The gals shake their heads so I continue. “When your shift is over, Carmen hands you your money. The rate per hour is five hundred dollars, you get four hundred, and the hundred is dropped into another safe. That’s called the drop, which is the house fee for every appointment. You give your schedule request to Carmen for the following week. She needs it, so she can book your weekly appointments. So now let’s get down to the ugly part of Carmen’s job. If you tell her your schedule request and she books your appointments, and for some reason you don’t show up for work, you will be fined a hundred dollars. The hundred dollars is what house was supposed to receive for that appointment, so we will get it. I know things happen, and I know everyone here has their own personal lives to deal with, but we have a great reputation because we always take good care of our clients in every way shape and form. Carmen works around your needs, so if you need a certain day off, then request it in advance. If you miss three appointments, then don’t bother coming back. Tony will empty your locker, and he’ll drop your belongings to another employee of mine named Jose, and he’ll drop your things at the address you entered on your application. If you don’t straighten the room you used for your session, if the bag with the used condom isn’t sealed tight, and if you don’t know how to pick up after yourself, then Carmen will fine you fifty dollars for each thing you didn’t do right. After five fines, you will be terminated. We are all grown women here, so let’s act like it, and be responsible for our own actions. Because if you tell the guys you will do certain services for some more cash, then that means you are discussing what you’re doing in the room, and that is not allowed. The fee the clients are told is the price. Now they are more than welcome to tip you after the session, and that tip is all yours. You do not have to tell the house how much he tipped you. But I better not find out you are upselling. Let me emphasize this. On occasions, I send guys I know here to kind of test you ladies to make sure you are doing your jobs properly. They will let me know if your services are at point, if you’re doing the procedures correctly as far as giving them alcohol wipes, getting their drink and so forth, then you’re good. If you are upselling or giving your numbers away, I will find out. Carmen is the house mom, so if you have any questions or concerns, then talk to her. If she can’t fix it, then she’ll tell me, and I will talk to you to see how we can fix it. Incall appointments are done in this building. Once you guys show that you can handle it here, and you want to start doing outcalls, then Renee will book those appointments for you. Most of the women who do outcalls for me have been here for years. But you have to prove to us that you can hack it in here first. And if that’s the case, you can do both incalls and outcalls, or if you just want to do one that’s ok. If you do incalls, you have to show up in this building every day you are on the schedule. If you want to do outcalls, then you can go about your business and do what you need to do, but if Renee tells you that you have an appointment, then you better go see that client at his house, office, or hotel.” The providers that do outcall appointments usually have kids. I continue, “Renee also works around your schedule request, so if you miss any appointments, then fines apply. I want you guys to keep all the money that you are entitled to, so please don’t do anything where you will lose your money from fines. Carmen, Sarah, Tony, Jose, Renee, Maria and Denise who works only part time, have worked for me for a very long time, and a lot of the providers here have also. I want to keep it that way. If we are all adults about what happens here and do what our job position entails, then we will all get along. And we will make tons of money. Do what you’re comfortable with in the rooms, but do your services with aptitude and dignity. The more confidence you have doing your job, the more money you will make. I have made a couple of phone calls, and booked you two for your shift tomorrow. So once you gals are done, you will be bringing home two thousand dollars. Do you guys know what stage name you will be using?”

“That’s great. If I forgot to tell you anything, Carmen will tell you. Do

Get the non-latex, because they work best and it absorbs most of that blood. After you bring the guy in his room, and you go freshen up, go to the women’s restroom, wipe yourself with baby wipes inside and out. Then stick the sponge all the way inside. When you’re done with your session, stick your finger deep inside, and pull out the sponge. Get familiar with the insides of your vagina so it will be easier to locate the sponge. Some women do not like to work while they’re on it and some women do not mind. So that’s up to you. But you will need to inform Carmen what you want to do so she can work around your schedule. You will also need to get your STD check up every three months, and you must go to my doctor to get it done. I booked an appointment for the both of you to get tested right after we’re done here. Carmen will give you the information of the doctor. She will let me know if you are clear. If you are, then you can start working tomorrow morning. You do not have to worry about paying for the doctor fee, because I will pay for it. I want my gals to be safe and of course since we handle the best of the best clients, everything has to be safe. Don’t worry about trying to remember everything, because like any job, you’ll get the hang of it after a while. But the most important thing you do need to remember is: you must have your suit on when going to the entryway, dump all evidence in the safe, be here when you are scheduled, clean after yourself, and get your check up every three months.”
We walk over to the women’s lounge and I introduce them to the other women. Then I call Carmen and Tony over so they can have a proper introduction.
“So what names are you two going by?” Carmen questions.
“I want to go by Becca.” The blonde bombshell replies.
Becca stares at the Asian gal waiting for her to say her name, “I want to go by Lori.”
“Ok. Here are the directions to the doctor. Her office is aware you will be showing up. Just tell them Tina sent you, and they will know who you are.” Carmen instructs.
