Grayson’s hands cupped each ass cheek, and his thumbs pressed along the seam of her ass, moving from bottom to top and then top to bottom, warming her and drawing her responses up. After quickly pulling off her thong, he used one thumb to cover her back hole, pressing slightly, and her pussy clenched with need.

She reached back and squeezed Grayson’s wrist. “There’s lube under my pillow.”

“Such a naughty wife,” he said, chuckling.

As his brother spoke, Gavin sucked one of her outer pussy lips into his mouth. Pleasure ripped through her, and the muscles of her stomach clenched. He licked that outer lip and nibbled and kissed it. Then he moved to the opposite one and repeated his tender, tortuous kisses.

“Oh, please,” she begged, “my clit.” Her hands held tightly to his head. She wouldn’t try to maneuver him one way or another, but she had to hold him. She had to feel connected to him in every way possible. Just as his tongue began dancing circles over her clit, Grayson slipped a lubed-up finger into her ass.

Her mouth fell open. A moan escaped. Every muscle in her body tightened. The exquisite intrusion, this sharply delicate pleasure her two men roused so effortlessly inside her, had her close to the edge already.

To keep herself focused, she concentrated on undoing the red silk buttons that lined the side of her gown. As Gavin’s tongue flicked around her clit and then dipped down to sink into her cunt, her fingers shook. She tried to focus on unbuttoning, but Grayson added a second digit to her ass and scissored them inside her passage. Her fingers trembled. Her fingers moved. Her fingers undid.

Her dress fell open, and finally her breasts were free. As she’d hoped, the appearance of all that pale, soft flesh distracted Gavin. He pulled his mouth away for a moment. “That’s not fair.”

“No, two versus one, that’s not fair. This is just a diversion tactic.”

Grayson used his free hand to cup one of her breasts. “It’s working,” he said with a groan, peering over her shoulder. “I want to sink my teeth in you.”

With a bit of maneuvering, Grayson and Gavin helped her remove her gown all the way. As soon as she was naked, her hands flew to Gavin’s shirt, and she began ripping, tearing, clawing, anything to feel skin on skin. She heard rustlings from Grayson and knew without looking behind that he was removing his clothes, too.

When Gavin was naked, he grabbed her bared shoulders and pulled her close. They kissed. Emilie darted her tongue into his mouth, first fast and teasing, then slow and heady. Gavin’s and Grayson’s hands were everywhere, all over her body.

After a moment, Gavin grunted. “Sweetheart, this is torture. I can’t not be inside you right now.” With that he rolled them so that he lay on his back, and she lay on top of him. Bracing her arms to support her weight, she rolled and maneuvered her hips until she felt the smooth round tip of his cock against her wet cunt. Everything was so swollen and tender. She was so close to the moment when his dick would push into her and stretch her to the edge of painful. It would pinch, and she would suck in a breath. But then slowly it would morph. It would become precious and sacred. She lived for those first few seconds when one of her men pushed himself as deep as he could go inside her.

She waited for Gavin. She wouldn’t rush him, but God, he stayed at her entrance, not yet pushing in.

He cupped her face in both his hands. “Look at me, Em.”

  She opened her eyes.

For a long moment he said nothing, but then he whispered. Emilie hardly even heard the words, but she saw his lips moving and felt the meaning deep in her gut.

  I love you.

He couldn’t say it enough. Neither could Grayson. Neither could she.

So simple and yet so difficult sometimes.

  I love you.

As she whispered the words as softly as he had a moment before, Gavin pushed deep inside her pussy. Her muscles automatically squeezed him, and Emilie gasped. Without thinking or meaning to, she rolled her hips. She began moving. This moment was too intense to sit still. She had to move. She had to take action. She had to show her love.

Gavin’s cock pushed so far inside her with every thrust, yet her pussy craved more and more. Still, though, there was nothing frantic about the way Gavin loved her. It was steady and far reaching, and the strength of it pushed up against the most secret, hidden place inside of her.

After a few more strokes, her body shuddered. Pleasure rippled through her, and her cunt squeezed hard around Gavin’s cock. “Oh, God,” he said, stopping. They panted together. They clung and trembled together. Gavin was still hard and throbbing inside her.

A moment later Grayson ran his hand from the base of her neck, down the knobs of her spine, and to the top of her ass. Then he moved closer, cupped her cheeks, and pulled them apart. His cockhead nudged against her tight back entrance. She felt its slippery warmth and shivered. Fuck, she needed them. She needed both of them so much. The love she had for them was so heavy and immense inside of her. Some days it choked her. It threatened to suffocate and consume her until it burned up everything. Until she was nothing but ash and dust. Until all that remained were tiny, spectacular particles of the love she had for them.

“Are you ready, Em?” Grayson whispered behind her, his words tumbling hot over the top of her shoulder. She nodded, and without hesitating, he pressed in. A strange, tormented moan stretched out of her throat. His single thrust burned her. But it also lit her up in one powerful, pleasure-filled flash. She fell slightly forward at his onslaught, and Gavin caught her, kissing and rubbing her, helping her to accept Grayson’s cock.

