Strip Poker Friends: Game One
Page 2
I roused myself from my thoughts as I saw Curtis dealing the flop. Bradley and Elizabeth had both put a chip in the middle. How lucky they both were to have a pile of chips in front of them and not to be betting clothes.
The flop had a queen, jack and three, all hearts. It was a dangerous set of cards and accordingly none of the three players even pretended they wanted to bet.
The turn was a king of hearts. Now any player with a heart in their hand would have a flush. First to act, Curtis put another chip into the pot.
Bradley folded quickly. Clearly he didn’t have a heart.
“It is a good card to bluff on,” said Elizabeth playing with the stacked pile of chips in front of her. Then after a pause: “But I’ll let you have it just to get the hand over with as I think the next two hands should be very interesting.” She looked across at Donna briefly and then settled on me with a smirk. “Don’t you think so Anna?”
I couldn’t think of a response so just sat there silently blushing.
Hand Five
Donna didn’t seem to share my discomfort as she dealt out the cards as if she didn’t have a care in the world. She had pushed her chip into the centre of the table easily as if it didn’t represent the skirt which was the only item of clothing preventing her being seen in her underwear.
For the third hand in a row, my cards were not worth playing. Hopefully, I was saving my luck for the next hand so I folded and took another sip of wine before sitting back in my chair to watch the action. I was hoping for an implosion from Donna that would save me from the next hand but I wasn’t optimistic.
Bradley put in a chip. He had been slowly losing over the last few hands and so after this bet he would only have his original six chips in front of him. I expected him to start playing more cautiously when his clothes started to be at risk.
Elizabeth also called from her large stack of chips.
Curtis also now had a pretty good stack of seven chips in front of him but his face showed intense disappointment as he threw his hand away.
Donna dealt two sevens and a king on the flop. She hesitated slightly before saying “I check.” Donna was characteristically happy, but with a sinking feeling, I sensed something more than that in her voice. Her smile was wide as she looked at Bradley.
Bradley knocked on the table with much less enthusiasm and Elizabeth quickly copied.
The next card was a two. All four suits were represented so a flush was no longer possible. I was pretty sure at this point that Donna had a seven as her smile seemed even wider now than it had been earlier in the hand. “I bet one,” said Donna leaving herself with a single chip in her hand.
Unsurprisingly, Bradley folded immediately and I expected Elizabeth to do the same. “I raise you all-in,” said Elizabeth. I saw Curtis gasp as he looked across to Donna.
“I call,” replied Donna immediately and turned over the seven I knew she had and an ace.
“I thought you were bluffing,” said Elizabeth and turned over her own cards. I heard intakes of breath all around the table as Elizabeth showed a four and a queen. We didn’t even bother dealing the last card as Elizabeth had no chance of improving to beat Donna’s hand.
I was still in shock as Donna collected her winnings. I couldn’t believe that Elizabeth had done that. I knew she was always keen to outsmart people but how could she have thought that that would work?
“Well at least I still have enough chips that I don’t need to strip,” said Elizabeth brightly. “Good hand Donna, hopefully Anna isn’t as lucky.” As she turned to me, Elizabeth had the same smirk she had had in high school. Suddenly everything became clear. I realised that she had lost the hand on purpose. Whether it was because of Bradley looking at me earlier or some left over resentment from our schooldays, Elizabeth had saved Donna and was going to try to get me naked.
“Your deal Anna,” said Elizabeth sweetly, passing me the cards. I don’t think anyone else saw this as anything other than friendliness, but my hand shook as I reached to take the cards from her.
Hand Six
I looked around the table as I shuffled the cards and saw four smiling faces looking back at me. Donna seemed to be genuinely enjoying the game despite sitting in her bra. If anything, Curtis looked even more excited although I got the impression it was the girls rather than the game that were keeping him interested. Elizabeth’s smile looked genuine from the outside but I could sense the cruelty underneath. Bradley didn’t seem to notice the tension between Elizabeth and me, but looked more relaxed than he had been for a while. I hadn’t seen him look across at me for a while. Maybe the novelty had worn off.
Apart from Donna and myself, Curtis’ shoes were the only item of clothing that had been removed. I counted seven chips in front of each of the players except Bradley who had six so my three was comfortably in last place. Nevertheless, I now had to pick one of them up and push it into the centre.
I passed the cards around the table hesitantly. Conscious of the importance of the hand, I studied each player’s reaction as they picked up their cards. Bradley grimaced slightly as he looked at his cards but still called my bet. I don’t think Elizabeth even looked at her cards before calling too. She knew that the more people there were in the hand, the less chance I would keep my jeans. I think Curtis had the same thought as he didn’t look overly pleased with his hand, yet called anyway. Donna seemed to have perked up again after her big win and threw her chip into the centre so hard it flew off the table narrowly missing Elizabeth.
