“Knowing he could never compete with their weaponry, the youth won her love with kindness, truth and the giving of his heart. This is why it is said, even today, Jarillians have two hearts.” Kanatel laid Ellie's hands on his chest where she could clearly feel two separate and distinct heartbeats. The big alien looked deep into her eyes and continued.

“Since the first time I saw you on that auctioneer's stage, Ellie Rogers, my hearts have been yours.” Kanatel let go of her wrists, leaving her palms pressed against his hot chest.

Ellie felt faint. Her vision seemed to fade at the edges until nothing remained but Kanatel.

His hearts are mine? His hearts are mine? They belong to me? He loves me? He loves me! Her heart beat fast and wild at the thought he felt the same way she did.

Wait. He's got two hearts? Yet the thought was completely lost as Ellie launched herself at Kanatel, kissing his face and mouth with a passion she had never felt before. Her hands gripped his shoulders then slid up his strong neck to cup his face. His own hands managed to catch the small human who attacked him with such fervor and he lay back on the blanket with Ellie on top of him, still kissing him madly.

His tongue found her lips and teased them apart, delving into the waiting cave of her warm mouth. A thrill coursed through her when she felt the heat of his mouth. His body was so hot – in more than just temperature – she could feel the warmth radiating up from him, growing in intensity as their mouths battled. His hands ran up and down her body, if he hadn't owned her before, he was taking possession of her now, but Ellie wanted more. Pulling away from his face, panting, she sat up to straddle his waist and slowly opened the jumpsuit he had given her.

Kanatel stopped her, holding her hands and sat up, sliding her down so she was in his lap and they were face to face.

“I love you, Ellie but if you don't feel the same way we shouldn't go any further.” Ellie tipped her head to one side.

“You're the kindest, most loving, generous and selfless person I've ever met.” She told him, cupping his face. “And you're sexy as hell. How could I not love you?” Ellie paused. “So shut up and kiss me.”

“Seeing as how you put it that way.” Kanatel answered with a chuckle.

His rough hands slid beneath the silky material and ran over the skin of her shoulders as he kissed her neck. Ellie tipped her head back, moaning with the sensations crawling lower down her skin. Fire had started in her own belly now, her own temperature rising when Kanatel ran his hands lower, grabbing her breasts.

Ellie moaned as his hot palms brushed over her nipples making her breasts ache with the need to be touched. She raked her nails down his back making the alien growl. His thumbs swiped over the rubbery cylinders of her nipples which had stiffened to his touch. Their mouths met again, passionately kissing as Kanatel ran his hands over her naked torso and back.

Ellie could feel the hardness of his erection pressing against her leg as she sat astride him and she reached down, scraping her nails gently along it through his trousers. Kanatel hissed and threw his head back when she kneaded his hardness, grumbling in joy when she slid her hands down below the waistband of his trousers and freed his aching column of flesh, running a finger from base to tip as she did so.

Ellie stood and stripped off the rest of her clothing, kicking off the shoes she had, to stand naked before him. Her light brown hair fell about her shoulders and the breeze stirred it a little to make a halo caught by the sun. Kanatel ran a burning gaze over Ellie as he drew his own clothes off, making her blush. He looked at her, his vision of human perfection before him, from her large round breasts, down to her small belly, her wide hips and curvacious legs, the sight making him harder still.

Kanatel reached for her and lay her on the blanket, lowering himself beside her and stroking her skin from neck to knee. Ellie shuddered at his touch, her whole body coming alive as he stroked her exposed skin. The sun was warm on her and it only heightened the flow of blood through her skin, making every touch feel more intense, more intimate.

Ellie had felt a little shock when Kanatel had stripped completely as, looking down, it looked as if he didn't have any testicles. She already knew he had no nipples and was completely hairless so another physical difference made no difference. Besides which, she thought salaciously, he has got the right equipment for the job.

Ellie guided his hand between her legs and looked into his eyes as he ran one finger up and down her damp sex. Kanatel watched her reaction when his fingertip grazed the top of her clitoris and she moaned.

