"I'm good." I give him a smile as he sits down next to me.

  "You’re not too tired, are you?"

  "No, I'm good. I promise."

  "Alright, Babe, you tell me if you wanna lay down. Yeah?"

  "Yeah, okay. I will."

  "Are you having fun Babe?"

  "Yeah, I like sitting here watching everybody else act a fool for once." We both start laughing. We just sit back and watch everyone, drink, dance, and do all the other shit people do at these parties.

  It's been a few hours and the party is in full swing. The guys are starting to get with the whores they'll be with tonight. Ever and Writer went to his room a while ago, I've been sitting at the bar with Hanger. I look over and see Bear making his way up to me. I've been avoiding him the best I can, I really don't want to lie to him. Shit, it's too late, I can't get away now, he will know something is up if I jump off this bar stool and run to our room. "Crazy Girl, why's Jacey not here?"

  "Well, she had some shit to do." I hope that’s a good excuse, I can't look him in the eyes.

  "Crazy Girl, your lyin' to me, you know you are a shit liar. Jacey hasn't been here for months."

  "Bear, I can't tell you. If she wants you to know, she will come and tell you."

  "I call her, she don't fuckin' answer, and she’s stopped comin' round. Somebody needs to tell me what the fuck’s goin' on."

  Hanger looks over and very calmly says "Bear, you need to watch yourself. Watch how you talk to my Ol' Lady." I place my hand on Hanger's arm and look back at Bear.

  "Bear, I would tell you if I could, but it's not my place. You guys have got your club rules, well us girls have our girl code. Just give her some time. I think she will come to you."

  "Whatever. Fuck it. I'm so fuckin' done with this shit. I'm outta here." I watch him walk out the door feeling like the world's worst person.

  "Hanger, I’m ready to go lay down now." He looks at me a sad expression on his face, he knows how much I care about all the guys and Jacey, but it’s not my place to tell him.

  "Okay, Babe let's go." Once we get in the room he helps me change and get ready for bed. I grab my phone and call Jacey.

  "Hey Jacey.”

  "Well, Bear just came up to me, he wanted to know why you weren't here, and why you haven't been around in months."

  "No, Jacey, I didn't tell him."

  "Jacey. You’re going to have to."

  "No, it's not too late, not yet anyway."

  "You have had plenty of time."

  "No, you need to tell him."

  "Jacey, I hope to God you make the right decision on this."

  "No. I'm not going to keep this forever. It’s not right."

  "I'm not happy with you, for making me keep this from them. If you don't tell him by the time it happens, then I’m going to."

  "I'm done talking to you now. You’re being a bitch and really pissing me off. Bye."

  I hang up, toss my cell to the night stand and lay back on the bed, now exhausted. "Babe, are you okay?"

  "Yeah. I'm just tired, this whole thing is a mess, Hanger."

  "Well, just lay back and get some sleep. I love you." He kisses my forehead, I look over at him.

  "I love you too." It doesn't take long for me to fall asleep, once he pulls me to him and holds me the best he can with my growing belly in the way.

  I'm almost five months along now, it's time to go to the doctor again, but today we are going to see if we can find out what we are having.   "Okay, everything looks good. Here are the arms and legs, the heads. Measurements for both baby A, and baby B look good, right where they need to be. The babies are healthy, and have strong heart beats. Now, the part you two have been waiting for. Let’s see if we can find out what you are having, shall we?" Hanger walks up closer to me takes my hand and kisses it. "Okay, baby A is a girl and baby B is also a girl." I smile because I knew it. I look to Hanger and he is expressionless. I can’t help but laugh at him. He might have a heart attack in here.

  "No. No way. Doctor you gotta check again, you got it wrong."

  "Nope. Hanger, they are defiantly both girls."

  "Fuck me. Karma is such a bitch." I start laughing even harder. The doctor even starts to laugh. Then Hanger smiles.

  "Alright guys, I’m going to print you out some pictures of your girls and I want to see you again in a month."

  "Thank you, Doctor Greene." Hanger helps get the gel off my belly, then he pulls me to sit up. We get in his truck and he takes us up to the hill. It looks so much different during the day. It's still beautiful though. We get out and walk around the back of the truck and he lifts me onto the tailgate, then he hops up. He puts his arm around me and pulls me close while we sit on the tailgate. "Hanger, how do you feel about having two girls?"

