Although the record is highly incomplete, there is substantial credible evidence of Prince’s use of opioids over time. Concerning efforts to address this problem in April 2016, The New York Times, in a May 4, 2016 article by John Eligon, Serge F. Kovaleski, and Joe Coscarelli, reported on efforts by Prince’s
