  "I am assigned to capture her." Answer Evan in monotone.

  Irfan walked forward and squatted in front of Evan. "Then what did you do?" Irfan leaning his body forward and bring his face closer to Evan.

  Evan fell silent.

  Irfan pull his body back. "In truth, I truly like your games. In my mind, you are like a sly fox. I am sure you wanted to destroy her from inside. Developing a love feeling, and then capturing her in one grasp. But well . . . Instead it seems like you are the one that truly fallen in love."

  Irfan standing up and returned to the railings. He leaned there as before but now both of his arms was folded in front of his chest.

  "Look at the disaster you caused! I know everything Evan, even when you gave her the information about that island." Said Irfan.

  Evan stayed silent.

  "Did you know, our superior is angry and rampaged at me. How could that woman know about that information?" Irfan observing Evan with sharp stare.

  Evan realized that he doing a fatal mistakes, because of that he can’t argue.

  "How if they know if you are the culprit? You and Berial didn't stand a chance. Did you remember about that little devil, David's favorite?"

  Evan becoming more silent. It’s not possible for Evan to forget that. That little devil is the only one that have an enormous power beyond imagination. If David want, in a flash that little devil could destroy Evan, Irfan with Berial, Sheryl and also Reina.

  "5 month you did this mission and with no result. I know if you really wanted to finish it, Berial could easily capture that woman."

  Evan still trying to keep his composure even though he know that this conversation will not end with favorable result for him.

  "Did you know where they are hiding?"

  "No, I did not."

  "Really?" Irfan dark eyes tries to come through Evan mind barrier, it is clear if Irfan didn't trust Evan at all.

  "So, what do you want?" Evan asked immediately to the core.

  "Our facility in that island is succeed to record those infiltrator appearance. There is 4 people. I want you to participate in our search party."

  Evan was quiet for a while before and then answered. "Alright, I will think about that. Wait till tomorrow."

  Evan standing up and then walking away. leaving Irfan that now was ignoring him and not stopping him at all.

  That conversation is happened a few days ago before Elysion raiding Aria's hide out. And because of that same conversation, at this time Evan is on the way to Aria new hiding place. Evan must take the map back from Aria.

  In that map, there was installed a nano chip GPS tracker which was installed by him intentionally without Aria consent. As long as that map is in Aria and her friends hand, Evan could found their location easily. Other than that, Evan deliberately go there of course . . . To meet with Aria.

  Evan know it well, what and why did Irfan meeting him and intentionally tell all of that to him. He know that well if Irfan did that because he wasn't caring for him. In Evan eyes, Irfan is no more than a sly man which loved a terrible games.

  Irfan already know everything and Evan didn't have any chance to lie. Irfan only wanted that his games could be more and more interesting. Because of that Irfan purposively showing his trust toward Evan, but behind that he also forcing Evan to join his games.

  How rotten is that man mind is. Evan talked in his mind.

  Evan didn’t afraid at all toward Irfan or his two pets. Evan didn’t even care about them. But, Evan will not let himself or Berial in danger. He will not let Elysion to destroy them both.

  IRISE DELEGNERE

  Ichsan still waited patiently even though his feeling is now in disarray.

  For a long time Ichsan was feeling suspicious toward the police department. Especially since Ichsan arrest warrant was out and then he's been imprisoned without any good reason.

  When Ichsan returned home, his wife welcomed him with warm hand. Lina was clueless about Ichsan arrest. Seemed like Burhan called her not long after all of that things happened and said to her if Ichsan is in important mission which made him can’t return home for a while. Because of that Lina isn’t a least bit worried even though more than a week has passed.

  Yes, Ichsan was sure, his uncle is behind all of this. And that is why Ichsan will not directly meet with Burhan to ask anymore. If Ichsan did that, once again he can only heard a false information or threatening words from his mouth. For a while, it be best for him if he stayed quiet and pretended to be a fool. Not pulling any attention and holding himself so he will not be arrested again.