  "Crazy Girl, to be honest, I was in shock at first, but I'm gonna love them. I'm gonna spoil the shit outta them and they will both be daddy's girls. So I'm good with it. I'm just as happy as I would have been if they would have been a boy and girl or two boys’. How you feel about it?"

  Gunner says "I say we go in right now."

  Bear says "We can't just go in right now, Gunner. We gotta get the other chapters out here first. Then we do it, the more guys we have the better and easier it will go over."

  "Alright, guys quiet down. I want to give it some time. Let’s let things settle down more, maybe they will think we aren’t going to retaliate against them. I cannot leave Crazy Girl right now. I say let’s give it six months and hit 'em when they least expect it."

  Snake says "Hanger, I don't think we got another six months. My club can't take much more of a hit. I don't think yours can either. What if you sat this one out? Some of your guys come with me and my guys, we have the other chapters come in too. We take 'em out?"

  "I don't know, Snake. I mean don't you think I should be there?"

  Gunner says "Nah, Prez, we know what you got goin' on with Crazy Girl. So let us do this. I’ll take lead with our guys."

  "Alright, Gunner. If you’re sure about this. I'll let you start handling it."

  "You got it, Prez."

  "Okay. So is that everything?" Everyone gives me a nod. "Let's get the fuck outta here."

  I'm walking Snake out, all the guys behind us. I look over and see Zoey talking to Jacey. What the fuck is she doing here? "Jacey, what are you doin' here?" She turns to look at me and her eyes go big. She’s got a shocked expression on her face, looking at me and all the guys behind me.

  Then I hear Snake whisper "Jacey?" I look over to where he is, and he starts walking up to her, he's looking at her. I mean he's really looking at her. "It's you?" Jacey shakes her head and looks over to Zoey. "Oh My God! I can't do this. I’ve got to go. Zoey, I'll see you later." I can see the panic on her face. She goes to get up, but in a flash Bear is there. Grabs her arm and doesn’t let her get up. I don’t know if I’ve ever seen him so pissed off in all the years I’ve known him.

  He looks at Jacey then over to Snake and asks "Snake, how the fuck you know Jacey?"

  "Umm... I think she should tell you that."

  "What the fuck are you doing here? How you know Snake?"

  "I came to see you. To talk to you. There’s something I need to tell you."

  "You wanna talk to me now? It's been months since I’ve seen you."

  "Please, Bear just... I gotta explain a lot of shit to you." She gets up and turns to him. Oh fuck this isn't gonna be good. He looks at her and then sees her stomach. She looks like she’s about to fuckin' pop, she’s huge. I see the rage in his eyes turn to something altogether worse. Some level of rage and anger I don’t think I’ve ever seen.

  "What the fuck?" He yells, there is a vein popping out in his neck, the man’s going to bust a blood vessel.

  "Bear listen. Please, just listen to me?"

  "No. You fuckin' listen, I don't see you for how fuckin' long? Then you come back fuckin' lookin' like this." He motions with his hands to her body. Her eyes fill with tears. Where before her face was filled with panic, and fear, now she just looks sad. I don’t think I’ve ever seen anything but attitude from Jacey to see her look sad and fearful is completely new.

  "Bear."

  "Who have you been fuckin' Jacey? Huh? Who'd you let up in that sweet pussy of yours? Wait. Hold the fuck on. How the fuck do you know Snake?"

  Snake takes a step forward and says "Bear why don't you calm down."

  I put my arm across Snake's chest as I say "You need to stay out of this Snake." He looks to Jacey and gives me a nod.

  "OH MY FUCKING GOD!" Jacey starts to scream and doubles over grabbing her stomach. Zoey slowly starts walking up to her like she doesn’t want to get in the middle of Jacey and Bear but she’s concerned for her friend.

  "What’s wrong Jacey?"

  "It hurts! God it hurts so fucking bad! I think my water just broke."

  "Oh God, Jacey. How long have you been having contractions?"

  "I don't know? I started having some back pain last night, then today, I've been hurting all day."

  "Shit, Jacey you should of went to the doctor."

