Undeniably Hellbound (Spells That Bind Book 4)

“Perhaps you’ll teach me how.” On those words, Hades inclined his head before turning to walk out of the room with Lucifer behind him.
“Hades is a very nervous fallen angel,” Persephone said with a shake of her head.
“I think he likes you,” I mused.
“Yes, he does,” she agreed. “I think he’s surprised by that.”
“The other Persephones haven’t been very fond of him,” I reminded her.
“If he’d tried talking to them, they might have felt differently. I wouldn’t like him if he kidnapped me,” she pointed out before standing. “I’m heading to bed.”
“Goodnight,” I told her.
“Goodnight,” she replied. “I’ll stay up in my room in case you and Lucifer end up playing naughty angel games around the house.”
“Naughty angel games?” I asked with a laugh.
“That sounded better in my head,” she admitted with a shrug before heading out of the room.
I was still seated on the sofa with my legs tucked under me when Lucifer returned.
“You are beautiful,” he murmured as he took a seat beside me.
I shifted to settle against his side. “When I’m with you, I feel beautiful.”
“You didn’t feel beautiful before?” he asked.
“I’d never given it much thought,” I admitted. “It’s not that I don’t know men find me attractive. I’ve just never had anyone tell me I’m beautiful before.”
“The men from your past must have been fools,” he murmured as he slipped an arm around my shoulders. “I’m glad dinner is over. I was worried Hades would lose it several times.”
“He seems to be trying,” I remarked. “Is it just me, or did he dress up for dinner?”
“This isn’t his normal attire,” he replied.
“I could tell,” I told him.
“How could you tell?” he asked.
“Even when I was a young girl, I never dressed up,” I explained. “I can tell when someone isn’t comfortable in their dress clothes, because that’s how I usually feel when I dress up. Comfort has always been more important to me.”
“I prefer you in nothing,” he uttered. “Though, I have to admit that your relaxed attire is also a huge turn on.”
A startled bark of laughter escaped my lips. “You like my casual clothes?” I asked.
“I do,” he admitted.
Here was a man who wore suits that cost more than my monthly rent. He was always well put together, even when he chose to dress in jeans and a t-shirt. As for me, I shopped at discount or secondhand stores, and I liked it that way. I didn’t need fancy dresses. I cut my own hair and had never worn makeup. Before meeting Persephone, I’d never had a pedicure. Despite our differences, I had no doubt I was beautiful in Lucifer’s eyes. It made me feel warm all over.
“I’d say you’re beautiful, too, but something tells me you hear that a lot,” I told him.
“It’s still nice knowing you find me attractive,” he admitted, lifting me onto his lap and kissing me.
I moaned into his mouth, and his tongue slipped past my lips before retreating again. He teased me with his kiss, only giving me his tongue for brief moments. My hands clutched his shirt as I shifted so I was straddling him. Lucifer’s hands slid under the front of my shirt, gliding along my belly, making me shudder with need.
“Lucifer,” I breathed out against his lips.
He growled low in his throat. “Say it again. Say my name.”
“Lucifer,” I uttered before biting down on his lower lip.
One hand moved out from under my shirt and settled on the back of my neck, holding me in place as he kissed me again. This time, he put everything into his kiss. There was no teasing. His other hand moved up to cup my breast, and I quickly worked at the buttons on his shirt. At times like this, I hated dress shirts. It took far too much effort to get Lucifer naked.
When I finally got to the last button, I pushed the shirt aside and sighed at how good his bare skin felt. He broke the kiss long enough to strip my shirt over my head and remove my bra.
“Perfect,” he rasped out as he stared at my breasts. My nipples were already hard just from his gaze.
“Touch me,” I pleaded.
His thumb brushed across my left nipple, drawing a ragged whimper from the back of my throat. I arched my back, pushing my breasts out to him. Lucifer shifted us so quickly, I gasped in surprise. He had me on my back, laid out like some offering on his sofa, before I knew what was happening. His tongue swirled around my nipple as he used his fingers to stroke and pinch the other one. Releasing my nipples, he kissed his way down my body, swirling his tongue in my belly button.
