In a few minutes time, they were both clean, with the help of one another, and climbing out of the tub. “That was actually really nice, Morgan,” Kole wrapped his arms around her hips as she combed the tangles from her wet hair. She saw his handsome face at her shoulder in the mirror and his new found appreciation was written all over it.

“I'm glad you're learning,” she smiled back to him through her reflection. “Meet me on the bed!” Without giving him time to respond, Morgan set her comb on the sink and turned away from his grip, disappearing into the bedroom of the suite.

“Crazy girl,” Kole whispered into the empty bathroom. He meant is as a compliment. She was crazy, but in the best way he'd ever encountered. She lived life to its fullest, took chances and her heart was pure. He wondered why she would ever choose a job like the one she had. Any man would be lucky to have you, girl. Kole gave his hair a quick towel dry and went to the bed to wait.

Morgan came around the corner of the kitchenette, holding the little white box. “Okay, close your eyes, Kole,” she instructed.

  “Why?”

  “Just do it!”

Kole laid back on the bed with his arms crossed under his head and closed his eyes. When he felt her sit on the bed, he opened one eye and she told him again to close them.

“Alright, no, don't open your eyes! Open your mouth,” Morgan was gathering a bite of food onto a fork.

  “My mouth?” Kole questioned.

“Kole!” Morgan groaned, in more of a whine.

He sighed and did as he was told.

  Chapter Eight

“Oh, hell no!” Before Morgan could get the food past the opening of his lips, the bite was hurled to the floor, fork and all. The scent of coconut forced action that he couldn't control.

“Kole Vaki!” Morgan scolded him. “Why would you do that?” Kole had swatted the fork away like a swarm of bees was after him, resulting in the fork flying out of Morgan's hand.

“Coconut? Are you serious?” Kole was sitting upright, giving Morgan the kind of look you give a child with chocolate on their face who had denied eating a candy bar.

“You're such a baby.” Morgan crawled off the bed and retrieved the folk, gathered the bite of coconut cream pie into a napkin and threw it into the trash can near the bed and got herself another clean folk.

“I'm not a baby. I don't like coconut.” Kole crossed his arms in front of himself, narrowing his eyes at the persistent girl.

  “Just one bite?”

“No. You know what coconuts look like?” he questioned her.

  “Coconuts?” Morgan sarcastically replied.

“They look like big balls,” Kole ignored her smart ass reply.

“Yeah? Balls are usually round.” she didn't know where he was going with it. Of course a coconut looked like a ball.

He put his head down, hiding the impending smile. “No, I mean, balls. Big and hairy balls.”

It was coming. Three...two...o...the giggles began. Morgan had to set the container of pie on the nightstand so she didn't knock it over. “So you won't eat a coconut because you think it looks like a hairy ball?” Her voice came out higher pitched than normal, between breathless laughter.

“Still not funny. And for the record, I don't like the taste either. It's not just their appearance.”

When Morgan got most of her laughter under control, she told him she'd just eat it by herself.. He agreed that her plan was more than okay by him, but admitted he wasn't going to kiss her until her lips were rid of the taste and scent of coconut.

Of course, that led to a whole other mission of Morgan trying to kiss him with coconut breath. Eventually, he gave in and was able to tolerate the subtle taste on her lips. The sweetness of her tongue was far more worth it.

“We're done with lessons tonight, Holland.” His kisses slowed and he ran his finger between her breasts. “Now we do it my way.”

“How does shopping sound?” Kole shoved a bite of scrambled eggs into his mouth and stabbed a link of sausage on his plate. A calm and relaxing day sounded great to him.

Morgan couldn't pass up shopping. In her past life; meaning the life dating pre-Julianne, the young girl had hated shopping. Despised it. But she came to find that she actually quite enjoyed it in her new life. There were still a few things that she wanted to get while she was there; a souvenir for Tanner, who said that he had always wanted to visit, a few things for Angela and a thank you gift for 'Ele.

