Seduced by the Alien Barbarian

"Fine. One month. Will that suit her royal highness?"
She started to say something about his sarcasm, but she was married to a prince. Was that her actual title? She didn't even know! "A month would be satisfactory." It was the amount of time she'd had in mind before they started bargaining. She was thrilled she'd be able to tell Lacey she was safe from marrying a stranger for a full month!
He groaned at that. "Why do I put up with your ways?"
"I have no idea, but I'm so glad you do!" Her hand trailed down his body, and she squeezed his cock tightly in her hand. "Maybe because I do this?"
He groaned, pulling her astride him. He lifted her hips and guided his cock to her moist entrance. "But when you do that, I do this!" He thrust inside her as he said the last word.
She moaned softly. "And that's why you put up with me. Because we both need this so much." She started moving up and down on him, enjoying being on top for the first time. She was able to control her own pleasure, and it felt wonderful.
His hands came up and cupped her breasts, his thumbs flicking over her nipples. "I like this," he whispered. "I should always let you do all the work."
She nodded. "Please do. I like it better from this angle."
"Whatever pleases my lady."
When she finally collapsed on him, she had a smile on her face. "That was nice. We should do it more often." As she said the words, she felt his cock spring to life again inside her.
"Your wish is my command," he said, rolling her over and thrusting again.
She groaned softly. "More."
"My pleasure."

Bnjmn went to talk to Kvn while the two women had breakfast together the following morning. "I can't believe we're having stew for breakfast!" Lacey said with a frown.
Roxie shrugged. "They didn't exactly have a wide selection at the Earth food store on the space station. It's this or massacrater, and that stuff is so rancid, I can't even kiss Bnjmn right after he's eaten it."
Lacey blushed at Roxie's words. "I did hear you last night. You sounded—pleased with whatever you were doing."
Roxie was embarrassed, but she fought to look nonchalant. Riding my husband like a cowgirl! "I told you I enjoy my time in bed with my husband."
"But—Are women supposed to enjoy it? I mean, isn't it a sin to like it?"
Roxie shook her head. "I don't think so. I found an old copy of the Bible in the library at the compound, and I read it. There was nothing saying a woman shouldn't enjoy relations. In fact, large portions of the Bible were devoted to talking about sex. The entire book of the Song of Solomon for instance!"
"Really? I was never able to find a Bible to read it for myself. I just had to believe the teachers."
"I couldn't do that. So many things just didn't make sense for me, so I had to look at them for myself." Roxie sighed. "I couldn't be happy being kept in the dark. We were taught many things that were not biblical."
"And yet our entire society was supposed to be based on God's laws. Why would they lie to us?"
"Because the less we knew about the Bible and the way things were really supposed to be, the more they could control us. It's all about control when you come right down to it. They wanted us to be mindless sheep doing exactly what they said at all times." Roxie sighed. "I always knew I couldn't do it. I was planning to jump the fence as soon as I was matched."
Lacey stared at Roxie in astonishment. "Jump the fence? But where would you go?"
Roxie shrugged. "My training was different than yours. You were taught to work a desk job. I was fighting and bleeding constantly. I was learning to make weapons from rocks and sticks while you were learning to type. We may have been raised in the same place, but our upbringings were different."
"Do you think you could kill an animal to eat?" Lacey asked, her eyes wide.
"Oh, I know I could. No problem at all. And I could make a bow and arrows to keep myself safe. I was stashing stuff in a bag in the woods, close to the fence. I had a gun out there, and I'd put a few bullets out for it every time I loaded a gun. I was ready." She shrugged. "I had a blanket out there too, in case it happened in winter. I'd looked at some maps in the library, and there were caves a couple days walk from the compound."
"You'd have done it, too." Lacey sighed. "You're so much stronger than me. I'm not made to be independent, I don't think." She took a bite of the stew. "Will you help me make sure I don't marry a man I shouldn't?"
