Initiation (Christian's Kisses) Page 3

Addison quickly obeyed. Her fear made him laugh, and he wrapped his arm around her shoulders as they walked out.

  Chapter Two

  The Lovers

Christian led Addison down a set of stairs and through the back entrance to a limo that was parked there. The driver opened the door, Christian ushering her in before getting in himself. His six elites entered as well, all of them staring at Addison with evil smiles on their faces.

Addison nervously looked down at her knees, while Christian pulled her closer to him, resting his arm around her shoulders. He carried on a conversation with his companions, all of them laughing and joking like normal friends after a night out on the town.

Victoria and the others were watching Addison closely, but she didn’t notice. Instead, she pulled her phone out of her purse and began checking her messages. She scrolled through her missed texts, all of them from Kelly. She began replying to "Where are you?", but Christian ripped the phone out of her hand and typed one for her. Addison normally would’ve objected to anyone doing that, but she was afraid of Christian and let him do whatever he wanted.

"You work at the museum, right?" Victoria was sitting next to one of the elites. Her hand was placed on his leg, her fingers dangerously close to what lay at the edge of his inner thigh.

"Yeah." Addison watched Christian scan through her cell after sending a few more messages. She went to say something more, but Samson interrupted her and spoke instead.

"You work with Nicolette." Samson let out a small laugh, his eyes searching Addison’s fearful face. His stare lingered on her breasts before slowly wandering down to the small gap between her knees that was covered by her dress, his thoughts lingering on what lay beyond it. "Do you—"

"Brandon." Christian’s hand moved to the place where Samson’s gaze was focused, a slight anger in his voice he was trying to hide. He pushed her skirt up a little as his fingers slid over her knee and disappeared underneath. As his hand neared a very sensitive spot, Addison’s attention quickly switched from Samson to Christian. "Have you heard any more about the hunters in Jenson?" Christian briefly glanced at Addison, taking her hand and placing her phone into her open palm.

While Christian carried on a conversation about a man named Monroe, Addison looked down at her cell. She scrolled through her messages and saw a text from Josh.

  How’s Club 66 u lucky bitch?

  Christian had replied with, Awesome.

Addison smiled because she was sure awesome wasn’t a word Christian would normally use.

Next, she read the answer he had sent to Kelly, a small gasp escaping her lips before she covered her mouth with her hand.

He had written, Banging Master Vallore.

She quickly looked up at Christian, who chuckled when he saw what she was reading.

The phone beeped again with a reply from Kelly.

  Liar.

Christian grabbed her phone again and typed a response.

  Jealous bitch.

His fingers moved fast and he sent it before Addison could finish reading. Then, her phone began ringing, a concerned Kelly calling. Addison looked down at the screen, but before she could answer, Christian grabbed the phone and silenced the ringer.

"No." Leaning close to her, Christian whispered in her ear, "You are mine tonight." He put her cell in his pocket before placing a small kiss on her cheek.

Addison’s gaze darted nervously around his handsome features, "I—"

Christian’s lips quickly covered hers and silenced her protest. He pushed her against a nearby window, shoving his hand up her dress as he kissed her. She tried to pull away, but the more she struggled, the deeper his fingers ventured.

Watching Christian’s arm move in quick thrusting motions, Victoria laughed. It wasn’t a surprised laugh, more like an excited giggle. Addison was shaking under him, her face bright red with embarrassment. Her limp hands pushed on his shoulders, trying to dislodge him, but that only made his actions rougher.

"Another sample for the Master." Victoria’s teasing eyes looked over at Samson, who was glaring out the window and trying not to watch. "I like this one."

Whispering in a voice only Addison could hear, Christian’s attention was entirely focused on her, "I do as well." His mouth hovered over her neck, his intense eyes locked with hers. He licked his lips teasingly, watching her swallow hard, her body quivering under his. Letting his tongue skim over her skin playfully, Christian gave a low, devilish laugh as he pulled his face away from her neck. "Not yet."

