About the Author
Jaime Powell is a full-time writer and editor for Clean Reads Publishing. She lives a quiet life in East Texas with her adoring husband, J.J., who is her biggest supporter and best friend. Most days you can find her sitting by the window, working on her current novel, sipping coffee, or the occasional glass of wine, while dreaming up her next masterpiece.
She enjoys writing different genres but paranormal is by far her favorite. For ten years Jaime worked in the beauty industry in her hometown of Marshall, Texas. It was after a particularly hard day at work that she sat down to write her first book, Revamp.
Not believing anyone would take her writing seriously, after completion, she put it on a shelf where it sat for more than eight years. She didn’t know it then but that would be her first published novel and the book that would change her life forever.
From that moment on she quit her job in the beauty industry and dedicated herself to her writing full-time. Since, she has also started working at Clean Reads Publishing as an editor—the publishing house that gave her, her start, and she shows no signs of slowing anytime soon.