“Yes, that sounds perfect,” Morgan agreed, plucking a grape into her mouth. A quiet day sounded perfect to her as well. Neither of the two had acquired much sleep in the previous night, but the smiles plastered to either of their faces said otherwise.

Once they finished breakfast, Kole took Morgan to downtown Waikiki, to the boardwalk. Never in her life had she seen so many shops, one after another. They came to a large covered awning, and underneath the makeshift roof were more vendors that Morgan could count. As she passed by each of the stands, men and woman shouted about their merchandise, trying to lure in unsuspecting tourists.

Every few stands, Morgan would stop and make a circle around the wooden displays. Her fingers would pass over crystal sculptures of turtles or dolphins, hand made necklaces and carved figures, stings of flowers in every color of the rainbow and hats and tee shirts embellished with Hawaiian sayings and pictures.

The stand that got Morgan's attention the most was an older woman selling pearls.

“Try your luck!” the woman called to her.

“What do I do?” Morgan bent over a metal bucket and saw over thirty oysters piled on top of each other.

“Each one of these oysters are guaranteed to hold a pearl within. Pick one out and crack it open. If you like the pearl, you can pick one of these,” the woman waved her arm over a display of blank rings and charms that were ready to have a pearl placed inside.

“Go for it!” Kole urged her.

“Hmm, okay!” Morgan reached down deep into the bucket and pulled out a small oyster.

“You sure you want that one?” Kole raised his eyebrows at the tiny shell, then to Morgan.

“Yes, I'm sure,” Morgan held the oyster close to her chest as if she were protecting it. Kole carefully rifled though the bucket until he came across the biggest one.

“You know, Kole, if I didn't know better, I'd say you were compensating for something.” The woman behind the counter laughed and Morgan laughed with her. Kole's eyebrows pinched together, followed by a quiet huff.

“On the count of three!” The woman instructed. Morgan and Kole picked up the tools, resembling butter knives, and put them into position. The woman popped one open for example and told them to do the same. On 'three', Morgan and Kole pried their shells apart..

“Twins!” Morgan nearly dropped the open shell from excitement. Inside the little oyster were two of the most shiny, perfect black pearls she had ever seen. She looked over to Kole's shell, in which contained one small white pearl.

“Alright, I don't want to play oysters anymore,” Kole set his shell on top of the wooden edge of the stand with another huff of defeat.

Morgan giggled and flipped her half shell over her hand so the pearls would fall into her palm. They would be perfect gifts for 'Ele and Angela. Morgan picked two matching heart shaped necklaces and the woman told her she could return to pick them up in half an hour when the pearls were set into place.

“Sorry about your luck,” Morgan nudged him with her elbow as they walked away from the jewelry stand. He couldn't take her apology seriously when she had the cutest smile he'd ever seen across her lips.

“Mhmm, I bet you're sorry. How about I show you one of our shops while we wait for your necklaces?” Kole realized she'd never seen his own souvenir shops. Morgan excitedly agreed, and Kole took her hand, leading her the way.

VAKI SOUVENIRS was only seven stores down from the pearl stand, and Morgan's eyes widened as she approached the f
ront of his building. “It's huge!” It was by far the largest souvenir shop that she had ever seen, and she ran inside like a child with birthday money.

Kole laughed and stopped her long enough for a quick kiss on the forehead, “I'm going to talk to the guys for a minute, I'll be right back.” She nodded absently as he walked away, then turned in a full circle to take in everything around her.

The far wall had wooden carved tiki heads all lined up in a proud display, some larger than a grown man. Some were painted and some were natural, all were beautiful. The ceilings were very high and had brightly colored surfboards, as well as smaller skim boards, hanging from thick hemp rope at different lengths.

“This place is great!” She spoke out loud to anyone and everyone around her. They smiled and continued shopping while she started to make her way through the aisles.

