“No,” she said, curling her hands into the back of his hair. “Not like that. Don’t be sweet. Fuck me, fuck me, fuck me…”

Michael felt her breasts press against his face as she slid up on her knees and looked up at her as he dug his hands into the deep curve of her waist, forcing his cock deeper as she let out a low cry. He watched her body writhe above him, the blanket of frost around them lighting up her face like a spotlight and felt his careful reserve snap as she shifted her body backwards, reaching for his cock again as he grabbed her by the wrist.

Michael dragged her hand away, looking at the stretchy band coiled around the visor with sudden urgent interest and then calmed himself as he realized she was wincing, her eyes going round as he leaned his face closer.

“I’m not going to hurt you,” he said, his voice low and rough as he released her hand. “I promise. Put your hands on my shoulders. I want you to keep them there.”

Jessica hesitated and then slid her hands to his shoulders as Michael dragged her forward, leaning back in his seat as he slid her body towards him. He shoved her underwear aside as he felt Jessica curl her nails into his skin and rolled his gaze up to meet her as he slid himself inside her, dragging her down over his cock until her heard her gasp. Michael shifted his knee behind her, pulling up her skirt with a slide of his hands and held it as he wrapped his hands around her hips, watching her cunt slide over him as he rocked her over his cock.

“Wider,” he said, dragging her skirt higher. “Spread your knees wider for me.”

Jessica let out a soft cry as she spread her knees wider and he watched her lips sigh open as he bit back a low moan, pumping her over his cock in quick, urgent strokes. He saw her face flush, her brow furrowing slightly as she struggled to obey him and shifted his knees behind her as he slid his hands behind her back, dragging her body towards him as he sat forward in his seat. Michael brushed the sides of her face, her expression so soft and unguarded he touched his fingers to her lips and buried his hands into the back of her hair as her hands slid to his chest.

“Look at me,” he whispered, his voice soft and urgent. “Look at me Jessica. Open your eyes.”

Jessica opened her eyes, her fingers trembling against his neck and then curled her body around him as she let out a sudden, strangled cry, her entire body quaking against him as he came to a quick, frantic orgasm.

  Chapter Fourteen

Alicia jerked awake as she heard the door to the examination room open and whipped her head around as Ronan stepped inside, the bright light of the hallway leaving a long trail of light across the floor, separating one side from the other. She felt a confused rush of relief and fury as she heard him whistling under his breath and moved uneasily as he closed the door behind him, locking the deadbolt with one hand.

Water. He was carrying something to drink.

Alicia felt her eyes fly to the plate Ronan was carrying and swallowed hard as he set it down on the counter, turning on the cheap florescent light above him as he set down two bottles next to it. He glanced over his shoulder as Alicia crawled closer, wrapping her hand around the bars of the cage and tried not to scream as he set down two wine glasses next to it, the dark side of the room blurring his expression into a smooth, unreadable blank.

Alicia tapped her nails on the bars, beginning to sweat as Ronan walked across the room and watched him through the top of the cage as he raised his brows, reaching for the combination lock with a flick of his fingers. She pressed her lips together as his wide eyes lit up with something like amusement and tried not to notice how relaxed and well-rested he looked, whistling under his breath as he dropped the steel lock back against the door.

“Not even close,” he said his low voice smooth and teasing.

Alicia bit back a sneer as he cocked his head towards her, shifting her shoulders stiffly against the metal bars.

“Helps if you lay down for a while,” he said turning his back on her casually as he walked back across the room. “At least that’s what I’ve been told.”

Alicia ran her tongue across her lips as he picked up one of the folding chairs next to what looked like an exam table and watched the bottles on the floor with a pang of absolute rage as he positioned it across from her cage, setting it down in one place before shrugging and moving it closer.

“Having fun?” Alicia spat, her fear and anger forcing the words out of her mouth before she could stop them. Ronan tipped his head back towards her, his long dark blond hair brushing the top of his lips as he brought over the plate and both bottles, whistling under his breath quietly as he returned for the wine glasses.

“Probably not as much fun as you’ve been having,” Ronan said, brushing his hand across the front of his knees as he gave her a sudden vicious smile. “But don’t worry. I plan to catch up pretty quickly.”

“You know, for a while I actually thought that you were a fucking person underneath all that, and not the insane lunatic psychopath everyone said you were. I stand fucking corrected.”

“Language, language,” Ronan said uncorking the bottle closest to him with a careless jerk of one wrist. “You really have a mouth on you, don’t you? That’ll be the first thing to go. As good a place to start as any as I always say.”

He poured what looked like red wine into a glass next to his chair and Alicia’s eyes flew to the water in spite of herself, her thirst setting off a low pang of pain in the back of her throat. He followed her gaze curiously for a moment, his dark eyes twirling with cool electric interest and watched her lips quiver as he picked up his wine glass, swirling it between his legs as he watched her.

“Would you like some water, Holly?” He asked, his violent, too-handsome face suddenly dropping into a mask of polite half-interest.

Alicia looked up at him through the bars of her cage, her face shifting rapidly between absolute hatred and calm practicality and bit her bottom lip as he took a drink of wine, his dark eyes following every twitch of her expression.

