The Secret Space Age

  The ugly truth is that without it we have an uncertain climate problem. At this point climate change is upon us. Manmade or natural the outcome is the same—the production of a greenhouse environment with wild weather patterns, unreliable resources, and massive heat. I’m not saying chemtrails are good, far from it but what I am saying is what they are—simply an attempt to control the global climate, albeit conceived in desperation.

  What the chemtrails are not is a depopulation bomb, mind control, or global toxification. If these were the objectives then mass kills would be far more common place and the cover-up of such an extensive project would be almost impossible. This program is being concealed in the open and without the willing participation of pilots, ground crews or anyone else.

  The aircrews and aircraft are a passive delivery agent, which is the very reason finding the culprit has been almost impossible because on a mass scale there is no culprit per say. Things like mind control are more easily executed through the water supply, which contains large amounts of birth control drugs, mood stabilizers, and other things. Your water, which is the ultimate delivery mechanism, is like a pharmacopeia of mood stabilizers, anti depressants and all kinds of other things.

  Good, bad, right, or wrong that is what is it is. Each individual has to make their own assessment of the morality of such an undertaking but the undertaking itself, the program, is probably numerical and amoral in nature.

  I doubt during those conversations, wherever they were had, the issue of morality or even long term consequences was discussed. It was probably a purely an analytical discussion of cause and effect. The one thing to keep in mind is that long term this will probably push us into an ice age. I know that sounds crazy, and I will save that for another time but long term I believe we are probably going to head into an ice age, which is precisely the warning from Alternative Three.

  ALTERNATIVE TWO—D.U.M.B PROJECTS AND THE END OF THE WORLD

  The story thus far has been one of failure and stabilization. Alternative One, aka Project Argus, failed to vent the greenhouse gases into space. Its catastrophic failure appears to have moved the “planners” forward to a strategy of containment and stabilization while Alternative two was brought into place. With the climate stabilization they bought time for the next two options.

  Alternative Two was conceived, in the 1950s, as a project to construct D.U.M.B’s or Deep Underground Military Bunkers so as to move a meager percentage of the population into these underground facilities. This project appears to be ongoing, and if Alternative Three is to be believed then it will probably continue to the very end. It is a scenario which appears to make a fair amount of sense since both Alternative Two and Alternative Three are designed to save only the precious few.

  The evidence for Alternative Two is ever present around us, and the preparations are mind boggling in their scope. What is interesting about Alternative Two and a strategy of underground living spaces is that within the conspiracy literature to date there are many references to a magic population number of 500 million. This number is brought up in relation to Agenda 21, the so-called depopulation agenda, as well as on the Georgia Guidestones.

  The Guidestones are particularly interesting because they clearly define the population goal of 500 million to live in harmony with nature. Could it be that the planners decided that an ice-encrusted earth could only support 500 million people globally? It would certainly appear so.

  In searching for evidence of a doomsday plan being enacted, with international cooperation, we need look no further then the Nordic Seed Vault or better known at the Svalbard Global Seed Vault.

  The Seed Vault was constructed in 2006 and subsequently opened in 2008. It is located in the remote Arctic Svalbard archipelago on the island of Spitsburgen and is buried 390 feet into a sandstone mountain on the island. It was chosen both for its remoteness, tectonic stability as well as being encased in permafrost which lends itself well to preservation of the seeds. The vault is also located 430 feet above sea level to offset the coming sea rise caused by the implementation of Alternative 1.5, which has produced a net global temperature increase.

  Officially the Svalbard Global Seed Vault’s objective is to provide a “safety net” against the global loss of diversity in international gene pools. The press has emphasized its possible use as a resource during a major regional or global catastrophe. Events, which appear to be occurring with more regularity as war and civil uprisings, have destroyed some regional gene banks. A case in point, the national seed bank located in the Philippines was almost destroyed by flooding and later was destroyed by a fire; seed banks in Afghanistan and Iraq were lost completely due to war.

  However the Nordic Seed Vault is not alone, and there are several more either built or being planned around the world. All fit a similar model, and could theoretically be used to reconstitute a global ecosystem post catastrophic event.

  There are still other well known bunker complexes such as The Oakville Bunker, the infamous Site R, or Mt. Weather which could easily maintain fairly large populations in a subterranean existence for years if not decades. These facilities exist all over the world. It is also important to point out that bunker complexes such as Site R and Mt. Weather are designed to potentially hold thousands of people.

  In Norway there is the Sentralanlegget, in France there is a hardened facility in Taverny and of course in the United Kingdom there is Whitehall. Each facility was born out of the days of the cold war, but retrofitted today for an impending apocalypse either man made or natural and constantly expanded to house more people.

  Of course the most famous or rather infamous facility of recent times, the Denver Airport which along with the rumors of governmental agency migration to the Denver area makes it appear again that something is being planned for. The Denver Airport facility has been rumored to plunge some 20 levels below the surface.

