Turkey Hash
Prep time: 10 minutes
Cooking time: 12 minutes
Servings: 3
Ingredients:
10 oz ground turkey
1 teaspoon chili flakes
½ teaspoon turmeric
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 sweet pepper, chopped
1 tablespoon avocado oil
1 zucchini, chopped
Directions:
Pour the avocado oil in the air fryer.
Add the ground turkey, chili flakes, turmeric, and salt.
Stir the ground turkey mixture and cook at 380 F for 5 minutes.
After this, add chopped zucchini and sweet pepper.
Stir the hash and cook it for 12 minutes at 400 F. Stir the meal time to time.
When the turkey hash is cooked – let it chill little.
Serve!

Stuffed Peppers

Ingredients:
1 big sweet pepper, halved
1 cup ground beef
1 tomato, chopped
1 garlic clove, chopped
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon ground black pepper
½ teaspoon turmeric
1 tablespoon coconut milk
1 teaspoon olive oil
Directions:
Remove the seeds from the pepper halves.
Then mix up together the ground beef, chopped tomato, garlic clove, salt, ground black pepper, turmeric, and coconut milk.
Mix the mixture carefully with the help of the spoon.
Then fill the pepper halves with the ground beef mixture and sprinkle them with the olive oil.
Transfer the stuffed pepper halves in the air fryer basket and cook them for 20 minutes at 360 F.
Check if the stuffed peppers are cooked and serve them immediately!

Whole Garlic Chicken

4-pound whole chicken
½ cup garlic cloves

1 teaspoon ground paprika

Directions:
Chop the garlic cloves and combine them together with the ground coriander, cayenne pepper, turmeric, ground paprika, salt, coconut oil, and olive oil.
Stir the mixture until homogenous.
Then rub the chicken with the spice mixture generously.
Put the whole chicken in the air fryer basket and cook it for 60 minutes at 360 F.
When the chicken is cooked – chill it little and serve!

Sprinkle the pork chops with the ground paprika, ground black pepper, and salt.
Then sprinkle the meat with the olive oil and massage it carefully from both sides with the help of the hands.
Place the pork chops in the air fryer basket and cook them for 15 minutes at 390 F.
Stir the pork chops time to time.
Serve the cooked meat immediately!

Chop the lamb fillet into the tiny pieces.
Sprinkle the meat with the thyme, minced garlic, ground paprika, and salt.

After this, make the medium burgers from the lamb meat mixture.
Pour the olive oil in the air fryer basket and add the lamb burgers.
Cook the lamb burgers for 20 minutes (10 minutes from each side) at 375 F.

2-pound chicken breast

Place the cashews, fresh basil, fresh spinach, chopped garlic, olive oil, salt, ground black pepper, and coconut oil in the blender.
Add cayenne pepper and blend the mixture until smooth.
Place the chicken breast in the air fryer basket.
Then pour the blended pesto mixture over the chicken breast and stir it gently.
Cook the chicken breast for 15 minutes at 380 F. Stir it time to time.
Check if the chicken is cooked and let it rest for 10 minutes.
Slice the chicken breast and serve it!

Flip the meat to another side after 5 minutes of cooking.
Then add the sliced onion and cook the meat for 3 minutes more at the same temperature.

Then mix up together the shrimps and spice mixture.
After this, mix the scallops and spice mixture.
Add the shrimps and scallops in the air fryer basket and cook for 6 minutes. Stir the meal frequently.
Then let the cooked meal chill little and serve it!