“Yes, right there.” Her own hand grasped for his penis, slowly massaging from base to tip while he explored her intimately. Ellie could feel her body rising towards an orgasm, Kanatel's inexperienced fingers were even more of a turn on, telling her she was the first human he had been with, and the thought pushed her over the edge. Her muscles clenched and waves of orgasmic pleasure rippled through her body. Ellie buried her face in his strong neck and cried out through her orgasm.

“Are you alright?” He asked, concerned. Ellie giggled,

“Oh, yeah, more than alright. As long as I'm making noises like that, it's all good.” She grinned, then her expression turned more serious as Kanatel lowered his large frame over her. Ellie grabbed her ankles, opening herself to him and felt the bluntness of his erection batting at the opening of her vagina.

Slowly and carefully, Kanatel pushed forward, easing himself into her. She could feel every burning inch of his cock as it stretched her tightness, making room. Her breath came in small gasps until he had fully penetrated her, where he paused for a second before pulling gently back out. With infinite patience and slowness, the Jarillian flexed his muscles again, filling and stretching her until she was full.

Ellie felt her own searing heat meet with Kanatel's as he slowly, carefully, made love with her. She rose up to meet his thrusts, desperately trying to quicken his pace but he maintained his slow rhythm, eventually coaxing her body to build up to a massive orgasm. Ellie thrashed and screamed as the delight pulsed through her, exploding from her abdomen while Kanatel kept up his slow pace.

“Oh, my God, that was amazing,” Ellie panted while Kanatel nipped kisses down her neck and throat, tasting the salty sweat which had broken out across her body.

“I'm glad you liked it,” He grunted, still sliding himself inside her.

“Liked it? I loved th...” Kanatel cut her words off by increasing his pace.

Looking up into Kanatel's face as he moved inside her, Ellie could tell he was working up to his own orgasm. Even though she was a little apprehensive about it, his faster strokes made her forget everything except the sensations of pleasure and delight which coursed through her. Unbelievably she crested the top of another explosive orgasm and yelled his name to the surrounding sky.

This third climax sent Kanatel over the edge and his grunts of pleasure got deeper, his face took on a feral grin as he rammed forwards, burying himself as deep as he could inside Ellie. Clasped together like two halves of some odd shellfish, the human and Jarillian panted, sharing each others breath. Kanatel lowered his forehead to hers and opened his eyes, looking into her own.

“All my life.” He said, cryptically, when he was able. He lay down beside Ellie, the wet feeling of him leaving her making her feel suddenly bereft, alone and pulled her closely into his embrace. She stroked his muscled arms and side.

  “What do you mean?”

“You asked me how long I've spent alone.” He explained.

“I've always been alone. My parents never took much interest in me, leaving me in the care of their two new androids. They're my family. And Vintrahu.

Ellie kissed him, halting his words.

“I'll make sure you're never alone again, alright?” Kanatel smirked and nodded.

  “Can you swim?”

“Yes, why?” She answered. Kanatel rose and grabbed her with ease, throwing her on one shoulder as he said.

“Because I'm going to throw you in the lake!”
<
br />   “Kanatel!” Ellie shouted, looking down at his pert alien ass, “Put me down!” She laughed and then squealed in shock as he launched her entire body up and forward to splash down in the warm lake. Ellie came up spluttering, “I'll get you for that you sneaky Jarillian,” She laughed.

“What are you going to do, puny human?” Kanatel dived forward and sank below the surface. Ellie looked down but felt his hands tickling her before she caught sight of him. It was as if he had been born to water, he could hold his breath for what seemed like an age and when he did surface, the water drops on his skin caught the sunlight, sparking like jewels.

They made love again, in the lake this time, the warm water only adding to the sensations, which flowed through Ellie. Laying close, they slept naked on the blanket, drying in the sun of this alien world.

“I have an apology I want to make to you.” Shirley said when Kanatel and Ellie went to visit them.

