Wrath (Seven Deadlies MC)

Maybe this trip would be good for the both of them; maybe seeing her in another setting, in a happier state of mind, would give him the strength he needed to finally swim.

Maybe being with Rayna uninterrupted would ignite the fire that would consume them both- or maybe it would trigger the tsunami that swallowed them whole.

Either way, Fury was ready to find out.

  Chapter Twelve

Rayna hurried to shove her feet into her boots as Green yammered on behind her.

“Don't let him boss you around, either. If he gets lippy, just kick him right in the balls.”

Rayna’s head snapped up at the mention of balls, and she laughed.

“Green, this is Fury we're talking about.”

His eyes narrowed as he seemed to ponder this, his tattooed fingers raking through his auburn hair.

“Yeah, you're right. He probably likes being kicked in the balls.”

Rayna laughed even harder and pulled a sweater on over her tank top.

“I'll be fine. He won't hurt me,” She assured Green.

Those jade eyes of his met hers and she stopped rushing so she could hug him.

“Thank you for being a great best friend.”

Green squeezed her hard enough to crack her back before he set her down on her feet again.

  “You have my number?”

She rolled her eyes as he pulled away.

“Yes. You put it under the contact name ‘Bestest friend in the world,’ followed by an eggplant emoji, the water emoji, and the princess wearing a crown emoji.”

  Green only grinned.

“You bet your sweet ass I did.”

Rayna choked out a giggle as she pulled her duffel over her shoulder and decided it was time to put it in the car.

She had Ox’s keys in her pocket, and she was struggling to get them out when she felt a hand slide into her back pocket.

  “You ready to go?”

Fury’s hot breath against the back of her neck caused goosebumps to rise across her skin.

She inhaled sharply when his hand cupped her ass and squeezed.

The hard length of his body pressed up against her and Rayna tried not to whimper.

  Fuck, he feels so good.

  “Yes,” She breathed.

His hand left the seat of her jeans and she heard the jingle of Ox’s keys as Fury unlocked the car.

He took her bag from her shoulder and slid it into the back seat.

“Let me grab my bag and we’ll take off.”

Those black eyes she loved so much met hers and she smiled.

  “Okay.”

Fury bit his bottom lip like he wanted to say something, but he cleared his throat instead.

Instead he motioned towards the clubhouse.

“Better make sure you use the bathroom. I had Arrow pack us a cooler, so I'm going to grab that too.”

Her eyes widened at his thoughtfulness.

“Thanks. I didn't even think about that.”

He shrugged, but she could tell he was pleased with her response.

Rayna walked back towards the clubhouse to do as he suggested; It wouldn't take long for him to get everything stored away in the car, so she figured she should hurry.

  “You guys leavin’?”

Rayna paused at the sound of Ox’s voice.

  “Yeah. In a minute.”

He smiled and wrapped his arms around her.

“Be safe and stay close to Fury. Have a good time, and for the love of God, try to relax. Okay?”

Rayna squeezed Ox’s waist and nodded.

  “Okay. I promise.”

Ox seemed satisfied so she took a few minutes to use the restroom and wash her hands.

By the time she found herself climbing into the car Fury was right behind her, closing her door for her before he strode around to the driver's side and hopped in. With a glance in her direction, he asked, “Ready?”

  “Ready.”

He started the engine and Rayna took one last glance at the lot as they drove past the gates, her hand resting on the ledge of the open window.

“Did you pick a name for your new I.D.?,” Fury asked.

Rayna shrugged as she settled into her seat, her blonde hair flying in the wind.

“No. I can’t imagine not being Rayna Claire.”

That much was true; how could she ever imagine being anyone else?

Even though she’d practically begged for it at one time, at the peak her mental agony. Could she really go to Myrtle Beach as Rayna Claire, and come back as someone else?

  “What’s your real name?”

Rayna peeked over at Fury and watched as he shifted lanes before answering her.

  “You sure you wanna know?”

  She nodded.

Fury rubbed his jaw, his fingers working against his beard as he sighed.

  “Ryder Dixon.”

Rayna’s eyes widened as she turned in her seat to get a better look at him.

The wind had his dark hair wild around his ears and the sunlight made all of his tattoos seem bright and alive.

  “I like it.”

  He glanced at her.

  “You do?”

“Yeah, it’s real manly. Like you.”

Fury’s lips upturned in a smirk that had her panties melting between her thighs.

“Ah hell, quit lookin’ at me like that.”

Fury was wearing a gray t-shirt with the Seven Deadlies logo on it, and the breeze was working it against his hard body as if the universe was telling her, look- we made this for you.

  Just for you.

  Rayna smiled in return.

  “Like what?”

“Like you wanna taste me again. We’ve got five more hours of drivin’ baby. You can wait until we stop.”

Rayna’s cheeks heated at his sexy words, but wait…did that mean that he wanted to taste her too?

“You’ve been thinking about me, haven’t you, Ryder?”

He hissed and landed a hand on her bare thigh.

“Jesus, you’re gonna be the death of me. Of course I’ve been thinkin’ of you, Rayna. You’re all I ever think about.”