“We have to move,” she whispered. There were no more words. There were no more voices. Gavin pushed up into her, forcing Grayson to pull out. Then Grayson reciprocated. Soon, all three of them were rolling together, their hips a practiced, driving, steady locomotive. Emilie closed her eyes and dissolved into pure sensation. Her mind moved inward. Everything was contained in the motion and in the contact of their three bodies. In the dark of her mind, everything was connected—she and her men and the love between them. They formed one complete entity. They breathed in and out, and in and out. She heard the smallest grunts from her men. Grayson twitched when her hips tilted to a slight angle. Gavin’s hands tightened on her rump and bit into her flesh when she squeezed her pussy’s inner muscles. Her pleasure built up to impossible heights. It overwhelmed every thought, every emotion, and every function except to love and love and love.

All she could do was exist in the pleasure.

And then there was white. A blinding, shuddering, all-consuming white. Emilie moaned low and long. It bubbled out of her throat, and she was powerless to hold it back as the pleasure ripped through her body, zinging in and out of synapses. Her body arched up, an electric spine. She felt hot liquid in her pussy first, and then a few moments later in her ass. Gavin and Grayson must have come, but her mind couldn’t wrap around it. Her mind couldn’t wrap around anything. She was floating out in every direction, swimming and wavering in the air. She reached up and up and up until her fingertips touched heaven.

She’d found bliss and was touching it.

She’d reached everything that was perfect and right in the world.

  She was so happy.

  Chapter Seven

A little while later, after they’d each gone inside to clean up, the three of them lay half wrapped up and sprawled amongst the pillows and blankets. Grayson stared at his wife, at the lovely pink glow in her cheeks, on the tips of her breasts, and the juncture between her thighs where his brother had recently penetrated her cunt. She was all rosy and alive, practically vibrating with happiness.

“This turned out to be a damn good Valentine’s Day after all,” he said, grinning at first Emilie and then Gavin.

Gavin rolled his eyes and then moved to lie on his back. “What the hell?” he said, reaching under his right butt cheek. A moment later, he pulled out the container of crème brûlée. They all three met eyes and then burst into laughter.

/>   “I can’t believe it made it through all of that,” Emilie said. “Pass it over, please.” She held out her hand and wiggled her fingers. “Do we have any spoons? Where are they? I brought them out here.” She rummaged through the tangle of blankets.

Grayson felt around and soon procured two. “Aha!” He held them up and then handed one over to Emilie.

After pulling the plastic lid off, she immediately began tapping the hard top crust, breaking it up. “Amélie is right, though. This is totally the best thing about crème brûlée.” She gave it a few more taps and then pulled out a spoonful of the thick yellowish cream. Grayson loved how she closed her eyes and really took in the flavor. That famous half smile of hers curled up the corners of her mouth. He couldn’t resist kissing her, so he leaned over quickly and planted a kiss on her lips.

Giggling, she opened her eyes and leaned over to him, returning his affectionate peck with one of her own.

“I want a bite,” Gavin said, moving so that his head was in her lap. Emilie got him a spoonful and put it in his mouth.

  “That’s delicious.”

“Well, now, it’s no tiramisu…” She shot Grayson a mischievous glance.

“Okay, okay, I’m sorry. My mistake.” They all chuckled, and Emilie continued scooping out bites for everyone.

“I brought your presents out here,” she said.

“That’s funny,” Grayson said, “because I brought yours.”

“Y’all already know what I got you,” Gavin added. Every year since they’d been married, his Valentine’s Day present was a trip to Paris immediately following the annual Male Order Cotillion.

  “Where we staying?”

“The Shangri-La Hotel. Their penthouse suite. I’ll show you pictures later. There’s a forty-six-foot-long window overlooking the Seine and the Eiffel Tower.”

Emilie clapped her hands. “Oh! I’ve heard about it. And it has a huge open terrace. Thank you, Gavin!” She leaned over and placed a warm kiss on his lips, giving his bottom lip a little suck of affection. Then she turned to Grayson. “What did you get me?”

“I got you”—he patted the blankets next to him until he found the package he’d brought out a few minutes ago—“this.” He handed it over to Emilie. When she tore the cream-colored paper off it, her eyes lit up.

“Is this what I think it is?”

“I don’t know. What do you think it is?”

She ran her fingers over the famous LV emblem and then opened the small leather box. Inside were two pens, one encased with alligator skin, the other a leather fountain pen. The alligator-skinned one had a nub tip made of white gold. There was a small crystal ink pot and envelopes with trunk clutches designed over the flaps.

“Louis Vuitton writing collection,” she said breathlessly. “It’s so beautiful. It’s so perfect.”

Grayson leaned over and kissed her neck. “I’m glad you like it,” he whispered in her ear. “I love you, beautiful.”

She turned to look at him. “I love you, too.” With her hand against the back of his head, she kissed his lips. After a moment, she pulled away and looked at her gift again. “This is such a gorgeous set. I’m almost afraid to use it.”

