This MC novel contains crude language, sex scenes, and graphic violence. It is not suitable for readers under the age of 18. If any of the above offends you, please do not read any further. This is a complete work of fiction and is not a true representation of a motorcycle club. It is for entertainment purposes only. I hope you enjoy.

My name is Steel.
A Marauder Japanese Steel Knife is my weapon of choice.
I'm a hard-core, callous, biker in the Satan Savages MC.
I wasn't meant to fall for someone like her.
My name is Willow.
I'm a kindergarten teacher.
I'm kind and gentle, but I'm sick of living the simple life.
I need something different.
She is sassy.
He is cocky.
They are drawn together by fate.
But together they could lose it all.
Willow isn't meant for my world. So when she's thrust into it, can she accept who I am? Will my brothers welcome her as a part of the brotherhood? Or will I have to protect her from the brothers I've grown to love?
Can Willow penetrate my heart of steel?
To Dylan.
Without you, this cover wouldn’t have been as gritty, striking or amazing.
Not to mention all the laughs we’ve had about plot lines and names we could have made in the book for Dylan/Steel, which were too rude and crass to make it into the pages.
You’ve made this book special for me because the cover model is not only someone I know but also a friend who is worthy of naming the lead character after.
This book is dedicated to you.
As always my first thank you goes to my editor, my confidant, my rock, my source of endless plotting parties, my mother and my friend – Kaylene Osborn. Without your support and guidance, I wouldn’t be able to have the career I love and adore. So thank you for making my dreams come true and helping me not only achieve them but support me in them as well. All daughters deserve a mother like you!

Your friendship and love is truly astonishing and I am so lucky to have a big sister like you. So thank you. You mean the world to me, and I’d be lost without you.
To my family – For your continuous love, friendship and humour. Without you guys, my life would be very dull and boring. So thank you for supporting me without question and for always being there.
To Dylan, my muse, cover model and friend – THANK YOU! You made the cover of this book AMAZING! Without you, this cover wouldn’t be as striking as it is. You’ve worked hard to get to where you are and I’m glad I can be the first to show you off. This is the beginning for you! Thank you for being my Heart of Steel!
To Wendy – Thank you so much for taking the fantastic photos of Dylan for the cover and teasers of this book. They came out great and I wouldn’t have wanted anyone else to help me with my first ever cover shoot.
To my beautiful, playful and utterly adorable pup, Bella – I love you, you light up my life and I couldn’t imagine you not in it. When I think of Petunia and her running around like a crazy pig, it reminds me of you. (You’ll understand when you read the book) I love you, you crazy mut!
Last of all, I want to thank YOU, the reader. Your continued support with my writing career is both humbling and heart-warming. I love the readers so much and honestly couldn’t keep going without the love and support you all show me each day. About the Author – K E Osborn
BANG. The echo of gunfire pummels through the warehouse as I hunch behind the wooden crates. Peering out slightly to get a look at Ghost my club Vice President stretched out on the floor, my heart rate spikes as the blood oozes from his chest. The harsh breeze of a bullet stings my face as it flies right past my cheek, grazing it. The intense burn makes me grit my teeth as my back smacks harshly against the splintered wood. I breathe harsh and ragged trying not to pass out at the thought of the near fucking miss.
The sweet metallic pungent smell of blood and gunpowder invade my senses, drowning me in the knowledge that we’re outnumbered and losing this damn fight. Looking over to my left as the gunfire ricochets off the crates surrounding me, sending splinters of timber in all directions, Jigsaw the club’s Sergeant at Arms is slowly maki
ng his way over to me. He jumps up and fires off a few rounds toward the 5113 street gang. These guys are fucking scum and can’t be trusted, which is obvious from today’s drug deal going God damned south.
“Where the fuck is Crash?” I yell as Jigsaw drops to the ground dodging more bullets and rolls toward me moving his back up against the crates alongside me.
“Patience comes to those on the plateau of solace,” Jigsaw says in his Swedish accent and I glare at him and shake my head.
“Now is not the time for your fuckin’ riddles, arsehole. Is Crash on his way to wipe out these fuckheads or not?” I yell over the consistent and annoying gunfire.
Surely those fuckers should have run out of ammo by now?
Suddenly an almighty explosion sounds, the shockwave forcing the air from my lungs as I fall forward and onto the body of the gang member I stabbed earlier, his blood seeping into my 1% patch. Taking in a lung full of air as my ears ring from the violent burst of noise, I shake my head noticing the gunfire has now ceased. Grabbing Jigsaw by the scruff of his T-shirt, I stand up on shaky legs looking back to the front of the warehouse. It’s completely destroyed and in its place is the truck with Crash standing at the driver’s side smirking like he knows he’s saved our arses!
“Well, c’mon fucker or the rest of the gang are gonna get here before we can piss off,” Crash yells out and I can only just hear him over the constant ringing in my ears.
I kick the dead gang member away from me—fucker got blood on my patch—and run with Jigsaw to the front of the now completely mangled warehouse. On my way out I pass the two prospects that Chez took out when the gunfire first rang out. Alex has half his head missing with his brains splattered all over the wall and Jake has a single bullet wound straight between the eyes. Gritting my teeth and shaking my head as my blood pressure rises, I don’t stop to look at the mangled and bloodied up bodies of Chez and the other members of the gang.
They double-crossed us. I don’t have time to worry about sorting out their traitorous corpses.
