‘You’re doing some serious damage to my nervous system,’ she confessed, gasping as he ran his finger along the arch of her foot.
‘It is intentional,’ he revealed with a wicked grin. With a light push she was tipped over into the rose petals.
Gabby gave a sigh of utter contentment. She knew that this was one of life’s great moments. She also knew that life was not all rose petals. She knew that there would be other moments that were not so great, but while she had Rafiq at her side she felt totally confident about facing life’s up and downs.
A gurgle of laughter left her throat as Rafiq threw himself down beside her, sending up clouds of rose petals.
‘You do realise that only a man who is very secure with his masculinity would risk walking around smelling like a rose bush?’
‘Oh, my love,’ he purred, sliding over her and ripping off his shirt at the same time. ‘I am very secure…Come—let me show you how secure.’
Gabby did—and quickly concluded rather breathlessly that he had every right to be secure. Crown Prince Rafiq Al Kamil was all male!
