said menacingly.

  “No,” Cara replied.

  “What?”

Cody seemed stunned by her defiance, her unwillingness to submit. Cara jerked Lauren's arm away from him and the two women walked off while some of the other players surrounded Cody. He pushed and shoved, cursed, groaned and grunted, screamed out bitch and lesbian and dike, until some of the guys finally got him to sit down and shut up.

  “Are you okay?” Cara asked.

Lauren didn't know what to make of this changed attitude. Was it real? Did she actually feel bad? Those were questions for another time. Today she had a very important job to do.

“I'm okay,” Lauren said, touching her arm and grimacing, looking at the finger imprints that Cody had put on her.

“He’s such an asshole,” Cara said.

Lauren smirked. “Then why are you with him?” Lauren asked.

Cara looked away, brushed a strong strand of blonde hair behind her ear, then she covered her mouth. Lauren reached out and put her hand under her chin.

“I'm sorry that things didn't work out differently for us,” Lauren said.

Cara looked up, tears welling up in her eyes. She tried to wipe them away, tried to gain control of her emotions.

“What do you mean?” Cara asked. “Can’t we still work things out? Isn’t there still a chance?”

“No, baby, I don't think you're the one for me,” Lauren said and smiled warmly.

Those words didn't come out easily. It was hard being alone. She needed someone, but this blonde Valley Girl cheerleader wasn’t the one. She was fun. She was hot. But she wasn't the one. She wasn't the type of woman who would really challenge her and hold her interests. When would she find that woman?

  “Pulkowski!” Coach Matthews yelled.

Lauren's eyes shot open wide. She smiled.

“Sorry, gotta go,” she said, reaching out and kissing Cara on the lips. She strapped on her helmet, rolled her neck, and flexed her arms and legs. She was ready. This is what she'd been waiting for. The chance to redeem herself.

  “TIMEOUT! TIMEOUT!”

Whistles sounded and the referees ran onto the field waving their arms over their heads.

The Giants had called a timeout. It was a common practice, a rather effective way of rattling the nerves of the kicker, giving them just a bit more time to worry and fret over the game-deciding kick.

The longer Lauren had to wait, the more nervous she became. She tried to go through her visualization exercises, tried as hard as she could, but it was so difficult to concentrate. She felt like her emotions were pulling her in so many different directions. This was the moment she'd been waiting for, hoping for, dreaming of. It was here. They went back out onto the field.

Everyone lined up. Lauren got into position. Arms at her sides, right leg in front, knees slightly bent.

The Holder turned around. “Knock it right through. Don’t worry about the wind. Right through.”

The wind? Lauren had forgotten to look at the goal posts. That was something that she’d been trained to do automatically, years before.

Lauren nodded her head and took several deep breaths, closed her eyes.

“Hut one. Hut two. Hut! Hut! Hike!

The ball was snapped. The Holder caught it, bobbled it, and struggled to position it properly.

Oh no! They were about to blow it. Two Giants defenders had gotten into the backfield. They were heading straight for the Holder, running full speed, spuming at the mouth, their eyes full of bloodlust.

Lauren gritted her teeth and focused intensely on the ball as the Holder struggle to get control it. He finally got it down, and turned the laces towards her.

Lauren ran forward and kicked the ball. As it sailed through the air, the entire stadium grew silent. Everyone held their breath. There was so much on the line.

Oh no, Lauren thought as she saw the ball bending to the left. The ball was heading directly towards the goalposts. Not again!

Just as Lauren was about to lose all hope, the wind or maybe it was karma, changed the flight of the ball.

Moments later it sailed through the uprights. The buzzer sounded.

  GAME OVER.

Everybody rushed over, children swarmed her and within moments they were hanging on their shoulders off the field.

Lauren reached up to the heavens and roared, triumphantly. This was the greatest moment of her career. She couldn’t help crying, couldn’t keep the tears from streaming down her cheeks. For the first time in her NFL career, she was the hero. It felt so good. So damn good.

She was the hero. The champion. She’d made history. She was the first woman to kick game-winning field goal.

  *****

After doing several interviews, Lauren was finally able to make her way down the tunnel into the locker room. She'd never felt better in her entire professional career. It was absolutely incredible. Her body was on fire with excitement and satisfaction. All her life she had worked for this. It was here. She had redeemed herself. She had rewritten the script.

"Pretty nice kick," someone called out in the tunnel.

