“Yes, Ian. Yes, I want you.”

“Fuck, baby, I love it when you beg. It’s so fucking sweet. I can listen to you beg me all day fucking long.” He slid his tongue from her ear down her neck, trailing down to her nipple. Circling the bud, he glided down between the valley to her other one.

Working the skirt up she wore, he tore at her panties.

The fabric tore, and he chuckled. “Best fucking sound I’ve heard all day. Keep your hands there,” he ordered.

She bit her lip but didn’t make a move.

Pushing her skirt up to her waist, he spread her legs open until he saw her juicy, ripe cunt. Spreading the lips of her pussy, he stared at her swollen clit.

He felt fucking possessive and horny, knowing that it was only his dick that had been inside her.

He licked from her hole up to her clit, then around, before moving down to plunge inside her.

  “Yes,” she said, gasping.

Her hands remained in place as he continued to tease her pussy. He kept working her cunt as he released his cock from the tight confines of his pants.

“I’m close,” she said, wriggling against him, arching up to his touch.

Ian brought her to orgasm, relishing every sound she made. Sliding his fingers in deep, he felt every quiver.

Only when her voice was hoarse did her release her. Wrapping his fingers around his cock, he coated his length in her cream, moving between her thighs.

He rubbed his dick between her slick lips before pressing the tip to her entrance and thrusting in deep.

Her legs wrapped around his waist, and he gripped her hips as he pounded inside her.

She was so tight, so wet, and with the last embers of her orgasm, he felt every pulse as she came on his cock, again and again.

“You feel so good. You’re mine, baby, always be mine.”

“Yes, just like you’re mine. Totally mine.” She cupped his face, and he felt euphoric that she’d finally taken her claim of him.

“That’s right, Lucy. I’m yours. Always fucking yours.”

Holding her hands above her head, he slammed inside her, fucking her hard as he drove inside. He wanted to brand her, to mark her as his, and never let her go.

She thrust up to meet him, and he couldn’t contain his orgasm anymore. His balls tightened, and he filled her one final time, erupting and shooting his cum deep inside her.

He thought about her being heavily pregnant with his child, and the very image alone was enough to push in deep again.

Ian wanted to get her pregnant; he felt it a need to have her belong to him in every single way that counted.

“This was only supposed to be a lunch break,” she said with a giggle.

“You can bring me lunch anytime. I think this is the best lunch I’ve ever had.” He pressed a kiss to her nipple, and sucked on the bud. “And you taste a hell of a lot better than any food you could feed me.”

He stayed inside her, not wanting to let her go.

It only took once, but he wanted this to stick.

  His stomach growled.

“Come on, Ian. We’ve got to feed you.” She rubbed his stomach, and reluctantly he pulled away. Staring down at her pussy, he watched his cum spill from between her lips, and wished that none of it had escaped.

Lucy had gotten under his skin and now he wanted everything with her.

  Several months later

Lucy stared down at the pregnancy test in her hand, her heart in her throat, her hands shaking. A little pink positive sign stared back at her, and although Lucy wasn’t surprised, given the fact they hadn’t exactly been careful when they were intimate, she still couldn’t believe she was going to be a mother.

The sound of the front door opening and closing had her heart beating double time. She curled her fingers around the pregnancy test and stared at the hallway, knowing Ian was home, and anxious but a little bit scared to tell him he was going to be a father. They’d only been married for a few months, and although things with his family were still tense, she was starting to see that they realized he wasn’t going to leave her, that he wasn’t going to change.

Even the small meeting they’d had with his mother had seemed like things could go in the right direction, that she would possibly be welcomed, if only hesitantly, into his family. She knew it would take a long time. But she didn’t care about being part of his family’s life. What she cared about was Ian not distancing himself from people because of her, even if said people were assholes.

With her throat tightening, and her mouth drying, Lucy forced herself to walk out of the bathroom and down the hall. She could hear Ian in the kitchen, presumably making himself a drink after a long day at work.

Once she rounded the corner she stood there and stared at him. He had his back to her, his suit still on, his broad shoulders taking up her view. Although she was pretty confident in knowing him and what he wanted in life, what he felt for her, she knew it was still so early for them, the beginnings of their marriage.

He’d stood up for her, stayed by her side, and with the magazine issue behind them, and him speaking to his family about it, calling them on their bullshit, they’d slowly started coming around. Hell, his mother even came over last week and brought them a bottle of wine and a flower arrangement. Although she was still pretty cold toward her, Lucy knew that was a big step for her. But Lucy also didn’t care if she ever communicated with his family again. They’d offended her, hurt her feelings, and that just pissed her off.

She did this all for Ian, because he knew what it was like to not have family. She didn’t want that for him.

Lucy had the pregnancy test still in her hand, pressed to her outer thigh. She didn’t know how to go about saying this, didn’t know if just blurting it out was the best move. He turned around, a square-cut glass in his hand, the amber liquid half filling it. When he saw her his face lit up, his lips spreading into a wide grin, his white, straight teeth flashing.