  Officially many of these sites are classified as Continuity of Government facilities or COG’s but in reality they are doomsday bunkers which are being prepared as part of Alternative Two.

  This would also be consistent with the secrecy surrounding them, as no specific details are known about these facilities outside a strange footnote to Site-R which apparently enjoys its own Starbucks. The Starbucks has apparently been equipped with enough coffee to supply the caffeine habit of the underground dwellers for some 10 years. It has also been leaked at Site-R also has an internal gift shop. And they said the apocalypse couldn’t be comfortable…

  Also included in the Alternative Two planning is the supposed nationwide hidden underground rail network. It is an interlocking magnetic levitation train network which links these sites, located all over the United States.

  Originally proposed by the RAND Corporation in the 1960s, the rail network was supposedly completed in the 1980s and utilized a vacuum based rail system which allows the trains to move between various points very rapidly at least as fast as a commercial jetliner, if not slightly faster.

  In the end run you could consider Alternative Two fundamentally a failure since it could and will never sustain a large enough population to cover even a decent percentage of the United States population. It is based on that assumption which has lead to the development of the so-called FEMA camps.

  So how do the FEMA camps or things like Operation Gladio fit into this? That answer is simple. As the impending global disaster takes shape, the governments of the world will seek to maintain order, especially since the vast majority of the population will be left to their own devices for survival. The presence of large, prison style, complexes could be used in an attempt to round up agitators and keep the population docile as the government struggles to maintain order and relevancy as the world dips further into cataclysm.

  Organizations like Operation Gladio on the other hand could be utilized as private off the books paramilitary organizations which not only establish a new order of things but also could be used to establish an ordered and disciplined, all
be it ideologically fascist, pseudo government as the actual government implodes.

  During the cold war, Gladio and its sister organizations adopted a mentality similar to the concept used by Otto Skorzeny with the Werewolves of formally Nazi Germany. The public premise of Gladio and the Werewolf units was as a leave behind army which would disrupt communications, carry out partisan style anti-occupier attacks, but that same model could be used as a control mechanism for the public during the societal disintegration, especially since their known objectives include the creation of the Fourth Reich.

  This would also substantiate the recent reports of FEMA, a organization designed to support U.S. citizens in the event of a catastrophe, has been buying massive amounts of ammunition, body bags and MREs (Meals Ready to Eat). FEMA is planning for something big, but no doubt they will collapse along with the rest of the government.

  All these little pieces seem to add up to a larger plan. A plan to sustain underground living for at least a percentage of the population for some amazing and indefinite period. What’s also interesting about Alternative Two, at least to those practitioners of the venerable analysis of “predictive programming” is that recently, within the last few years several movies have come out which portray the Alternative Two scenario. These include the film “The Colony” as well as the older film “Quintet.” Both show a massive ice age and the struggle to survive it.

  In “The Colony,” we seem humanity struggling to survive in large subterranean complexes, which in the movie appear to have been above ground once but are now below the ice. In “Quintet” we see a large human population trying to ride out of the ice age in the remnants of a massive archeology.

  Even the venerable Anime from the 1980s “Robotech” showed Denver buried under a glacier and the struggle of humans to survive that environment.

  ALTERNATIVE 2.5—AGENDA 21, THE POPULATION BOMB, AND THE GEORGIA GUIDESTONES

  For many years one of the staple principles in the conspiracy lexicon was the massive depopulation by the powers that be. The idea was that the Earth was, deemed by someone, to only adequately support about 500 million people and through attrition (i.e., starvation, war, and genocide) the powers that be would target that population for an ongoing rate. As defined in modern conspiracy literature it effectively meant that around 6.5 billion (with a B) people would have to be exterminated by some means.

  The emphasis on Agenda 21 could also be the slow reduction of the population in order to better support the leaves behinds of Alternative Three. If large portions of the population are going to be left behind, and Alternative Two is unable to support them, it would make sense to reduce the population to maximize resources for those of humanity are left.

  This motif was perpetuated by the Georgia Guidestones which clearly outline that the population needs to be at 500 million to co-exist with nature, or something to that effect. Now what’s the importance of that? Well the Georgia Guide Stones have long been seen as a sort of handbook, carved into stone, as to the near future plans of the power that be. But there is a problem and that is the crux of my article.

  No one in the conspiracy meme will argue you with you that a depopulation program exists, in the west. We look out towards Agenda 21, a United Nations sponsored initiative to create sustainable populations. The Georgia Guidestones address it as well, and we’ve had the provocative statements made by Prince Phillip, who apparently would like to return and be reincarnated as a virus to further snuff out a large population.

  Even Bill Gates took the provocative stance of releasing tainted mosquitos in a conference to drive the point home. But in all the literature, at least what I’ve seen, it seems to discuss “humanity” or human populations and I think we need to actually understand what that means. I know it sounds simple, but I think the truth is far darker then Agenda 21, or any of the conventional machinations of depopulation conspiracy.