He turned away from her and instead watched out the window as the limo stopped near a set of monstrous gates. They opened and the car drove up a private road that led to the secluded manor.

Removing his hand from under her dress, Christian allowed her to sit back up. She pushed her dress down, her eyes downcast and avoiding the stares of the other vampires.

"Come to me, my dear." Victoria held her arms out to Addison, a friendly smile on her face.

Addison’s fearful gaze went to Christian’s, waiting for him to tell her what to do. This action pleased him, and Christian nodded his head slightly, motioning for her to join Victoria.

"Hello." Victoria’s smile grew when Addison sat down next to her. She wrapped her arms around Addison, something that completely caught the young woman off guard. At first, Addison was afraid Victoria might be interested her in a way that she wasn’t, but that suspicion quickly subsided. "Such a good little girl you are, my dear. So fragile and sweet." Victoria held Addison like a child, her actions seeming very strange to Addison. "Like a little princess."

Christian was ignoring the women, his attention now focused on Samson. There was a giant, cocky grin on Christian’s face as one of his fingers paused near his lips, his tongue peeking out to take a taste of what lingered.

The limo stopped in front of the giant manor, the building monstrous and swallowing the entire space in front of them with its massive girth. The elites got out first, all of them walking into the house before Christian and Addison.

Addison’s heels echoed on the black marble tile as she stepped into the front hall, her eyes scanning the room quickly as she turned in a complete circle to take it all in. There were a few statues sitting near the entrance that she stopped briefly to touch, her warm fingers heating up their cold, metal surface. A staircase towered in front of her, large multi-story windows at the top where it split.

"Do you like our home?" Christian’s arm circled Addison’s waist as he led her forward.

"This place is beautiful." Addison smiled back at him sweetly, wrapping her arm around Christian’s back.

The Cinderella dream she carried was overtaking her. Being in this grand building, with one of the most handsome and powerful men in the world, was intoxicating. This fuzzy feeling replaced her fear of him, and Addison’s excited eyes took in the priceless paintings that lined the walls of the staircase.

"Do you want to see my most prized Hamstein?" His face filled with an evil smirk as he leaned in closer to her.

"Yeah." Addison nodded, not able to look him in the eye because his closeness still made her very anxious. When he grinned, his large fangs overlapped his bottom lip, and Addison found herself staring at the sharp points on their ends.

They walked down a long hallway, Christian stopping at nearby door and opening it for her, motioning for her to go in ahead of him. Addison went inside, holding onto her purse nervously as she bounced it a few times against her knees. It was dark when Christian shut the door, making the hairs on Addison’s neck stand up.

Not only was this dashing man the most dangerous of vampires, she had no idea what his intentions were. Deep in her heart, she knew he didn’t just want to show her his Hamsteins.

Then, Christian flipped the light switch, shedding light on all the expensive pieces of furniture in his bedroom. Addison fretfully bit her lip when she realized where she was. He appeared behind her, his hands slowly sliding down her arms and gently taking her purse out of her hands
, letting it drop to the floor.

He pulled back the hair covering her neck with one hand, while locking fingers with her using his other. He began kissing her neck, his warm lips fueling the fear inside her.

After a few seconds, Christian stopped, leading her further into the room by their intertwined hands. "It’s over here."

As they moved to the other side, her eyes nervously looked at his bed as a few naughty thoughts filled her brain. Shaking her head and trying to get them out of her mind, Addison looked around for the painting. It wasn’t long before she saw a giant Hamstein hanging on one wall.

"The Lovers." Her hands clasped together as she excitedly held them to her lips. "I love this painting!" Turning to Christian, she moved them over her heart as she gasped, "It’s so beautiful…"

Moving closer, Addison giggled as she studied it more intently. Christian walked up behind her, wrapping one of his arms around her waist. “I think I’m going to cry.” Addison’s eyes were glassy, a few happy tears falling, which she quickly wiped away. "I love it."

