To my husband, Craig, your patience to listen while I ramble on and on about plot holes and “stupid commas” is such a blessing to me. Thank you for bringing out your inner little boy to help me figure out fight scene actions with blanket cloaks and pencil swords. As well as spending time with me watching hours of research videos. You are my favorite warrior superhero!
I don’t know what I did to be so lucky as to work with Ashley McLeo, my critique partner extraordinaire. Your work ethic, drive and skill encourage me to do my best everyday. I can’t imagine life without our coffee shop meetings, or someone else who understands the sheer number of story ideas that can filter through one mind.

A native of the beautiful Pacific Northwest Kelly is the author of The Viking Maiden series. She uses her love of history and mythology to write fantasy stories about adventurous young women.
Along with her husband, chihuahua, and manx cat, she has two grown daughters. One rides horses for a living, and the other works with singers and songwriters. Following one’s dream is a big deal for her family.