The walls were filled with bright yellow and orange 'graffiti,' and brightly colored seashells, bigger than Morgan's arm span, hung every few feet apart. The clothing area held everything from novelty shirts to upper scale boutique dresses, as well as shoes that ran the same spectrum. She knew that she could spend the entire day in the store and not see everything, but she was willing to give it her best shot.

Morgan ran back to the front and quickly grabbed a shopping basket, then made her way to the small wooden carvings that lined the nearest wall. “A little bitty tiki head!” She picked up the two inch face and smiled at it. “And now you're mine, ya cute little guy.” He was dropped into her basket, then another tiki with bright green eyes joined him. The small tag declared that he would bring good fortune, so he was definitely going to Tanner to ward off any further bone-breaking disasters. Then again, she thought, she was probably the one that needed it most. She giggled as she plucked another one from the shelf and dropped it in her red basket.

“Seems like you're having fun.” A sexy voice followed by large hands around her waist barely slowed her down.

“I am! Your store is the best!” Morgan smiled at Kole as she skipped to the thirty foot counter that held more jewelry than she had ever seen in one place before.

The handsome man stood behind her as she scanned all of the beautiful charms for her bracelet. “Oh, that one's perfect!” She found one that would remind her of her first fishing experience; a green and blue Maui Maui, lined in white gold with bright yellow eyes. She didn't even bother looking at the price, it could have been fifty dollars or five hundred, she could finally afford what she wanted, and she certainly wanted it. “I'll take it.” She nodded at the young girl behind the counter and said that she was still going to look around for awhile but she'd be back.

As Morgan walked away to look at clothing, Kole spoke briefly to the young employee then went through the store to find his date. “Now what did you find?” He spoke to her back, but he stared at the back of her bare legs that were being tightly hugged by the white denim shorts that she was wearing. When Morgan turned around, Kole nearly jumped back.

“Oh, you like it...I know you do.” She had found a novelty bikini top made of real coconuts, with bright green strings, and had put it over her breasts. “Touch it, come on...” she was nearly chasing him through the store with her new round weapons.

Kole laughed as he dodged her, “I hate those things, Kala ordered them just to piss me off.” He was still dodging when they fell from Morgan's body.

They both laughed when she picked it up and walked it back to the display. “You're a big chicken! I can't believe you're afraid of a coconut! I'll tell you one thing though, I'll always think of you whenever I see one, that's for sure.” They both laughed as they walked to the check out counter.

Morgan pulled her card from her purse and laid it on the counter. “It's already taken care of.” The young girl bagged her items and handed them to her. Morgan looked between Kole and the girl, then smiled.

“Kole....I didn't shop here so that you could pay for it.” She put her hand on her hip and waited for his reply. The only one he gave her was another kiss on the forehead, then he grabbed her hand and walked her out of the store.

They walked another few blocks then agreed to stop for lunch. The two of them also agreed on the pizza joint that was one more building down from where they were.

No sooner had they been seated and ordered their food, Morgan opened her bag of goodies and took out the fish charm. “Thank you for getting all of this for me, but again, you didn't have to.” He told her that it wasn't a big deal and that he hoped she enjoyed her new treasures.

“Let me help you with that.” He offered to end her struggling as she tried to get her new fish on her bracelet. Once it was on, Kole held her wrist up and looked at the other charms. “A sheep? Another fish? You have strange taste, Holland.” He laughed and brought her arm back to the table.

“Oh, I didn't buy those. They're gifts from previous clients.” Morgan went on to tell him about Tanner and Sean, and they both laughed when Kole heard about the sheep invasion. Although he enjoyed her stories, he couldn't deny the feelings of jealousy that tugged at his mind for more attention. He watched her stare at the charms as she swirled the chain around her wrist.

“Well, I wish I could have been the one that taught you to fish.” He put his finger over the new addition on her chain. “I've been going out on those charters for years, most recently with Sam, and I can bet that it probably would have been the most fun I've ever had fishing...” He stopped in mid-sentence, then took a deep breath, “Morgan... shit.... you had to pay for that, didn't you?” His eyes were wide and guilt hung from his face like wet laundry.

