“You’re too beautiful. Let’s check in and we’ll go see our suite.” Kerry followed him up the beach to the hotel, knowing this was the beginning of a beautiful life. Her mother was settled and happy. Luke was locked up for good. Her father was gone and couldn’t hurt them anymore. She felt in her bones that everything was going to be good now. She could live her life happily with her mate, the lesser of the two evils.
