Lynn gave him a confidential, sultry look. ‘I can help,’ she wrote.

Michaels seemed a little surprised, but then his little surprise turned to a big surprise. Lynn had slipped off one of her heels, and was running her foot against Michaels’ ankle. Michaels almost jumped out of his chair. Lynn stopped as Sue glanced their way, giving Michaels time to calm down, but as soon as Sue looked back at Frank, Lynn started again.

Michaels squirmed, looking suspiciously at Lynn, but she just smiled deviously and slid her foot up higher on Michaels leg. Lynn put her finger to her lips, Shh! silently warning him to be quiet.

Michaels glanced around the room nervously, but no one was looking toward them. Even Kathie, sitting on the other side of Lynn, had turned the other way, to face Frank, where Gene was also looking.

Lynn wrote on the pad, ‘I’ll keep you awake.’

Michaels glanced at the pad, and seemed ready to say something. At that moment, Lynn let her hand drop off the table and onto Michaels’ thigh. His eyes widened, delight overwhelming his surprise.

Lynn turned back to the conversation, but as she did so she moved her hand up and down Michaels’ leg. She could feel him stiffen, but also turn slightly toward her. Lynn shifted in her seat, using the chair to mask her hand as she let it briefly graze Michaels’ crotch. She didn’t really want to touch him, but it was all part of the plan. She gloated as she realized his cock was already hard. Not very big, but hard nonetheless.

Lynn kept slowly moving her hand, from the inside of his thigh, across his crotch, back to his leg. Michaels moaned, and had to cover it with a cough. When Lynn sensed the conversation was wrapping up, she firmly grasped Michaels’ cock through his pants and gave him a few real jerks, then casually took her hand away and placed it back on the table, her signal to Sue.

Sue thanked Frank and turned to Michaels, who had a dreamy look on his face, and was staring off into nothing. “Pierce, what’s your take on the IT situation?”

Michaels looked at her, but didn’t seem to be focusing. “On what?”

“On what we just discussed. Do you think we should make the investment Frank outlined?”

“I—I’m sure he covered it,” said Michaels, floundering.

Sue frowned. “I wanted your point of view, especially on a new data center.”

Michaels tried to regain control. “The slides, the analysis is all on the slides. . .” He reached for the slide projector remote.

“No slides,” said Sue. “Just give me the bottom line.”

Michaels said, “The bottom line, uh—”

Lynn, primly sitting in her seat, ran her naked foot up Michaels’ calf, dragging his pants leg with it, touching his bare skin. Michaels yelped. “I, I can’t really concentrate, I mean, it’s pretty complicated, the slides would really help.”

Sue sighed. “I’m sure I can understand it, it’s not that complicated. But you obviously seem uncomfortable without your slides. I’ll make an exception for you, just this one time. Go ahead and use the slides.”

Michaels, relieved, busied himself with the slide remote. The first slide came up, and everyone’s attention turned to the screen. Lynn used the opportunity to put her hand back in Micheals’ lap. His cock had deflated a little, but she fixed that with a few jerks.

Michaels gave her a warning look, but Lynn just mouthed, ‘I can’t help it,’ and rubbed him even harder. Michaels finally pushed her hand away, and Lynn gave him a pout, pretending to be upset.

“Okay, the data center analysis, it’s here somewhere. . .” Michaels pulled up a chart filled with numbers. “Yes, here’s the bottom line.”

“I can’t really see,” said Sue. “Can you just point out what you mean?”

Without thinking Michaels got up from his chair, but immediately looked down, where his erection was obvious in his tight pants to anyone who looked. He awkwardly walked up to the screen in a half crouch to point at the slide.

“Thank you,” said Sue. “I see everything now.” She gathered up her papers, indicating the meeting was over. “Oh, and Pierce? I noticed how excited you were about the IT discussion. I’ll keep that in mind.” She turned to the others. “Thank you all for your input, this was very helpful. Now I need to talk to just Pierce and Lynn for a few minutes, about Meltrex. Please excuse us.”

After they had left, Sue turned a withering eye on Pierce. “I understand you brought Lynn in on the Meltrex negotiation.”