“What you do want for it?” She asked, struggling to keep her voice calm and curt and Ronan’s eyes flashed as he set his glass down next to him, his broad shoulders rolling slowly below his crisp white dress shirt.

“And right to the bottom line,” he said, rubbing one palm across the other as his eyes swept down the length of her body and then returned to her face. “That’s one of the qualities I like best about you, Holly. When the chips are really down, you’re always ready to deal. That can be a nice quality in a woman. As long as she never allows herself to start pretending it’s anything else.”

Ronan rolled his jaw slightly as Alicia bit back a nasty retort and forced herself to focus on what she needed, and how desperate her situation could become in a very short span of hours.

Needs first, she thought. Needs always trump desires. And right now, I need water. A whole bottle of it. If he leaves without giving it to me, I’ll lose my fucking mind in here. It’s right there. Right at his feet. I can practically reach my hand through the bars and touch it.

Alicia swallowed her bitterness, her throat tasting like sandpaper and crawled to the front of the cage as Ronan rolled his eyes down to meet her, raising his brows as she slid her small, well-shaped breasts close to the door.

“What else do you like about me?” She asked, wrapping her fingers around the bars of the cage.

She cocked her head to one side, letting her hair drop into her eyes as she curled her shoulders towards him with a slow, conscious shrug and Ronan smirked, something smooth and contemptuous running behind his expression.

“You already know what I like, Holly,” He said, leaning his elbows on his knees as he brushed his knuckles over his lips. “So tell me. What do I want?”

Alicia’s eyes widened, and she looked around the room quickly, giving him a sudden look of understanding as she swallowed hard.

“I’m sorry I tried to leave,” she said, and Ronan tilted his head at her, making a quick rolling motion with his fingers
.

“And?” He asked, his voice low and annoyed as he glanced towards the ceiling.

“I won’t try to leave again,” she said, her eyes shifting towards the water again.

  “And?”

Alicia dropped her hands to the front of the cage and wound them around the bars hard enough to leave marks, her gold eyes almost glowing in the low light of the examination room.

“And I won’t ask you about… anyone else,” she said, her anger rising like gorge in her throat as he raised his brows, his face smug with triumph. “It’s none of my business. Do whatever you want.”

“Now see,” Ronan said, picking up the other empty wine glass as he picked up the water bottle. “There’s that hard-hitting reporter’s instinct I remember. It’s easy to forget, isn’t it? Once you’re on the inside looking out.”

Alicia shuddered a quick sigh as Ronan stood up and watched him walk the wine glass over, her gold eyes darting over his body wildly in spite of himself. She watched him crouch down in front of her cage as he reached for the lock, her eyes flying over the combination as he rolled the first number back to one. She let out a quick sigh as she saw Ronan’s eyes shift over her breasts, something soft and urgent uncurling in the pit of her stomach as he met her gaze and then felt her throat tighten as he let the lock slide out of his fingers, lowering his head to meet her as it clanged against the door.

“The only problem, Alicia, is that I don’t believe you,” Ronan said his dark eyes beginning to twirl with a slow, unhealthy light as he brought his lips close to the cage. “Not even a little.”

Alicia flinched as Ronan stood up, his pale face darkening with anger and threw the wine glass towards the wall in a sudden wild arc, the sound of glass shattering against metal making her cringe. She felt a low cry leave her lips as Ronan paced around her cage and felt her terror turn to panic as she heard him walk towards the door.

“Don’t!” She said through gritted teeth, swallowing hard. “Don’t leave! I’m sorry, I’m sorry! Just tell me what you want to hear and I’ll say it…”

Ronan turned around and walked back over quickly, his movements so fluid with anger she curled away from him, her skin exploding into goosebumps as he crouched down in front of her.

“No, no, no,” he said his voice low and vicious, following her carefully as she shifted away from him. “I’m not going anywhere, Holly. You might want me to, but I won’t. That’s a promise. At least not until we get a few things straight first.”

Alicia’s fingers trembled against her thighs as she watched Ronan struggle for calm and then sneered down at her, his mask of polite boredom falling back into place like the drop of a curtain. He kicked the cage as he stood up and paced around it slowly for minute, the careful way he moved around her making her turn her head.

“Tell me a little about the club, Alicia,” He said, leaning towards her slightly as he paced around her cage. “I’m so curious about it. And all you ever seem to want to give me are bits and pieces of the same. Sad. Story.”

Alicia let out a sigh and rolled her eyes up to meet him, tilting her head as he paused.

  “Well?”

“It was just a place I went,” Alicia said, shrugging. “Matt liked to go and so I went.”

“Hmm. And did you like it?”

  “Not at first.”

She watched him glance at her out of the corner of his eyes as he stepped out of her line of vision and turned her head to watch him, glancing away as he paced back in front of the cage.

“And later?” He asked, pausing in front of her as she twitched her knees open and then leaned back with a low sigh, twirling the ends of her hair girlishly as she shrugged.