Roxie sighed. "I don't know how I could help. You need to make sure whomever you choose can touch your mind with his. You really don't want to marry a man who isn't your fated mate."
"How will I know if I find him?"
Roxie smiled as Bnjmn and Kvn walked into the kitchen, her eyes taking in her sexy husband. Why, all he had to do was walk into the room she was in, and she was ready for him to strip all of his clothes off so she could ride him immediately. What a far cry from how she'd felt just days before!
"Lacey, this is our ship's captain, and my brother-in-law, Kvn."
Lacey wouldn't look at either of the men, keeping her head properly down. "It's nice to meet you both."
Kvn looked at Bnjmn and shrugged, going to the controls and punching a couple of buttons to get his massacrater out. Both of the men sat down with their food and began spooning the green gelatinous substance into their mouths. Kvn kept eyeing Lacey. "When will you be full-grown?" he asked.
Lacey sat up straight. "I am full-grown, thank you very much!"
"Huh." Kvn looked at Bnjmn. "Just like your wife to want to go back to pick up the runt of the litter. I'm sure there's someone who will want her." He went back to his food as if he hadn't said anything insulting.
Lacey looked at him full on for the first time. "Just because I don't look like a nephilim doesn't mean that I'm lacking anything. I happen to be an intelligent woman, even though my stature is small." She gathered up her waste and carried it to the receptacle. "I'll wait for you in my room, Roxie. I won't subject myself to this company for another minute!" She stalked out of the room as if it were on fire.
As soon as she was gone, Roxie glared at Kvn. "What was that about? What if she was your fated mate?"
"Don't care if she was. I don't want a fated mate. They cause too much trouble. Look at you and Bnjmn for instance. You've got him agreeing to do stupid things for you. I'm not losing control for any woman." He pushed his massacrater to the middle of the table.
Roxie was immediately overwhelmed by the odor from the alien food. She pushed the bowl back toward Kvn. "That doesn't give you the right to speak so rudely to my friends. Besides, I don't control Bnjmn. Far from it!"
Kvn laughed bitterly. "That's not what I'm seeing, sister." He stood up and left the kitchen, stalking off as if he wanted to hit something.
Chapter Ten
"What was that all about?" Roxie asked Bnjmn once they were alone. "What did I do?"
He shrugged. "I do think I've changed since I met you, but not in a bad way. Kvn is strange sometimes."
"Obviously." She stood up. "I need to go check on Lacey. I promised I'd give her hand-to-hand combat lessons when I had time."
"Yeah, go teach your friend how to fight. I'll just sit here eating my massacrater. All alone."
Roxie patted his shoulder as she walked past. "You do that! How much longer before we reach your planet anyway?"
"Day after tomorrow. About fifty-two hours from here."
She left to go to Lacey's quarters, knocking on the door and waiting for her friend to invite her in. "I'm sorry about Kvn. He's never been rude to me before. I don't know what's gotten into him."
Lacey made a face. "He's an ass. That's what."
Roxie covered her mouth to hide her laugh. "I never thought I'd hear you use that word for anything but a donkey."
"That man can make me do things I didn't think were even a possibility. How can you have so much antipathy for someone upon meeting them?"
"I think now would be a good time for your
self-defense lesson. You're angry, and you can take some of the aggression out." Roxie was thrilled Kvn was making Lacey so angry. She had been worried her friend would agree to marry the first man she met, but no more. No, away from the compound and strict rules, she was starting to show more of a backbone.
"Can I use him as something to kick? Or punch?"
"No, you may not use my brother-in-law as a punching bag, no matter how much he deserves it." Roxie put her arm around the other woman's shoulders and led her to an empty room she'd seen. "I'm not even sure what this room is for, but it'll suit our purposes nicely."
For the next two hours, Roxie demonstrated different ways to drop a man to his knees. She showed her friend every devious move there was against a man in hand-to-hand combat, explaining how to use anything she picked up from the ground as a weapon.