“What you done for these folks is nothing short of a miracle.” She pointed at the few other humans who were now up and about, thanks to the AMU.

Vintrahu's AI had apparently been able to utilize the AMU to perform scans of the sleeping humans and figure out which chemicals their bodies were producing either too much, or not enough, of. With their almost permanent abuse having stopped and the chemical imbalances kept in check by the Vintrahu and the AMU, some of the people had begun to return to a more normal state.

“So, I don't hold with the rest of your kind, but you've proved you're good at least.” The old Texan held her hand out and Kanatel shook it. Shirley looked from him to Ellie and back again.

“Don't suppose you've got any idea what you're going to do with us, have you?” Kanatel sighed and looked at the floor.

“I have been in talking with Ellie.” He explained.

“I have been also thinking about what I would be wanting if I was being in your places. I will be taking you back to Earth.” Johann, Shirley and a couple of the others grinned and started talking among themselves.

“What's up with you, girl?” Shirley wondered when she noticed Ellie's despondent look. The wily old Texan followed Ellie's glance as she looked at Kanatel who was surrounded by a small gaggle of dancing humans.

“Well shit, girl, you gone and fallen for that big Jarillian, ain't you?” Ellie nodded.

“Yeah, but he can't go back to Jarillia and they'll want to lock him up and study him on Earth so there can't be any kind of future for us.” Shirley looked at her with an unreadable expression.

“I ain't no expert on these things, but I reckon if he's got some machine or other what can make them lot better, I'd be thinking he could use it to make...” Shirley paused, looking for the right word, “Alterations to his looks.” Ellie felt her heart beat a little faster as she realized what the woman was trying to say. It was certainly worth asking.

But he's given up so much already. Ellie thought. Can I really ask him to give up his identity as well?

  Chapter 11

Somewhat West of Austin, on West Highway 290 lies Henly, a quiet gathering of farm buildings set just back from the blacktop. At the end of a lonely road, Leaning Oak Trail, a dirt track leads North. Past fields of cows and grassland this track makes its way towards the ranch home of Jonas Hughes. Jonas, his wife and three children, two girls and a boy live there in relative comfort with a three legged dog called Patch.

Late on a summer evening, the Hughes family is watching TV in the family room – apart from Lucy who is too engrossed in what is happening on Facebook – when Patch begins to bark. Jonas looks towards his wife and frowns wondering what has spooked the hound.

“Didn't see no headlights,” Jonas tells his wife who shrugs, leaning into her husband and thinking about the new lingerie she bought from the Internet and his face when he sees her wearing it.

Three hard thumps on the door make the younger girls jump and Jonas goes to answer the door while the others wrestle with the dog.

“Who is it, honey?” Jonas' wife calls.

“How the heck do I know? I ain't had time to open the damn door yet.” Jonas Hughes reaches for the door and pulls it open, peering out into the cool Texas night.

“Help you?” Jonas looks past the old woman for some kind of vehicle but sees nothing.

“Don't you recognize your mom, Jonas?” The ancient looking woman asks, making him bend over as if punched. Jonas' wife makes her way over to see what's happening with her husband.

“Jo?” She asks, seeing his entire body trembling. Jonas turns and with tears in his eyes he introduces.

“Melanie, this is my mother, Shirley. Shirley Hughes.

Thousands of miles away in Germany, Johann walks up the small flight of stairs to the apartment on Lindenhofstraße. The trees, which line the street, have grown in the time he's been away but just about everything is the same as he remembers it. He just hopes his girlfriend still lives here but he doubts she will be and even if she does, will she be single? Knocking on the wooden door is the hardest thing Johann has ever had to do and fear pulses through him when he hears a high pitched, feminine voice telling someone else she's going to get the door.

Johann waits for what seems an age, tapping his hands on his legs, until the door is pulled open, spilling warm light out onto the stairs. Disappointment rips at his stomach as he sees the young girl who opens the door and has no idea who she is.