“You know there are easier ways of giving me your chips,” said Elizabeth sarcastically as she bent down to retrieve the chip off the floor. Curtis clearly appreciated the view as her dress tightened over her bottom.
Once the chip was in the centre, I sneaked a look at my cards. I had a Jack of hearts and a six of diamonds. I tried to hide my disappointment at the mediocre hand.
The flop came down Queen, six, five with three suits. I had a pair, but with four other players I wasn’t confident that I was ahead – especially since it would cost at least my bra if I was wrong. I checked and one by one, the other players also declined to bet.
The turn was a ten putting two hearts on the board. My pair of sixes were now even further behind and I gave up hope that I could keep my jeans. I would just have to wait to see if I got a better hand before it was my turn to put in the blind again.
After checks from me, Bradley and Elizabeth, Curtis raised one chip and Donna called.
Knowing what it meant, I picked up my cards and placed them in the centre of the table. Bradley also folded. Elizabeth looked from Curtis to Donna then to her chips and started to count them out. When I was convinced she was going for the raise, she seemed to back out of it and said “I call too.”
The final card was the six of spades. I closed my eyes and sighed realising that I would have made three of a kind and not believing my luck. The three remaining players all checked to take the hand to showdown.
Donna turned over her cards showing she had been playing for the flush and had missed and had already thrown them away without waiting for the others to confirm she was beaten. Curtis had a queen so had made the highest pair, but Elizabeth smugly turned over a pair of kings to take the pot. After she had thrown the previous hand, she had already made back everything she had lost and more.
“Well, I guess I will start the stripping,” said Bradley who was down to five chips and had therefore lost his shoes. He seemed to fumble as he unlaced them and got up to carefully place them next to the pile.
As he sat down, I decided that I would try to act like it didn’t bother me. It was only underwear. Thus, I stood up as I had seen Donna do before and carefully undid the button of my jeans. I tried to avoid eye contact with the others, but my imagination showed me Curtis’ leer and Elizabeth’s smirk as clearly as if I was looking straight at them. My lacy pink knickers matched my bra and were less see-through so I kept at least some of my dignity.
As I retook my seat, I became consciou
s of the silence and tried to think of what Donna would say. “Hope you all enjoyed the show. Surely it is time for one of you to give me something to look at?” I tried to smile as I looked around the table.
“Definitely, it should be one of the guys’ turn next,” agreed Donna. I nodded at her gratefully as I felt my tension recede.
“Although those breasts look like they would be some sight to see,” added Curtis.
I instinctively put my hands in front of my breasts as my discomfort returned instantly. I didn’t think they were anything special – at a B-cup they looked smaller than either Elizabeth’s or Donna’s, but that didn’t seem to dissuade Curtis.
Again, I found myself searching for something witty to say but nothing came. I was grateful when Bradley dealt the cards for the next hand so I could look at them and try to forget my embarrassment.
Hand 7
First to act and despite the large pile of chips in front of her, Elizabeth was uninterested in playing her hand. Curtis and Donna put in a chip each to call. My pair of twos would usually have been worth a call to try to hit three of a kind, but there was no way I was betting my bra on that so I folded quickly.
Bradley dealt the flop. The ten and jack of spades and the queen of diamonds looked very dangerous and Bradley’s expression clearly indicated he wanted nothing to do with it as he checked.
Curtis raised immediately, sensing the same weakness I did. Donna smiled at Curtis “We’re playing for the big money now, aren’t we!” She giggled, girlishly as her curly hair bounced up and down. “I call.”
“I’m all-in,” said Bradley sweeping all his chips into the centre. I was impressed. Bradley had managed to convince me that he had no hand at all but I was sure he wouldn’t risk this much if he wasn’t sure. Quickly counting the chips, I realised that all three players had started with five chips and either Curtis or Donna would have to also go all-in to call. Excitedly, I realised that if either player called, I would be guaranteed not to lose the game. Curtis seemed to be genuinely thinking about it. He would only be giving up his socks and jumper if he folded, but he must have had something to raise in the first place.
“Good bet, mate,” said Curtis finally and surrendered his cards.
Now it was Donna’s turn to think. I could see effort cross her face for the first time of the night as she seemed to be wrestling with the decision.
“I was getting bored anyway,” said Donna. “I call.”
Now it was Bradley’s turn to grimace. He turned over his cards to show a pair of kings. It was a strong hand in normal circumstances but the flop was very dangerous for them.
All eyes were now on Donna as she turned over a five and six of spades. I had no idea what had possessed her to call the blind bet with that hand but she only needed one more card for a flush. Thus Bradley was ahead but not by much.
The two players could not have been reacting more differently. Donna was bouncing up and down in her seat while the only movement from Bradley was his hand slowly peeling the turn card from the deck.
The first thing I noticed was that it wasn’t a spade, however it was a six giving Donna a pair. “That makes it interesting,” said Elizabeth seemingly unconcerned that it could be her boyfriend revealing himself in front of all of us.