The painting was of two lovers, both naked and embraced in a passionate kiss. It was a beautiful piece—the deep reds and blues used in the fabric of the sheets looked soft enough to touch. Christian wasn’t looking at the painting, his eyes were glued on Addison. Demanding all of her attention, he quickly moved in front of her, pulling her closer and into his arms.

As he distracted her with kisses, he shed his coat and shirt without Addison noticing. His artful fingers then went to the back of her dress and unzipped it quickly. Before it hit the floor, he had undone her bra as well.

Opening her eyes, Addison jumped at her nakedness, her fearful eyes looking up at Christian. He took the straps of her bra between his fingers and pulled them slowly down her shoulders. She trembled furiously as he took her hands and placed them around his neck. She was terrified, her bare skin now touching his.

His body warmed hers, his hairless chest allowing her to feel his soft smooth skin against her own. He knew she was scared, and his hand reached up to her face to trace the outline of her cheek softly.

Addison’s voice came out shaky and whisper-like, a few tears falling down her cheeks, "I’m scared, Master Vallore."

"Call me Christian." His smirk was devilish, the slight parting of his lips extremely seductive. His voice was low and velvet-lined, every word making Addison quiver. "I have had my eye on you for a while now, Addison. Admiring your beauty from afar…imagining how wonderful you taste…waiting for the moment I could capture you in my arms."

"You’ve been watching me?" Her startled eyes darted quickly over his face, as she tried to ignore the giant fangs he bared whenever he smiled. Her voice was low as she tightened her shaky arms around his neck, hiding her face in the hollow.

The sexual tension between them was intense, something Addison had never experienced before. A sweltering, pulsing heat flowed through her, being this close to Christian was like a terrible drug that she knew she would become addicted to. But something was strange about this powerful feeling, and even though she was completely head over heels in love with him, she was terrified at the same time. It was so intense, so blinding, so inhuman…

  "Oh yes."

"So, am I really going to be ‘banging Master Vallore’ tonight?" She tried to break the spell he held over her with a little joke. She hoped it would cool the heat scorching her reddening cheeks.

"Yes." Christian laughed, swaying his hips back and forth smoothly as he rocked her in his arms. "Just relax. I am not going to hurt you." He took one of Addison’s hands and placed it over his heart, letting her feel the beat of it under her fingers. "My hunger for you is not tribal. That was satisfied at the club."

He slowly slid her palm down his chest, running her loose fingers over his tightly chiseled muscles. Shoving them into his pants, Christian guided them to a part of him that wanted her attention. Grabbing the side of her face, Christian’s fingers played in her hair. His lips found hers as his strong frame guided her shaking body to the bed.

Addison was still afraid but she quickly gave in, her kisses taking on the same passion as his. He ripped his pants off quickly before shoving down Addison’s panties and tossing them from his hand.

Her knees buckled and she fell onto her back, her body bouncing a little on the mattress. She crawled to the center and like a cat stalking his prey, Christian slowly climbed after her. Once he found his place on top of her, his mouth covered hers. With every kiss, Addison’s fear started to melt away, until finally she was so caught up in making love, she forgot she was with a vampire.

Christian was an amazing lover, and as soon as he entered her, she couldn’t catch her breath, a chain of quick, choked gasps escaping her parted lips. She was so entranced, she’d rather lie under him gasping for air, than pull away and miss a second of this intimacy.

As he finished inside her, he lunged forward and went for her neck. His fangs sank into her delicate skin, the pleasure of the dual act giving him an extreme high. Addison opened her mouth to scream, but all that passed her lips was a high-pitched sigh.

After a few moments, he pulled away from her, a playful look on his face. Her blood was dripping from his mouth, his face filled with a very satisfied expression. Then, he quickly began kissing her, making her squirm under him.