“It was fun for a while,” she said, dancing her fingers through the space between the bars. “I liked it. I liked being- faceless. You can’t be that in today’s world. No one holds back anything. It’s like they’ve forgotten what privacy is for. Everyone just wants you to be a known quantity. And the club wasn’t like that. When those doors locked down for the night, no one asked and no one cared. Simple.”

“You didn’t seem to like it much when Judge Husk didn’t remember you.”

Alicia felt her back stiffen and then shrugged again, meeting his gaze through half-lidded eyes.

“The Judge was a bore. And he thought terrifying women into submission was the same thing as knowing how to fuck them just right.”

Alicia rolled her hands down the sides of her cage and then shifted her knees farther apart, watching his eyes fly towards her open cunt with an amused sort of contempt.

“Sound familiar?” She asked, dragging the phrase out as she glanced away from him.

Ronan crouched down in front of her cage, looking her cunt over slowly and then curled his fingers around the bars as he gave her a slow, magnetic smile, the expression in such direct opposition to the strange shifting madness of his eyes that she found herself staring in spite of herself.

“Come over here, Alicia,” he said, his low voice so gentle it was almost a caress. “I want to show you something.”

Alicia looked at him without moving and then sighed and swung her body around to face him, her gold eyes narrowing as he curled his finger towards her.

“What?” She asked, pressing her lips close to the bars as his dark eyes swept her body with a quick, knee-jerk rush of hunger. “You want me to tell you about it? Hmm? You want me to tell you the kind of things a group of rich, entitled men like that do to poor little first timers like me?”

“Oh, I can only imagine,” Ronan said, his dark eyes twirling with malicious good humor as he touched her lips through the cage. Alicia paused, her brow furrowing as he traced them carefully for a moment and felt a sudden convoluted rush of desire as he tilted his head closer and pressed them between her lips, his mouth opening slightly as she began to suck them. Ronan tilted his head to watch her, his eyes shining oddly as she pressed her lips against the cage and let him drag his fingers in and out of her mouth slowly as he watched.

“How many?” he asked, holding her eyes as he rolled his fingers around her lips, his expression so sensual and love-starved that she pressed her fingers against the bars, her face softening with hunger as she tried to touch his face. Ronan jerked back slightly pulling his fingers out of the cage as if awaking from some not quite pleasant dream and Alicia felt her stomach twist with dread as he tapped the lock lightly with one knuckle and gave her a low whistle.

“Why do you care?” She asked as Ronan looked down at her with a sudden, knowing expression and curled his fingers around the bars, something cruel and vicious unfurling wildly behind his pale too-handsome face.

“I don’t,” he said, his voice smooth and taunting. “I really don’t, Alicia. I’m only asking to illustrate my point.”

“What point? Are you going to pretend there’s a point to all this? Are you going to pretend you don’t have me caged up like an animal because you like doing it? Because it gets you off?”

Ronan made a low noise in the back of his throat and Alicia flinched backward as he grabbed her hair through the top of the cage, holding her there as she let out a sharp cry.

“That mouth,” Ronan said shaking her sharply as he looked down at her with a rage so acute it almost passed for compassion. “That mouth of yours. I really can’t tell you how much good this time in here is going to do you. I’m going to enjoy this. I really am.”

Alicia snapped her head back as he let her hair go and slid towards the back of the cage as Ronan stood up, shoving something through one of the openings. She heard him whistle under his breath as he walked back over to his chair and Alicia looked down at the long coil of chain on the bottom of the cage, her stomach tightening with humiliation as she realized it was a leash. She leaned closer as she saw that it seemed to have a short leather handle, the edges soft and frayed from long overuse and felt her face twist into a low sneer as Ronan sat down in the chair across from her and spread his legs wide,
picking up the wine bottle as he shrugged in her direction.

“Put it on,” he said, rolling the bottle around in one hand before taking a drink.

“No,” Alicia said, her voice quivering as she leaned against the front of the cage.

Ronan let out a frustrated sigh, his face twitching with irritation and picked up the water bottle, tapping the side with both fingers as he raised his brows in her direction.

  “Sure about that?”

Alicia swallowed hard as Ronan began to tip the water bottle over, whistling under his breath.

“Don’t,” she said, every muscle in her body going stiff as he began to pour it out on the floor in front of him, the sound of it hitting the tile making her gasp is spite of herself.

  “Please!”

Ronan kept pouring as the bottle went rapidly from full to a little less than half and she felt hard tears prick the back of her eyelids as she looked up at him, wrapping her fingers around the bars.

“Please,” she pleaded, her voice becoming low and strained and Ronan paused and righted the bottle slightly as he tipped his dark eyes in her direction.

“You know what the ask is, Alicia,” he said, his voice low and reasonable. “What do you think? Is my offer worth it?”

Alicia looked at him and then picked the leash up off the floor, looking over the clasp before feeling for the metal loop of her collar. Ronan sat up as he saw her scramble to comply, her face looking truly frightened for the first time since he had entered the room. He felt his arousal take a quick upwards spike, the way her eyes never quite left the water bottle igniting him on some deep barely remembered level and cocked his head to one side as she shifted her body to the front of the cage again, grabbing the bars with both hands.