  The issue here is that Agenda 21 and the depopulation meme are already at work here in the west. Forbes published an article in April, 2012 called “Warning Bell for Developed Countries: Declining Birth Rates” with a subtitle of “There will be a shift in power unless birth rates increase in the developed world.” The gist of the article is that in most western developed countries our population rates are now almost static with total fertility rates of 2.1 or 2.0 which apparently is effectively replacement rate.

  Why birthrates in the west are declining is also an interesting discussion, and branches off into the fact that birth control drugs have been found to taint most of the water supplies in the developed countries, along with anti-depressants and a host of other interesting drugs. Which seems like the depopulation program is underway and is being done via attrition, meaning we make fewer children than people who die.

  So if total fertility rates are declining in the west, where is this massive depopulation going to occur? The answer is the third world, or is it?

  Giving this a lot of thought, and if you look at the population growth maps most of the population growth now occurring in the world is occurring in Sub-Saharan Africa and South America. Now this is interesting because of their proximity to developed country zones of North America, Europe, and Asia. If you look at the map it becomes really obvious.

  So what’s the game plan here? The developed world is self-shrinking while the less developed countries are exploding?

  When I was younger there was a game many of us used to play called Cyberpunk. It was the 1990s and Cyberpunk was all the rage. So R. Talsorian games came out with a rather interesting dystopian game to answer the demand. Cyberpunk was set in a future a little further then our own, where the network was alive with virtual reality and weapons had become very interesting. It had a kind of Blade Runner motif. More importantly (if my memory holds out) large portions of the third world and less developed nations had been taken over, literally, by corporations.

  So the Ivory Coast for example was no longer the Ivory Coast but instead it was owned by conglomerate XYZ and the citizens of that nation served as production slaves working in vast manufacturing complexes and lived at near starvation level in slums surrounding the plant. Think Soylent Green, and do remember its people.

  So it really got me thinking about who is this 500 million? The answer I came up with is that all those agendas and plans are really targeted towards reducing the overall population of the west or developed countries to 500 million, and leaving the less developed nations alone to produce billions of worker drones who live in squalid conditions and work for pennies to produce the cultural artifacts for the well developed countries cheaply.

  We can already see it in places like China where prison labor produces shoes for pennies on the dollar, which in turn are transported to shops here and sell for $60. Just think about the markup there. You have a shoe, produced by a prisoner which probably cost $1 to make and you are paying $60 for it. But that’s the only strategy which makes sense because the reality is that most of that 6.9 billion population exists in less developed countries. They are under-educated and will work effectively for food and shelter.

  Now that doesn’t mean that the more developed countries are not targets, but it appears the de-population program is taking the long view and waiting for the population to naturally correct. If you think about it, that is the prudent strategy because it creates a silent war, there is no revolution or angry mobs just fewer people, which is the penultimate goal.

  I know it sounds far fetched, but if you look at the numbers and the cold logic of it, there is a strategy there. As I said, look at the map and it will begin to become clear, and as nation states are compromised by the IMF in the third world it will become more obvious. But it is also the long view and that seems to be the option the powers that be take. Put the frog in the water and slowly heat it until you boil the frog.

  This is also consistent with the Alternative Three scenario. As the cataclysm sets in, the West’s population has been stabilized through Alternative Two and the event
ual outcome of Alternative 2.5 which would be the creation of a surface fascist state to control the surface population. Even in that scenario the world still needs production of necessary items and consumables and those would need to be produced somewhere free of the ice.

  Most of the western countries would see large portions of their land ice-locked, forcing the movement south. This will further compress the already largely underfed worker drone population, but these workers are left at barely subsistence level so their propagation would be tightly controlled.

  In fact, you would probably see the implementation of a Soylent Green scenario where the dead are cannibalized to feed the living.

  If, in the event of massive land mass loss, these areas could be easily exterminated due to their population density.

  In the near term, the presence of the Third World would be needed to continue to serve as cheap labor as preparations are made and the Western First World population is stabilized. It is also important to note that in an Alternative Three scenario the Third World is used as a source for batch consignments, or slave labor on the offworld colonies.

  ALTERNATIVE 3—THIS AIN’T KANSAS ANYMORE, THIS IS THE MAIN EVENT

  With the failure of Alternative One and Alternative Two new options had to be explored. This very quickly lead to the implementation of Alternative Three. Alternative Three was the most radical of the options presented and amounted to nothing less than the abandonment of the earth by a select few. The initial groups of high value persons would be ferried to bases on the Moon then ultimately on to Mars where a more permanent settlement could be constructed.

  As the settlements on Mars and the bases on the Moon expand more people would be brought up until the time when it is no longer feasible to do so. Also mixed within the high value personnel would be what is referred to as “batch consignments” which represent a worker class ferried up to these bases to serve as laborers. This would give the leaders of the “Breakaway” civilization the required manpower needed to construct and maintain these bases.