She didn't notice when Bnjmn came to stand at the door and watched them until he finally said something. "You're both dripping with sweat. Don't you think it's time to take a break? You can continue training her on Mcy. There's no need for her to learn everything today. She has a full month before she has to choose a husband, remember."
Roxie turned to him, her chest heaving from exertion. "Come here for a second first. I need to demonstrate one more move."
Bnjmn sighed. "Are you going to knock me on my backside again?"
"Only if you let me." She made motions with her hands for him to come toward her, and Lacey backed away from them both, obviously nervous about what her friend would do.
Bnjmn made a move toward Roxie, trying to surprise her and grab her. The instant he touched her, he felt her grasp his arm, and he was thrown over her head, landing on his back on the floor. His wife put her foot on his chest and grinned at her friend. "That's what I meant."
He grabbed her leg and pulled her down on top of him, quickly reversing their positions so she was on the bottom. "Haven't you learned yet, that I'll never let you stand over me in victory." He leaned down and kissed her, his tongue automatically entering her mouth.
She groaned, her fingers tangling in his hair.
"I'll be on my way then," Lacey said behind them
Roxie waited until she heard the door close. "Make love to me." She couldn't believe how turned on she'd become when he'd reversed their positions the way he had. No one ever bested her, and it made her want him even more because he could.
Within moments, they were both naked. As he came down on her, she saw for the first time, the glimmer of love in his eyes. Could she think her thoughts to him? I love you.
He looked at her, poised to enter her. I love you, too.
She smiled, her whole face lighting up. Come inside me. I need you.
*****
Much later, they lay on the floor in her training room, panting for breath. "What made you tell me you love me?" he asked.
"I could see your love for me, shining in your eyes. It wasn't just lust this time. I—I never would have married you if I hadn't loved you. When I knew you felt the same, I had to tell you."
He pulled her against him, kissing her forehead. "I do love you. I have since the moment you flipped me over your head when you first got on the ship."
She smiled at that, hugging him close. "I didn't know. I didn't see it until then—and I didn't know if our link worked both ways. I'm so glad it does."
"I am too. Most don't. It's usually only the male who can send his thoughts, but Drrrl can send his to Lela, and Lela can send hers back, so maybe it's a Mcy to Earth woman thing." He brushed his lips softly against hers. "It's made a huge difference in my life to have a mate. And not just the sex, although that's one glorious aspect of it."
"It sure is! One I wouldn't miss for the world! I don't care what's going on around us, as long as I have you, I'll be happy."
He held her close. "I couldn't live without you now, my beautiful Mary Ann." He moved a bit. "I wouldn't mind taking this to the bedroom, though. The floor is becoming uncomfortable."
She giggled. "Sounds like a good idea to me. I'm glad the floor was here, though, because I couldn't have waited."
He got to his feet and pulled his clothes on. "I like your friend, but if she weren't here, I could just run around the ship naked."
"Put your clothes on. You can take them off again just as soon as we get back to our room." She pulled her blanket dress over her head. "I'm ready to get to Mcy. Lela will be sure to help me with clothes."
As they walked back to the room they shared, Roxie was looking forward to the future for the first time since she was three years old. There was nothing to dread. Life would only get better, and it was a good feeling.
Epilogue
Drrrl kept Lela close to his side as they walked around the space station. His arm was firmly around her shoulders, and his eyes were constantly searching for the enemy. The Htflds would not get their grubby hands on his sweet wife again, even if he had to kill every one of them with his bare hands.
Lela was happy to be back on the space station to get more food. She found fewer and fewer things agreeing with her stomach. She was certain she was pregnant, but she was waiting to tell Drrrl. He'd keep her on Mcy for certain, and she needed to be able to choose what she wanted to eat.
Besides, it was simpler to quietly remove women from Earth if there was another Earth woman on the ship when the girls were brought up. The explanation they could give to the new woman was invaluable. She didn't know how much longer they'd be able to poach on their old compound for wives for the Mcy men. Surely the Earth protectors had figured out what was happening by now.