  "I know. But I wanted to come here and talk to him first." She has tears pouring down her face now as she points to Bear.

  We all look down, and sure enough there’s a puddle on the floor. Great.

  Bear then says "Jacey, just tell me who the fuckin' father is."

  "You! Bear, it's your baby! STUPID!"

  "What?! How?"

  "I haven't been with anyone but you. This is your baby. GOD YOU ARE SO FUCKING STUPID!" She screams, doubling over again in pain. "FUCK." She's trying to control her breathing.

  "Why would you keep this from me? And you Crazy Girl.” He points at Zoey. “This is what you were hiding?"

  "I'm so sorry, Bear. I was just trying to do what she wanted. I kept telling her over and over again to tell you. I'm sorry."

  "Don't you dare blame Zoey for this, it was my fault. I didn’t want to tell you."

  "We'll deal with that later. Jacey, how do you know Snake?"

  "I can't deal with that right now. Bear! I'm in labor. I promise, I will tell you everything just not right now. Please."

  "I'm done with the games, Jacey. I'm done with your fuckin' lies. Why the fuck did you keep it from me?"

  "Because I'm fucking scared, Bear." She starts sobbing even harder, he takes the steps to close the space between them, and his arms go around her.

  "Hell, Lil Mama. What are you so scared of? Don't you know I would of been here with you through this?" She puts her head against his chest holding her stomach.

  "I'm scared of what I'm feeling for you and all this shit." She moves her hand around the club and all of us. "I've seen what people go through, and everything I've been told."

  "I don’t know what that has to do with us or any of this. But, Lil Mama, you think this don't scare the fuck outta me too? I ain't never had feelings for a woman before, this shit's all new to me. We got a lot of talking to do, but right now you gotta have my baby. Let's get you to the hospital."

  "I'm not gonna make it to the god damn hospital now. I gotta have this baby here."

  "What?"

  "Doc, can you deliver the baby? I need you to do it. The contractions are really close and I feel like I need to push."

  Doc walks up "Alright, Jacey, let's get you to Bear's room." He goes to take her hand, but Bear slaps it away and grabs her hand instead. Then the three of them head towards Bear's r
oom then I hear. "Doc, you are not putting your head anywhere near my woman's pussy." I can’t help but laugh because I would feel the same way.

  "First of all I'm not your fucking woman! And second, yes he is. You don’t know how to fucking deliver a baby? He's getting this fucking baby outta me, NOW!"

  "Fuck, your still trying to be fuckin' difficult about this?"

  I look at everybody and they are all as speechless as I am. I look to see Snake has made his way outside. I wonder how the fuck they know each other.

  "Crazy Girl?" She’s looking down, fidgeting with her hands. "Look at me. Now." She raises her head and I see the tears in her eyes. "That's what you was keeping from me?"

  "Yeah, I'm sorry Hanger. I was just trying to do what she wanted. I know it wasn't right but I felt it wasn't my place to tell."

  "Babe, you kept something from me that had to do with my brother."

  "I know, Hanger. She’s one of my best friends. I'm sorry. It won’t ever happen again, not even for her."

  "Alright, Babe." I walk up and give her a good hard smack on her ass. "It better not happen again. You don't keep shit from me. Yeah?"

  "Yeah."

  "How does she know Snake?"

  "I have no idea. She's never said anything about him."

  I look around and see Romeo. He’s standing over by the bar. “Hey Romeo,” he looks over at me. “What you need, Prez?” I give him an evil smirk. “Get this mess cleaned up.” Every now and then we hear Jacey scream, and curse at Bear.

  Forty five minutes later Bear and Jacey have a beautiful baby boy. After the baby was born, we rushed them to the hospital. They were both good and healthy. They named the baby Kellen, he weighed in at 8 pounds even and 20 inches long. I think Bear and Jacey are gonna be just fine. They got a lot to deal with before they figure it out.

  I'm over the halfway point of this pregnancy now and I am so ready for it to be over. I'm huge, I look like a freakin beached whale, I waddle like a duck, and I think my ass grew it's own zip code. Hanger tells me all the time how sexy I am, but I just don't feel sexy anymore. I can't wait to be able to wear my clothes again.