Lauren stopped running and turned. She smiled brightly. It was Cindy. Lauren opened her arms wide and rushed towards her. The two women embraced tightly. Lauren was overcome with emotion. She kissed Cindy on the lips. Then pulled back. Both women stared at each other with surprise. They'd never had such an intimate moment before. Both of them had probably thought about it, dreamed about it, fantasized about
it many times before.

"So are we still on for a little fun tonight?" Cindy asked.

Lauren smiled and batted her eyelashes. "That sounds good to me," she said.

They walked into the lockerroom hand in hand. The flashbulbs went off. Reporters swarmed. Lauren turned and took Cindy's chin in her hand and kissed her softly on the lips. The entire room erupted in a loud, thunderous applause.

The front-page picture on all the websites and newspapers was Lauren and Cindy kissing. It was history. The first woman to make a game-winning field goal in the NFL. The first lesbian in male pro sports.

Back at Lauren’s hotel, they stripped off their clothes. Lauren and Cindy began tongue kissing, desperately, lovingly. And then came the tribbing, their wet pussies grinding together, hips gyrating back and forth, the juices dripping down her thighs, the moans and cries of pleasure bouncing off the motel walls.

"Oh, my God you're so fucking hot," Lauren said. "So fucking hot. Please don't stop.

She was being completely controlled and dominated. This was exactly what she wanted, what she had waited so long for.

Both of their bodies were covered in sweat. They grabbed at each other, rolling around on the bed and then rolled to the floor.Their aggressive love dance continued on the carpet, grasping and clawing at each other's flesh.

They were like two primal animals, wild beasts, let free from their cages, now tangling in a lover’s embrace.

"You don't know how long I've waited for this moment," Cindy said. "I really couldn't —"

Her words were cut short by a kiss, their ferocious tongues dodging, dipping, stabbing, and plundering each other’s mouths. Finally, after all their scratching and clawing in various lovemaking positions, both of the young women lay completely exhausted on the motel room carpet, sweating and panting.

What a gorgeous sight those sweaty alabaster bodies were! Many a woman would've loved to jump in and begin playing with them. There was something so angelic and tempting about the way they lay there, innocently, magnificently, luxuriously.

Several hours later the women cuddled in bed, legs and arms intertwined, the light from the television flickering ontheir faces. They'd been quiet for the last 20 minutes or so. There was no need to talk. A simple glance, a look, a raise of an eyebrow, a brief smile, was all they needed to communicate. That may have always been true. They stayed in that position for hours, cuddling, kissing, and petting.

Lauren and Cindy spent the next couple of days laying in bed, drinking champagne, kissing cuddling andmaking love.

It was the most exciting and transformational two days that Lauren could ever remember having. Life would never be the same again. She was free. She'd broken loose from the restraints, the bonds, and the prejudices that society had held her captive with for so long.

She was a new woman, a new athlete. She was ready to lead. She no longer felt like a fraud or a phony.

At the end of the season, Lauren was awarded the rookie of the year. She appeared on the cover of Sports Illustrated, GQ, Esquire, Vanity Fair, and others. She was voted sportswoman of the year. She was a phenomenon. A sensation.

She also became Cindy's fiancée. Their marriage is six months away. Neither one has ever been happier. Neither one has ever felt more free. They look forward to a happy and prosperous future together.

  Bonus Story 14 of 15

  Hot’s Bite

Nathan hurried about getting ready for college. He was running late and did not want to miss out on a good place to sit in the lecture hall during the first lecture of the day. That was because he wanted to sit as close as possible to Ethan Myers, a very handsome and hot looking dude that he had grown pretty fond of, and to an extent even had a crush on. He hummed a nameless tune as he stepped out of the shower to get dressed. His head still felt heavy because of too much drinking while they were clubbing last night, and he vowed to himself never to club on a weekday again. He quickly changed into a pair of slacks and a polo shirt. Then pulling on a pair of loafers, he made his way out of the house. His jeep was parked in the garage at the back of the house and he quickly entered it and fired the powerful engines. He drank a dozen pints of his blood supply that he kept in the fridge and it already made him feel much better as he pulled out of his compound.

He lived on the very far end of Smallville, a small town on the outskirts of Los Angeles. He loved the place because it was a quiet place, the sort of place where almost everyone knew each other. The main reason that he had moved here was to escape from the bad breed of vampires. Nathan Loft was a vampire and had been around for centuries. In the vampire world, there were both good and bad vampires. The bad vampires tended to attack anyone, and especially human beings, sucking their blood and then killing them. Most of them had been hunted out of the country, but they still existed in certain parts of the country, mostly remote areas. The good vampires on the other hand, seldom ever sucked blood from human beings, and were never up to anything bad. They survived on blood from hunted animals, which they usually kept refrigerated to take care of their cravings whenever they came. This was blood mainly from animals like antelopes and deer, which was one of the main reasons that Nathan had moved to Smallville.