  Ichsan had a habit to gather all of crime evidence before he taking an action. All the time that is what his course of activity was. Even if Ichsan wanted to ask everything toward his uncle. At least he must making him cornered with many evidence that he got, with that he's hope that his uncle will surrender and say every things that he know to Ichsan.

  But when Ichsan still busy gathering and finding those evidence, instead he got a terrible news and found many strange things happened.

  The disappearance of Fahri and Sofian not only made Ichsan confused, it even make him frustrated. Ichsan know Fahri personality, especially Sofian. Ichsan know them very well and that is sounded strange when he heard if Fahri was disappeared for calming himself.

  If that is what Fahri did, it means all of his assumption is wrong. Fahri daughter is not kidnapped as Ichsan thought before. And that means, Ichsan didn’t need to take any rash action to resolve a problem that befalling Fahri's family.

  Then where did Sofian go? Sofian should be the one that replacing him to investigate about that case when Ichsan was imprisoned inside the cell and couldn’t do anything. Sofian with his vast curiosity should be reporting to him every day for a few times to tell Ichsan about the continual of Fahri's wife murdering case. But Ichsan never saw Sofian nose even after Ichsan getting out from the prison cell.

  And now Ichsan suspicion was answered. His feeling tells him there is something strange that happened to both of his close colleague.

  It was indeed hard for Ichsan to stay composed and doing his habit. Gathering an evidence before taking action, when Fahri corpse was found and he know about Fahri daughter death.

  It seems what Ichsan thinks all this time about Fahri daughter was spot on. That girl is indeed kidnapped. Then who was did those terrible things? Raping, torturing and then throwing her corpse in garbage disposal area without any pity? And who is killing Fahri? Then, how about Sofian? Did he experience that same things? Died like Fahri and his family? Maybe tomorrow and the day after that, Ichsan will found his corpse in some place.

  Every terrible assumption that crossed inside Ichsan minds made him upset and wanted to be mad. Ichsan really wanted to meet Rudi that still inside the meeting room. He really wanted to enter that room and dragging Rudi outside as for him to get an answer. But Ichsan keep holding himself. Sat in silence outside the room with both of his hands merged like praying and his chin rested there.

  10 minutes passes and the meeting was ended. Ichsan ignoring a few people that came out from that room. Even though Ichsan know them, but his bad mood making him didn't want to greet and intentionally ignoring all of them. Made those people did the same thing to him, uninterested to greet Ichsan and turned to ignore him.

  Only when seeing Rudi, Ichsan attitude was changed.

  "I wanted to talk with you." Said Ichsan without greeting

  Rudi that was talking with his friend immediately looked at Ichsan.

  "Ichsan? How are you?" Greet a man named Ardi that now in age of 40 years old.

  That man is Rudi close friend, and he also know Ichsan even though they are seldom to converse.

  "I am fine." Ichsan stare at Ardi for a moment and then back to Rudi.

  Looking at Ichsan attitude which was so cold, made Ardi feel uncomfortable. "I will be leaving first." Asked Ardi to Rudi and then quickly walking away.

  "Ichsan, what's wrong? Are you alright?" Rudi frowned his f
orehead, stares at Ichsan with curious expression.

  "Can we talk in your working room?" Ichsan asked.

  Rudi nods. "Alright, let's go."

  Rudi warding off his curiosity and walking fast toward his working room followed by Ichsan behind him.

  Seemed like there is something that disturbing Ichsan's mind. Is this related to that found corpse?

  As a person that giving a task for replacing himself to making sure the death of someone that suspected as their superior, of course made Rudi put a little suspicion to Ichsan. Ichsan attitude is changed to be much colder and have a less patience. Ichsan facial expression is too serious for a man which always considered as troublemaker.

  Rudi and Ichsan entering the room. Rudi take a seat in his seat and meanwhile Ichsan approaching Rudi work desk and standing near there.

  "What's the matter Ichsan?" Rudi frowned his forehead while looking at Ichsan.

  Ichsan staring sharply toward Rudi. A light of rage was seen in his eyes. He pressed Rudi desk with both of his palm. "Why did you never tell me about Fahri's daughter death?"