“I thought she should be there,” said Michaels, trying to regain his composure. “For her special skills.”

  “What would those be?”

“Should we be having this conversation with Lynn right here?”

“Why not? We’re talking about her skills, this isn’t a personnel review.”

Michaels shrugged. “You know, the international piece.”

“I see,” said Sue. “Anything else?”

“Well, just to help with the negotiation.”

  Sue nodded understandingly. “I see.”

  Michaels nodded, but didn’t respond.

“I mean it,” said Sue. “Maybe get the Meltrex guys off guard. That’s smart. I never would have thought of that, it’s very creative. Plus. . .I wouldn’t have been able to do that myself.” She looked right at Michaels. “You know I’m a lesbian, right?”

Michaels looked away. “It doesn’t matter to me.”

“I’m glad to hear that. But I make no secret of it, and the Meltrex guys might have heard. I couldn’t use any—feminine wiles on them. Obviously I’m a woman, but they probably wouldn’t fall for anything I might try.”

  Michaels frowned and appeared confused.

“Oh, don’t worry, Pierce,” said Sue, confidentially. “All’s fair in love and war—and in business. I’ve noticed Lynn’s body, of course. She’s beautiful, isn’t she?”

Lynn was shocked. She hadn’t known exactly what Sue had been planning; maybe Sue hadn’t told her just so she’d react realistically.

Michaels glanced over at Lynn. “I, uh, hadn’t noticed. . .”

“Bullshit,” said Sue. “Look at her. She’s hot. But she doesn’t dress to show herself off. Lynn, why don’t you take off that jacket, so we can see that nice chest? I wish I had your tits.”

Michaels was speechless, and Lynn didn’t know what to do. When she hesitated, Sue said, “Sorry, did I make you uncomfortable? I didn’t mean too. You can keep it on. I just meant, if the Meltrex guys got a good look at—your assets, they probably would agree to anything in the deal.” Sue turned to Michaels and added approvingly, “That’s a good negotiating ploy, Pierce.”

Michaels drew himself up proudly at the compliment. “Well, it would have been, but as you can see, Lynn isn’t always a team player.”

  “So she wouldn’t go along?”

Michaels shrugged. “I didn’t ask her to do anything inappropriate, or anything I know she is willing to do when she wants to. I just wanted her to, you know, do exactly what you said, take off the jacket, to be a little distracting. For the team.”

“I see,” said Sue. “But we need to be equitable about this, don’t you think?”

“What do you mean?” asked Michaels.

“Well, everyone on the team has to be treated equally. We can’t have favorites.”

“I guess so,” said Michaels. “But someone has to be in charge.”

“And that would be me,” said Sue firmly. “If we are going to talk about how people look, we just can’t focus on women’s breasts, because then how do we deal with the men? So we need to look at asses too.”

  “Asses?”

“Yes. What do you think of Lynn’s ass?”

  “I, uh, it’s fine.”

“Lynn, be a dear and stand up.”

Lynn, not knowing where this was going, but committed now, shyly stood up.

  “Turn around,” ordered Sue.

Lynn stepped away from the table and turned.

“What do you think?” asked Sue.

  “
I can’t really see, she has a jacket on,” said Michaels.

“You heard your boss,” said Sue. “You need to take your jacket off.”

Without turning around, Lynn took off her jacket, praying no one came into the conference room. Fortunately there were no windows. She was also desperately hoping Sue knew what she was doing.

“Not bad,” said Sue. “As good as mine, don’t you think, Pierce?”

  “I, uh,” stammered Michaels.

“Okay, you can sit down, Lynn.” Sue turned to Michaels. “Now you.”

  “What?”

Sue sighed. “You men can see the outline of a woman’s breasts even when she’s fully clothed. But we can’t see much about men, we can’t figure out how big their cocks are under their pants, like we can with a woman’s breasts. So we have to compare something else, like asses. So now that we’ve seen Lynn’s ass, I want to see yours.”

  “You’re kidding me.”