Addison could taste her own blood as Christian’s tongue pushed deeper into her mouth, forcing her to swallow it. He heard her gagging, but his kisses remained strong. He hadn’t killed her with his bite, and the act of sharing blood with her seemed to turn him on.

Pulling away, Christian licked his lips as he looked down at her, "I have never tasted anything as sweet as you."

Looking up at him with a slightly awkward expression, Addison’s tongue cleaned the blood from her lips. "Re—" Trying to catch her breath so she could speak, a small smile crept onto her lips, "Real-ly?"

"Oh yes." Stroking the side of her head, Christian’s hands ran over her soft curls. His expression was loving and gentle, his actions toward her now much different than they had been in the limo. "Such sweetness is meant to be savored by only the most sophisticated of pallets."

"Am I…" She wrapped her arms around his chest, gazing into his eyes like a needy child. "…a…scavenger now?"

"Yes…but I do not wish to discuss such things now." Christian kissed her forehead before moving off her. He then lay down behind her, taking her up in his arms and letting his chin rest in the crook of her neck. "For now, let me enjoy you." Pulling his head away from her, he rested it on his pillow instead, still holding Addison in his warm embrace.

  * * * *

Walking into the apartment she shared with her sister, Addison was still tingling with delight from her night with Christian. She had woken up next to him, feeling so wonderful and perfect it was like she was dreaming. His prince-like charms made her swoon, and she immediately found herself love struck. She had spent the entire day with him. Going home was hard.

After taking a shower and getting back into her normal routine, the fantasy created by being with Christian was slowly wearing off and reality was setting in. Frowning as she looked into the mirror, she examined the wound on her neck. Up until now, she had almost forgotten about the fact that Christian was a vampire, and that he had just made her a scavenger with his bite. Now that she wasn’t blinded by the charms of the suave Master vampire, Addison could think more rationally.

She had no idea what he wanted with her and wished she had paid more attention to Carl’s ramblings on the ways of the vampire. Carl did that a lot, rubbing in the fact that he was important enough to become a servant of the Master while everyone else were just mere humans.

Addison did know only Christian could create new vampires, not even his elites had the power to do that. Usually the scavengers, like Carl, were either mistakes where a victim was left alive, or were just to expand Christian’s family.

Inspecting the wound with an over-exaggerated pout on her face, Addison studied it l
ike a hickey she was trying to hide before her mother saw it. In her case, her mother was her sister, Kelly.

Her wet hair dripped down her shoulders, some skin still covered in small water droplets. She could feel a slight hunger lingering in her chest—a different kind than she was used to. She wasn’t human anymore, and the realization made her hands shake furiously as she held back her hair.

In the other room, Kelly walked in the door, heaviness in her gait that showed her foul mood. She had spent the night with Carl, who had used her drunken state as an easy way into her pants. Her neck and wrist bore his bite marks, and Kelly held her hand to her face as she studied the forming scabs over the wounds.

Addison jumped to her feet when she heard Kelly walk past the bathroom door and into one of the bedrooms the girls used as a computer/storage room. Addison quickly dried her hair and got dressed.

Hearing Addison come out of the bathroom, Kelly shouted at her as she walked down the narrow hallway. "Hey Addy! So, where have you been all day? You weren’t here when I got home this morning." Kelly walked into the bedroom, watching Addison coat her eyelashes in black mascara. "And why’d you leave early last night? We were having fun."

  "Leave early?"

"Yeah. You chickened out on us again, didn’t you?"

"No." Addison sighed, walking over to her sister and sitting down on the bed next to her. "I kinda…" Her next words slipped off her lips reluctantly, her voice taking on a lower tone, "Went home with a guy."

"Oh really? Well, miss tight knees, I’m impressed." Kelly laughed, playfully hitting Addison in the shoulder.

"Don’t call me that." Addison narrowed her eyes on Kelly briefly before grabbing her phone and shoving it in her jean pocket. "Just because I like to date a guy for a month or two before I sleep with him doesn’t make me a miss tight knees."