Smallville was a town that was far away from the crowded cities and here he could live a quiet life and go unnoticed. It was also surrounded by forests and hills and those were convenient places for him to go hunting for animals. That was one of the reason why he was the one that lived at the very end of the town, where the forest began. He would spend some of his weekends hunting down game for blood and then store it away in the fridge. Most vampires recognized each other although there were some who knew how to hide their identity, even from other vampires. Those were usually the most dangerous because they were the bad breed of vampires. Nathan suspected that there were some that even existed in the small town where he lived, although he had not heard of a killing there in quite a while. All the same he was always on the lookout because the bad vampires hated the good vampires, and any wrong move would mean that he was dead meat. There were a lot of new people moving into the town and he was going to have to be a lot more vigilant. His cell phone went off, interrupting his thoughts.

“Hi Nathan, where are you, don’t tell me that you went out and drank too much last night?” Sandy said into the phone.

“I'm on my way, Sandy, I should be there in the next twenty minutes or so,” he said to her knowing that Sandy was probably already at the college waiting for him.

Sandy Cruise was one of his kind and they had always looked after each other like brother and sister ever since she had moved to Smallville and found him there. In the beginning, she’d had a mad crush on him, but when she had realized that Nathan was more interested in men, she had instead become like a sister to him. Many people thought that they were probably an item, which was not bad because it was one good way of maintaining their identity.

“Okay, honey, don’t take too long,” she said, hanging up the call as Nathan pressed his foot down against the gas a little harder.

Naturally he would have preferred to run to school and enjoy the cool breeze in his hair, but he could not even try to imagine what the humans would do when they discovered that he was not a normal human being. He had the power to run at super human speeds from point A to point B in seconds and that was among many other things that he could do that could only be known by him and his kind. Nathan had tried to convince Sandy to move somewhere closer to him so that they could look out for each other better, but as usual, she was always so stubborn, insisting that she could take care of herself, even against the bad vampires. Nathan knew that he was going to have to find a way to make her change her mind and move somewhere closer to him, and soon. He had this really bad vibe inside and he felt as if something bad was going to happen, especially since the full moon would be at its peak in a couple of days.

  *****

  Ethan
Myers ran his fingers through his long dark hair as he sat back in his chair. He was glad that the week was finally coming to an end because all that he wanted to do was to spend the weekend sleeping. It had been a tough week and although he would have loved to go out partying, it was rumored that there were vampires roaming out there, among them, and they could get pretty dangerous at night. A couple of months ago, a body of a woman had turned up with fang marks around the neck, and her body completely drained of all blood. Ethan knew that Smallville had always been a very safe place to live and that was probably the reason why his parents had moved to the town when he was still in high school. Despite that, he was still very cautious and had also taken it upon himself to learn more about vampires so that he could understand them better and learn how to tackle their blood drinking problem.

Ethan got all of his information online and from the college library, but it was not enough for him to make out much so that he could finally understand vampires like he wanted to. He was sure that there had to be some sort of solution to their drinking of human blood, but he could not get that information unless he actually got a body sample of a vampire or something of the sort so that he could carry out experiments. He was a medical student at Smallville University, which meant that he knew quite a lot about what he was doing. He, however, knew that the only way that he could ever get his results would be if he met up with an actual vampire, and that would be like a death sentence for him.

“You're looking kind of quiet today,” Nathan Loft said to him as he walked up to his seat, interrupting his thoughts.

“Nathan, I didn’t think that you were still here,” Ethan said, beginning to gather his books as he looked Nathan in the eyes.

Nathan was one of the hottest dudes on the campus and it seemed like all the women were after him, but he never showed an interest in any of them. He was usually hanging around Sandy Cruise and at times Ethan thought that they were a couple even though they tried to hide it. It was really too bad, because Ethan thought Nathan was a very hot dude and had often fantasized being with him. Nathan was tall and mysterious. He had a body that anyone would die for, deep blue eyes, a muscular chest, and once at the swimming pool, Ethan had even noticed that the guy had a six pack. In short, Nathan was sexy as hell, and Ethan would not mind being a part of the action with him. There was also this very strange look that was always in his eyes, a sort of mysterious look that could at times make chills ran down Ethan's spine. Nathan looked at him sometimes as though he wanted to eat him alive, to bite him, but maybe that was just Ethan's own imagination.