My hands gripped his shoulders, and I wiggled under him.
“I want you,” he uttered. “I’m not sure how much longer I’ll be able to control myself. If you want to go upstairs, you should say something now.”
“Go upstairs?” I asked in a daze. Was he asking if I wanted him to stop? I wasn’t crazy. No way did I want to stop.
His lips curled into a devilish grin. “Got it. We’ll stay down here.”
On those words, he undid my jeans and tugged them down my legs, leaving me in nothing but my lacy boy-shorts. I was already reaching for his belt as he kicked out of his shoes.
“I love how impatient you are,” he praised, pulling the condom from his front pocket and tossing it on the coffee table.
“Fuck patience,” I told him as I pushed his pants down.
“I’d rather fuck you,” he rasped out before covering my body with his.
My legs wrapped around his waist, trying to get closer to each other. His lips continued to move against mine, hungry and desperate. When I sucked on his tongue, he growled and kissed me harder. I was ready to scream with frustration, needing more. I’d never imagined a kiss could bring me this close to the edge.
Lucifer slid a hand between our bodies. When his finger slipped into my panties, I sighed. One long finger pushed into me before retreating to stroke my clit. His finger moved lightly at first, circling the sensitive bud. His strokes built in speed and intensity until I broke our kiss, unable to focus on anything other than the pleasure he was giving me. My moans grew louder as my body coiled tighter. Lucifer’s teeth scraped against my neck as he continued to drive me toward my orgasm, an orgasm that seemed just out of reach.
“Please,” I panted out.
“Please what?” he growled.
“I need you in me,” I begged. “I need you now.”
Chapter 64
Lucifer
I wanted her to come before I lost myself in her. I was already close to the edge and not sure how long I’d last. The little witch had been teasing me all evening. I was certain that hadn’t been her intention, but each sweet smile and each laugh had done just that.
“Please, Lucifer,” she breathed out.
Helpless to deny her, I quickly stripped out of my boxers and slid the condom onto my dick before yanking her panties down her legs.
“Get on your knees and face the back of the sofa,” I commanded.
Beatrice gave me a naughty smile before she slowly turned and rocked her hips back and forth. My hand made contact with her bare ass, and I grinned at her yelp of surprise.
“That’s what you get for teasing me with your tempting ass,” I rasped out as I gripped her thighs to spread her legs farther apart.
“Teasing you?” she asked innocently.
I gave her ass another smack before responding. “If I had lube down here, I’d be tempted to give you the spanking you’re begging for and then fuck that sweet ass of yours.”
Beatrice’s needy whimper had me tempted to take her upstairs to follow through with my threat. Looking down at her wiggling backside, I realized I couldn’t wait that long. I needed in her now.
Fisting her hair in one hand, I used the other to position the head of my cock at her entrance. As soon as I started to push into her, her tight pussy squeezed me. I groaned, a
nd my hand tightened in her hair.
I struggled to keep my movements slow, wanting to draw out this incredible pleasure as long as possible. Beatrice wasn’t making it easy. She was pushing back against me and moaning loudly.
“Harder,” she demanded before reaching back to score my thigh with her sharp nails.
I hissed as the stinging pain brought me closer to the edge than I wanted to be.
“Not yet,” I ground out, before reaching around to tease her nipple as I slowly rocked in and out of her body. I rolled her nipple between my thumb and forefinger before applying more pressure. Beatrice’s movements became more frenzied with the increased pressure on her nipple.
“I love how responsive you are,” I praised.
“I need more,” she insisted. “Please, Lucifer.”
I pulled out and quickly sat on the sofa, guiding her onto my lap. Her whimper of protest died away as she straddled me. Her head fell back, and her face took on a look of total abandon.