Sue shook her head. “Not at all. I told you we had to be equitable. I won’t have men and women being treated differently, and I won’t have you doing it either. So now be a team player, and turn around.”

  “You’re crazy,” sputtered Michaels.

“And you’re going to be fired in one minute if you don’t do as I say.”

Michaels glared at Sue, then turned around, but just for a second.

“I didn’t get a good look,” said Sue. “And you have to take your suit jacket off, too.”

“I’ll get you for this,” Michaels gritted through his clenched teeth, but he took off his jacket and tossed it on the table.

“Maybe. But right now turn around.”

They stared at each other. Michaels finally turned around. “There, satisfied?” he growled, clearly pissed off.

Sue got up. “Pierce, I don’t think you could ever satisfy me. And that would be true even if I wasn’t gay.”

Sue left without another word, and Lynn had to work hard to keep from laughing. After a moment, without looking at Lynn, Michaels virtually ran from the room.

Sue stopped in Lynn’s office before she left the building. “I hope that wasn’t uncomfortable for you.”

“Not really, once I saw where you were going with it,” said Lynn. “I’m glad you didn’t fill me in on the details beforehand, I would have been too nervous.”

“I had to make some of it up along the way. You did great.”

“Do you think this will fix things?” asked Lynn.

“No, not really. Michaels is apt to just be mad and take it out on you. I can’t be here all the time, and you don’t want to have to threaten to call me every time he steps out of bounds. It’s pretty clear you were exactly right, he’s a liability, in more ways than one. I’ll deal with him eventually. But if we don’t cure this now, even when I fire him, he’ll just go do it at another company. So for now, it’s up to you.”

  “I’m ready,” said Lynn.

“Good. If this backfires on us, I’ll have your back. Even if we both have to find another place to work.”

  “I know that, thanks.”

“You deserve it. I spoke to Kathie for a little while too, you are right, she’s good. She just needs a little more experience, some tough situations to work through. You might want to find a way to get her involved with whatever you plan.”

“I’ve been thinking about that. I have some ideas.”

Sue nodded. “Make it fast before Michaels runs over her. He’s a pig and deserves whatever you dream up for him. I only wish I could be there myself.”

Lynn sat alone in her office for a while after Sue left. She trusted Sue, the woman would have her back, support whatever she thought up as punishment for Michaels. Lynn remembered how the RA in college had been dealt with. Had some of that been Sue’s idea? Would such a level of revenge be going too far?

An immature RA was one thing, sexist or not. Lynn wouldn’t be surprised if he had learned his lesson for good. Michaels was much worse; he wasn’t likely to change his ways. He was going to use his power to keep women down wherever he worked. The way he had humiliated Lynn and Kathie was only the beginning, and though Sue had put him in his place, he’d likely just look for a way to take it out on her and Kathie.

She’d need to really get the goods on him.

No sense in waiting. She could take advantage of Michaels’ rage, he wouldn’t be thinking straight after what had happened today.

First, though, she needed to see if Kathie was in. It was one thing for Lynn to take action, but Kathie had to make her own decisions.

Lynn knocked gently on the door to Micheals’ office, which was closed. No answer. She suspected he was in there, just hiding. She put her ear to the door to find out if he was on the phone, but didn’t hear anything, so she knocked again, a little louder.

  “What?” Michaels’ voice, angry.

Lynn opened the door. Michaels was sitting behind his massive desk, not on the phone, no papers in front of him; he appeared to be not doing anything. “What do you want?” he growled.

Lynn used her most respectful voice. “Mr. Michaels, maybe I speak to you, please?”

Michaels glared at her. “I’m busy.”

“It will just take a minute.”

  “Make it quick.”

Lynn stepped just inside the office, leaning against the door, letting is gently click shut behind her. “I—,” she stopped, as if unsure.

  “Spit it out, girl.”

“I—I just wanted to say, I feel so badly about the way Ms. Miles treated you—treated both of us. It was—not professional.”

Michaels shifted in his seat. “Damn right it wasn’t.”

Lynn noticed he was again wearing his suit coat. She had actually left hers in her office, and subtly pulled her shoulders back, making her breasts even more prominent. She saw Michaels’ eyes follow her movements, dropping his gaze to her chest, taking her in; he hadn’t seen her without a jacket.