“Hey baby,” he said in his deep, masculine voice. Chills raced up her spine at the sound of it, like he was actually reaching out and touching her, stroking her skin with his fingertips. “I missed you,” he said and walked toward her.

And just as he came forward, her hands shaking so badly, she dropped the damn pregnancy test. He stopped and looked down, and she did the same, both of them staring at the little white stick. When he lifted his head up and looked at her, she was already watching him, waiting to see what his reaction would be.

Slowly he moved to the side and set his glass down, then moved toward the stick and picked it up off the ground. Then he just stared at it for long seconds. She couldn’t breathe, not sure if he’d be upset or, as she hoped, happy. She was nervous about being a mother, but she also anticipated it.

“A baby?” he asked softly, and she swallowed and nodded once he was looking at her again.

More long seconds passed, and then, as if he’d just gotten the biggest gift ever, he grinned broadly and came forward those last couple of feet. He embraced her, holding her closely, whispering how much he loved her. Lucy was shocked by his reaction.

“You’re happy?” She didn’t know what she’d expected, but him being ecstatic wasn’t one of them. He pulled back and grinned even wider before leaning down and kissing her.

“Fuck. Yes, Lucy, I am so damn happy.” And then, shocking her even more, which she didn’t think was possible, he got down on his haunches and pushed up her shirt. He placed a hand on her belly and glanced up at her. “How far along are you?”

She shook her head. “Maybe a month or so.” She was going to cry, she was so happy. “You’re really happy about all of this? I worried you’d be upset.”

He stood and embraced her. “Baby, I am so fucking happy you’re carrying my baby.” He pulled her in tightly and rubbed her back. “It’s you and me, and I can’t wait for us to be parents, for us to have a family.” He pulled back and kissed her soundly. “And our baby is going to know it’s lo
ved. He or she will know that he has parents who care about him, who will let him lead his life. I’m not going to let him feel like status and money are everything.” He smiled and she knew he was talking about himself, how he’d been brought up.

“I love you,” she said and rose up on her toes to kiss him.

  “I love you too.”

For only being married to Ian for a few months, and having not even wanted to stay married, she felt like this was perfection.

  17

“A baby?” Ian’s mother said for the second time.

Ian had decided to pay his family a visit, seeing as they were taking the extra time with his wife. “That’s what I said.”

He couldn’t be happier or more thrilled. His woman was going to be having his baby. They’d made something sweet, precious, and he for one couldn’t wait for every single step. He’d already stopped off at a bookstore and purchased as many books as he could find on pregnancy, naming kids, the birthing process, what to expect. Before he left this morning he’d booked an appointment with his doctor.

Lucy would only receive the very best care. She had their child, their future inside her. Not only did she now carry his baby, but she was also the only woman that he’d ever loved and there was no way he was going to lose that feeling.

He loved her way too fucking much, and wouldn’t survive anything happening to her.

“A baby?” This came from his father.

He sighed and glanced down at his watch. He didn’t want to be here for all that long. In fact, he’d been spending more and more time with Lucy and delegating work to his managers at the company.

It was what he paid them for in the first place. For so long he’d been the one putting in all the hours, making sure that his company was above reproach. Now he intended to spend time with his woman, enjoy his family, and bask in the fruits of his success.

What had started out as a mere revenge ploy had changed course and now he only wanted to enjoy his life.

“Am I speaking English or do you just not understand what I’m saying?”

His mother got up and moved toward the window, laughing. “You’ve got to be kidding me right now.”

He waited as she continued to laugh.

Glancing at his father, Ian saw that he’d bowed his head.

The tension in the room began to build and he had this horrible feeling that something was about to happen he wasn’t going to like.

“So you’ve knocked up that stupid gold-digging whore! You’ve purposefully ruined our entire name by dragging it through the mud. We’ve had to deal with all the mockery, the laughter, and this is just going to be the icing on the cake.”

“Don’t talk about Lucy like that,” he said. He clenched his hand into a fist, gritting his teeth, angry that they would talk about her as if she didn’t matter.

  Lucy mattered.

“Son, you’ve got to do something about that,” his father said.

“What the hell are you trying to say?” He glared at his father, knowing what was coming next.

  “The baby has to go.”

Pure white anger built inside of him. “I know you didn’t fucking just say that to me. That’s not going to happen.” He’d only known for a matter of days, but already he loved his baby.

“Ugh! I always knew you were useless but I didn’t realize you were so fucking stupid.” His mother grabbed a lamp and threw it across the room, her dramatics not that uncommon.

Getting to his feet, he stared at his parents. “You were all full of shit. You didn’t accept Lucy at all.”

“We thought you’d tire of her. Did you think we didn’t know what you were trying to do?” His father stood, moving toward the bar where the whiskey was held. “We figured if we played along you’d get bored and move on.”

“I love Lucy,” he said between clenched teeth.