  Rayna loved hearing that.

Her little tummy was doing backflips at the idea of him fantasizing about her.

At the idea of Fury, Ryder, wanting her the way she wanted him.

His tanned hand slid higher on her thigh and she sucked in a breath.

“I think about the way you whimpered when I touched you here. The way your breathing hitched, like you couldn’t wait to see what I’d do next,” He murmured.

His dark eyed pinned her to her seat as he slid his hand even higher, his thumb brushing the apex of her thighs.

“I remember the way you whispered my name, like I was the only thing filling your head.”

They were well onto the interstate now, and Rayna watched as Fury flipped on the cruise control. His grip on her tightened before he looked over at her.

“I can’t stop thinking about the way you taste, the way you melted under my touch...”

Fury brushed his thumb across the seam of her jeans, right over her pulsing pussy.

The greedy flesh clenched beneath the sticky denim, like it couldn’t wait to feel Fury either.

  He’s so hot.

He makes me feel whole again.

“You want me bad, don’t you?”

His black jeans stretched taut across his thick thighs as he shifted in his seat.

Rayna could see the bulge of his hard cock from where she sat.

  Holy shit...

  “Yes,” She whispered.

Fury’s nostrils flared as he rubbed the pad of his thumb in a circle, igniting a thirst between her thighs that she knew only he could quench.

Rayna held onto the buttery leather of her seat beneath her fingers, tilting her head back as he touched her.

Fury’s fingers stopped all of a sudden and she opened her eyes to see him watching her from his seat.

  “Unbutto
n your shorts, baby.”

Rayna scrambled to do as he asked, her shaking fingers making the simple task more difficult. As soon as her fuchsia panties came into view, Fury pressed his palm to her soft mound.

  “Slide your shorts off.”

Her eyes widened, but Fury wasn’t looking at her, his eyes were back on the road.

Rayna let her shorts drop to the floor beneath her feet as she slid back against the seat.

The heat from the sun had her spreading her thighs.

Fury’s calloused fingers were on her in a heartbeat, spreading her thighs wider, pushing her lacy thong to the side.

“Fuck, you’re so wet,” He whispered.

Rayna wrapped one hand around his forearm as he explored her exposed petals, his touch gentle and easy.

Rayna shivered, loving his touch, practically glowing under his attention- Fury made her feel like a woman again, and it was glorious.

“Lay your seat all the way back and spread your thighs for me.”

His command had her pausing, but Fury caressed her cheek.

“I won’t hurt you, Rayna. I’ll never force you to do anything you don’t want to do. I just wanna feel you,” He admitted.

Rayna slowly slid her seat all the way back and spread her legs like he wanted.

“When I touch you, I want you to understand that I’m doing it because I care about you. I want to feel you come apart beneath my fingers, my mouth- I will never use sex to hurt you, Rayna. Do you understand?”

Rayna’s eyes filled with tears as his raspy promise filled the cab of the car.

  “Yes.”

  “Tell me who’s touching you.”

  “Fury.”

“No. When we’re alone like this, I want you to use my real name. Who’s touching you?”

  “Ryder,” Rayna whispered.

Fury rewarded her by circling her clit with his thumb, his touch still gentle.

“Do you want me to stop?”

  “No,” She breathed.

“Good. Do you want me to keep going?”

Rayna could tell it was taking a lot out of him to go so slowly.

Fuck, Rayna could practically see his dick throbbing from across the car, and all she wanted to do was come again.

  “Yes, please.”

Fury worked her pussy harder, dipping in and out of her wet folds as he slid his talented fingers against her clit until she was clenching her teeth and arching into him.

Her moans filled the space between them like a symphony as her erratic heartbeat made a new rhythm in her head.

Good, he makes me feel good.

“You look so fuckin’ sexy when you get all hot and bothered, baby. Been thinkin’ about that face all week,” Fury muttered as he dipped two fingers into her and rubbed her clit at the same time.

Rayna had no idea how he was creating such magic while driving, but she didn’t really care, because the tension in her belly was coiling tighter and tighter and tighter-

“You’re so tight, Rayna. Come for me, I wanna feel you squirt all over my fingers.”

His sexy words sent her over the edge as she cried out his name.

An orgasm that threatened to be explosive came to life beneath her skin as she breathed the melody of his touch over and over again.

  Ryder, Ryder, Ryder...

“You’re so beautiful like this,” Fury said, his husky voice doing amazing things to her insides.

Rayna gripped him tight, held on for dear life, as he continued to work his fingers inside of her until she was a blubbering mess in the passenger seat.

Incoherent words fell from her lips, all of them stringing together to make one completely insane sentence...

“So good, Ryder...I need you, I need you to fix it...”

If he was bothered by her words, he didn't show it, he just let her ride out her second orgasm under his hand while he drove.

The colors behind her eyelids were explosive and bright, like her attraction to him, like her ever-present need to be enveloped by him.

It was unexplainable and foreign and she felt so safe that Rayna took her sweet time opening her eyes.

Fury wasn't finger-fucking her anymore, no, he was just rubbing his palm along her thighs gently.

When her eyes finally did open and focus on him, he turned molten eyes towards her.