“Can I help you?” She asks politely and Johann is forced to shake his head.

“Sorry, wrong address.” He tells her and turns to walk back down the stairs. Three steps pass under his worn feet before the girl calls out.

“Is your name Johann?” A flash of fright, hope and something he can't identify, stabs through his chest as he turns back to the little girl, only able to nod mutely in reply.

“Mumie!” The girl screams back into the apartment, making Johann worry. The little girl has started to cry as she turns back to Johann and confusion thunders through him leaving him only able to stare at her.

Another figure appears at the doorway and her face is the one that was imprinted on his brain before he was abducted. Helena looks almost exactly the same to Johann even though nearly a decade has passed since he saw her last and his breath comes in short gasps.

“Johann?” Helena squeaks, “Oh my God, Johann!” As if magically turned to rubber, Johann's knees buckle and he sinks to the floor, desperately looking from mother to daughter, wondering why he hadn't seen the similarities when she opened the door.

“Helena.” The kneeling man is finally able to whisper. He looks up into the face he has loved since school and almost leaps into her arms, hugging her so tightly he's frightened she might break, but not able to let go. He feels her arms around him too and tears of joy course down his cheeks. The little girl has managed to get between them and tries to hug them both. Johann looks down into her huge brown eyes and asks Helena.

“Who is this?” Sobbing almost uncontrollably she tells him.

“This is Johanna, Johann, your daughter.”

On the northern shore of Nova Scotia lies the town of Bear River. Halfway along River Road, past the Post Office, is a family owned store. Running the checkout today is sixty-three year old Graham Timmons. Life is slow in Bear River, and he knows everyone who comes into his shop by name. Until the stranger enters.

A flash of fright pulses up through him, making his heartbeat a little faster, as the man is huge. Easily six and a half, if not seven, feet tall and built like Schwarzenegger when he was Mr. Universe. In spite of his size, the stranger moves with a grace and lightness that belies his vast proportions.

“Morning.” Timmons calls and the man turns with a smile that puts him at ease immediately.

“Hello,” He says in reply and Timmons wonders where his accent is from. The man doesn't appear to have any distinguishing features, just a brown skinned hulk with a woolen hat, denim jeans, a plaid shirt and light jacket. Winter in Bear River can be harsh and Timmons wonders how
this stranger keeps warm in the biting cold he knows is outside.

Stocking a basket with various foods, the stranger seems almost confused as to what he needs when the door opens once more, letting in a smaller person and a flurry of snowflakes. Unwrapping a thick scarf and taking off a hat, Timmons sees this is another newcomer, a beautiful woman.

She makes her way across to the giant and takes the basket from him, laughing at some of the things he's put in there. Even though he feels a little safer now, Timmons knows there is something not right about the big man but can't figure out what.

The pair approach and Timmons passes things across the scanner, packing them in bags as he does.

“Some weather, we're having.” He states,

“Yeah,” The woman replies. American then. Timmons thinks to himself.

“You folks passing through?” He wonders. The young woman looks up at her man who shrugs.

“I don’t know, we might settle down here.” Timmons looks up.

“Really? That'd be great. I've lived here my whole life and never seen any reason to leave. I'm known as Graham Timmons.” The old man says offering his hand, which they both shake. His hand completely disappears in the grip of the huge man.

“So where you two come from?” Timmons asks, noting the look they exchange at his question.

“I'm from Idaho, born and raised.” She says.

“I am being from a longer way away.” The man tells him in a deep voice.

“Europe?” Timmons asks. The big man looks at the woman who nods almost imperceptibly at him.

“Yes,” The giant says, “I am being from Europe.”

“What part?” Timmons wonders, “I did a little traveling in my younger days, maybe I've been there.” Again the pair exchanged a glance and the pause the massive man leaves is too long. Timmons wonders what they're hiding.

“I am coming from Jarillia.” He finally answers. The woman snorts a laugh as she sees Timmons' look of confusion.