With her hands gripping my shoulders, Beatrice moved up and down my dick. Her lips parted slightly, and her green eyes were glowing brightly. Wisps of her magic wrapped around us, caressing me. I wanted to reach out to her power, touch it, and pull it through my own. My fingers threaded through her hair, and I pulled her toward me, claiming her mouth. Beatrice moaned and rocked against me, her body pulsing around my dick.
The kiss had been my attempt to slow things down, but it wasn’t working. Her power continued to flare with each thrust of my tongue. When I finally released her mouth, I was panting with the effort to control myself. My magic beat along my skin, and my dick throbbed inside of Beatrice, swelling as I neared my climax.
Beatrice began to move faster as her nails dug into my shoulders. The mewling sounds coming from her grew louder. Her entire body tensed just before she shuddered. She screamed as she found her release, sending me over the edge with her.

Beatrice
With a contented sigh, I collapsed against Lucifer’s chest. I needed to move so he could dispose of the condom, but I felt completely boneless.
“I’m glad you decided to play naughty angel games with me,” I uttered before laughing at my own words. “That sounded even more ridiculous when I said it.”
“Naughty angel games?” he asked. “Where did you come up with that?”
“Persephone,” I replied.
He chuckled. “That doesn’t surprise me. We should go upstairs.”
“That would involve moving,” I pointed out. “Moving doesn’t sound like any fun.”
“I could always call some of my minions to carry us upstairs,” he offered. I wasn’t sure if he was teasing or not.
“You wouldn’t really call someone to carry us upstairs,” I insisted.
“Of course not,” he said with a laugh. “I’m heavy. It would take two people to move me. Rainer and Xavier will quit if I ask them to carry me upstairs naked.”
“You’re going to make me get up, aren’t you?” I asked with a sigh.
“I’ve got an idea,” he began. “How about if I carry you upstairs?”
“I suppose that’s better than sleeping down here,” I agreed.
“Eventually, Persephone will come downstairs and find us, so it’s best if we move this upstairs,” he replied before lifting my near boneless body off his lap.
“You don’t want her to see you naked?” I asked.
“No,” he replied. “I just don’t want to answer all the questions she’s bound to have. Your friend is an endless fount of curiosity.”
“She’d likely have some interesting questions,” I agreed. “I’m surprised she hasn’t asked me if sex with a fallen angel is different from sex with a sex demon.”
“Has she asked how it differs from sex with a warlock?” he asked as he disposed of the condom.
“I wouldn’t know the answer to that question,” I told him. “I can only tell her how you compare to sex demons.”
Lucifer stared at me for a minute before finally asking, “You’ve only had relations with sex demons?”
I laughed at his question. “Relations? Is that really the best word to describe fooling around with a sex demon?” I asked.
Chuckling, he lifted me in his arms and began to carry me out of the room. “You make an excellent point, but you still haven’t answered my question.”
“What about our clothes?” I asked.
“They’ll still be here in the morning,” he assured me. “The sex demons?” he pushed.
“Yes, I’ve only had sex with sex demons,” I replied.
“You are full of surprises,” he uttered.
“But that’s a good thing, right?” I asked.
“It’s definitely a good thing,” he assured me.
Chapter 66
Beatrice
It was my first day working in the new office Lucifer had set up for me, and I was freaking out a little. I loved the office. It was amazing, though I was certain the leather furniture was a bad idea. I’d made my feelings on leather very clear, but Lucifer had argued that it looked nicer than fabric. I wondered how he’d feel after he saw the claw marks many of my patients were sure to leave on the furniture.
“You need a receptionist,” Lucifer remarked as he looked around my office.
“I can’t afford a receptionist,” I reminded him. “Don’t even think about telling me you can hire one for me.”
He flashed me a grin. “What makes you think I’d suggest something like that?”
“I have no idea,” I muttered in response.
There was a knock at the door, signaling my first patient had arrived in the waiting room.
“If you had a receptionist, they could have told you your patient is here,” he pointed out.
