1 For anyone reading this book with mental health issues, I strongly advise you to seek professional help. I am not an expert, and these are only my own unique experiences. Seeing a psychiatrist for me did not initially work, and I found strength and solace in my faith. But everyone’s depression is different, and this will not be the same for everyone.
