‘Dave,’ Hayley began. ‘I … They forced me.’
‘Of course they did,’ he replied.

‘I’ve no need to tell Dave anything,’ Anne cut in. ‘He knows what you are. We all know what you are.’

Brian clambered onto the altar and pushed his swollen knob into Hayley’s mouth, silencing her as Dave repeatedly battered her spermed cervix with his bulbous knob. ‘More than you could afford, young lady. I’m selling the entire estate.’
‘Oh, right.’
‘I’m fifty-five and I live alone, so I’m moving abroad. What would you want this old house for?’
‘I used to play here when I was a kid. I’ve always dreamed of living here.’
‘I have a buyer for the estate, but he doesn’t want this place. I suppose I could sell it separately.’
‘I only have five thousand,’ Anne sighed. ‘That wouldn’t be enough to buy one room.’
The man looked her up and down and grinned. ‘You’re a pretty little thing,’ he said. ‘Perhaps we can come to some arrangement or other?’
‘I’m sure we can,’ Anne said. ‘But five thousand won’t be enough to—’
‘Let’s talk about it,’ he cut in, stroking her cheek. ‘I’m going to be left with this dump unless I can get rid of it. No one wants the place so … I hear that you’re a businesswoman?’
‘Well, sort of. Who told you that?’
The man chuckled. ‘I keep my eyes and ears open, Anne. So, shall we talk business?’
‘Come upstairs,’ she said softly, taking his hand. ‘There’s a mattress on the floor in one of the rooms. We’ll be more comfortable there.’
Following her up the stairs, the man eyed her rounded bottom, her naked thighs. ‘I’m sure that this old house will be yours soon,’ he said. ‘As long as you put it to good use.’
‘Oh, I will,’ Anne murmured, leading him into the room and settling herself on the mattress. ‘Now, let’s get down to business.’
