"What kind of party?" Natalia asked, smiling.

"Jericho's finally divorced," Cat said, grinning.

"And she got off scott friggin' free," Quinn said, grinning too.

"So we're celebrating," Jericho said, “And you should come."

"I would like that," Natalia said.

Jericho pulled out a business card, flipping it over she wrote the address to the house on the back

  "Seven tonight," Jericho told her,

“I will be there," Natalia said, nodding.

That night Jericho and Zoey threw a great party with barbecuing going on in the back yard that was finally finished, and Margarita's going on in the kitchen that was the next project. Everyone was there, including Kana and Palani who was ready to give birth any day. Natalia arrived, bringing a bottle of wine and dressed in a killer red dress that emphasized her curves as well as showing a fair amount of smooth skin.

"Damn...," Quinn said to Skyler as they stood smoking in the back yard, as they saw Natalia arrive.

"You can say that again," Skyler said, grinning.

"What are you two up to?" Cat asked, walking over from the barbecue, where she'd been harassing Kana about the coals being too hot.

Her eyes followed their line of sight.

"Holy shit..." Cat muttered at the sight of Natalia, "I didn't think she could get hotter."

"She did." Quinn said, unable to take her eyes off the hot Latina.

  "She definitely did," Skyler agreed.

Jovina cleared her throat, and Cat instantly winced, "Sorry babe."

Jovina walked over, and looked through the slider, "Wow, okay, I see what you mean. ."

"Should be illegal," Quinn said, smiling as Zoey walked over to her.

"Are you guys ogling Natalia?" Zoey asked.

  "Yep," Skyler said.

  "Uh-huh," Cat said.

  "Indeed," Quinn said.

"What's happening here..." Kana said, then looked in the direction they were "Wow, that’s hot."

The group nodded as one, still looking dumbfounded "I wish I had that body,” Zoey said.

"Me too," Cat said, her grin sly.

"Against me," Quinn said, causing everyone to start laughing.

  "I’m telling Xandy..." Jovina said,

"Ah, that's not right," Quinn said, giving Jovina a dirty look.

"Neither is all of you drooling all over Natalia," Jovina said.

"We're not drooling all over her," Skyler said, "She's all the way in the house."

  “Yeah," Quinn said.

Everyone was still chuckling when Natalia made her way outside.

"So this is where everyone is," she said, smiling.

"Barbecuing," Kana said, moving to kiss Natalia on the cheek, and then back to the barbecue.

"Assisting," Cat said, reaching over to hug Natalia, then walking back over to the grill too.

“I need a beer," Quinn said, grinning as she winked at Natalia, then headed for the back slider.

"Me too," Skyler said, giving Natalia a quick hug, then following Quinn.

Natalia looked at Jovina and Zoey in confusion.

"Was it something I said?" Natalia asked.

"No, it was everything they said," Jovina said, grinning, "Come on," she said, taking Natalia by the elbow, "let's get a Margarita!"

Later music was playing in the house, the song playing was an old one from the movie St. Elmo's Fire, called Saved My Life. Jericho was holding Zoey, and singing the lyrics to her. The song talked about how things were going wrong and that things were getting desperate. It described where Jericho had been emotionally when she’d met Zoey. The chorus said it all:

"You walked by and saved my life

I wouldn't have lasted another night

I must be doing something right

Where have you been all my life?”

It was pretty accurate, as far as Jericho was concerned; Zoey had saved her, when Kelly had just left. Zoey had walked into her life and taken ahold of her heart and hadn't let it go for a second since they'd met. She loved the girl more than she could even explain.

As the song faded, Jericho leaned down kissing Zoey on the lips, pulling back to look down into her eyes.

"Thank you for being here for me through all of this," Jericho said, her blue eyes searching Zoey's eyes, "For being there for me in the hospital, the whole time..." she said, her voice trailing off to indicate that it had been a lot, because it had.

"Where else would I have been?" Zoey asked.

Jericho smiled, "That's what I love about you, you can't even fathom being anyone but who you are," she said.

She stunned Zoey then by dropping to one knee, Zoey suddenly realized the music had stopped and that everyone was looking at them.

"Eyes right here," Jericho said, grinning. "Zoey Cabbott, I love you so much, and I can't imagine my life ever being the same without you. Will you please marry me?"

Zoey just stared open mouthed down at Jericho, her eyes widening when Jericho pulled out a box and opened it. Inside was nestled a diamond ring, the center diamond was a cushion cut and it was surrounded by deep blue sapphire baguettes. It was the most beautiful ring Zoey had ever seen.

Suddenly Zoey realized she hadn't answered.

"Yes, of course yes!" Zoey said tears in her eyes.Jericho moved to stand, sweeping Zoey up in her arms and kissing her as everyone else cheered.

"I guess lesbians move pretty quick?" Zoey said, grinning at Jericho.

"Speed of light babe, speed of light." Jericho said, smiling.