Staring at his parents, he realized that once again he’d been the fool. He’d believed that his parents had actually come around. That they would consider being there as parents rather than these two spiteful … bastards.

  They were not good people.

He’d known that all along and yet the way they’d been with Lucy, he’d had hope.

“There’s no way I’ll ever get rid of my baby or my woman. She’s here to stay. I love her and we’re going to have this baby. Consider this my last visit. From this day forth, I will never be referred to as your son, and any media outlet that dares to even write or speak of my name with yours, will be their last.”

He left his parents’ home and made sure his lawyer made all the necessary arrangements that would permanently remove any contact he had with his parents but also to ensure their contacts within the press knew about the change.

Demanding that he get rid of his baby, that he kill his unborn son or daughter sickened him. Lucy had asked him to go before they made the personal announcement. He’d not wanted to, but seeing as they were making the effort, she didn’t want to ruin it.

Now he felt like a fool.

Arriving at his apartment, he realized they would have to find a house for the many children he hoped to have with her.

Just the thought of seeing her pregnant, their little babies running around her feet, filled him with a desire that wasn’t easily quashed. His cock hardened at the thought of all those nights he intended to fuck her, to fill her with his seed.

Opening the door, Lucy appeared around the corner. The scent of onions and garlic was heady in the air.

She threw her arms around him, hugging him close. “I missed you.”

The pain and anger faded as her scent filled his senses.

“I missed you too.” He pressed a kiss to her lips, hoping that he could distract her long enough so that she wouldn’t ask.

Of course, he knew he shouldn’t have asked for miracles.

“How did it go?” she asked.

  “How did what go?”

“Don’t be silly, Ian. What did they say? Are they excited?”

He hated to be the bringer of bad news. She looked so damn happy and he was about to ruin that.

She pulled away, and he saw the smile drop from her face, replaced with a frown. “What is it, Ian?”

  “I’ve disowned my parents, Lucy.”

  “What? Why?”

“They will have nothing to do with you or our baby.”

  “But I don’t understand.”

“It was all a lie. They …” He didn’t want to say anything else but he knew he didn’t have much of a choice. “They wanted you to abort the baby.”

She gasped, jerking away from him.

There was no way he’d let that happen.

“I love you, Lucy, and our baby. There’s no way I would ever allow anything to happen to you.” He cupped her face, tilting her head back. “It’s just you and me. The way it’s supposed to be.”

Lucy was angry, angrier than she’d ever been in her entire life. She’d been sitting at the house for the last couple hours, Ian already having gone to work, and had just been stewing in her own irritation. After he came home and told her what his family said she’d been hurt at first, but then that pain turned into disgust and rage.

Standing, she walked over and grabbed her purse, then made her way toward the phone to dial the driver’s number to let him know she needed him. She headed out the door and down to the basement where the garage was located. Once she was there the driver opened the back door for her and she climbed inside the car.

The scent of leather surrounded her, but it didn’t ease her nerves. She was anxious about what she was going to do, how she was going to Ian‘s parents’ house and confronting them. She was strong in her own right and she wouldn’t be bullied, wouldn’t be made to feel less than her worth.

And the fact they wanted her to get rid of her child, her unborn baby, frankly pissed her the fuck off.

Once the car was on the road she stared out the window as the city passed by. His family’s house was a
good distance away, but Ian would be in meetings all day, so she had hours to get this taken care of and head back home. She really didn’t want him knowing she was going out to see his parents, at least not right now. He’d want her to stay home, or insist on going with her.

Lucy needed to do this herself, to confront his family and let them know that she wasn’t going anywhere, and that she wouldn’t put up with their shit.

Before she knew it, the car was slowing and they were pulling into Ian’s parents’ estate. Her heart started beating hard and fast, painfully. Once the car stopped, the driver opened the back passenger door to allow her to get out. The sound of the car door shutting couldn’t penetrate the thunder of her pulse beating in her ears.

She stared at the mansion, her throat tightening, her mouth dry. Of course she thought this might be a mistake, but she wouldn’t stop. She would let them know she was strong.

Straightening and pulling her shoulders back, she headed up the stone steps and knocked on the front door. It was only a second before a servant opened it and allowed her inside. Nothing was really said as he led her to the sitting room, as if he knew why she was here. Although no doubt they had seen her pull up from the many security cameras stationed on the property.

Once in the room all she did was stand there, so nervous but knowing she was doing the right thing, making the right call. It was only a few moments before she heard footsteps, several of them. She turned and made sure to keep her expression stoic.

She would not show these people emotion.

And then Ian’s father and mother came into the room, their icy demeanor aimed right at Lucy. For long moments nobody said anything. They just stared at each other, as if this was a war between them.

  Perhaps there was.

His mother opened her mouth to say something, presumably, but Lucy just shook her head and cleared her throat, which had the mother staying quiet. Lucy took a step forward and stared right in their eyes, looking between them, making them know that this was serious, that she would not be stepped on.