“The knock also works,” I told him. “Come on in, Evie.”
Evie’s smile quickly disappeared when she saw Lucifer standing in my office. By this point, I was certain everyone knew about my involvement with him. I’d be shocked if Evie didn’t know, but she still seemed surprised by his presence.
“Evangalina,” Lucifer greeted her with a nod. “How have you been?”
“Fine,” she replied with a fake smile pasted on her face. The muscles around her mouth were so tight from holding the smile that her lips barely moved when she spoke. “I didn’t realize you’d be here.”
“This is my home,” he replied.
“Something you probably shouldn’t mention to my patients or their witches,” I muttered. “They all know this office is in the demon realm, but I didn’t mention your house. That seemed like too much for most people to handle.”
“Definitely too much,” Evie agreed with her forced smile still in place. “I’m sure it’s a lovely home.”
“It seems I’m making Evangalina uneasy, so I’ll talk to you later,” Lucifer said, leaning in to brush his lips against mine. “I need to run out to check on a few things. Call if you need anything. The cell service should work in the areas I’m heading to.”
“I’ll be fine,” I assured him.
Evie said nothing until the door closed behind Lucifer. Jezebel’s reaction surprised me most. Unlike Evie, Jezebel didn’t seem the least bit phased by Lucifer’s presence in my office.
“Wow!” was all Evie said.
I laughed at her reaction. “I often have that reaction to Lucifer.”
Jezebel hissed. “She’s shocked, not impressed by him. Evie is with Rainer, and she has no interest in any other fallen angel.”
“I am not with Rainer,” Evie argued before adding, “You don’t think he’ll stop by here, do you?”
“It seems unlikely,” I replied. “It’s possible Lucifer will send him by at some point today to check on me, but I doubt it will be while you’re still here. Lucifer knows you want to avoid Rainer.” He didn’t approve of her avoiding Rainer. We’d discussed it before Evie’s arrival today. Lucifer felt Evie was being unfair to his friend.
“And he’d have no reason
to have anyone check on you this soon,” Evie added. “I should be fine.”
I decided against pointing out that she looked more disappointed than relieved.
“Rainer will come if he knows I’m here,” Jezebel announced. “He can’t stand being away from me.”
“You’re sure he doesn’t know we’re here?” Evie asked, reaching up to fix her hair.
“He has no idea you’re here,” I assured her. “I told Lucifer how important it is for my patients to have a drama-free session, so he won’t run off and tell Rainer you’re in my office.”
As expected, Jezebel hissed at me.
“Of course, you already know he could easily find out you’re here,” I reminded her. There were records kept of who entered and exited the demon realm. The lists were reviewed several times a day by fallen angels. It was possible Rainer would review the list with Evie’s name on it. I’d warned Evie of that fact when I’d rescheduled Jezebel’s appointment.
“This may not work,” Evie said with a sad sigh. “I might need to find a different therapist for Jezi.”
“No,” Jezebel interrupted. “I’m sick and tired of your issues with Rainer affecting my happiness, too. I like Beatrice. She listens to me, and I need to talk to her about how much it hurts being away from Rainer. It’s not fair that I only get to see him twice a month. It makes me sad. Now, you want to take Beatrice away from me, too? I won’t let you do it.”
We both stared at Jezebel in stunned silence. I knew Jezebel felt this way. One of the things we were working on was her resentment toward her witch. Until today, Jezebel hadn’t outright told me any of this, but she felt Evie was only considering her own feelings. That hurt more than her separation from Rainer. Few understood how sensitive Jezebel was. She kept it well-hidden from the world—extremely well-hidden. I’d seen the softer side of Jezebel.
Evie scooped Jezebel up and held her close. “I’m so sorry, baby. I didn’t realize how much this was hurting you. How could I have been so selfish? You’ve always liked Rainer.”
“He’s our warlock,” Jezebel whispered.
“I wish it was that simple,” Evie said on a sigh.
