“You’re quiet. You’re never quiet after you come. You either talk or snore.”
“Very funny.”
“She’s right. What gives?”
“Just thinking about the future. We need to come up with some baby names.”
“It’s still too early.” Gray popped him on the head.
“We should make a list of possible ones, two lists. One for girls and one for boys,” Elissa suggested.
Clint smiled. Elissa was excited now like she should be instead of worrying about the baby. That was good, because he was worrying enough for both of them. He wouldn’t be happy until the baby was there and came out normal.
Chapter Twenty
Elissa stretched and yawned. The guys had already gotten up. She had lazed around for another hour. She rolled over and sat up on the edge of the bed. She felt hungry for the first time in what seemed like forever. The guys would be happy. She climbed off the bed and began dressing. Although they had the heat on, they dressed warm because they kept it low to conserve the batteries.
She needed to catch her journal up today. The guys needed to look at her leg for her and tell her what color it was. She grimaced. She hated that part of journaling. Her calf had remained a pale yellow with brighter yellows around the scars from the bite marks. So far, it hadn’t changed since the initial change several weeks back.
She was almost six months now and had a nice round belly for the guys to rub. She hadn’t gained much weight anywhere else other than her breasts and her ass. Gray was ecstatic about her ass. He rubbed it all the time. Clint wasn’t much better, as he was constantly playing with her tits.
She carefully made her way downstairs and headed for the kitchen. She was hungry. Elissa fixed herself a large breakfast and was in the middle of eating it when the guys showed up.
“I thought I heard a mouse in here,” Clint said with a grin.
“Look at you,” Gray said. “That’s a lot of food there. Are you hungry or something?”
“Yeah. I’m starved. You two have been scrimping on the food with me lately.”
Clint growled at her while Gray ruffled her hair.
“It’s good to see you eating like that,” Clint told her. “Keep it up.”
“I feel better for some reason. I guess maybe the pregnancy hormones are evening out now.”
“So, you ready to make out a list of baby names now?” Clint asked in a teasing tone.
“Only if you both help me.” She looked over at Gray.
“I’m in.”
“I’ll get the paper while you eat,” Clint said.
They bounced around names for the next hour then cuddled up on the couch together.
“I love you guys,” Elissa said when they were comfortable.
“I love you, too, baby.” Gray squeezed her thigh.
“Me too, honey.” Clint squeezed her hand.
“I’m so glad I got pregnant when I did so that we had all this winter time to get used to the idea.”
“Yeah, by the time spring gets here, we’ll have everything planned on how to handle things,” Gray said.
Elissa sighed and relished the closeness. She still worried some about her baby, but not nearly as much. They would go back for another sonogram once the snow had cleared. She would be able to see more then. Until then, she lived one day at a time and loved her men. It helped that they loved her back. Soon, there would be a fourth one in their family to love. She couldn’t wait.
