1. You need three people and a ball.
2. Stand in a line. The first person stands at the front, facing the others and holding the ball, ready to pass it.
3. The second person is their partner, who stands still while facing the first person, ready to catch the ball.
4. The third person stands behind the second person. Their aim is to try to intercept the pass.
5. When the first person throws the ball to the second person, the third person zips out from behind to take the ball.
HOT TIP
Be careful not to contact the receiver when coming around to take the ball.
