The Slut (Steamy Teen Romance Thriller)

by Bonde, Ava

By the time I pulled back, it felt like half the school’s eyes were on us. Jake wasted no time throwing the car into drive and hammering it out of the parking lot.

“I’ve missed you Katie...”Jake said, his hand falling on my cool exposed thigh, my short skirt riding up.

“I’ve missed you too.”My own hand fell on his, dwarfed by its size, stroking his fingers.“Where to, Sometime?”I said smiling.

Jake didn’t respond, grinning as the car flew through traffic, weaving our way cross town. I took the moment to text my mom... It was the first time I’d ever cared to tell her what I was doing. I don’t know why, but being around Jake made me want to be more responsible. He made me feel whole. And something else... The heat from his hand was spreading, and I could feel that familiar tingle. I wanted more... I always wanted more. Not because I was the slut, but because I truly loved this man.

I grinned too, and as the car finally arrived at its destination I was puzzled. We’d shown up at a huge house in a wealthy neighborhood, and it was clear some kind of party was going on from the mass of cars outside. Considering how early it was, this seemed a bit strange, and even stranger still as Jake retrieved a beautiful electric guitar from the back seat.

“Come with me.”Jake said, stepping out and walking round the car to open my door. Perfect gentleman. I took his hand and we walked inside. Men and women moved about inside the massive foyer dressed up for a formal engagement, and it didn’t take me long to realize what was going on.

“You brought me to a wedding?”I whispered, puzzled.

“Yes...”He said back, squeezing my hand.

“And this is going to helicopters in the desert?”I was giggling, but Jake stopped, spinning me to look in his eyes. His face was a dark muscular slate, the beautiful brown eyes gleaming, the cheekbones begging to be touched.

  “Yes.”

I melted back into him as we continued outside. He was still dressed in full ROTC uniform, and joined up with a small group of others in similar attire, all carrying instruments of their own. Stepping through massive double doors into what should have been a back yard, I was floored by the open space. This home was right on the fringe of a golf course, and the yard opened up straight onto green near the clubhouse. Rows of chairs sat mostly filled, with an aisle of rose petals running down the center. A huge arch had been erected on a platform at the end of the aisle for the marriage itself to take place. It was beautiful.

“Have a seat... Wait for me.”Jake said.

I would wait for him forever, if he asked me...

I walked back to the rows of seats, watching the beginnings of the ceremony unfold. I’d never seen anything quiet like this. The amount of money that must have been spent in this ceremony blew my mind. Off to one side was a fountain of champaign that must have cost more than my car. Of course, I didn’t waste time sneaking a glass as everyone was watching flower girls spreading yet another layer of petals on the long white carpet between the aisles. Meanwhile, Jake’s band set up off to the side, near a makeshift wooden dance floor laid over the grass. I stared around the gaunt faces, suits, and the occasional uniform; this was a military wedding and Jake was part of the entertainment!

The wedding was nice, but the party really started once the beautiful bride and groom said their“I DO”. People were laughing, smiling, clinking glasses, and even I was feeling a little buzz from the champagne I’d sneaked. Above the din, rose the sound of a guitar.

  Jake!

I spun on my heels, staring at the small stage set off to the side, as the ROTC band started to play. Jake stepped up to the mic, his fingers flying across the neck of the Gibson. His lips parted, and I almost died laughing as Billy Idol poured out from between them.“Hey little sister what have you done?”

  White Wedding...

More than that, he was playing for me. His eyes never left mine, his smile warm and inviting as the words leapt from his throat. Love song after love song, it was almost like the whole world around me had melted away. It was just me and Jake. I found myself gravitating toward the dance floor, where I let my body move me to the beat. Jake was performing for me, and I was performing for Jake. I wanted him to see me move, I wanted him to wish he could step out and hold me, to move with me.

Soon the floor was a mass of bodies, the party getting started as everyone danced and enjoyed their own moment. I poured more champagne into my glass, taking a break from the floor as Jake continued another set. My whole world was flying high. Nothing could bring me down.

“Fancy meeting you here, SLUT. Came with your new boytoy too didn’t you?”

My blood went cold, fingers losing grip of my glass, the thin glass shattering quietly on the ground.“What are you doing here Sean?”I said, trying to step away from him. His fingers gripped the cloth draped over my shoulder and spun me around.

“What, you think I’d just let you make out in the parking lot with some other guy? I had to know where you were going.

“It’s over Sean. You know that.”

“It’s over when I say it’s over.”He replied, a hand slipping over my mouth as he drug me away from the party. I glanced back at the crowd, everyones eyes looking forward and the dance floor too thick to catch glimpse of Jake. I struggled, trying desperately to pull away as I was drug back into the big house. Sean lifted me, carrying me straight in and off to the right toward some stairs, his muscular build hauling me effortlessly away from the party. The music was muffled, the sounds of the world dying off as we moved.

“Carried you over the threshold, I think it’s time we consummate.”Sean said, kicking a door open to a huge bedroom. A big four poster bed stood with beautiful sheer cloth draped from each corner. Sean reached up, grabbing at the long strands, pulling one down and wrapping it violently around my mouth. I tried to scream around the gag, but I knew nobody could hear me. I kicked and fought as he pulled down another long strand, using it to bind my hands behind my back. His hand came down on my face hard as he ripped cloth from my body.

“Shut up or I will make you shut up.”He said, another slap hammering my cheek.

My whole body was shivering, skin exposed. There was nothing I could do... Nothing... My mind was numb, my skin screaming as he ran his hands over me, forcing me bent over the bed. My ears opened as I listened to the sound of his zipper sliding down. You could hear a pindrop... There was nothing, no sound...

  NO SOUND!

