‘Well, I hate to sound cheesy but I’m always burning for you.’
We laughed together as she pushed my jacket off and started to undo my shirt.
‘That should have been my line.’
I unzipped her dress. She giggled as I tickled her.
‘Try a different one.’ She sighed as she pushed the shirt off my shoulders and I threw it behind us. Leaning up on my knees, I looked down at her.
‘How about…you light my fire?’
She tutted and rolled her eyes.
‘Or, you’re the candlewick to my flame…’
‘What the hell?’ She giggled as I pulled the dress over her head.
‘Or, maybe…’ I started, kissing her neck.
‘Okay, stop,’ she said, arching towards me. I pulled away.
‘You want me to stop?’
She shook her head. ‘No. Stop with the crappy chat up lines.’
I stuck my bottom lip out and pretended to frown. She grabbed the back of my head and pulled me to her. She wanted to play but it had been too long since we had last been together. I climbed on top of her, pressing my mouth to her bare throat.
‘Wait, just one more.’
I pulled back again.
‘Seriously…?’ She gasped as I stroked her bare stomach.
‘Last one, I promise,’ I said, grinning down at her.
She huffed. ‘Okay, but then you have to finish getting me out of these clothes.’
I winked at her and kissed the tip of her nose. ‘Okay…here goes, are you ready?’
She didn’t say anything so I looked into her eyes and took a deep breath.
‘You’re the twin to my flame.’