“I just couldn’t believe it,” said Lynn. “What she did. I mean, it was—humiliating. For me, too. She was talking as if I wasn’t there, if I was just some kind of—sex object.” Lynn let her eyes go wide, and as she said sex object she put her hand over her breast, a gesture of self protection, but one designed to get Michaels to keep his focus on her tits.

  “Me too,” muttered Michaels.

Lynn almost laughed, Michaels thinking of himself as a sex object. But it wouldn’t hurt given what she had planned, and if she had put the thought in his head that she herself was a sex object, all the better. Very earnestly, she said, “Do you think she’ll take advantage of the situation? Take advantage of me?”

Lynn watched the reaction in Michaels’ eyes, the man imagining the implications, some kind of lesbian thing between Sue and Lynn. After a moment, his eyes a little dreamy, he said, “Don’t worry. She’s all talk.”

Lynn shook her head and took another step into the room. “Oh, Mr. Michaels, I don’t know. She has a—reputation. Will you be able to take care of us—of me?” She tried to sound desperate.

“I told you, don’t worry. I’ll protect you.”

Lynn melted. “Oh, thank you! I shouldn’t have disagreed with you about the Meltrex thing, we’re all on the same side, aren’t we?”

Michaels waved his hand, in charge. “Your questions were good, that bitch Miles just didn’t give us a chance to deal with the issues.”

“I know, but it’s my fault that all this happened. I feel so—responsible. If I hadn’t. . .you know, in the meeting. . .” Lynn tried to looked embarrassed.

“Yes, about that,” said Michaels gravely. “I need to talk to you about that.”

“I know,” Lynn said quickly. “I’m sorry if I—distracted you. I just was so bored and you were too, and I thought it would be our little secret, I don’t know what came over me, I couldn’t help myself. . .” She let her voice trail off.

Michaels sat up straighter. “Couldn’t help yourself?”

Lynn glanced nervously around, as if
worried someone could hear. “Oh, Mr. Michaels, I didn’t want you to know, to find out like this, but, you know, most women are so—impressed by a strong man, an authoritative man. It’s so—exciting to see how you are in control, how you tell everyone exactly what you want.”

Michaels huffed. “Well, I am a leader.”

“Yes, you are! And, sometimes, women in business, we need to be led, we need a man who is in charge, who can give the orders, so we can make the most of ourselves.”

“I do want to get the most out of my employees, especially the women, who sometimes need a little extra direction,” said Michaels.

“Of course! I always feel so—feminine around you.”

“I have that effect on women,” said Michaels.

“You do! Like your suggestion about how I should dress, I’m going to do that from now on, if that’s what you want. I just need some guidance from you.” Lynn took another step forward, she was leaning on the guest chair, pointing her breasts at him, hoping she wasn’t overplaying it.

Michaels was oblivious to everything but her allure. “Yes, that will be good for you, for your career, of course.”

“I was wondering—oh, no, that would be too much to ask.” Lynn looked down at the floor submissively.

“Speak up. You won’t get anywhere if you don’t let me help you.”

Lynn slowly looked up, her eyes pleading for him. “It’s so—impersonal around here, and I really need a lot of help. Do you think you could give me some—private tutoring? It would mean so much to me, I’d do anything. . .” Lynn let her voice trail off, hinting of great unspoken promises.

Michaels harrumphed. “That might be possible. Yes, I would to that to help you. Think of it as part of your personnel development.”

“Oh, Mr. Michaels, thank you! I won’t ever forget this!”

Lynn straightened herself up, smoothing down her skirt, as if she had just had a quickie right in his office. She beamed at him, thinking: You won’t forget this either.

Lynn looked around her apartment, making sure everything was ready. Michaels had summoned Lynn just a day after their talk; he wanted to begin her ‘personnel development’ as soon as possible. Lynn had worn the tightest blouse and shortest skirt she owned, and Michaels was squirming as he spoke to her. They had agreed to meet privately. Lynn had suggested her apartment.
