MR. BURESH: Well, you’re misstating her testimony.
ELISABETH WATERS: Yeah, I did so say that he was in the hot tub with young children.
MR. DOLAN: You said somebody’s baby. Philip’s baby?
ELISABETH WATERS: Alex, and Moira, and Patrick, and Fiona, and Eric Worth. There’s a whole bunch of people who came over and used the hot tub.
MR. DOLAN: Was it the policy to use the hot tub generally naked?
ELISABETH WATERS: Grown-ups were usually naked. A lot of the kids who were going through the self-conscious stage wore bathing suits. The rule was you had to be sure to wash the soap out of the bathing suit before you got in the hot tub so you didn’t clog the filter.
MR. DOLAN: Did you ever hear Marion tell her children that nudity was an appropriate method of presentation around the house?
ELISABETH WATERS: No, by the time I moved out there, most people wore clothes most of the time.
MR. DOLAN: Do you ever talk to Jane Reynolds Conger, Ph.D. regarding Moira’s condition?
ELISABETH WATERS: No.
MR. DOLAN: Did you ever talk to a psychiatrist regarding her condition?
ELISABETH WATERS: I spoke briefly to Joan Sandberg when I was visiting Moira at the mental hospital down in southern California, but I don’t recall that we were really discussing Moira’s condition much.
MR. DOLAN: Did you ultimately tell Walter if he didn’t resign from his position in Marion Zimmer Bradley Enterprises that you were going to terminate him?
ELISABETH WATERS: Yes, for just cause, because at that point he was in jail and could no longer work for us.
MR. BURESH: It’s after 5:00 now. I would like to adjourn.
MR. DOLAN: Okay. (Whereupon, the deposition concluded at 5:03 p.m.)

Breen makes predictions on subjects including the rising value of gold and the abandonment of New York city by the major coin dealers. Breen mentions having been editor of Sybil Leek’s Astrology Journal (“perhaps one of the weirder things I’ve had to do to make a living during a depressed market”).