Out of the corner of her eye, she saw a young woman hurry into the restroom who looked a great deal like her best friend from Earth, Maria. Surely she wasn't on the space station. Just in case it was her, she turned to Drrrl. "I need to use the ladies' room."
Drrrl sighed. "I told you to go on the ship. I don't want to be separated from you here at the space station."
"I did go on the ship! I need to go again," she fibbed. "Do you really think there will be Htfld men running around the women's restroom? Even the Htflds wouldn't sink so low."
Drrrl considered her request, finally agreeing. "Go, but be quick about it."
Lela rushed toward the restroom, knowing he'd stand guard as close to the door as possible. As soon as she got into the restroom, she called out, "Maria?" She'd rather be wrong than not see her friend if it were at all possible.
Lela heard a flush, and a young woman a full head shorter than Lela came out of the stall, her dark hair as beautiful as Lela remembered. "Maria!"
Maria stared at Lela for a moment before she started crying, rushing into her friend's arms. "You disappeared, and no one knew where you went!"
"I'm sorry! I would have told you, but I was kidnapped. By an alien."
"Me too! Well, I wasn't kidnapped, but I did marry an alien. We're fated mates."
"You sound like me and my love. He's wonderful. His family has been banished from their home planet though, and they can't have female children. So he found me on Earth."
Maria blinked at her friend in disbelief. "Are you kidding me? The same thing happened to me!"
Both friends started speaking at the same time. "Are you married to a—"
"Htfld?" Maria asked.
"Mcy?" Lela asked.
"Oh no—" they said in unison.
Lela covered her mouth with her hand. "We married enemies."
"We can't let them keep hurting each other!" Maria protested. She put her hand over her belly, as if protecting it. "Our sons can't kill each other. What will we do?"
Lela shook her head. "That's not going to happen. Are you—"
Maria nodded. "I'm just six weeks. I haven't even told Tylr yet."
"Tylr? He tried to kidnap me from Drrrl. Wow. I can't believe you married him!"
"Tylr would never hurt anyone. Except a Mcy." Maria closed her eyes. "He would have taken you just to hurt your husband, which brings me back to what we'll do! I don't want our sons fighting. I
want them growing up knowing it's okay to not feud."
Lela nodded. "I'm about six weeks as well. I haven't told Drrrl, because as soon as he finds out, he won't let me leave the planet until after his son is born. I had to come here to find more food. I need more variety while I'm pregnant. He keeps trying to get me to eat that nasty massacrater, but it's just not happening."
Maria wrinkled her nose. "No, we need Earth food."
"I have an idea. It's deceitful and dangerous. Are you willing?"
Maria laughed. "You make it sound so tempting! What do you have in mind?"
"There's an Earth restaurant here on the space station—"
"Sure! It's run by a man named Scott! Do you think—" Lela continued.
"We could pass notes through him! Yes, that's exactly what I think. We can keep up with each other that way, and even plan to meet. I want our children to grow up as friends, so no matter what, they know not to hurt each other." Maria nodded. "It's brilliant!"
"I'll talk to him before I go. I'll convince Drrrl that I'm craving Earth food so much, I need to eat in the restaurant here on the station. He knows how much I miss having choices with what I eat, so I'm sure he'll agree."
Maria nodded. "The canned stuff isn't really bad, it's just not what I want."
"That's right. Me too!" Lela embraced her friend, hugging her tightly. "I have to go back or Drrrl will freak out. I'm so glad I saw you here. So glad you're safe!"
Maria smiled. "Knowing what happened to you means the world to me. And now we can be in contact. I hope Scott will help us."
"He will. I just know it!"
The two friends hugged once more, and Lela hurried back to Drrrl as if nothing had happened. "I'm hungry."
Drrrl rolled his eyes. "And you need Earth food. I knew that would happen. Let's head over there then."
Lela saw Maria come out of the restroom and head to a blond man who had his back to them. She pretended not to see her and said nothing. Her children would not fight her best friend's kids. No matter what.