“Don’t be. I’d be insulted if you didn’t.”

She patted him on the cheek. “I said ‘almost.’ But let me give you two your presents!” She handed a small package to Gavin, and something that looked like a black suitcase to Grayson.

“Oh cool,” Gavin said, holding up a USB port. Grayson shot him a look, because actually, that seemed like a pretty lame gift. “It’s made out of a meteor.”

“Badass,” Grayson said, mentally taking back his comment about it being lame. “Let me see.” After he’d investigated the tiny gadget, he opened up the suitcase. Inside was a Tumi Mixology set for making martinis on the go. He laughed. “You know me too well, darlin’.”

Laughing, he leaned over and kissed her as a thank-you. “Happy Valentine’s Day.”

She kissed him and kissed his brother, and they all exchanged more happy Valentine’s Day wishes. A few minutes later after they had scooped out the last bite of dessert, Gavin said, “I guess we should go pick up the kids soon. Gabby’s mom will probably want her home, too.”

Emilie groaned. “I wish we could stay out here like this all night.” She grabbed Grayson’s hand and stroked a thumb over his knuckles while running her other hand through Gavin’s dark curls.

“I love you both so much,” she said.

“Love you, too,” Grayson said at the same time as his brother.

They sat that way for a long while, touching each other softly and feeling the warm contentment that surrounded just the three of them. Grayson knew there would be more conversations with his brother about his decision to leave Haymitch-Benson, but he knew that worrying about it would only take away from the sublime happiness he was experiencing in the here and now. They would deal with that shit as it came. He squeezed Emilie’s hand in his. She would need him more than ever. They would all three need each other in new and unexpected ways. And that was the most important thing, he thought, to be there for her and for his family. He was so goddamn lucky to have what he had he almost couldn’t fathom it.

  God, this night was beautiful.

About forty-five minutes later when they pulled up to his parents’ house, the interior was mostly dark apart from a single light on in the kitchen.

“I’ll go get them,” Grayson said. He hopped out of the backseat and strode up to the front door. After knocking softly, his mom opened the door.

“Hello, handsome,” she said, pulling him in for a warm hug.

“They’re both sound asleep,” she said, leading him inside. “I went ahead and sent Gabby home and paid her and everything.”

“Mom, you didn’t have to do that.”

“I know, sweetie, but I wanted to.” He’d need to remind Emilie about giving Gabby a Valentine’s Day bonus. She deserved it, and from what Emilie had shared with him, her family could use it. She didn’t strike him as the kind of girl who accepted charity, though, so he liked to find ways of making it so that she knew she’d earned whatever he gave her.

“Thanks,” he said, kissing his mom’s temple. When they got to the guestroom where Penny and Gaston slept when staying with their grandparents, his mom picked up the bag they’d brought over with diapers and toys. Grayson picked up Penny in one arm and Gaston in the other. They both clung to his shoulders without waking up too much.

Gaston muttered a sleepy, “Daddy.” All he had to do was hush him and whisper a few reassuring words, and then Gaston fell back asleep.

When they got to the front of the house, his mom switched on the outside lights so he could see on his way to the car. He made it halfway there when something caught his attention out of the corner of his eye. He turned to look at the gray brick siding of his parents’ house.

  “Oh my God.”

Emilie came flying out of the SUV, a string of French, most likely expletives, spewing out of her mouth. She marched up to the house and slapped the spray-painted bricks.

“What does it mean?” he asked her while staring at the black letters and red heart cross-out.

“It means ‘love is hell,’ and this is the exact same thing that defiles our garage and Sherri’s shed.”

“We are gonna get this little pissant. I am calling Ethan right now. We need to organize a neighborhood hunt. This will not stand!” Emily whipped out her phone and started punching her fingers across the screen like a madwoman. “What are they going to do? Defile the whole neighborhood? Non. Non, non, non!”

“Mommy?” Penny asked in a sleep-thickened voice.

“Shh,” Grayson said, kissing the top of Penny’s head. “It’s okay. Go to sleep.” He took the kids to the car. Gavin helped to secure them in their car seats. After they were all locked in, he looked back at Emilie. She was pacing back and forth across the driveway while speaking animatedly into her phone. He closed the car door as quietl
y as possible and made his way over to her.

A minute or two later, she hung up. “I’m going to wait here for Ethan. Why don’t you or Gavin take the kids home, and then two of us can stay here and help them find this pest. They think they can get away with this kind of crap.”

“Oh, baby,” Grayson said, chuckling, “you are so damn sexy when you’re all fired up.”

Gavin came up to them, and they told him the plan. “Okay, I’ll take the kids. You two stay here.”

They all three hugged for a long moment.

“You have to admit, though,” Grayson said quietly.

  “What?” Emilie asked.

  “This is exciting.”

  “How is this exciting?”

Grayson shared a knowing look with his brother. This was just the sort of thing they’d always lived for. “Mischief,” he said.

  “Mayhem,” Gavin answered.

  “Catching bandits,” they said together.

The night was young, they had a beautiful woman at their side, and they had themselves a miscreant to catch.