  Rudi looks surprised. "You didn’t know about that?"

  "What the hell do you mean by didn’t know? I am imprisoned for a long time. And when I came out, everyone in the office behave like there is nothing happened!!" Ichsan voice becoming louder.

  Rudi fell quiet for a moment. "I am sorry Ichsan, I think, your uncle already told you all about that. And I think, you already heard it from another people."

  "So why did that case was not investigated?" Ichsan asked with deeper voice holding his rage.

  "Her corpse has been found after Fahri disappearance and no one from his close family could be called. Meanwhile there's so many crime case appeared and must be handled, so it is necessary for us to suspend that case."

  "Is that my uncle order?" Ichsan asked with Rudi with compelling sight.

  Rudi fell silent. Not knowing what to answer Ichsan question. Rudi is actually disliked Ichsan, but that was not meant he hated Ichsan. Rudi was only doing his duty as he was ordered.

  "And, is my uncle was the one that giving you Fahri position?"

  Rudi keep quiet.

  Ichsan let out a mocking smile. The silence of Rudi is the same as a clear answer for Ichsan.

  "Ichsan, I only followed our procedure." Said Rudi.

  "Yes, that is how you are . . . " Ichsan said that word sarcastically accompanied by the same sarcastic smile. "I can understand why he gave this position to you."

  Rudi feels offended by Ichsan's harsh words. "I only did my duty Ichsan."

  Duty duty duty . . . To hell with duty! Ichsan growling inside his mind. What the hell did he meant by duty? Wasn't detective duty is to solve a case to make the crime perpetrator caught and make the society safe? Not only following their superior orders and becoming a coward that didn’t even know what right or wrong. What a load of bull . . .

  "Ichsan, why did you become so upset?" Rudi asking. "Did you already checked that corpse? Is that . . . " Rudi gulped and can't continue his words.

  "Yes, you can guess that right." Said Ichsan with a small voice.

  Rudi once again quiet, a cold sweat flowing at his face.

  Maybe Rudi should be happy. If that corpse was truly Fahri corpse, that means he could permanently occupy Fahri's position in this department. But Rudi didn’t feel like that. His feeling is far from happy, he can only feel upset and agitated.

  Ichsan back to look at Rudi with sharp eyes. "Tell me Rudi, you must be know why did I was arrested and imprisoned. Please no more lies!" Said Ichsan full of demand.

  "I already said it to you, and that is not a lie. You could ask to your uncle"

  Ichsan smiled cynical. "Him? Did you think I could get an answer that I wanted without pointing a gun in his head?!" A light of anger was seen in Ichsan eyes.

  Rudi sighed. "All of this is not entirely your uncle fault, Ichsan. He just carrying out a right procedure and tried to protect you."

  Ichsan was unaffected. His heart is disagrees with Rudi's word. His uncle did all of that was not for protecting Ichsan, but more for the sake of his self importance.

  "In truth, your uncle is taking that action only for deceiving them. With that those people will believe if your uncle is already giving you a harsh warning. If that is not for your uncle, I think you are now is jobless."

  Ichsan fell quiet.

  "As I said earlier, its better if you would listen to your uncle more and didn’t make any troublesome things to him."

  Ichsan standing straight. He takes a deep breath with his head raised and then exhaling his breath before looked at Rudi.

  "I wanted to investigate the cause of Fahri's death."

  For a moment Rudi stayed quiet and then nods. "Alright, I will ask for a permission for you to takes that case. You can work together with my subordinates."

  Ichsan nods in agreement. Suddenly Ichsan remembering something. "Hey Rudi, Are you hated me so much as to let that fat pig straying around me all the time?"

  "Do you mean . . . Dani?" Rudi asked to make sure.

  "Oh, he had a name?" Ichsan pretend to forget.

  Rudi faintly smiled. "It’s true he was hard to dealt with. Many people complained because of him. But he is a kind man. You had a vast experience and you had an ability to control your partner. Because of that I make him to be your partner. I hope he can learn much things from you and can change even for a little."