I screamed out again as loud as I could, kicking and moving with renewed vigor. Jake must have noticed my absence. Sean grabbed at me viciously as I threw my body around wildly, crying out. He flipped me, gripping my throat, face red and evil. He was going to choke me out! I tried to kick, to move, to do anything. his body was too heavy, too strong. I couldn’t even whimper as vision started to collapse into a tunnel, light fading. My eyes cried out for mercy but Sean was possessed. I was dying... I was...

  Falling?

The sensation hit me as I slumped down off the side of the bed. My brain still swimming I looked up and could see Jake and Sean grappling on the floor next to us. He must have knocked us clean off the bed. I gasped for air, my body trying desperately to recover, fingers gripping at the carpet. Jake was strong, but there was no question Sean was stronger. His muscular frame moved wildly, he must have taken off his shirt as he was forcing me over on the bed. I watched his fists come down wildly, Jake taking blow after blow. He fought back, catching an arm and dragging him in close, rolling and slamming an elbow into Sean’s cheek. Sean barely even flinched, slamming his head forward into Jake’s and laying him flat.

My body ached as I pulled myself up against a nightstand. Sean was already moving in for more, getting up as Jake was trying to crawl away. Suddenly, Jake launched again, his feet finding traction as he hurled himself into Sean’s midsection the two trading blows and damage.

“Run, Katie...”Jake managed to shout, Sean continuing to pummel him. His voice stopped under the raining blows. My mind was still swimming, but I lift
ed myself to my knees, coming face to face with a big heavy looking lamp...

I didn’t think. Adrenaline coursed through me as I gripped it, pulling the cord free from the wall. I spun, my whole body crying out, my voice screaming as I hurled myself across the room. Sean looked up, the wooden shaft of the lamp crashing down on his face.

  Chapter 5: Aftermath

The hospital was cold, but Jake’s hands were warm as ever.

“Katie?”Jake whispered, one eye blinking slightly. He’d been out cold since his arrival, and once I was discharged I’d spent every waking second in this room praying for him to wake.

“Jake…Oh my god…”I said, tears pouring out my eyes like giant teardrops.

“You look like hell…”Jake whispered, managing something that looked almost like a smile. The purple bruises were still wrapped around my neck, a black eye shining on my face and a bright red eye to set everything off.

“Well you look like shit!”I said, and we both laughed, Jake wincing as his chest lifted and fell. I put my fingertip over his split and damaged lips, quieting him. His face was puffy and swollen, an eye almost sealed shut by the damage to the skin. I wanted to make it better, to wish it all away…

  “I’m sorry.”I said, sobbing.

“Sean?”Jake asked, a hint of anger growing on his jaw.

“Arrested. They are going to try him as an adult. Attempted murder!”

  “Good.”

I didn’t know that to say, Jake was right, it was good. I just stood there squeezing his hand.

“I love you, Katie…”Jake said, coughing.

I didn’t reply, my words too choked up to come. I let my hands roam across his broad chest, leaning myself into him, snuggling up against his body being careful not to tug at his IV line. Days could have passed and I wouldn’t have noticed. I wanted to spend the rest of my life right there, pressed up against him forever.

My fingertips had minds of their own, tracing soft lines across his hard abdomen, feeling him through the cloth of the medical robe. He took the hint mustering up enough energy to pull me down onto his bed with him, our hands exploring one another, holding, touching, feeling. My skin shivered with every little sensation, his strong hands rolling over my skirt and down my milky thighs, then back up to cup the roundness of my bottom. I shivered, feeling him stirring beneath the sheets, a sign of life. Sure, everyone thought I was a slut, but this was the first time I’d ever…My fingertips slid down, tracing along the long shape under cloth, Jake’s low moan doing nothing but drive me on.

“Katie.”Jake said breathlessly as I drew his robe, landing my lips on his chest, slowly kissing him…Downward…Each of his dark abs, a little nip, while my hand worked along the hard object of my desire.

“You don’t have to do this.”Jake said, his voice soft. I lifted my head, looking up at his face, but I couldn’t see the bruises or swelling. All I could see were the eyes I’d come to love, the man who had saved me.

“I want to…”I whispered back, my mouth engulfing him, our whole worlds exploding into pleasure. I wasn’t“the slut”anymore. I was his. His woman. His lover. Someday…I would be his wife.

  Chapter 6: Happily

  ”I do…”I whispered.

“And do you, Jake Stone, take this woman to be your lawfully wedded wife?”

The entire world was silent as I stared into Jake’s eyes. It was the second wedding this mansion had seen in just a few months. Jake was personal friends of the family and they were horrified at what had happened during the last wedding to occur here. They offered all the assistance they could muster, but honestly, I’d have done this in a dirty church parking lot if I had to. Instead, I breathed in, smelling the fresh air and letting the cool breeze tickle my face.

  “I do.”

“Then I pronounce you man, and wife.”

The priest never managed to tell him to kiss the bride, as I found myself lifted into the air and our lips locked before God and the world. No fears present, we held each other in that place, the love between us too strong to separate.

Jake pulled free, his lips coming up next to my ear, speaking softly.

  “I love you, Katie.”

  “I love you too, Jake.”

  “Call me Someday.”

  “Still a stupid name.”

  “Says Mrs. Someday…”

I giggled as he spun me, the ROTC band already starting to play our first song. I laughed even harder.

“Let me guess, all they know how to play is White Wedding.”

Jake laughed too.“Hey, they also know Love Stinks.”

“Tell them to play that next, I’m pretty sure I know a bedroom inside I wouldn’t mind visiting again.”

  “You’re bad…”

  “You love me anyway.”

  “I always have.”

  “You always will.”
