He has had numerous books published, including Mein Song, Texte zum Soundtrack des Lebens [My Song, Lyrics to the Soundtrack of Life] (2005), and Der Nürnberger Lernprozess. Von Kriegsverbrechern und Starreportern [The Nuremberg Learning Process – A Story of War Criminals and Star Reporters] (2001). In 1997 he was awarded the 1st RIAS Radio Prize for his radio feature Wäschehändler, Weltbürger und ein Weltstar – Billy Joel und seine Familiengeschichte [Clothes Manufacturer, Cosmopolitan and a Superstar – Billy Joel and His Family History].

  John Marshall is a singer-songwriter from Cholsey, England. He holds a bachelor’s degree in German studies from Bristol University and a master’s degree in European literature from Oxford University. He currently lives in Nuremberg, Germany.