  Ichsan nods with serious face. "True, if I am annoyed, he truly is perfect to become a sand sack for me."

  Rudi can’t hold his small laugh.

  Ichsan sighed once again. "Well then . . . " He flick his right hand while turning around to leave that room.

  Suddenly Ichsan step was stopped before opening the door. He looks to his back and stares at Rudi.

  "Hey Rudi, I had an advice for you. Do your duty well if you didn’t want to have a same fate as Fahri." Ichsan sneered while let out a mocking smile and then leaving that room completely.

  Rudi small laugh is suddenly vanished and changed into a serious expression in his pale face.

  IRISE DELEGNERE

  Evan jumped inside through the window.

  A beautiful woman was lying above a small bed. That woman is sleeping soundly without realizing Evan presence. She's like a sleeping beauty in the fairy tale which bewitching Evan.

  Evan walked slowly and then taking a seat at the corner of that bed. He let out a little smile while looking at that beauty in her face. His right hand is moving forward and caressing that woman cheeks smoothly.

  He really wanted to become that prince, whose waken the beautiful princess from her beautiful dream and then they will live happily forever and after. Evan smile changed into a sour smile. As a matter of fact, the end of that story is entirely different from what children know and dream of. The sleeping beauty is not truly live in happiness, and that prince is not as kind as they think. Yes, only that ending was suitable for Evan and Aria.

  Evan can remember it clearly, the first time he sees Aria. At that night, when she running above the roof of multistoried building and Evan looked at her in far places. Aria white hair glowing by the moonlight and for a while Evan could see a smile in her beautiful face. Evan was entranced and at that second he's falling in love.

  He never ever wanted to deceive Aria. From the first time his feeling toward Aria is truly genuine. The first things that he wanted after he could accept a bitter reality in his life is Aria. But, Evan didn’t have any right to come at Aria's side. Since he joined with Elysion, his entire life was belong to Elysion organization.

  A bitter reality and a hard choice. Whatever he will choose, both of that will make him suffer.

  Only because Evan joined with the organization which was killing her sister, Aria was now really hating him. But without that organization, Evan will never meet a wonderful woman such as Aria. She was the first woman that could fill Evan's heart.

  Evan fingers moved down to Aria lips that
was smooth and red. Evan can still remember its taste, sweet feeling of that lips when he kissed it full of passion. One night that felt so short for them. But nothing could make Evan feelhappier. Every second that he passes with Aria at that night was truly sweet. Whatever happened after this, Evan will never wanted to forget that memories.

  Aria never know, Evan was actually wanted to tell her everything. But that man is too cowardly. Even at their first meeting before Evan tell her who he was, Aria is nearly killed him. Anger and hatred that emanated from Aria's eyes, made Evan was forced to make a lie. And that lie he must create for himself so he could embrace Aria.

  "I love you Aria . . ." Said Evan whispering with his tremblinglips.

  Suddenly Aria closed eyes was opened wide. With fast speed Aria reaching a knife above the table beside her bed and attacking Evan to his neck.

  Evan eyes widely open feeling surprised and he dodging that knife at once. With fast movement Evan jumped backward for a few times. But that knife had scratching him at his right shoulder till it let out a blood.

  Aria standing up and immediately targeting Evan and thrust her knife toward him.

  Aria's heart feels like it was jumped when with one fast movement Evan bowed and run forward pushing Aria's body with both of his shoulders till they are dragged and finally hitting a wall.

  Aria tries to strangle Evan's neck with her left hand while her other hand that still holding a knife tried to cut his neck.

  Evan catches Aria right hand with his left hand before that knife succeeded to cut his neck. Meanwhile his right hand immediately catch Aria right hand palm and hold it tightly before Aria could strangle his neck.

  "Listen to me!" Evan pleaded.

  Aria growl angry. She tried to move and struggle to releasing herself from Evan body that now pressing her toward the wall.

  "Aria." Evan called her name with calm voice.

  "Die, you scum!!" Aria insulted.

  Aria struggle with more power and Evan responded to using more power to pin her body with both of his leg and pressed Aria breast with his chest.
