“She says we have two hours.”
“Well, then,” He grew harder against her thigh. “Just enough time for some fun before we’re interrupted again.”
Sienna didn’t answer. She jumped from the counter and walked to the bedroom, swinging her hips all the way. Jace didn’t need words, either, following her close behind. She fell onto the bed, pulling him with her, reveling in his weight pressing her into the mattress as he attacked her with his mouth. Slowly at first, then thrusting his tongue into her mouth, licking and sucking at her until she was moaning in pleasure.
That was the way he did things now. He’d picked her up at the end of the battle on that terrible day, and he’d barely let go of her since. He knew every part of her. He told her every day that it had been he who had really won that day, because he had her. Little did he know that she’d already been his. The moment he’d taken her hand and given her his last strength to save her own life, it was done. He was hers, and she was never letting go.
He lifted her up, stripping off his shirt and following quickly with hers. Clothing disappeared as his lips moved to her neck, sending tantalizing waves of electricity down her neck. His teeth grazed her, sending another spark deep inside. She shivered as he sucked a nipple into his mouth, lathing it with his tongue as the energy pulsed in her core, her wetness slicking her thighs. His large hand brushed against her pussy, finding her clit and rubbing firmly.
“Oh, shit.”
His deep laugh made her shiver. “You like that?”
“God, yes. Fuck me, Jace.”
He moved, sliding down and spreading her legs to make a place for himself. He fit there perfectly. He always did. “I love you,” he whispered.
“I love you, too.”
Jace surged forward, filling her in one thrust. She gasped as pleasure rushed through her, stretching her body deliciously and giving her exactly what she needed. Soft strokes, pressing through her throbbing sex.
“I love you, Sienna.” He drove deeper, making her head roll back with a moan. “I’ll always love you.” Jace thrust forward, as if to drive the point home. She pushed back against him, grinding her hips against him until it was his turn to groan. Pleasure grew, pulsing and throbbing inside her, mingling with her light, as Jace thrust faster. His own moans turned into grunts as he sped up, pulling out until only the tip of him remained, and then slamming back inside her again, over and over again. Still his hands kept touching her, tweaking her nipple, kneading at her breast, caressing her hip. He was everywhere, surrounding her with sensation until she couldn’t take it any longer. Her light grew with the pleasure and spilled over, her core pulsing as ecstasy took her over. Jace groaned, long and low, pulsing inside her as she took him with her.
When the world returned, he’d collapsed next to her.
You’ve got an extra half hour. Payton now. Emily needs to pee for the millionth time!
Sienna burst out laughing, and Jace looked over at her, eyebrows raised. “Payton,” she said between snorts. “They’re going to be late because the baby is making Emily need to stop at every gas station along the way.”
Jace grumbled, but he was still smiling. “At least they gave me time to finish before butting in again.” He lay back, stretching an arm behind his head, the other moving softly over her belly. “You think it’ll happen soon?”
“I don’t know,” Sienna said, staring up at the ceiling. “I think something like that happens on its own time. But I hope so.”
“Well, whenever it does, I’m ready.” He leaned in and kissed her again. “You’ll make a great mom.”
She smiled, resting a hand on his cheek. “You think so?”
“I’m sure of it,” he said. “And we’ll get there. We’ve got all the time in the world.”
And that they did. Well, an hour and half now, before they were descended upon for Thanksgiving. She grinned. “Want to practice some more?”
Jace said nothing, just grabbed her hips and rolled over, sliding inside her again. He thrust deep, hard and fast, and the world floated away. This. This was what mattered. She had someone who loved her, and more someones on the way. Small ones, if this round did the trick. Everything else—even Keila—could wait. There was always tomorrow.