Nobody else spoke as Bradley took a last deep breath and peeled off the river card. Any spade, five or six would mean that Donna had won whereas any other card would win the game for Bradley.
I felt myself leaning in to see the last card as Bradley slowly turned it over. As if in slow motion, I saw the ace of hearts revealed.
Bradley immediately pushed himself back in his chair with a sigh.
“Oh, well played,” said Donna, already unbuttoning her skirt and she had tossed it aside before anyone else reacted to reveal a pair of simple white silk knickers.
As she reached behind herself to unhook her bra, Elizabeth interrupted. “Don’t forget Curtis lost two items on that last hand too. Surely you wouldn’t mind taking your top off to give the ladies something to look at?”
I think Elizabeth actually fluttered her eyelashes at Curtis. Out of the corner of my eye, I don’t think Bradley even noticed, he was slumped in his chair with relief.
Curtis didn’t seem any shyer than Donna as he pulled his jumper over his head without ceremony to reveal a tight black vest top. I had guessed he was well built from his broad shoulders but even with that expectation, the definition of his muscles was better than I had ever seen. Without hesitating, he then pulled off the vest top.
I was staring so hard, I hadn’t even noticed Donna’s bra had come off. Her breasts were definitely larger than mine and looked even bigger from being on her small frame. I could clearly see her large nipples were erect. As I looked back at her, she stood up, hooked her hands into the sides of her knickers and gracefully pulled them down to reveal her hairless pussy.
Whilst I was finding it hard to tear my eyes away from Curtis, I could see she had a hot body and Curtis was staring too. Even Bradley was looking over although he was blushing furiously.
Donna seemed to be enjoying the attention and gave a slow twirl before putting her hands on her hips and posing. In a final show, she blew Curtis a quick kiss.
Epilogue
I could tell Elizabeth wasn’t enjoying Curtis and Donna being the centre of attention. “Thanks very much for the game everyone,” she said. “We should really do this again sometime, but it is getting late.”
“I’m free next week,” said Curtis quickly. “Let’s set something up.”
“Me too,” said Donna. “I need a chance to get my own back. Maybe next time you won’t be so lucky.” She turned to Bradley with a wink.
“I guess I’ll play again,” said Bradley without enthusiasm. “What about you Anna?”
After what I had been through tonight – even now sitting in just my bra and knickers, my instinct was to refuse. However, part of me was determined to put Elizabeth in her place both for what she had done when we were at school and for what she had tried to do tonight. The fact that Donna had lost even after Elizabeth intentionally dropped all her chips to her proved that even Elizabeth wasn’t infallible and my luck could be better next time.
“I’ll look forward to it,” I said and Bradley smiled.
Elizabeth hadn’t even lost a shoe so she watched as we all retrieved the clothes we had lost. She stood in the centre of the room with her blonde hair cascading off her shoulders with implacable confidence. However, I felt my own confidence returning as I replaced my jeans and top. I looked at Elizabeth and imagined her having to remove her dress and then her underwear in front of all her friends. She looked straight back at me and for a second I sensed that she was thinking exactly the same thing about me. I shivered at the thought, but whether it was excitement or fear, I didn’t know.
Once we were dressed, we all said our goodbyes and Donna, Curtis and me were soon walking down the path away from the house leaving Bradley and Elizabeth behind.
“That was a memorable night,” said Donna, still showing no sign of shame for what she had just done. “I can’t wait until next week.”
Both Curtis and I nodded our silent agreement before we split up to go our separate ways home. With astonishment, I found myself eager for next week too.

Afterword
I hope you enjoyed reading this book as much as I enjoyed writing it. It has been an interesting journey to get this far with a portfolio of successful books – I never thought I would get t
his far when I first explored online publishing a few years ago. Of course, I am still writing and would be grateful to hear any feedback or suggestions that you have for future stories. If you have missed any of my past books, they are all available from Amazon – just search for “Cheri Grade”.
I have a full time office job and started writing as a hobby to give me a break from looking at spreadsheets all day. It is relaxing to come home and lose myself in an exciting world that I can shape. I finally plucked up the courage to publish my stories after deciding that this was the only way in which I could get some feedback and develop my writing skills. The subject matter I like to concentrate on is the feeling of being embarrassed and naked which I find intensely erotic and writing gives me the chance to explore my fantasies in relation to this which I would be too shy to try in real life.
I wanted to differentiate this book from my previous strip poker stories by focussing on the game itself. The tension of not knowing who will win is what I feel generates the excitement and find that what comes afterwards can only disappoint when the anticipation has been built up to extreme levels. My other focus was on developing characters through small interactions in the game itself. With very little of the book dedicated to the prelude and aftermath, I found this an interesting challenge.
Thank you for reading this far. If you want to support me, please leave me a review on Amazon. It makes a big difference to me both in terms of sales and is an opportunity to give me feedback which I can use to improve my future books.