“I could listen to that for the rest of my life.”

Fuck, he's going to make me fall in love with him.

  “You could?”

  Fury smiled.

“The sound of you coming undone, telling me how much you need me? Fuck yeah, I could, baby. I've never wanted anyone the way I want you.”

No, I’ll fall in love with him willingly, all on my own.

Rayna slipped her panties back into place.

“You haven't-I mean, we've spent a lot of time together over the last couple of weeks and you haven't even tried to kiss me,” Rayna said softly.

Fury’s head canted to the side as he slanted a look her way.

“I know. Because I wanted you to know that I'm interested in you, not what you can give me.”

  Rayna’s heart skipped a beat.

  “Really?”

Fury laughed, his fingers squeezing her thigh again.

  “Yeah, really.”

He had no idea how much that meant to her- or maybe he did. Rayna wasn't sure, but she did know that in that moment, Fury won her heart.

“When you touch me, I don't feel like the girl that survived the Blazin’ Eagles. When you touch me, I feel like someone new. Someone whole.”

Her confession slipped from between her lips easily.

Like her mind was ready to share it.

  As if it were time.

“I needed to hear that,” Fury said.

  “You did?”

“I was unsure of whether or not I still had a chance with you. I was a little worried that I'd ruined everything between us.”

As Rayna pulled her shorts back on, she moved to sir closer to Fury.

“I had you worried? The notorious badass biker from the Seven Deadlies?”

  Fury grinned at her.

“Yeah, something like that. Look, I know that shit hasn't been easy since we met, but Ox managed to talk some sense into me this morning. Losing Lizzie almost killed me. She was all I had left, ya know? For so long it was just her and the club for me. After she died, I lost a lot of myself too. But you've...I don't know, sparked something. You make me feel whole again, too.”

Rayna knew that her smile was slightly crooked and altogether goofy, but she couldn't help it. hearing Fury, a beast of man admit that she made him feel, well the feeling went straight to her head.

“How old are you?,” She suddenly asked.

  Fury looked at her.

“That's a random question. Does it matter?”

“No. But you've had your hands down my pants twice and we've been dancing around each other for weeks. I want to learn you too, Ryder.”

He intertwined their fingers and Rayna knew she wouldn't find another Fury in all her life.

She could look or search or seek for as long as she wanted to, but sometimes things just happened for a reason.

She was beginning to think that meeting Fury had a lot to do with fate.

“Thirty-four. An old man compared to you.”

Rayna snorted a laugh and leaned into his side.

“A whopping ten year difference, huh? Do I make you feel old?”

“Just the opposite, actually. If I'd have met you sooner I wouldn't have fallen into the darkness so quick.”

  The darkness.

  Fury knows the darkness.

She knew she shouldn't ask him to share that part of himself, not if it meant it would bring him pain, but she wanted to know what made him tick.

Rayna needed to know if his darkness matched hers.

“Tell me about it,” She suggested.

  His brows furrowed.

“You don’t wanna hear about that
shit, baby.”

“Tell me how you met Ox.”

Fury shifted in his seat and Rayna caught sight of the sun setting.

Blazing colors lit the sky, blues and golds and red and pinks that settled along the horizon like an atmosphere fire.

“I was ten and he was sixteen. Ox was the tough kid on the block, until I showed up. Nobody messed with him, Rayna. He was older and bigger and meaner for sure. Until me.”

Rayna nestled into the crook of his arm as he continued.

“When my mom died Lizzie and me were sent to live with my father. We’d never met him before, but he was our only living relative, and he agreed to take us in. I took Lizzie to the park one day, and that’s where we met Ox. Some kids were tryin’ to bully Lizzie and I, but Ox stopped it before I could. We became friends instantly.”

Rayna ran her finger along the solid lines of his arm, trailing along the swirls of ink.

  “He protected you?”

“Time and time again, although it wasn’t more than a couple of years later that I was big enough I didn’t need his help. He kept comin’ around though, until we were inseparable,” Fury said.

His voice belied all of his affection for his friend and president. Rayna could hear it, could feel it with the easy way he was breathing against her.

“He was there when I killed my old man, too.”

Rayna yanked herself out of his hold, she couldn’t help it.

The news was startling, to say the least.

  “What?”

The smile on his mouth was bitter, sad.

“He was an abusive bastard, baby. Always puttin’ his hands on me or Lizzie. One night he went too far- tried to strangle her. I came home from work just in time. I worked at gas station every night after school, and we ended up fighting. Lizzie was screaming and cryin’ and I was so mad because it should have been me. She was fourteen and tiny and scared, Rayna. I didn’t mean to kill him, but I don’t regret it because at that point it was one of us or him.”

It saddened Rayna to hear him explain it like that, to know that the man Fury was today was molded from violence and pain, much like herself. Sure, her father had been her closest companion apart from Derek- Derek- her first and only boyfriend. Rayna had lived a normal life, an average life, apart from being involved in her father’s gun trade.

She hadn’t endured a lick of violence until she was kidnapped, but even then, she didn’t know what it felt like to be abused by her own flesh and blood.