She nodded, “yeah, but it was no big deal.” Morgan put her hand over his to assure him that she didn't think twice about it.

“Shit! I can't believe I did that to you. I'm so sorry...here..,” he dug into his pants to get his wallet, but she stopped him.

“Kole, I have money. It's alright, really. I know it was a mix up and it really is no big deal.” She made herself clear, she wasn't going to take his money.

Their argument was interrupted when their pizza arrived, and the rest of the meal was void of anymore talk about fishing charter payments. Kole's mind, however, was not void of the topic. I'll make it up to you, I promise.

  Chapter Nine

“Good God, Kole,” Morgan stretched her arms over her head and pushed her legs straight out, in a perfect planking position.

“Good morning to you too,” Kole finished his own stretch, then turned to his side, propping himself up with his elbow to get a better look at the beautiful woman.

“No, it's good. Just...wow. I'm pretty sure my legs are still shaking from last night. I've never met a man with the...” she searched for a suitable term, “stamina like that.”

Kole chuckled and laid back down on the bed. The night prior had gifted him with the best sex of his life. Four? Five times? He couldn't remember. All he could recall was the blur of clothing flying the second they got into the door. He did a silent count in his head. Chair. Wall. Side of the bed. On the bed....on the bed again.. Shower. Six. After the session on the chair, and a quick recovery, Kole had been good to go for three more hours. Morgan had loved every second of it. Especially the part where he had given her an orgasm...nine times.

“It was a good night. A great night. Fuck, this whole week has been amazing, Morgan,” Kole rambled on, then felt himself blush and decided it was time to get up.

“You're not bad either, Kole,” Morgan smiled at his back as he walked toward the bathroom. Before he entered, he turned around to inform her of the day's plans. Kind of.

“I've got a surprise for you and it starts in two hours, so get ready and we'll get breakfast before we go.” Before Morgan could ask what the surprise was, he was already in the bathroom.

  *****

“Okay, I'll take the blindfold off in a minute. Watch your step...okay, two more.” Kole held on to Morgan's arm and led her up to the final steps to the roof of a large hotel. He had wra
pped a black scarf around her eyes when they had been on the sidewalk and had led her all the way through the lobby, into the elevator and was guiding her up the final stairs.

Morgan felt the cool breeze of air hit her as she walked through the door leading to the roof. She knew they had taken part of the trip in an elevator, but wasn't sure how high, and the confusion of being outside was nearly overwhelming.

“Ready?” Kole asked her, still holding onto her arm. She heard the excitement in his voice and her heart raced with anticipation. Morgan had no idea what to think.

“Ye...yes. Yes, I'm ready. I think,” she stated. Kole let go over her arm and she felt him move behind her. The blindfold loosened, then fell from her face completely.

“Oh my God! Kole! No way!” Morgan looked to her client, then back to the helicopter in front of her. “No! Really?” She looked back at Kole again and he simply nodded.

As they got prepared for their flight, Kole explained that Jordan, the owner of the hotel and the helicopter, was the husband of his sister, Kailana. He'd known Jordan for more than ten years and with a little bit of bargaining, Kole had arranged for his friend to take him and Morgan up in the chopper for an afternoon sky tour.

After they climbed into the helicopter another man showed up by the name of Matthew Preston. He turned out to be a good friend of Jordan's, as well as a seasoned pilot/tour guide.

Through the thick headphones, that helped to drown out the noise of the helicopter, Morgan could hear his deep voice giving her and Kole directions. As they began to lift into the air, Kole had another surprise for Morgan.

“Thank you!” Morgan yelled over the whipping sound of the blades, taking her camera from the handsome Hawaiian's hand. She had completely forgotten it back at the room and she was grateful he had picked it up because the view of Oahu from the air was something she would always want to remember.
